It's a tasty sandwich, quick service, and priced right. I ordered the NOLA and made it a combo with chips and a drink for about $15. It's a ton of food. Almost two meals really. This place is a great sandwich shop. It's classier than Potbelly's and less pretentious than Mendocino. I actually ended up coming in on their first opening day for this location. It was their soft opening. It was really cool to meet the owner and creator of the Zeppelin. If you're wondering about parking, there's an underground parking garage just a few steps away. Also, it was funny to watch a couple of Jersey Mike's employees come over to check the place out! They're in for some stiff competition.

Tejano Caesar zeppelin 10/10 Came here for the first time. I’ve avoided this place because I’ve geared mixed reviews. But I’m so happy I decided to drop by today. The employees were extremely friendly and kind which I appreciated. I got the Tejano Cesar zeppelin with the crispy chicken. It was amazing. The crunch you get from the first bite sold me. I like how the bread isn’t super thick. Which is why I’ve been avoiding this place. I like bread but I don’t want the heaviness of it. Will be back to try new flavors!

Yeah so I’m pregnant and my husband and I ordered two sandwiches. Both my husband and I terrible food poisoning. We can’t stop throwing up. Gooood times. We ordered it on Uber Eats. GTG!

Google
Very good customer service, clean restaurant, and delicious food and bread pudding as dessert! Love the fresh made flavored teas too!

Google
I absolutely love the concept of Bread Zepplin and the "zepplin" sandwiches here are great! The $10 lunch special for a chicken ceasar sandwiches is my go-to.

Google
Disappointed they put olives in my wife’s salad after making it clear she wanted no olives. She ended up not even eating the salad because she could taste the olive juice.

A different twist on a salad very good and filling.

Google
Jayla is phenomenal! First time in and they gave me the run down of how to order and what to order! Excellent service!

Yelp
I have no idea what I ate because one of the young ladies helped me with my order but it was delicious. Definitely something outside of my usual but nonetheless delicious. It was hearty, flavorful, and crunchy lol. Plenty of greens with just enough sauce. But the star of the show was the bread. OMG! So soft, chewy and moist. It was the best bread I've ever had. Nothing to really rave home about with decor and ambiance. The service and ingredients make up for that! 10/10

Yelp
Just one tummy filling word, " Yummalishios". I ordered their Southwest Zeppelin with tofu, with avocado dressing, love, love, loved it so much the next day I returned and had three of the same to go. What makes this a must go place is the friendly atmosphere and the staff. I pray that they continue to grow. Thank you!

Yelp
Bread and ingredients are always fresh. I LOVE the Tejano Caesar. My only issue is that they're consistently inconsistent with the pick-up window. One time, when my husband went inside they told him to go out to the pick-up window. Another time, I went, I waited outside by the pick-up window and the staff just stared at me. After seeing other people go inside and get their order, I followed and got it that way.

Yelp
Salads are good. Recommend getting the salad in a bowl and bread on the side so you get more bread. The soup is hit or miss. I basically got all broth in my chicken tortilla soup.

Yelp
Great service, good tomato basil soup and coke products. Comfy bench seats against the wall and yes they cater.

Yelp
Very good customer service, clean restaurant, and delicious food and bread pudding as dessert! Love the fresh made flavored teas too! Vegetarian options: Tofu available to exchange for any meat

Yelp
Best lunch imaginable. Food is about 20x better than competitors like chipotle. The quality is unmatched, and the whole concept is delicious. The baguette is always crispy, and the salad is always fresh. It's a grab and go spot for me, and it's my favorite lunch. If you want to try something new for lunch, bread zeppelin is your spot.

Yelp
Bottom Line: Solid new option for salads that have a fun twist to it. I really liked the amount of food that it was and the style that it was presented in, and the price was good. Reason I didn't give it a 5/5 is because overall it was JUST okay. Like I would still choose my favorite sandwich shop over this and another salad shop over this, but if I'm around it and want what they offer, it's fun to eat the Zeppelin! I won't explain what I ordered and why because just choose whatever salad style you want and order it as a Zeppellin. They're all solid salad options. But I would recommend trying this place a couple times to see if one of their salad options speaks to you.

Yelp
bread zeppelin is one of my favorite places to eat! last night I showed up with a couple of my friends who have never had it around 8:30pm. They do close at 9 so I can understand it is annoying to receive customers close to closing although they still had 30 minutes left of operation. There was two girls working the line (one a tall pale complected blonde girl, the other a shorter african american girl) both of which were extremely rude and snarky. The black girl even made a comment in front of me stating "damn everyone wants a salad at night or what?" and the white girl laughed. Another couple of customers walked in and again the black girl rolled her eyes and made it obvious she was annoyed. this was such an embarrassment given it was my friends first time. these girls should be reprimanded and retaught what true customer service looks like.

Yelp
Size matters. Over $13 for a zeppelin with about a 1/2 scoop of chicken and a zeppelin that measured only 5.5".

Yelp
Wow, what a disappointment! We have been waiting months for this location to open, we were excited to try it. The Zepplin was smaller than a six inch sub. The pictures are completely false advertising. The salad was old brown and mushy. I would throw that away at home and not use it. I guarantee the lettuce was older than this location has even been opened. I would recommend almost anywhere else that sells salads over bread zeppelin. I will not be back and can't see them staying open for long with this quality at these prices.

Yelp
Our family is a huge fan of BZ and we're excited for this location to open. Huge let down. We ordered online six meals, and three of the kids meals were wrong with no protein, wrong chips and one didn't even come as a kids meals. The salads were not full salads, and one missing protein (chicken and bacon). The other salad was swimming in dressing. Also, ordered ahead, got there on time and waited 20 min with 7 other people. This place is extremely struggling and needs to close and start over.

Megan H.

Yelp
Service is good, a bit pricey and they charge for add ons... 85¢ per additional topping (even if it's just a veggie?!) seems silly when the salads are already $10+

Allison F.

Yelp
SO GOOD! Great location and great service! Can't wait to come back and try more salads and bread zeppelins! I love the bleu cheese dressing here and I love the build your own salads!

Jake A.

Yelp
This restaurant is SO DANK. I've ordered it very consistently over the past month since I discovered it. I have only ever gotten the southwest zeppelin with steak and the avocado ranch, I desperately want to try their other sandwiches but the southwest is just beyond amazing and I can't get myself to order anything else. The bread is perfectly crunchy and soft, it's truly incredible. I've never been to the actual location so I can't speak to service or ambiance. The ONLY thing that is keeping it from five stars, I feel like the sandwhich is a bit small, especially for the price. From my understanding, this is a new location and I hope they listen to customer feedback and make the sandwhich a bit bigger! If they do, I will update this review and let y'all know:)

Yelp
I order from here at least twice a week, they're healthy and delicious!!! I always order the same thing but one of these days, I'm going to venture out of my comfort zone and try something different!!!

Steve M.

Yelp
Service with an attitude! 30 mins past the expected time. They aren't even touching online orders. Too busy! I could have gone thru the line twice if I didn't order online. They don't know how to work online orders in. I am fine if they don't start until I get there but they didn't even do that when I inquired after 5 mins. At the end she calls my name and slams my bag down. She is a fine employee model! Not going back ever!

Timothy O.

Yelp
Just had the chicken ceaser sub and it was wack, I give it a 2/10 ‍. Had a weird after taste. Salad and go better, just being honest.

Madison L.

Yelp
FINALLY A GOOD CESAR SALAD!! You know when you're craving a good Cesar but don't want to spend $20?!? Bread zeppelin is so fast and easy and I can add whatever I want to customize it! I'm so glad it came to Knox and Henderson I was so tired of eating limp salads. I love the bread and the ability to customize what ever I want! The service was so fast and I felt like I got my salad in 5 minutes !!

Dawn U.

Yelp
Delicious! One of my favorite lunch spots. So happy to see them open in Uptown/Knox area. Today I tried the Pink Lady Zeppelin and it was so good! They have great salad bowls, and stuffed baguettes called zeppelins. Go soon...you will love it!!

Megan D.

Yelp
The sandwiches here are unique and delicious. I'm so glad they opened up this new location. Customer service was great when I stopped in.
