Boutique Hotel Glacier

The hotel is absolutely fantastic! The team are nice and the location of the hotel with that views is just magical. I loved the spa facilities. Also the rooms are comfortable with a great view of the mountain. Can't not mention the breakfast with lot of options of food including some delicious fresh bakery and the best part, a breathtaking view. I will for sure come back to this wonderful place.

Words can’t describe the beauty of this hotel! Everything was perfect, from the friendliness of the staff, the interior and exterior design of the building, the rooms and the breakfast! We had such a wonderful night staying here, the views are phenomenal and the rooms are exceptional quality. I loved the fact they give you rituals products in the rooms to use, very fancy! The spa was also incredible, free to use for all members. Lovely hot tub and sauna. Would definitely come back! Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in

I proposed my girlfriend from the terrace of the signature sunset room. And it was absolutely perfect. We came with our dog and he got his own bed. The view and jacuzzi are absolutely astonishing. Breakfast is great and we really liked the wine pairing with the fine dining.

Outstanding hotel!! First of all the service at the hotel was the best, they welcome you with a nice warmth details and big smile. Secondly the room was so cozy, perfectly equipped and wooden-mountain style. The room was so clean and fresh as well. The food at the hotel is top! You don’t need to do the fine dining since the normal restaurant that they have is so tasty and good. The pistachio desert is one of those you always will remember. Finally the views from the hotel are best in town! Really recommended and definitely we will come back over and over again every year.

Our stay at the Glacier Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The property itself is stunning, and the food was simply fabulous—every meal felt like a special occasion. Yet the standout feature was undoubtedly the team: everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly, happy, and ready to help at every turn. Since it was our first time seeing snow, the staff’s warm welcome and enthusiasm made the experience even more unforgettable. We left feeling that the Glacier Hotel truly made our trip extra special.

Beautiful place surrounded by mountains. Have to book premium room at additional cost to have the cozy bath tub all for yourself. Grateful that we did because our little one wasn’t allowed in the common spa area due to adults only restriction. Breath taking views especially the snowy days. Hotel staffs were super friendly Note that room decoration comes with additional cost & it’s totally worth for honeymoon or special occasions. Also any garbage left outside needs to be collected if not additional charges.

Me and my friend stayed here last week and honestly the place was dream come true. From the cute little welcome drink, the beautiful room and friendly staff to the amazing breakfast which they let us eat in our room. The outdoor hot tub in the snow was nothing short of magic! They also have a crazy huge selection of wines which took us by surprise! We were there during the first Joe of the season and it was everything we hoped it would be and more. Be sure to check in as early as you can, we wish we had arrived early to enjoy their spa area!

What an amazing stay! The friendliest most wonderful staff who seemed genuinely happy to welcome us to their boutique hotel. We have travelled a lot and stayed in beautiful hotels, but this one will hold a very special place in our hearts! We took our teenage kids and they were welcomed with open arms! The view from our outdoor spa set to 38degrees was absolutely breathtaking! Sitting in the spa as it snowed on the mountains and the village is something we’ll never forget! Room was exceptional with a comfortable large double and a bunk for the kids right next to the window! Food was perfect! We dined in the fine dining restaurant on the second night (just adults). Thomas was our waiter and we fell in love! He was so kind and entertaining! Taught us so much about Grindelwald with passion and excitement! We already loved Grindelwald but after dining with Thomas it’s cemented on our top 5 list of places to travel! And it will always have our hearts! All the staff were amazing! Toby was so knowledgeable about all the beverages on offer and we also learnt so much from him! Every staff member we encountered made us feel at home. We absolutely loved our stay at the boutique hotel glacier. We highly recommend. A spectacular destination. It’s firmly locked as a core memory for our whole family! Thank you to everyone!
