the ice cream was great and the service was FANTASTIC. 10/10 experience. Oakley and Liam were amazing people, so fun to talk to and had great service.

Google

Went there on Saturday afternoon and the flavor was limited due to they ran out of some flavors. I got the double scoop with salty caramel and tiramisu flavor and they were delicious. The tiramisu even has pieces of cake. Price wasn’t cheap but not too outrageous ($6 for two scoops). Pro tip: get the gelato on a cup Vs on waffle cone. Their waffle cone is small and they could pack more gelato in a cup.

After walking around Opryland for awhile we decided to stop and sit down. That’s when we discovered Bravo Gelato. I ordered the lemon gelato and my daughter ordered the blue moon one. They were both delicious!

Google
Super disappointed, 9pm and the young man was taking all the Gelato flavor signs off the ice cream, I said why, it's not 10pm yet, I would like to see what flavors each one is... they said to just ask,, this was wrong, B.S.., thier trying to minimize thier closing work before they close.. and there are customers still around. They should wait untill closing time.. im not asking you guys 3,4 or 5 times in a row , what flavor is this, and this, and that one... thats B.S.. at $600 a nite to stay here and $7 for a scoup for Ice cream , you guys should be waiting till closing time. I told my 5 kids not to come down, im not giving this place a dime..... extremely rude, nice people, but rude not to wait till closing time to actually start taking signs down... so disappointed

Google
As someone with a raging sweet tooth, I'm not sure I have ever before encountered ice cream I thought was TOO sweet...until this. I sampled four flavors and purchased a fifth and they were all just overpoweringly sugary--barely a hint of whatever specific flavor; mostly just SWEET. Both my sons' flavors were also extremely disappointing. It might have been the first time in my life I actually threw away the last couple of bites (of a *tiny* cup!) of gelato--because it just wasn't even worth finishing.

The white skinny man is disrriminatinatory. Would not recommend. We went up there and they said we can’t serve until 2pm then went to serve a white couple so they didn’t have to wait. When we got in line he mumbles to the girl worker “the sign says 2pm” and then tells us he won’t serve us till 2 and when we said he served the other couple he says it’s because he has to throw it out and it’s bad. We told him he’s clearly pulling lies out of thin air and he yells. So why would you serve another family “bad” gelato and then lie to us. He then gets mad saying he’s not racist and is looking out for us then why did it only apply to us? We will not be giving our money to a company who treats customers that way.

Yelp
Normally I am not a Gelato fan... but oooooh my Goddie this was sooooo Hottie! Located inside the Grand Ole Opry hotel, next to the entrance to the water park, this place is filled with flavor bombs! Smooth as any ice cream with flavors like Twix, salted Caramel, blackberry cheese cake, Milky Way, sweet potato maple, etc. The servings are generous, the staff delightful, and the flavors addictive! Once we found this place we came here multiple times a day! Yeah not good for the figure for sure but oooohhhhh man did the taste buds come alive! This was phenomenal! I highly recommend coming in for a double scoop in a waffle cone.

Yelp
Solid gelato. Lots of great flavors. Can recommend the banana pudding and cheesecake. Kids appetites were satiated and sugar levels a reached for the day.

Yelp
This is my family's favorite place to get ice cream (gelato) and dessert at Gaylord Opryland. It can get a little crowded because a) it's Gaylord Opryland and sometimes there are a lot of people there, and b) Bravo Gelato is located just steps away from Soundwaves, Gaylord's waterpark. So depending on when you visit, you might have to wait 20 minutes ... or you might not have to wait at all. The last time we visited, we didn't have to wait at all. There was no one in line, so we were able to just walk up and order right away. We got gelato, which my kids love. They offer more than a dozen different gelato flavors, as well as other sweet treats like muffins, rolls, pastries, brownies, cookies, cheesecake and other desserts. This is the place to visit if you're visiting Gaylord Opryland and you're in the mood for something sweet.

Yelp
Really good but a little pricey so keep that in mind if you go. Service is quick and the atmosphere is good too.

Lydia C.

Yelp
top tier i've cream. my personal favourite was the cookies and cream because they had the perfect cookie to ice cream ratio and the chunks of the cookie weren't super small. wish i got a pint or something to take home, i already miss it the people there are also super nice and the location wasn't hard to find

Russell F.

Yelp
Rude staff I think she was upset because we interrupted the TV show she was watching. I was a simple question, do any of your Gelato contain peanut products? Her first question was what do you mean, we explain we have a deadly peanut allergy and need to know. Her response after that was I don't know they just give them to us to sell..

Marissa C.

Yelp
Pastries were excellent but gelato was way too sweet. Cinnamon roll and cookies were my favorite.

Kevin L.

Yelp
Just visiting the Opryland and saw this cute little place tucked right by the garden conservatory. Line was about 8 people long with only one employee so the wait was about 5-10 minutes, but the gelato is amazing. I had the Cookie Monster gelato in a waffle cone and really enjoyed it. I also got a large m&m soft cookie and it tasted and felt very fresh. It looks like they have as many pastry choices as they have gelato choices and that's quite a selection!

Vivienne Y.

Yelp
Worst gelato I've ever had. The flavors were way too sweet and artifical. And the texture was just off - not gelato at all or even ice cream.....more like a sludgy corn syrup.

Marty S.

Yelp
I have a one scoop smores waffle cone. It was very good customer service was great the employee was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Penny Z.

Yelp
Ok I couldn't even eat past a bite of the most disgusting croissant sandwich of my life. The bread was soggy. There was no cheese. Egg was creepy. Sausage was creepy. I should've checked the reviews before going here and wasting 8$ on a lower than fast food quality meal.

Yelp
Hey there yelpers! So I have been coming to this gelato place for many many years now, about 5 years I'd say, but now that I've got much easier access to it because of my job (I don't work here though) I got more often than before and I felt that I've been enough times to offer a good and, as always, honest review. So here it is.. In brief, this is one of the best ice cream/gelato places I've been to date and the variety of flavours is really good. They're constantly rotating out their flavours so that it's really hard to get bored of coming here and a lot of us know that's good marketing. The associates that work here do a decent job and they don't skimp on the servings (at least not so far). To add to the constantly rotating flavours and generous portions, it's located near the Garden Conservatory inside the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, which is available for anyone to access and not just guests staying at the hotel. The view is incredible and there was no wait time when I went there the past couple times, both around 5pm to 5:30pm. While I suppose the employees could smile more, I don't count that against them as they were friendly enough and certainly not rude. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a sweet treat any day of the year, be it their gelato or the pastries and cookies they also sell. Happy yelping!

Yelp
Great Cookies and Creamy Gelato The Christie Cookie and Bravo Gelato location at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel has both. You can't go wrong getting one or the other... or both. I came expecting to get a little ice cream or afternoon snack and left with a bag full of yum. The cookies are as sweet and soft as they are beautiful. It was impossible to resist, so, I didn't even try. The Sprinkle Cookie is a Sugar Cookie topped with a mound of Cream and covered in Sprinkles or its basically Sweet topped with Sweet and covered in Sweet. It's the perfect cookie for a kid of any age with a sweet tooth. A Snickerdoodle was fresh and just as rewarding. It's a classic done better. The best? It was a Chocolate-dipped Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwich loaded with Cream filling. O to the M to the G, this is one hefty, messy, and creamy cookie. I gained a pound or two and shortened my life expectency by about 5 hours, but it was worth every creamy calorie. For a cold and creamy dessert, there are almost 20 flavors of Bravo Gelato available. Blackberry, Cinnamon Cappuccino, Tiramisu, Cafe Mocha were just a few. Ask for a free sample if you aren't sure which one to get. Cones or Cups are available. The prices are high. This is a hotel resort and the cookies/gelato are that good. You don't always get what you pay for in life, so, you might as well pay for something you like. And, who doesn't like great cookies and creamy gelato?

Yelp
Service was quick. There were only a few people in line compared to the Starbucks 15 feet away. The pastries looked amazing. I heard someone order a croissant, and that sounded appealing. My husband let the woman know that I wanted the ham and cheese croissant. She must have been having a hard day, because she snapped back that it had egg on it. Whatever. My husband got a pastry, some sort of cream cheese Danish. We also ordered some coffees. The cashier was much friendlier. She let us know that we could bring our cups back for refills for $0.85. It may have been $0.87... This was before I drank the coffee! The Danish was delicious. I only had a nibble from the side, but it was delicate and not dry. I would come back for that again, for sure. My croissant was warm and topped with sesame seeds. I now understand the insistence of me knowing that there was egg on it. Normally, a croissant of this variety is layered with ham, egg and cheese. This was more like a folded over omelet that had been sprinkled with diced ham and cheese and sandwiched between a croissant. I knocked off a star for the poor attitude and general unhappiness of the one employee. The other star is removed for false advertising. I wonder what the threshold is between the ham to egg ratio being recognized as actual ham versus ham seasoning. Seriously. It didn't have the right to have the word ham first. The items here are expensive, but everything in this area seems to be. Expect to pay over $10 for breakfast. I will return for the delicious pastries. I also noticed an amazing little yogurt bar and bagel section. This place could be great. They are independent from the hotel. I recommend going to support them, and maybe smile at the woman that needs to be lifted up a bit.

Yelp
Um, yum! I came back to this place twice while attending a seminar at the Gaylord and each time had the Coffee and Donuts gelato. You guys. There are little tiny, mini chunks of donut in the gelato. So. Incredibly. Good. They had all kinds of other creative flavors including Rum Raisin, Honey & Fig, and Mascarpone, amongst other traditional flavors like vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and some fruit sorbets. I hope to be able to return one more time and try the cookies that everyone has been raving about! They also had some pies (sweet chess), cheesecake (including a decadent chocolate one) and cakes (carrot cake with cream cheese frosting) that looked decent, but unfortunately there are only so many meals in the day and a limited number of sugar calories to imbibe!

Bea S.

Yelp
Received a tin can of their cookies as an Xmas present from my bank. I tried their macadamia white chocolate and now am going to regift these cookies to get them out of my home. They are soft, moist, and fantastic. I will not get fatter from this company, it's already hard enough to lose weight. I choose not to eat any more of their cookies but I will be suggesting and buying them for other people in the future. Seriously. Delicious! Merry Xmas! Side note: don't know which store these came from so I will be posting to all their locations.

Jeremy M.

Yelp
Wonderful staff. Really great foods for dessert, breakfast, etc. This spot is often overlooked as a good coffee place as well so look here if the lines seem longer across the hall at the other shops. Already stopped there once on this trip and will definitely go back.

Tyra F.

Yelp
Amazing desserts simply things I have never seen before. The gelato was good as well and the girls are nice..

Danny B.

Yelp
Donuts are garbage Service is hit or miss Price's are criminal I'll be back for the cookies

Bruce W.

Yelp
Sorry to be harsh but I was starving but not desperate. The ham and cheese breakfast croissant was a soggy microwaved pre-made waste of $8. I wouldn't feed it to a dog. I threw it away and saved my stomach from disaster.

Yelp
What a little jem this place is! I was very fortunate to have been able to visit this place several times during my visit @ The Gaylord and to not be disappointed once! Located in the Magnolia section of the hotel, close to the elevator entrance, this place has character, charm and just projects pure passion for there heavenly treats. First of all, the cookies! Christy's cookies that is, Made from the heart and passion of a previous well know foot ball player ( that I cannot recall the last name) who decided to take his love for baking and using all top notch quality ingredients to start his own business that has since become a local Tennessee favorite! My first cookie experience trying was of there white chocolate macadamia nut coockie....Holly hot damn! Talk about an explosion of soft, chewy, decadent flavor in each and every bite, if calories didn't matter, me and these cookies would be on! I ended up getting a can of cookies to take home with me for myself and some family members. I got an array of different flavors with the peanut butter and chocolate chip being another that I later tried, despite the fact that they had broken a bit during my travels back however, they managed to still impress : ) Next fabulous thing offered here? The coffee! Frothy Monkey coffee that is, Yup with a name like that, you can only be curious and in hopes that it will be something worth trying and it was! Frothy Monkey coffee is a local organic coffee unique in flavor and excellent in taste. This was the only decent coffee within the hotel and far in-comparison to the poor coffee bean. I also came here for breakfast twice having the fruit container filled with rich colored fruit more for your buck compared to other places there and some granola cereal that I had one morning that was fantastic! They also serve Gelato and other pastry's there that I was not able to try. The real highlight of my experience here besides the great treats they offer, was the incredibly friendly, sincere service I encountered from the lady working there. She gave me the whole background and story behind the cookies and coffee explained to me passion behind the goods and made me feel right at home. Overall, if your not going to go to any other places in the Gaylord, make it a point to stop here. Fantastic treats made from the heart with above average ingredients, all at a reasonable price and all equipped with some downright friendly, sincere service. Wish they had one here in the bay : (

Kelsey E.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious! I got the Donatella gelato which tastes like a mixture of chocolate and Nutella and a scoop of peanut butter. Such a tasty treat

Yuna D.

Yelp
Hands down best spot in here. I ended up visiting this spot for breakfast & dessert after dinner every single day after I tried it for the first time. Their muffins are a bit dry, but it's the cookies & gelatos you definitely need to try. Their boozy flavors are sooooooooooooooooooooo good & you definitely taste the booze, but it's paired so nicely. I had the bourbon, jack & honey, & kahlua and all three were fantastic. Their classic flavors, like banana, mocha, and strawberry are also really spot on. The gelato is super creamy and well made. Every. Single. Cookie. Here. Is. Effin. Delicious. I personally love the macadamia ones, & my boyfriend's favorite is the snickerdoodle. The sugar cookies here were chewy & absolutely melt-in-your-mouth fantastic. Other things they have are coffee, juice, and make your own parfait (which is a bit pricey). They open pretty early, which is a good thing. tl;dr amazeballs gelato & cookies, muffins are a bit dry.

Patricia G.

Yelp
The so called Gelato was in one word ... AWFUL... it was so melted and soft and mushy it was disgusting and at $4.50 for a tiny scoop it was ridiculous. When I asked the very unfriendly, rude server ..."should it be this soft", she merely grunted and said "YES". I actually threw mine away after one bite that's how lousy it was. The Lemon Poppy Muffin was stale, obviously over a day if not days old. Lousy Ice cream/gelato, lousy rude servers, stale muffins ... need I say more?

Anuita G.

Yelp
If I could give 3.5 stars I would. It's by far the best in this resort. And yes, a bit more expensive than other spots but with good reason. They have the awesome espresso machines I'm used to on the East and West coasts. But why bother with a great machine if you're gonna use a medium roast of questionable quality? The latte tasted burned although at least not acidic. And again - hands down best in THIS hotel. Greek yogurt bar is a great idea in development. I mean... the toppings are frozen fruit... Can't comment on the pastries as they looked too decadent to eat on a trip with minimal physical activity on my end.

Hillary R.

Yelp
The cookies definitely live up to the hype. I ordered the chocolate chip sandwich. The cookie and cream were both delicious. It is a little tough to get to but the walk through the hotel is amazing. Definitely something to check out.

Shelly B.

Yelp
Coffee was delicious but the $5 I just wasted on the apple fritter was a sad choice. Not a bad coffee stop if the line at Starbucks is too long but if you are in the "I need a morning pastry mood" wait in line next door!

Eric H.

Yelp
Christie has some great cookies! I would recommend trying the cookie sandwiches, so good!

Seema P.

Yelp
I sampled quite a few flavors before settling on the Mascarpone Gelato. It was an amazing delight to my taste buds and definitely hit the spot for my icecream craving I was having.

Bill G.

Yelp
Great service! All the pastries were fresh amd delicious. We tried the iced mocha and it was fantastic with extra chocolate, it was better than Starbucks that was only 50 ft away. Don't forget to get the yogurt bar !

Jay J.

Yelp
I was at the Gaylord Opryland at a convention and I had the pleasure of stumbling across Christie Cookies and Bravo Gelato. Holy cow what a GREAT find it was. I have a weakness for cookies--always have. Once I spotted this little jewel while touring the Gaylord Opryland and getting my bearings, I knew I would be making repeated visits throughout my stay at the hotel. The cookie that blew me away was the White Chocolate Cherry. Up until that moment, I had never had the combination --cherries in cookies. Oh My FREAK;N Gosh!!!! I was drooling as the girl bagged my cookies. And, heck NO, I did not wait until I got back to the room to sample them. I sat on a nearby bench and dove right into them. Wow, the cookies are moist and soft and the tartness of the cherries with the sweet goodness of the cookie was a match made in heaven. I sampled other cookies as well. There were chocolate dipped sandwich cookies too that were massive. Basically two chocolate chip cookies with some white icing/filling sandwiched between them and then half dipped in chocolate. It was way too much and as a person that tries to eat healthy, I knew I should not be eating them, but they were SO good. I think after all was said and done, I had spent $48 on cookies at Christie Cookies and Bravo Gelato while staying at the Gaylord Opryland. I never sampled the Gelato. If you stay at the Gaylord Opryland, you should certainly seek out Christie Cookies and Gelato in the Magnolia section. It is a true treasure of cookies! The cookies are way overpriced, but when they are really that good (and they ARE), then they can command a premium. In this case the premium is justified! If I end up at the Gaylford Opryland again, you can bet that my first stop after check in will be Christie Cookies and Bravo Gelato. In fact, I may request a room near the shop!!!
