The food was wonderful. Our waiter named Mike was great. I would highly recommend going here. Next time I'm in Colorado I would like to go here again and try a different dish. We booked a reservation for 5. The atmosphere was great. We could talk to each other and didn't hear the group next to us.

We had dinner last night at Bourbon Brothers before attending the Miranda Lambert concert at Ford Amphitheater. We made a reservation for 6:00pm. We arrived at 6:00 pm and were told it would be a 5-25 minute wait for a table. That stressed me out. I had the expectation that we could be seated at the time we "reserved". If I had know we had to pad the timing, I would have made the reservation for an earlier time. So we sat at the bar with hopes of ordering a drink. The bartender never spoke with us or took our order in anyway. Luckily we were seated at 6:08 so it wasn't too long to worry. We were taken back to the bourbon room, which is a really cool space. But ... they wanted us to sit at a coffee table. I don't think eating leaning over a coffee table is pleasant or good for my back so we asked for another table. The young lady told us it would be another wait. We again said, we can't eat at that table. So we walked with her back to the hostess stand expecting the worst. The "head hostess" immediately told her to go ahead and take us to a different table. This table was in a really great booth. Super happy about that. Our server, Mike, showed up right away. He took our drink orders and said he'd be right back. He came back shortly and said that the bar was really backed up and it may be awhile. ugh. He took our dinner order and refilled our waters. The drinks came out at 623. It felt like a really long wait. The food came out at 6:47. So, slow service from the kitchen and bar. Mike, however, was excellent. He had a friendly and polite demeanor. He was professional and communicated with us. My husband had the Brisket & Philly Sandwich with waffle fries. He didn't finish the fries. That may be the first time in the 35 years I've known him that he didn't finish fries. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich with tots. I thought the sandwich and tots were delicious, though it was not the greatest looking plate of food. So, Mike was fantastic. The food was good. But, maybe I wouldn't return on a concert night. The place just seemed slammed.

Bourbon Bros is a go-to restaurant for us. My favorite dish is the shrimp and grits. My husband really likes the dry rub wings and the brisket. The cocktails are top notch as well. The service is always great, and the country atmosphere is perfect for a casual date night.

I had a great time! I ordered the shrimp and grits — absolutely delicious. The catfish was cooked perfectly, and the shrimp was seasoned just right. We also tried the mac and cheese bacon egg rolls for appetizers. They were good but missing a little something — maybe a flavor boost or extra sauce to tie it together. My friend got the fried steak with mashed potatoes and beans — she thought it was a little salty, but I honestly thought everything was seasoned well. The food came out hot, the portions were generous, and the service was super respectful even though it got busy. Overall, it was a great experience — I’d definitely go back.

Our waitress was amazing. The bathroom walls were grimy which worries me because if the bathrooms look like this then the kitchen probably looks worse. The restaurant interior felt grimy as well. With some degreaser and deep clean it would really brighten it up. Appetizer : deviled eggs - not a traditional rich deviled egg and the bacon sadly didn’t have a nice crisp. The flavor of the fried pickles was good but also would have been nice to have a nice crunch. Bbq nachos with brisket $22 they were sub-par. Shredded cheese was cold and the nachos were stale. Just couldn’t get a break with getting a good crunch on anything Drinks: something mile high mule was very good Bacon wrapped meatloaf was good. Jalepeno cornbread was my favorite

Nice staff. Easy going, bit in the right way. Made me feel comfortable. Great fried chicken. Great fries. The Cubano needed more BBQ sauce & mustard but the meat was good. Relaxing atmosphere. Perfect temperature.

A few friends and I were driving through town when we spotted a place on Google Maps, so we decided to check it out. When we arrived, we were seated right away at a table. The ambiance was super cute, featuring nice lighting and cool details on the walls. The bar looked really impressive, and the waitstaff and hostess were incredibly friendly and helpful. We ordered fried mac and cheese, brisket, a Cobb salad, and a bowl of chili. Everything was bursting with flavor and delicious! One of my friends tried the sausage but said it lacked flavor. I had an old-fashioned cocktail, and it was perfect—it even came with two cherries that were so tasty! And to top it off we had the Carrot cake for two! Really tasty and delicious

Visited tonight and it was an absolute pleasure from the service to the food. Our server was Mara - She was so nice and pleasant. I had the chicken fried steak with BBQ beans (highly recommend!!! Delicious!!) and mashed potatoes, with the the best SWEET TEA ( again highly recommend - very best sweet tea in the Springs.... Just like you get in Georgia!). My husband had the ribs that he devoured along with a side salad ( he said the ranch dressing was very good) and onion rings which he shared with me and they were absolutely delicious. But, the service is what made the evening so nice....from the girls that greeted us and showed us to our table and our server Mara was just so attentive and nice.

We went there this past summer & we were meeting friends for dinner . I think our server was Michael or Mark he was an outstanding server , very attentive he had noticed that I was eating the deviled eggs . They were ok just tad on the rubbery side. They were taken off the bill. I was just very impressed that he noticed immediately . My husband & I split a Cobb salad & it was fresh & delightful, we had a dessert that was to die for Bourbon bread pudding & probably the best bread pudding I've ever had b/c not a big fan but this was totally AMAZING!!! . It was very tasty & delicious & melt in your mouth goodness!!! This place is very open & nice farmhouse decor not overwhelming just simple but nice. It turns out Shay is the GM & he was so professional & polite like he was when we worked together many moons ago. This place runs very well & efficient & full of hospitality. We will definitely be back , service & food was outstanding!!!

This place is both delicious and affordable. We've had everything from the coffee rub brisket to the Chicken Fried Steak. What brought us here originally is the fact they serve fried okra. We got extra sides of fried okra and it did not disappoint. The price is really great for the quality and vibe they set. Our servers have always been great. Attentive, making great recommendations, quick to refill drinks and most of all friendly/upbeat. Worth it.

We popped in on a Saturday night, lured in by those twinkling lights I'd been eyeing for ages. I already had my heart set on the nachos (menu-stalking pays off), so that decision was easy. Our server knew the menu inside and out and even convinced us to add the bacon mac & cheese egg rolls--best call of the night, hands down. We also shared the smoked wings, and my husband went full BBQ mode with brisket and ribs. The food? Let's just say the egg rolls carried the team. The meats looked promising but didn't quite bring the smoky, juicy flavor we were expecting. Service was solid, but overall the vibe and bites just didn't quite match the sparkle from the outside.

Came to CO to see my son who's at Fort Carson and decided to try BBS after we went out shopping. Food was great as was the service. The main dining room had a huge fireplace with a crackling fire going. It was so nice and relaxing while we enjoyed our cocktails. Great ending to a fun day.

Wow!!! Bourbon Brothers was amazing in all aspects!! The food was absolutely delicious. I had the brisket sandwich with a side of okra. It was cooked and flavored to perfection. Our service was also very good. The food came out 10-15 minutes after we ordered it and our cups were always refilled. This is a great place to eat at and the prices were reasonable. I'm a new fan of this place! A must eat for any occasion with plenty of space and an old school feel.

Had Christmas dinner here and overall everyone loved it. Our server was great which seems rare these days. Food was great as well loved their bacon wrapped meatloaf. Definitely coming back here again!

Good food & great service. Gorgeous decor I love the wall of barrels and the way they have celebration areas or private rooms. The staff is very kind & attentive. The menu is southern bbq I guess ... I had the chicken fried steak dinner & it was good. I probably should've gotten the gravy on the side though & I do think tri tip is the wrong choice of meat for this dish. But it was tasty, on a side note my green beans were good but a little overcooked. My husband has the cash fish, fries & okra - he loved it. We finished up with a slice of carrot cake & ice cream. Sooo good.

Came on a Friday night and was sat right away. Had Jacob as our waiter who was very good and took good care of our group. Got a bourbon flight which I was excited for but unfortunately they didn't have some of the bourbon I requested. Nonetheless still had some good bourbon. Also got the bacon wrapped meatloaf which was fantastic. Full of flavor and a good hearty dish. Would absolutely return.

Food Was Cold Not Seasoned And Pricey Red Beans Taste Like Baked Beans Highly Disappointed .

Not really blown away by our first visit here. Our waiter was nice enough when we saw him, but he was running around rather frantic and forgot about us often. When we got drinks, my wife asked for a straw. He brought her one but didn't bother bringing me one, so I had to ask again. When we asked him for sides of BBQ sauces to go with our sandwiches, he completely forgot, and it never came. In fact, after we had already ordered, he returned a little while later to ask if he had taken our order yet. Everything was pretty slow too. The fact we got our order, and it was right was a little astounding in itself. We both tried the new Philly cheesesteak brisket sandwich. Mine started off good, but it quickly tasted dry and a little tasteless, hence the need for the BBQ sauce we never got. Sandwiches were also a little fatty. My wife seemed to like hers better than I did, but I'm not sure she'd get it again either. I liked her waffle fries better than my tots. We might go back at some point if we're going to another concert, but I'd likely try something else and hope for better service too.

Came here to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. We made a reservation in advance but ended up coming early, and thankfully, that wasn't a problem. They were surprisingly slow for a Sunday evening. I chose the chocolate martini, and it was Devine. Super sweet but strong. My boyfriend ordered a bourbon, but they served it in a martini glass. We shared the fried pickles, and I loved them! The sauce was a creamy chipotle ranch, and the pickles were salty and crunchy. I chose the bourbon Mac because it sounded good with veggies and sausage added. The cheese was so stringy, and it paired so well with the sausage. I was impressed with the Mac. The food came very quickly, which was nice. Our server was also the bartender, even though we were not sitting at the bar. So they were pretty busy and didn't check on us much. She seemed rushed and overwhelmed. The food and drinks are good, but the service is lacking.

A-----mazing! This place was awesome! The food was outstanding! The staff was some of the best I've experienced. They have a great selection of Bourbon and Whiskeys. I ordered the jambalaya and I was not disappointed. I cannot recommend the dry rubbed wings high enough. I left full and happy!

Best smoked wings around! They have this beautiful char and a hint of spice, doesn't even need sauce! Bonus: they fall off the bone with just a slight tug. Warmed up with some Burnt Ends Chili, that is onion-packed. Enjoy your food with beautiful views of the mountains and friendly staff!

Service was good and food was hot but our food came out literally 2 mins after ordering. Fast is good but too fast is concerning. Was the food pre cooked? Everything we ordered had very similar smoke or bbq flavor. Mac egg rolls is a very large order but extremely delicious. Ribs had a bite but still tender. Only rated. 3 because of how fast we got our food and the one note flavor tasted across the board.

If you're a Bourbon newbie or an aficionado, Bourbon Brothers is the place to be! Their bourbon, whiskey and cocktail lists are extensive, you're bound to find something you'll like. Food was good although I wouldn't say it's the best ever. And yes, everything was expensive just like everything else in the world is. The best part of our dinner was our server, she was fantastic! For me, BB is more of a special occasion restaurant. Bonus: they have a separate bourbon bar and cigar patio

This place was a quick find when I was Googling a restaurant on a Saturday night. Hubby is a bourbon enthusiast so with no hesitation, I made the reservation through Google. The restaurant was a bit loud and busy. The restaurant interior looks like rustic. We were seated upon arrival and our waiter greeted us immediately. He was awesome. Though he didn't really do anything special or extra service, he was very attentive to our needs. The best part about this place is their Bourbon selection which hubby got excited about. He ordered a drink called Vieux Carré. It was a bourbon and cognac mix. Hubby loved it. My martini is not so bad either. It was easy to drink and delicious. Our food did not disappoint either. Hubby said, his coffee/smoke brisket sandwich tasted phenomenal. My Jambalaya was okay. In my opinion, the flavors were too strong. Then the rice came with it was not fully cooked. It's a non- Asian restaurant so I expect less when it comes with Asian stuff. But next time for sure I will bring it up and let the server know. I was enjoying the dinner in general to even make a big deal out of it. It's a NOT big deal breaker at all. Highly recommend. We love the place.

We've been there before & requested to sit in the open area with windows. I have always loved their baby back ribs, but this time, not so much. I asked for a knife to cut the ribs & was told they are 'fall off the bone', however they were not. I needed the knife. The ribs did not taste smoked. I ordered the cilantro-lime rice & it was okay. H ordered the Shrimp & Grits & loved them. It looked so good. Service was good.

Try the brunch buffet on Sundays, if its still available. Been there for holiday brunches too. Great atmosphere with bar in front of the house and next to patio. Servers and brunch cooks are amazing. Really need to return to Bourbon Brothers for great brunch food and drink!! Seating is comfortable inside and out on patio. Parking avail on both sides of building.

Amazing experience! We came in around 4:30pm , we accidentally parked in back, bitter cold outside and the manager was so nice to let us in the back door, we were sat immediately and the food and drinks were top notch!! I had ribs and my husband the fish and chips , our drinks were delicious and hit the spot! The staff was super friendly, service and food were some of the BEST I've had in Colorado! Thanks Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse for the hospitality and amazing food!

The Cobb salad was a good choice, Waiter was very good thank you. My wife had the meat loaf that was like home cooking.

A great spot in Colorado Springs! The space is upscale, yet casual. I love the sun room seating. Service is on point. Some of the food needs a little more work, but most of it was pretty solid. The meat was actually my least favorite of everything besides the corn. However, the loaded mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, fried okra and jalapeño cornbread was great.

In Colorado Springs for the night and decided we would try Bourbon Brothers - good choice! Took our server Jessica's recommendation and ordered the Bourbon Salmon for myself - great choice. The salmon was moist and had good flavor. Cilantro Lime rice and spinach were both amazing as well. Dear husband ordered the jambalaya - very spicy. Service was good - very quick!

OMG - I found true sweet tea in Colorado. It was so good I took a glass home for the next morning. The crust on the brisket was savory. My husband had the chop steak and licked his plate clean.

Just a quick take on this one. Stopped here during a client visit and was very happy I did. The food was great but my absolute favorite entree was the coffee and cocoa rubbed brisket. I never thought of using those flavorings on barbecue but dang it was good. Got some nice juicy slices from near the fat cap. Very nice place for dinner. I took one of our staffers there and she enjoyed it too. Recommended.

I was over there yesterday with friends before a concert at the Ford theater. I've never been treated with so much disrespect before my life at a restaurant. The pfirst waitress told us were a bunch of idiots going to a concert in the cold. The next waitress was very argumentative telling us this wasn't a bar for food and drinks when we were at the bar. We put in 2 orders for food and she moved us to apparently a private table. When we got to the room, there was multiple couples at the table and she never put in our order. Then we were socializing, and having a great time with both couples at our table while the manager was constantly staring us down and making things super awkward. They didn't want concert goers to the Ford theater coming in for food and drinks. It was very apparent. If you're next to a concert, location, expect there's going to be different people besides a bunch of cowboys. By far, this is the rudest restaurant I've ever been in. I will never go there again.

Went to try Notes Bar for brunch which was crazily packed and chaotic so we headed over to Bourbon Brothers. The staff were very friendly and there was no long line. It had a southern ambiance inside. They had an all you can eat brunch that had various breakfast items including prime rib, ham etc. we decided to skip that and order off the menu. I ordered the jambalaya and the husband ordered the shrimp and grits. Our waiter was very attentive and checked on us frequently. The food was surprisingly seasoned very well and our shrimp was good sized and cooked perfectly. All in all I'm happy with our experience.

I brought two of my clients for lunch. Nice atmosphere so I had high expectations. Fried pickles were a great app and I had the chili. My guest said they enjoyed the food. The only downside was the service. We had to catch our server for another beer, refills, and to ask about the app. Maybe he was just having an off day, but that's the only reason for 4 versus 5 stars.

First time to stop in. I was in the mood for some bourbon and dinner. Found this place on Yelp and gave it a try. Although I could have gotten a table (the place was smoking' busy), I took a high top in the bar. Full menu is available there. The menu is expansive with lots of unique and custom creations. Nic made several suggestions and I ended up with the sliced brisket, fried okra, and horseradish infused coleslaw. The brisket was so tender you could cut it with a fork! The spicy barbecue sauce was a perfect add. Nice suggestion from Nic! The okra was fresh and lightly fried. I love when the chef takes such care as to not loose the fresh flavor with the fry! Perfect. And the coleslaw was a gem as a finish. The horseradish is subtle but it's there and gives a really cool punch to an already excellent coleslaw rendition! I had a couple of Sazeracs with dinner. Just perfect and the drinks, like everything, were prepared perfectly. I cheated a bit and ended up getting the bourbon bread pudding. Be warned, it's a yooge portion, Easily shareable and, well for me as a solo guest, I had to leave some behind . To be very clear, I didn't want to because it was awesome, but I just ran outa room! Thanks to Nic and the team for taking excellent care of me! When in the area again, I'll be back!

Our waiter was amazing and knew so much about the menu items. All the food we ordered was good, but those ribs were phenomenal with generous portions. The fried pickle appetizer was so good. We ordered salads too, and they were very fresh.

Great sides, great customer service, dealing with new employees who couldn't figure out to go orders which was funny to watch, manager came and saved the day, no problem from me though, I get it. Fitting decor, large bar, great menu, highly recommend this place

I love the food here! I haven't tried anything I don't like! Including their drinks. The staff has always been friendly. The restaurant is super cute on the inside! Really my only complaint is sometimes the prices seem too expensive for the portions you receive.

This place is the Howard Johnson's of comfort food and BBQ. The ambiance is nice, clean, casual, and impersonal. The service was good. Two people shared the deviled eggs, a half-rack of dry ribs, andouille smoked sausage with slaw. Everything was tasty, but not exceptional. There were a couple of ribs left on the plate, as I was stuffed. My Viex Carre was unremarkable. I appreciate the GF (gluten free) and GFM (gluten free modification available) markers on the menu. I also like that you can make a reservation and that it's located in the Bass Pro Shop complex. If I'm back in Colorado, I'll return for their no hassle gluten-free options.

Bourbon Brothers is one of my husband's preferred restaurants. He always gets the dry ribs. This time they looked like they could have used more time in the smoker but he said they were ok. He never complains! Haha. My salmon was ok. The rice and spinach sides were very good. The bourbon glaze sauce was a strange combination with the meal. A bit too heavy to go with fish though tasty on the rice. I'm sure you we'll be back but if only there was a better option nearby... PS: The Mac and cheese was a big hit for him

Excellent food, exceptional and caring service! Went for Mother's Day dinner and all ages enjoyed the experience. We will be back.

Truly awful. We had 90 minutes before concert and reservation. Showed up on time but were asked to wait 15 min. I get things come up but 1/2 the place was empty. Took forever to get drinks and told the server hey we need to get order in. So I order chopped steak and wife orders tenders. Waitress reads it back and asks how I want it cooked and I say med - med well When order comes 40 min later mine is wrong. They brought me meatloaf. So send it back. 20 min go by then they bring me a chopped steak that is raw and I mean not cooked at all ground beef. Thankfully I saw it before I took a bite. The picture I took is revolting and I won't be eating any burger for awhile. So now we had to leave and I never got to eat. Thankfully concert venue has food and got tacos Never again they will kill someone serving this! Contacting board of health

Would not recommend the prime rib Saturday dinner special it was very small no flavor dry my husband's chopped hamburger steak over mashed potatoes with gravy was a better meal . The waitress is very kind and did her job. Well the atmosphere is nice.

For a spot next to an amphitheater, low expectations. I was wrong. Food was delicious, had Cuban. Old fashioned to wash it down. Extremely friendly staff. Good pit stop before a show. A+

The ambiance is beautiful with the fireplace, open concept and Mountain View's. The happy hour has a good selection weekdays till 5pm. We ordered the deviled eggs and they had too much vinegar. We ordered the fried pickles and we enjoyed them. It was nice they were sliced liked chips instead of the fried spears. We got the famed meatloaf but it was dried out and the cream corn was tepid with potatoes loaded with bacon bits (which we didn't want). For the money, I was looking for a little more for my experience.
