These Local Gems in NYC Come With Serious Rewards | Eater

"Entering Bolero in Williamsburg is like finding yourself in beautiful Vietnam. Chef Matt Le-Khac’s inventive new restaurant puts a twist on the traditional Vietnamese dishes and elevates them with unexpected herbs, sauces, and ingredients. A few must-try’s: con ngheu hap, steamed clams in beer, and the bánh mì chiên tôm, fried shrimp toast points, thit heo quay hai cách, “pork two ways,” and of course, bún bò huế, spicy lemongrass, and beef soup. Don’t forget to pick up some fresh new Vietnamese ingredients at the in-house storefront, which occasionally includes produce grown by Le-Khac’s father at a farm in nearby Pennsylvania. Make sure you book a meal through Seated, so you can earn up to 9% in rewards." - Vox Creative

Google
Let me tell you. We had so much fun celebrating my son's third birthday at this location... when I tell you the atmosphere was so comfortable, I mean when I arrived, the check-in was so easy, we sat down and got started on bowling within minutes. Our waitress was the best. I really mean that. She helped me so much, it took so much stress and worry away. I had 12 kids with me, so just imagine that 😳. The food was great, the price was great.. My overall experience was definitely a 10/10, not one complaint.

Google
Great job by the entire staff. Incredibly clean, friendly and very enjoyable location for family fun. We’ve had the summer pass for two years and are thrilled with the experience and opportunities to have good time and fun as a family. Great food too - especially the parm ranch wings, sampler and sandwiches.

Google
Place is kept clean, drinks are tasty and pack a punch and lanes are solid. What more can you ask for from a bowling alley!?

Google
This place is very hit or miss, I've been coming here for years. It is unbearable to be in during the summer. It is so hot inside that I've needed to leave on multiple occasions all because they won't put on the air conditioner. The lanes are breaking down constantly and you'll need to get someone to fix it, oil on them is either non existent or way too much. The staff is super kind though, just please put crank up your air conditioning.

We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and used a Groupon- and the manager JC was super accommodating. We had a great lane- awesome selection of bowling balls and the best part was - our 22 month old son has the TIME OF HIS LIFE! Our waitress Brianna was attentive and the food was fresh and delicious- courtesy of their newly updated kitchen. All-in-all an outstanding experience and we cannot wait to come back!

My daughter had her 4th birthday party here on Sunday. I was beyond satisfied with amazing everything went. From the planning with their back offices to the day of, Bowlero ensured that all my needs were met. Debbie who was our planner on the day of was beyond amazing. I had no idea that there would be a decorative setup for my daughters birthday. I was so taken back when I walked in and saw how beautiful everything looked. Debbie, Matt (I believe that's his name; he's the manager) & Mike all ensured everything that day went without a hitch. The food was amazing!! All my guests were coming up to me saying how good the food was and how beautiful everything looked. Thank you Bowerlo of Commack for making my daughters birthday so special. You guys truly went above and beyond!!!

Google
What a family fun outing! There's more than just bowling here. Moder technology combined with well maintained lanes. There's a bar area. Plenty of seating to enjoy a meal, video game area and more. Air Hockey is one of my favorites. I found most of the machines in good working order but some were out of service. The only suggestion I have is for a routine walk of the facility. We observed empty used drinking glasses laying out. Nothing aggregious and overall I found the facility clean and well organized.

Google
Two huge thumbs up for Bowlero in Commack! I called last Sunday to ask about prices to reserve a couple of lanes for my son's birthday on 5/21. Brittany in the sales office gave me the run down of walk-in vs party pricing. I know there's a Groupon for Bowlero, and I considered that as well. The party price for teens was $40pp and included 2 games, shoes, unlimited food and drinks (pizza, french fries, chicken tenders, soft drinks), a $10 arcade card to use that day and a $5 gift certificate to use another day as a party favor. Comparing all prices (walk-in vs. Groupon + buying food and arcade for all kids vs. party package), the party package was a no brainer. We had our own attendant, Sean, who was an absolute doll. He got a long with all the kids and was so sweet. The food and drinks never ran out. He took the ice cream cake and saucers right away to store in the freezer. I forgot candles and he brought them out. He was so good, I tried recruiting him to work for me at College Hunks 🤣. The kids had an absolute blast bowling. There were 8 teens plus my 12 yr old, and my fiance's 9 and 6 yr olds. The manager, Mike, came over towards the end of the party with a card for Aidan with free bowling passes and an arcade card in there for him. Then he asked if Aidan had siblings and I said yes, these 3. He ran off and grabbed bowling passes and arcade cards for them so they "wouldn't feel left out". Now THAT is customer service!! I highly recommend having a party at Bowlero. Start by calling Brittany to plan your party. They do all kinds of parties, from birthdays of all ages to corporate parties. This was the most easy breezy party I've ever had and it was all booked a week before.

Yelp
Was at this particular Bowlero for a group outing. The price was pretty reasonable for two hours of unlimited bowling, pizza, and refreshments. You can purchase adult beverages. They have a nice selection of cocktails, and draft beer. There were a lot of families there, enjoying the magical fun that bowling alleys can bring. This establishment is well managed and clean and parking is great.

Yelp
This is first time since so many years, I went bowling. I had a fun experience at Bowlero. Everything was good service and cleanliness. This is place for fun and retro vibes.

Yelp
They have great party planning at this location. I food is delicious and the alcoholic drinks are very weak. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The place is clean and love the old classic pictures on the wall of the 50's & 60's of bowlers. They have great summer deals.

Yelp
This spot has gotten a lot of flack for being crazy expensive, but I didn't think it was that highly priced. This is 2023, everything costs a fortune. Came in for a double date night the other night and got ourselves a lane around 9pm, no problem. Place was packed, but there was no wait or reservation needed. They took a card to hold for the lane, and we rented our shoes and bowled. Got drinks at the bar, pints and mugs, some good beer choices, decent service. Bowled, had a lot of fun, plenty of balls to choose from already in the lane, people having parties, kids having a good time, music was vibing, our neighbors were chill, and I haven't bowled in like 3 years so it was good to throw em down once again. With the rented shoes and 2 games for the 4 of us it was $125. And some might think that's crazy, but if you split it 4 ways it's $32 bucks a person, which isn't that bad. 4 stars, good times

Yelp
Had an disappointing experience at Bowlero in Commack. I had purchased a Groupon for six people and attempted to use it at this location. When I got to the front desk I was told the Groupon had already been used, even though it had not and was also listed under my active vouchers. Despite my attempt to tell the person at the front desk it had not been used, they insisted it was. So I told the guy behind the counter that it was no big deal and that I was just going to buy another Groupon. I said this right in front of the guy working behind the counter. So I proceeded to buy the Groupon, once the transaction went through the guy behind the desk goes, "Yeah you have to wait 24 hours before you can use the Groupon." You have got to be kidding me. I was furious. This guy knew you had to wait 24 hours yet allowed me to stand right in front of him and purchase the Groupon? I was beyond pissed, beyond. Incredibly unprofessional. We weren't going to leave so we just paid full price. We had five people, needed five shoe rentals and bought 3 games. It came to about $270, which in my opinion is offensive. I remember bowling as a kid and it was an affordable activity for all families, not anymore. We got one lane, every other person who bowled a new set of pins would be lowered but one or two pins would be missing. You cannot reset the frame yourself from the little keyboard so each time this happened I had to walk to the front desk, ask for help and it took about 10 minutes for someone to come over and restart the frame. After the fifth of sixth time of this happening I decided to say something. I was already aggravated about the refusal to accept a Groupon and the subsequent act of me purchasing a second Groupon when the guy knew I wouldn't be able to use it for this visit. I expressed my frustration and a different guy came to our lane and offered us a free game. I didn't want a free game, we had already bowled three games and it had taken so much longer than it should have because we had to ask for help so frequently. However, I really appreciated this gesture and he was really kind. The other guy behind the counter, not so much, at all. So distasteful on his part. We ordered some snacks for the group. Mozzarella bites, pretzel pins and buffalo crispy cauliflower. The group was not a fan of the crispy cauliflower, in fact a bite was taken out of one and we left the rest. We had a fun time because we made our own fun but the customer service sucked, the service was slow, the lanes were malfunctioning and it was wildly expensive for that kind of experience. Bowlero is supposed to be modern and hip and a step up from your AMF lanes, but I would go to an AMF in a heartbeat over this place.

Yelp
Karen was the best bartender I've had. She was so attentive and made sure our party of 20 was good by the bar. I've never experienced a bartender like her! Will definitely be back soon!

Yelp
We were invited to a child's birthday party at Bowlero. The bowling alleys were in good shape and the technology was great. Bowlero has been a long-standing chain of bowling alleys that cater to leagues & party events. They have the typical pub like grub.

Yelp
The pictures make it look a lot nicer than it is. It's way too expensive for what you get. $7 to rent shoes?! $10+ per game per person. It was wild. I took my daughter on Sunday and we both rented shoes and both played two games... $53+ looks like they do a beautiful job on birthday parties but it's just out of reach for the average person. They've pretty much become a monopoly on Long Island now since all of the smaller alleys closed. Shame on them for their prices.

Yelp
Hard to judge since we couldn't bowl. Got here before 6pm to drill a couple balls for my daughters and while we were waiting for my wife to bring them, we went to bowl a game or two. We were told that since they're oiling at some point for a league at 7:30, we couldn't bowl. I've bowled well over a thousand games in my life and never been turned down for such a reason so far in advance of the start of the league. While I've been here, they've turned down at least 30 people looking to bowl. Meanwhile, it will take no more than 20 minutes for them to oil the lanes. In the hour between when I got here and when they started to oil, I could have bowled 6+ games, despite only asking to jump on for one. Ironically, they haven't started to clean the area around the lanes and it's now just before 7pm so they better get on their horses for this since it's a mess here.

Yelp
The only reason I am giving this location a 5 star rating is solely based on the customer service of their employee Dylan. After many unpleasant experiences with the younger staff, mainly from one in particular, Jared? -this employee had always been extremely condescending and unprofessional to his fellow coworkers in front of customers and never takes his eyes off of his phone. I understand times have changed but it's still something that is extremely rude to do in front of people especially in the industry of customer service. Every time I have been in his presence he is always the one having conversations about things that should be kept in the privacy of friends and outside of work. Dylan has always gone out of his way to be helpful and it almost seems like he is waiting just to pick up the pieces where the other employees fail so they don't get in trouble and no one has a chance to complain to the higher ups. Dylan, you deserve the recognition of your hard work, your kindness, your professionalism, your friendliness and your refreshing enthusiasm. People like you usually get treated the worst at work. The better you are, the more you care - the worst you usually get treated. If this is the case, please don't let it affect you. How people treat you is a reflection of themselves, not of you. Keep smiling, keep being kind, keep doing the right thing and thank you for all that you do! Thank you for always helping to give my friends, family, coworkers and myself a better experience at this location.

Yelp
The Commack Bowlero is a nice place to go to to hang out with friends or maybe a date night. Usually when I go here, it's most likely my son's youth league called the SYBA league. But, I did bowl once here. So, I was placed on Lane 40 out of the 40 lanes with AMF 82-70s at the end of them. (20 lanes on either side) I was under the darklight bowling (the SYBA league was still going on but the other side was all done) and found it fascinating with the projectors and TVs as masking units. They even played the Burger King ad multiple times which I stopped bowling for just to watch it!! It's just that good! One thing I did notice, however, was the sweep. 39 of the lanes have Bowlero branding on them. However, lane 40 still has the AMF branding, possibly when it was AMF Commack Vet Lanes, and they just forgot. I don't blame them, though, as this place does have other leagues during the week. But, I would really appreciate it if you got that Bowlero branding on Lane 40's sweep. This place is also home to one of my high scores, 133. My all-time high is 135, which I got during Memorial Day weekend in VA at Bowl America Shirley. Please, if you just want to hang out with friends, family, or both, this is the perfect place if you're in the Commack area. 10/10

Yelp
My daughter and work colleagues needed to have a time to connect after a work meeting. Bowlero in Commack was the perfect answer. The location is centrally located to everywhere, the parking is plentiful, The staff was welcoming and helpful.. Everyone had a great time and I hope we will be back. Plus the fireplace in the common area was a great touch!!

Yelp
This review is for the 9pm-1am NYE event. They renovated this location and changed it to Bowlero. I'm glad they did because it was pretty outdated prior. Lots of new arcade games in a few areas, the kids enjoyed that. The seating at the lanes was nice and has a decent sized table. The pins didn't always reset correctly which was annoying at times. Around $50pp you get unlimited bowling, buffet, champagne toast at midnight, soda, water, juice. You could buy an add on for drinks and beer. Buffet area was a few tables that they set up with trays of food and they called people up by lane numbers. The food was ok. Fresh veggie platters, nacho bar (chips, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, hummus), pita chips, chicken fingers, sweet potato tater tots, Caesar salad, enchiladas, flatbread pizza. And later the dessert table consisted of halved cookies and brownies. Everything was just ok, nothing special. Overall it was a fun night, eating, drinking, bowling and hanging out with my family! The kids (10 yrs and younger) all had a blast! They even made it till the ball dropped!

Yelp
Nah bro. This place is stupid expensive. If you're going to bowl for an hour and have a drink or two expect to pay over 100. The prices are outrageous. They don't do bowl by the hour Or any specials because they're all about profit.

Kerrie B.

Yelp
I just want to start off that we used to love it here. Yes, it's overpriced, but it was a nice spot and we could have food and drinks, just hang. Our son had a birthday party here a couple of years ago. We went last night, and if you're going to get COVID, it will be from here. They definitely don't clean their chairs, like at all. When we arrived, the table in our line was "sprayed" but not wiped, so we used our own wipes to wipe down the table and chairs. The wipes were BLACK. It was disgusting. They definitely never wipe them down. We had fun bowling, that was fine. They were extremely short staffed. We tried ordering food and drinks, and the waitress basically talked us down on getting less food. I'm guessing probably because it's more work. We got our food during our second game. We got app kind of food..no napkins, no small plates. And we didn't get our drinks until wayyy later, after my husband went to go ask where they were. We never even got the bill. We had to go to the bar to ask for it. My husbands drink wasn't even fully poured and it was terrible. I'm not sure if we would pay to go back again. We used to love it here, not sure what happened. And not sure why they aren't being more mindful of sanitizing, at least a little. Very disappointing.

Yelp
Bowlero experiences... went to this particular location early on a Saturday not to long ago. Took a little one bowling There was a short waiting as there were tons of kids birthday parties.

Yelp
My son just celebrated his 11th birthday here. Everybody was great from management to staff. I was pleasantly surprised when we got there and they had a table set up just for us. We were assigned a host who took care of everything, food cake etc. They also had an event happening at the same time and the whole place was filled. Although I only had a party of 6, they still made us feel special.
google avatar

Yelp
Bowlero is a bowling ally like no other... I rolled up in a group of 12 around 9 on a Tuesday night at like 10 they were able to get us lanes but that's because we needed 2 lanes next to each other. We were able to get 2.41 (with tax) Long Island iced teas while we waited which were pretty amazing.(rip Edgar Allen Poe) And eat $2.41(tax included again) tacos. I got a chicken one it was pretty good. The atmosphere was lit I loved this place you'll see me again next Tuesday Bowlero ready to turn up. Bowling shoes were $6 which is pricey but understandable and games were $2.22 before tax all in all cheap good night see you soon Bowlero staff
google avatar

Jeff C.

Yelp
This is a pretty lively bowling ally. There are neon lights everywhere with music playing in the background to an arcade. They also do have a functioning pool table as well. The lanes are lit up with colorful lights and projectors in front of them. You can order food and beverages from here. From wheat I saw, they serve pizza, wings, fries and beer. It's a good place for families and friends to come and bowl.
google avatar

Vinny C.

Yelp
Bowlero- this place is a joke. It's not a bowling alley. It's a kiddie arcade. Does anyone clean the approaches? Does management care about the bowlers? Nope It's all about money.

Victoria B.

Yelp
Place is nice but the staff are not friendly. Took two games to get staff to fix the bumpers for the kids game. EVERY TIME you ask the staff for help or a question they don't respond back or with an attitude. After they decide to respond with an attitude when you say thank you they don't even say your welcome . Sorry you seem to hate your job or me not "fitting in " "your community" .
google avatar

Geisa M.

Yelp
Don't waste your money, unless you want to over spend on a regular bowling alley that served alcohol. If you don't drink alcohol, you will get the worse service ever, no service at all. They told us one price and charged us a higher price for shoes and the bowling games. Never received the water we asked for, even speaking to the manager, we still didn't get any service.
google avatar

Joshua I.

Yelp
Lady at the front desk was very rude and didn't tell me what I was paying for. She took my card and told me after the fact that it was $17 for unlimited bowling which was not what I wanted. Might as well go the extra mile to AMF bowling in Smithtown for decent customer service.

Janette V.

Yelp
Horrible customer service , Kelly was unpleasant . Once one of our team members stood up with out a mask we were bashed for it but it was because we were eating. Mean while the group of 6 next to us , were with no masks on at all. Spoke volume of who had the right away privilege as we were Hispanics and they were white.

Brianna S.

Yelp
Pretty pissed off that when I went to pay my bill on Friday March 12, 2021 I looked at the check and I was charged a "Covid admin fee." Before bowling we were given prices for games and shoes but this was not mentioned. Very unprofessional. I shouldn't have to look at my bill and see charges for something I wasn't aware of.
google avatar

James C.

Yelp
This has become the WORST bowling alley in the area. The ball returns and machines are constantly breaking, the computer scorekeepers are only partially functioning, and bowling hours are constantly changing. I bowl in a Wed. night league and have been going on Sunday morning for practice. Now, with the "new renovations", the lights go out, and "extreme bowling" starts by 11am even if there's nobody there! When you ask why, you're told "speak to corporate", this is what they want. Before going this morning I called to make sure they were open (New Years Eve). The answering service said they were open at 9am. When I arrived at 9:15, the lanes were closed, and the door sign said it opens at 11am. When I went home and checked online, the hours were posted as 10am. They need to GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER. They also need to get back to putting their regular league players first, and NOT make the regulars 2nd class citizens to birthday parties and video games. If you want to BOWL, this should be your LAST choice.

Stacy C.

Yelp
Be careful when paying for your food and drinks because the bartender jason stole over $80 in cash from my boyfriend. We had a lot of fun there but he ruined our night. They're refunding me only $40 but the damage is already done. Never going back there again.

Jim K.

Yelp
Daughter has been asking me to take her bowling for weeks. It was my birthday, so I took my two children and wife. Don't like bowling much, but did it for the kids. ONE game and shoes $66! $36 to rent shoes for one game!!! Kids wanted to play another game, but would have been $106. How do they justify ripping people off like that! Never again!

Stef M.

Yelp
This review is regarding Kerry T. My family and I went to this place over this weekend. I sat at the bar area and I ordered a drink and gave Kerry my ID. As soon as she looks at my ID she says "I wasn't expecting this". She then puts it under the ID scanner & comes back & says" Oh this is really fake" & my boyfriend goes like "no that's really real" I was confused because it's definitely real. So she goes back and scans & it turns out she was wrong. She then later apologized saying I "looked young". Even if I do look young it does not mean you discriminate and automatically say someone's ID is fake. she was just being nasty & rude the whole night & we didn't understand why. She then later apologizes and says that it's been a crazy day and this and that. THAT DOES NOT MEAN TAKE IT OUT ON YOUR PAYING COSTUMERS. I even gave this lady a tip even after she was being so rude. Towards the end of the night she comes to our table and we ask her if we can order shots she then says go to the bar. We get to the bar and one of my cousins asks if he can have a separate transaction from everyone and she yells out " ONE TRANSACTION I GOT TOO MUCH STUFF TO DO" meanwhile we're paying costumers and there's only one other person at the bar. We decide to walk away and not get the shots because of how rude she was being. We over heard the manager siding with her, DISGUSTING !! Never had this issue at this location. She needs to watch how she speaks to her paying costumers and needs to be disciplined !- THEY TOOK MY REVIEW OFF FOR THE PUBLIC TOSEE ON GOOGLE

Yelp
Recent renovations are nice.. new arcade games. Always a fun time but the prices per game and shoe rental are high.. menu prices are high and the bathroom was totally disgusting!!! Employees were friendly.. I wouldn't rush to come back here

Yelp
Held our annual fundraiser for HLH in honor of Monique Tartt and it was a huge success. From planning with Vanessa to execution with Kelly and the staff, Bowlero has always been attentive and customer service is excellent. Very satisfied customers attend the event, and they look forward to coming back with their family and friends. 3 hours of bowling and good food for a reasonable price. Renovations are wonderful and we look forward to what the next year will bring. Thank you for helping us achieve our fundraising goals and look forward to future events! http://moniquetartt.org

Yelp
I love this place! It takes bowling to a whole new level of fun with the cozy red leather seats and lighting around the whole place. I have hosted several events here and would highly recommend for groups or couples
google avatar

Yelp
Ever since they redid this place its been atrocious nothing but trouble Coudnlt get through 1 game without the lane malfunction they put us somewhere else the lane malfunction there to the manger is really nice and its not her fault but this place needs to work on having more people and working on there machines she gave us a refund and a arcade card im a grown man so im not really sure what the arcade card was for but overall i will not be returing to this place unless its a free game east northport.and deer park bowling is much better and has no problems also the holiday prices is just a cheap way for them to charge more during the holiday times 1/10 will definitely not be returing

Jonny F.

Yelp
Memorial Day 2017. 1PM what a horror. Not very busy but understaffed. Bowled 1 game with my family. Wanted to play video games after but both machines that issue credits on a card were broke. Cant imagine the amount of money they are losing on this rainy day. Staff, no help. We are checking out and there is a line to the door. Should never have to wait on line to pay at a bowling alley. Get it together Bowlero. I'll stick with Larkfield Lanes.

Yelp
I don't usually write reviews on things but I felt that my experience at Bowlero Commack really warranted one. I've never been to a bowling alley where the staff was so friendly! Every worker I encountered was super sweet, but I wanted to give special shoutouts to Marsha at the desk and our bartender Lynn. Marsha was very sweet to my husband and I, and was very helpful with any lane issues we were having. Our bartender Lynn was quick with our drinks and very friendly while we were sitting at the bar. She recommended some drink specials to us and I was pleasantly surprised. Overall my experience at Bowlero was a great one! But I had to give it four stars because the bathrooms weren't the nicest. I'll definitely be back, and I look forward to seeing the friendly faces that work there.

Yelp
While the ambient is nice and the vibe is ok, it is not a place to go if you want to do a serious competition among your friends, when we arrived, the table was a mess full of cups and trash left out by previous players, no one cleaned the table during all the time we were there, the pins would not reset properly and instead of having a convenient reset button at the table, we had to go all the way to the cashier to ask for manual reset, and the second time it happened, we had to wait like 20 minutes for a staff to go do it and even so he did not show up, we had to change lanes and even that at the beginning had reseting pins problem... it's nice to go for leisure... but not for the actual bowling game...

Connor M.

Yelp
Terrible. That's all I have to say. We waited an hour to get a lane and then they started letting other people that were just walking in lanes. They told us we would get a text when it's ready but we watched them give out lanes to other people that had just walked in.

Matt B.

Yelp
If I could give this place a no star Review I would. I've been here multiple times with friends and family and each and every single time was honestly a miserable experience. every single worker here seems to be depressed and lazy. It can take up to half hour to get a drink from the bar. And their game machines never work for my children. And their game machines never work from my children

Yelp
The renovations look beautiful but the bowling lanes need to be repaired. We are a family of six with two younger children. It looked like the facility was understaffed. We were told that the bumpers for the younger children could not be removed. We were all forced to bowl with bumpers up. The electronic score board didn't work and after a round of bowling we had to move and start over. The balls continuously jammed. Total charge for two games and shoes for six people $117, which I would not have mind, if the equipment worked. The place feels like and old bowling alley that just got a cosmetic job.

Yelp
Great place! Nice atmosphere, staff very pleasant. Tasty drinks at the bar, I especially like the ginormous XL pretzel with mustard and cheese.

Yelp
Recently had my sons birthday party here. Event planner was very attentive and available for us. The kids had a great time bowling. Plenty of refreshments and food available. Overall great birthday experience.

Yelp
The service was rude and slow . It took almost an hour and a half to have a server bring our food. it's the closest location to our home so it's more conscientious to come here instead of driving across town to the one In Melville. I have to say for the service a 2/10 but overall the place was just another decent bowling alley

Yelp
I manage a Starbucks and I had my store's yearly party tonight at Bowlero. It was amazing! Debbie was such a pleasure and so attentive. She really was the best! The new renovation looks great! Food was good too. My team had a blast. A perfect time was had by all. Thank you Bowlero and thank you Debbie!! We will def be back again for our next party.

Yelp
This bowling alley is extremely overpriced for the experience you get. I understand that you pay a premium for the lights and video projections as part of the experience but, this is not what I was able to experience. I arrived to a relatively empty bowling alley and was told there was a 30 minute wait which ended up being an hour because there was a league coming in. The person working the front desk did not inform us of this. Furthermore, halfway thru my first game I was told we have to switch lanes because league players needed the lane. This was not a huge issue but, I was not provided any compensation for the hassle we were put thru. The lights, videos and music which we pay a premium for are not turned on during "league nights" which are three nights a week. If this is the case, I would at least expect special pricing for bowling if you come on a league night or at least to be informed by the staff ahead of time.

Yelp
Amazing food even though it was slightly over priced it was worth the money because there was a really nice arcade for little money to play
