Yelp
My husband and I wanted a nice patio breakfast. The patio is lovely, and on the sunny side of the street, but that's one of the few perks to this place.
Our server was fantastic, friendly, and funny. No complaints whatsoever about the service.
Drinks:,
I had the basic Mimosa- house made Orangina, just standard mimosa
My husband had the Fresh Bitch- house made cucumber vodka, agave, and lime juice, but without the watermelon Torani. This was better than I anticipated, especially since I don't care for cucumber, subtly sweet in a very pleasant way, hands down the best thing on the table.
Food:
Biscuit and gravy- absolutely not good at all. Biscuit itself was fine, but the gravy was awful and should never be served anywhere near a biscuit ever again. Somehow sweet, but tastes like a bag of cheap fake sour cream and onion potato chips. 0/10 do not recommend
Bitch in a Blanket- chicken apple sausage battered and fried, served with maple syrup. It's fine, it's nothing special. Sausage is juicy, but the skin is very snappy, which makes them difficult to bite through, but they are too big to eat in one bite.
This was our second time here, and it was as disappointing as the first. Service was fantastic, drinks were OK, food was hot, but nothing was particularly good or stood out. We definitely will not be back a third time
