"Prioritize this huge hotel restaurant if you’re really into wine (the host stand is made entirely of wine corks). But you should still come if you’re trying to find the kind of efficient, corporate operation perfect for meeting parents or clients. The meal starts with complimentary duck fat fries. For steaks, we like the ribeye. The sear is excellent and the temperature is spot on. It doesn't come with sides, so get the creamed spinach or truffle mac and cheese.
