Well I'm not quite sure what where to start, but this was a very disappointing way to end the night. We had originally talked about going to R. Thomas, but the performers at the show we just left asked us to support the restaurants. Now I'm pissed that I waisted an additional $7 on parking. The restaurant was cute and clean, but that is all the pros. We ordered the Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings (not enough seasoning) Parmesan Fries (lightly seasoned) Pork Belly Tips (looked good, but they didn't arrive until we were leaving) So our server was cute as a button, but she needs to go back to her real job. The manager trying to take the blame, and I would have bought it if the girl didn't keep forgetting us.

Run dont walk the service is horrible Definitely see why they have the rating they have Our order was completely overlooked and other customers were served. We were given a watery ranch dressing and no parmesan on the fries as order. When asked for additional seasoning server never came back. Never experienced the Asian cuisine that's advertised. The young server with the curly hair need more training or find another line of work. The manager did compt the meal because it was so many things wrong

Came here to see Jolene Jolene but it has moved. Kinda foiled our plans for the evening so we just stayed and watched the game. The food is fire! The smash burger is amazing! The bartender did his thing. He made us fantastic drinks and really saved our night. What a cute hole in the wall.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, and we had really high hopes for this place. However, the quality of food needs a lot of improvement. Attached is a photo of the San Francisco Styled Noodles which is advertised as “Buttery, springy noodles with lots of garlic.” The fettuccine pasta was not springy but instead undercooked, and there was barely any garlic. Being that the menu is Asian-inspired, I did not expect a watery pasta dish to come out. In addition, my husband ordered the steak frites which was an ill-prepared NY strip cut in half and shared with a woman sitting at the table behind us (who received a refund for it). I want this place to survive, but it’ll require a lot of improvement.

I'd recommend this spot to anyone! Perfect spot for some chill cocktails and/or a quick meal! Been here during Pullman events, and spent several hours here this weekend for brunch. Chicken and waffles are phenomenal. Sandwiches for lunch/dinner times are also amazing! Only thing better than the food/drinks is the friendly and welcoming staff. Kayla is my favorite human, and Jacob made the best drink recommendations. Come vibe with these wonderful people. P.S. - Dog friendly on the patio area!

I would like to make everyone aware that if you have a party of 6 or more, Brick and Mortar will charge you an automatic 20% Service Charge. Even though this is stated at the bottom of the menu, in small letters, I did not become aware of this until I paid my bill and checked my receipt and saw that I left an additional 20% tip. The waiter, Adrian, did not inform me of the "service charge" and when they show you the receipt in the hand held card reader, what shows in the screen is not itemized, it only shows the total and the percentage of the tip you want to add to the bill. I will take some responsibility in my mistake for double tipping, but I feel that the staff needs to inform the customer that a tip has already been added.

Very fun atmosphere during a Jolene event! 3 outdoor TVs with fun outdoor. I wish the TVs were higher up though. Hard to see when people are all crowded around. For the food I had steak skewers, that were swapped out from chicken skewers. And fries with a green salt. Both were good! And the price for the specialty cocktail ($8) and food ($14) was great for Atlanta! I had read there was a bunch of unnecessary service fees here. I didn’t see any of those on my bill. It was a busy night so service was as fast as expected. Cool nice staff. Wish I knew they validated the first 2 hours of parking. So 3 hours was $21. You can also park down the road and around the corner on a dead end for free (5-10min walk). I’ll be back

On the one hand the food was good. Wife and kid enjoyed it. Portions seemed on the small side to me but I can live with that. My issue was a 17% service fee. We arrived on a lazy Sunday afternoon at 3 pm. The place was empty. It was just two adults and a child. Why was there an automatic gratuity? And why no explanation for the fee? Wife really enjoyed her meal and wanted to leave our usual 20%. You have to support the businesses you like or else they will eventually close, right? Wife dies the math. So we tack on an extra $3. But that didn't feel right, so I went up to explain the low tip. It wasn't that we were displeased, we were just leaving more, ok? I'm told the service fee is for the cooks. The tip is all the waiter gets. So now I just tipped the waiter $3. Easiest thing to do is add cash to the pot. In hindsight I just tipped over 30% for a decent meal with portions on the smaller side for the chance to possibly be their only customers for the day. That doesn't feel right. There are better and cheaper options around.

Food was good, nice change from the standard pizza option that seems to be the only new thing opening up in Atlanta lately. The steak was very tasty with a nice Vietnamese flare. Service was above and beyond. We had visited when it was Daily's and Sides and the service was terrible. Huge upgrade. They didn't change much from the layout but it's cleaner and seemed more efficient overall. Would definitely recommend. The prices seem a bit high but good job. Will come back but due to the costs it will be sparingly.

Perhaps it's just new and working out some kinks, but we had a pretty unpleasant experience here. The food was all really bad- poor quality ingredients and poorly cooked. Pullman Yards has an overall not quite right vibe and sadly this place fits right in.

Lilah was amazing. There was some confusion but she was so helpful and made the experience better. There was a man that was so mean. We had kids with us, he was so rude and didnt even try to assist when the order came out incorrectly. This guy was so rude! Lilah made me give this place more stars because the guy was so horrible. I feel so judged when I have the kids out and he made me feel even worse.

Wow! Looking for dumplings outside of Buhi and we stumbled across Brick and Mortar. Super yummy dumplings, Panang Curry and San Francisco Style Noodles! Our server, Lilly was very welcoming and made our visit perfect. The cocktails were also different and very tasty. We tried the UnPhogettable. Will be back for more!

My visit was disappointing overall. The food is bland. I had the chicken sandwich and it had no flavor whatsoever. The noodles could have been seasoned better. I also had the Parmesan fries. Once again, no flavor. As a restaurant that is advertised as Thai, I expected a nice flavor. There was none. The customer service is lacking. The man working the register was condescending and rude. There is an automatic gratuity added to all checks even though you place your order at the register. Not unusual for Atlanta these days, but, if I'm forced to tip, the customer service should be much better. They also sneak in an alcohol charge, even if you don't order alcohol. Watch your receipt closely and ask to see your itemized charges before you pay. Our order took forever to arrive although there weren't many customers. When we finally received our order, it was either prepared wrong or they delivered someone else's order to our table. I'm sure that the manager witnessed all the confusion with our orders and the attitude of their staff, and never even bothered to stop by our table to speak with us about our experience. The staff seemed more concerned with hanging out by the bar than they were with paying customers. A young lady by the name of Lilah did her best correct our orders. Thank you, Lilah for taking the time to intervene and help resolve the multitude of issues we encountered. My friend said that her burger was tasty and the drinks were nice and strong. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
