I wish I was writing a better review. Sales agent Michelle: unresponsive, will remove upgrades without notifying you, does not go over the contract with you in person, will not give you other sales agents or her managers number, might give you an update every 3-4 weeks if you ask, does not update you prior to going on vacation, lacks knowledge on customer service and communication skills. (Should have been a red flag to us, but we were optimistic) Director of Sales Javier never called us back or emailed us back and we tried to contact him multiple times throughout the process. When we finally were able to talk to the sales manager, Abbe (took 5 people to get her number). It was already too late to add the upgrades that they had originally agreed on. They didn't even give us the option to do it after closing. Nothing done, but "sorry". She is very nice, but nice doesn't fix the sales agent mistakes. Pro: location is great, Chris the construction manager is awesome, but you won't have his contact information, just the sales agent. If you like to be ignored for 7-14 business days then brightland homes is the builder for you! We worked with a sales agent with Boulder Creek homes and they were amazing, very informative, educational, communicative, knew what they were doing. So when we started working with this sales agent it was the total opposite. Super disappointed. I wish I had better things to say.

Working with Wonderland homes was fantastic. Just two years ago we built a home with Century communities that was a disaster of an experience. We were lied to about "hiccups" in the building experience and our closing date was over 8 months late. There was no pride taken in their work and they wouldn't compensate us with anything, they even threaten to cancel our contract for being difficult customers. But, enough about them, because Wonderland was a breath of fresh air. To be fair, we did not build from scratch with Wonderland but bought a spec home that was already complete. I did ask about the length of time for the building process and it was 4 months, which seems like an appropriate timeline. I've asked our neighbors and I haven't heard one complaint about a late close or any problems with building. The most impressive experience and a telling indicator of the commitment to excellence that Wonderland Homes has happened at our contract signing. We signed each page of the design center choices though we didn't get to choose the finishes when I noticed a herringbone tile pattern that I hadn't seen in the house. Sean, the salesperson, indicated that it was supposed to be the backsplash but it had been installed in a horizontal pattern. I made a joke that I liked the herringbone better and if they could just re-do that it would be great. We understood we were buying this home as-is so I truly did not expect them to change the tile. Low and behold, just a few days later we came to see the home and they had ripped out the tile and were installing the herringbone pattern. I was blown away, as was my realtor. Such a small thing made a great impact. Maybe our terrible experience with another company set the bar low, but I believe Wonderland is in business to serve its customers and deliver a quality product they are proud of and that we can be proud of. I highly recommend this builder if you are in the market!

We are currently in the process of purchasing a new home with Wonderland and Dave Brunett from the Portrait collection is truly the nicest guy ever. I am not easy to work with, analytical, change my mind often, second guess the process...you name it and I have probably done it to Dave. However, he has never once made me feel like I am a bother to him. He addresses my emails big and small timely. I cannot say much for the home as a whole as we have not moved in yet however, we toured every home model in Stapleton and the reason why we decided to go with Wonderland was that not just their model homes seem well put together. We toured several of the builder homes during different stages and I was often disappointed to see shoddy work at all stages. Wonderland homes seemed to be better built with continued attention to detail throughout every stage. But another reason why we went with the Portrait collection was that Dave continued to make us feel welcome. Dave takes customer service to a level that I can appreciate. Update: we have moved into our home and are still extremely happy. I have heard horror stories from people with new builds and I am forever thankful that is not my experience. Their warranty team is amazing as well and attentive. We have had a few things since moving in and I have had no issues with them being addressed.

Our experience with Wonderland Homes in Downtown Superior has been amazing. From beginning to end we have felt, and still do, very cared for, welcome to the community. The team is approachable, honest, clear, helpful, organized and just a great group of people to work with. Our options were well spelled out and the team recognizes quality and great service. Thank you!

I have dealt with 4 builders in the last 6 months in Colorado, Wonderland Homes, Hartford Homes, David Weekly Homes and DreamFinders and only Wonderland Homes has been shockingly unhelpful with customer service/warranty issues ONCE WE CLOSED on the properties. There are issues with appliances, plumbing that are not being resolved. I am very disappointed with the customer service by the Director of Operations Derek. Surprisingly unhelpful and rude. I would NOT recommend Wonderland Homes if you are expecting quality after care warranty service. Except for Joe R, the building supervisor who has been exemplary, but his hands are tied!

A builder you can trust to work hard to build a beautiful, quality home for you. All their people have been wonderful from start to finish! We love our Wonderland home and the Wonderland Team. Special shout out to Alicia O’Herron and Dan Millard for all their hard work and tireless support through the process!

The quality of our build from the start was poor. Having paid 200,000 more than my previous home from another builder I was expecting the same quality if not better. The work was quick and the craftsmanship was not great throughout the house. Still dealing with issues and some issues we are told can't be fixed or that it is my issue as a homeowner.

Amazing builder! They really take care of you before during and after the process. I love my Wonderland home and have zero regrets! If you want a home with character with a responsive and supportive team. Choose Wonderland.
