The restaurant has a 100-percent gluten free and vegan-friendly menu. It features a seasonal menu, swapping out produce and sauces every three months. One popular item is a Brightwok’s street corn with a spicy garlic sesame sauce. The restaurant also offers new drink options like kombucha and sparkling water.
