Terrible experience as a wholesale vendor. I own a small business that was receiving delivery orders to sell individually in my shop as well as to use in recipes for our meals. There was a MAJOR lack in consistency. Sometimes the bread was amazing, other times it was stale like it had been sitting for a day or two before making it way to us, & other times where the batards were flat like they had been rushed. There was something wrong with every other order & many times the driver was late without any notice or communication. This went on for months. The last straw was when they changed their delivery minimum without sending out any notification or providing any grace period for existing customers. The way customers found out about this new change was when we went to put in our next order, it was declined with a notification that we do not meet the new minimum required for delivery in our area. Which of course, leaves us in a HUGE bind when your business depends on the bread for your recipes. It really feels like they do not care about the customer & that they are poorly ran. If I could give less than 1 star I would. After being a customer for 7 months, it was incredibly heartbreaking & infuriating to be treated this way. Do better Bread Man!

I buy this bread at Whole Foods and absolutely love it! I can’t say enough good things about them. Excellent quality for their entire line of bread. Service is wonderful and I intentionally seek out restaurants that work with them they’re so good!

I am a small cafe owner, and started working with Bread Man Co as soon as I opened my business! My experience was okay with first few orders! Then I had some wrong orders and was not able to fix, instead I had to wait for another day or something this was not a big deal because I liked the bread! I started purchasing croissants and they were pretty large my guests were used to that size, i kept ordering sometimes 2 dozens at a time! Again my business is new and I don’t have a lot of revenue considering the Pandemic circumstances as well! My last order Of Croissants came significantly smaller without notice about different size, although I had paid the same price, and I emailed them about it, they asked for proof and I have sent them a video, I never heard from them since! I simply felt neglected and will never buy bread from these guys even if they are the only bread making company left in Houston! Lack of customer care is what drove me away, not the size of croissants! It is okay to make mistakes and then if you care you can fix them, but if you don’t care because someone is a small customer shows me that you do not deserve my business!

My husband and I visited the farmers market in Galveston. We bought the sausage and cheese croissants for breakfast on a long roadtrip home. They are ridiculously delicious! They were fresh and flaky even after being refrigerated overnight. 5 stars! I can't wait until lunch to eat the pumpkin sugar cookies we also bought. Cookies for breakfast is a thing, right?!? 😆

Great local bread. You can definitely get your daily allowance of carbs here. Rosemary Focaccia was best we’ve ever had. The farmhouse (?) loaf was amazing- like sourdough but different. The cranberry walnut (I think) is awesome too. Can’t wait to try more next time I’m in town. Note they’re only open to the public Friday’s and Saturday with limited hours. I got lucky I showed up during those hours.

At first I thought this was a regular bakery, but when I arrived, I discovered it was a big bread making facility. I wondered if I could buy there and I went in. They told me they only sell to their partners like restaurants, hotels, hole foods, etc. I was surprised when they let me try their baguette, it was delicious. These people were very nice to me even though I was in the wrong place. I highly recommend their bread, you can check in their website the places they sell it.
