I am a small cafe owner, and started working with Bread Man Co as soon as I opened my business! My experience was okay with first few orders! Then I had some wrong orders and was not able to fix, instead I had to wait for another day or something this was not a big deal because I liked the bread! I started purchasing croissants and they were pretty large my guests were used to that size, i kept ordering sometimes 2 dozens at a time! Again my business is new and I don’t have a lot of revenue considering the Pandemic circumstances as well! My last order Of Croissants came significantly smaller without notice about different size, although I had paid the same price, and I emailed them about it, they asked for proof and I have sent them a video, I never heard from them since! I simply felt neglected and will never buy bread from these guys even if they are the only bread making company left in Houston! Lack of customer care is what drove me away, not the size of croissants! It is okay to make mistakes and then if you care you can fix them, but if you don’t care because someone is a small customer shows me that you do not deserve my business!
