Chai- the flavours were on point. Only feedback, it was a bit watery than what I prefer. Tawa Paneer- Good, home-made flavours. I reckon that they added some kind of sweetness to balance the tartness which was okay. Chicken- curry had nice balanced flavours. Although the chicken might have been a bit tough (ever so slightly) that day. Naan- was really good.

We really enjoyed the food at Broadway Masala. If you like spicy drinks order the spicy margarita (be warned - it’s spicy. It was a little too spicy for me). The starters were the standouts - Avocado Bhel and Pesto Paneer Tikka were amazing. I would definitely order those appetizers again. The Fig and Walnut Kofta and the Murg Methi Malai (tandoor chicken with cashews) were good, as well as the garlic naan. When I was there for dinner they were playing 1970s American hits in the instrumental version. I felt that took away from the atmosphere. There was a mixup with the leftovers and the manager Raj kindly remediated it. Thank you, Raj.

Google
The best Indian food that I've had in a very long time. Excellent service, upscale and romantic atmosphere. The flavors were delicate and complex and rich. And generous portions! I had to stop myself from stuffing myself silly. They accommodated my wife's dietary restrictions. This is a picture of the rice pudding which had rose petals, saffron strands, and cardamom. Amazing! We will be back!

Broadway Masala is an absolute gem ! The food is incredibly flavorful and authentic, capturing the essence of Indian cuisine with every bite. Each dish was perfectly spiced and cooked to perfection, offering a true culinary experience. The service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and efficient, making the entire dining experience even better. The ambiance is warm, elegant, and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. If you’re looking for authentic Indian food with outstanding service and a fantastic atmosphere, Broadway Masala is the place to be !!!!

Google
We tried the Indian vegetarian dishes here, they were really well made. Not greasy and delicious! The appetizers are innovative and tasteful. We tried the fried Idli chat - it was too good! The breads are excellent too. Kid friendly and warm vibe. The staff is courteous and kind. Highly recommend to vegetarians.

Google
We go to Broadway Masala quite frequently and have admired there consistent quality of Indian cuisine. The new manager Rajnish has added another aspect which is good service in helping us select the right dishes for our vegetarian friends as well as taking care of special dietary needs. We had the usual appetizers, bhel, railway cutlets, idly podi and the cauliflower Bezul. For the meaning entree we had the Tava Fish which was a cod pan fried with flour, the jackfruit Niharika a new dish and the tofu curry. For dessert, Rajnish surprised us with a cake for a birthday we were celebrating and some jalebi with rabri. With so many new Indian restaurants with fusion styles it is good to go back to basics at Broadway Masala

Google
A fantastic Indian dining experience with a touch of finesse! The fig and walnut kofta was an absolute standout—rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced. The naan complemented it well, making every bite indulgent. The railway cutlet was a delightful starter, and the trio of chutneys on the side added an extra layer of flavor. While most dishes were exceptional, the chai was a letdown—too watery for those who prefer a thick, creamy brew. Overall, a must-visit spot for unique and well-balanced Indian flavors!

Yelp
Did take out but, when I went inside to pick up the order, I noticed the interior was tastefully decorated! Next time, will do a sit down with the hubby and visiting family The food - EXCELLENT - notice the all caps? T'as that good. Ordered the Karwar fish (white cod) for myself - yum! I know, I thrive on appetizers. Got Vege moilee for the hubby, it came with naan and rice so, a meal by itself - it was gone very fast (I got just 1 bite)- t'as delicious too!!!

Yelp
Nice selection of thali combo meals. Excellent value and delicious, ample portions Easy parking on the street

Yelp
First time trying Indian food and I loved it! The service was excellent and the place was nice. I don't have much to compare it to but thought it was very good. We ordered the below: - Punjabi Samosa: delicious! Love the flavor combo of the samosa, sauce and mixture it comes with. - Tandoori Artichoke Hearts: this was good but not my favorite. I didn't particularly like the seasoning or the chewiness of the artichoke. - Butter chicken: this was really good. The chicken was nice and tender and the sauce was flavorful. - Paneer Tawa Masala: my favorite! This was so flavorful and delicious. I would order this every time. - Lakhnavi Gosht Biryani: my least favorite. I don't think I liked the flavor or lamb. My husband loved this the most. - Traditional and garlic Naan: I loved the traditional naan while my husband loved the garlic naan. Both were good. - I don't remember the name but it was a honey comb dessert. So good and unique!! I would order it every time.

Yuvraj P.

Yelp
Definitely the highest level of Indian restaurant I've been in. The food is delicious! The service is amazing! The lunch menu has great value!

Yelp
Service (4/5) was prompt and courteous. Our server checked in with us often. Ambience was modern and upscale with average noise levels for an Indian restaurant Food : This is where my expectations fell short Railway Cutlets (3/5): while it had the right level of crisp (and upon breaking them open, even looked like authentic railway cutlets) the taste didn't quite blow me away. I can't quite put my finger on why, but I suspect it may be there wasn't enough salt. Pesto Paneer Tikka (2.5/5): this was a disappointment. Firstly the paneer hadn't been marinated enough so once you got through the pesto on top and bit into the paneer it was pretty tasteless. Secondly, the paneer itself didn't seem to taste fresh. The pesto itself was good but would have tasted better if the paneer had been marinated longer in the pesto. Bharwan Aloo Tikki (2/5): this was just so spicy we couldn't enjoy any of the underlying flavor. Feel free to skip this dish Avocado Bhel: (3.5/5) the saving grace of our meal. The wife found it flavorful (I disagreed) and not spicy. Malai Ghevar (3.5/5) - was one of the two things I enjoyed. Don't typically get this at most restaurants. Flavor and presentation was great with the only downside being that the ghevar was overly crisp and a bit hard to cut. Beverages: We ordered 3 drinks as well but one was a bit too salty/bitter (Masala Soda 2.5/5) another was just ok (Mango mojito 3/5) while mango lassi (2.5/5) was heavy on the yogurt and not enough mango. Overall, based on the reviews, I had high expectations but the food was too spicy in general, but with a few bright spots. I'm hoping to be vowed if I visit again in the future,

Mindy H.

Yelp
My friend and I ordered takeout, and the food was nicely packaged. We got the classics: butter chicken & saag paneer. I definitely enjoyed the butter chicken more but both were pretty good For naan, we tried both the garlic and original naan. I personally enjoyed the original naan with the food items, but the garlic naan was good on its own.

Luke S.

Yelp
Best naan ever and so fast with my order . I just say the presentation of it was so awesome too.

Prashmi K.

Yelp
Chicken curry- not the best, huge pieces of chicken, they should cut it down. (2.5/5) Paneer tawa masala - not bad, I wish the masala was slightly creamier. But will not order again. Will get other dishes!

Yelp
UPDATE! Dec 8th, 2024...I have to say...DON'T WAIT...GO NOW! It's officially my FAVORITE Indian restaurant (we eat a lot of Indian and have several runner ups). FOOD: Listen, it's so good it will blow you away. WE ORDERED: 2 Lahsooni Chicken Appetizers AND 2 Murg Methi Malai. With rice and Naan (and the naan is perfect texture and not thin or thick). LEFTOVERS: We wanted leftovers and had plenty to bring home. SIDENOTE: there was a special for Chole Bhature and a nearby table got 2 orders, and clear they loved it...and it did look sooooo good! AMBIANCE: I love it. Warm and inviting. Classy, comfy temp, comfy chairs, clean (even the bathroom floor is spotless). STAFF: Kind, friendly, and our server recognized us, even though it's been months since it's a drive for us. PARKING: Go on a Sunday and there's lots of free unlimited parking. COOLER TIP: We also go here when we go to Fox Theater and since we intentionally get leftovers, we always bring a cooler to protect our precious leftovers! BRING YOUR OWN TO GO CONTAINERS: This is a regular thing for me. 1) I can pack my things how I want them packed with no spills and no cardboard to dry food out. 2) Less waste as I've used mine for years. 3) No only can I save the restaurant a few cents. 4) Obviously this doesn't apply to actually take out or delivery but we rarely do that anyway.

Deepthi T.

Yelp
The Indian food was okay, the service was awesome! The paneer was a little tougher than I expected but overall a great portion of food. I enjoyed the masala chai. The space was clean and decorated well. The salad with the Indian food was very American.

Shailee M.

Yelp
Food - Both the starters were good The bharwa aloo reminded me of Delhi's aloo tikki chaat served in dried leaf katori! Super delicious and flavors were just perfect. Cauliflower manchurian was crispy. Saag curry was good. Kofta were not much flavorful. I could hardly taste any fig. Curries were not high on heavy cream and oil. All the breads were decent. Both stuffed naan were ok. Nothing out of the world. Ajwain paratha was best. Moong dal halwa had perfect flavors! Service- Very good & quick. Ambiance- I did not like the ambiance at all. Very dingy, we went for dinner and hardly there were lights in the restaurant. Could have been more lit.

Yelp
We had a dinner date on a Sunday after our sunset visit to Mori Point. We have been wanting to go to this restaurant for a long time, we finally able to make it we were there around 8.20 pm, not crowded and were immediately seated. When looking at Yelp menu pics and review, there were quite a few dishes that were not present in the regular menu. We were handed out a drink menu, regular menu, and a printed paper menu, which keeps changing. I have a picture of the season menu for yelpers. We started with Mango mule, and Masala soda. Mango mule, it was ok, but Masala soda was good brough back memories of masala pepsi I used to have in Bangalore. Our appetizer was Avocado Raisin bhel, we ordered san raisin. Very appealing and tasted great, and was given the spicy chutney and the sweet chutney to go with it, which was really helpful. For the main course, we ordered Fig and walnut kofta and asked to make it spicy, but they recommended making it medium spicy, but it was perfect spice and were able to taste varying flavors. For the bread, we had ordered Ajwain Mirch Paratha and Mushroom naan. Ajwain Mirch paratha was crispy, but the flavor of ajwain or mirch did not come through for dunking in gravy they need to be a little softer. On the other hand, Mushroom Naan is a stuffed naan with mushrooms soft and perfect also very unique and was great with our kofta gravy. Service was excellent, and we were told they got a new celebrated chef from India and will be seeing more seasonal and new items. Overall, we had a good experience looking forward to going with our whole family. Little ohigh on pricier side, but they justify with their service, ambiance and food.

Yelp
This is a favorite restaurant of ours. We're married but this is an ideal date night place. Every element is next level enjoyable to me, making the overall experience perfect. FOOD: Incredible. We drive 30 min to get here and it's always worth it. While I love the butter chicken, the dish I always get here for is...Murg Methi Malai and WOW is this good! Get this! My husband will sometimes get the Lahsooni Chicken Tikka as an appetizer and this is another winner! It's incredibly tender and flavorful. SERVICE: I love the service here. They seem genuinely nice and they smile when you walk in. They check on you during the meal. Just good, friendly people that want you to enjoy the meal. AMBIENCE: table clothes and nice comfy chairs. Dark pretty walls. I find it calming. And it's a spotless. NAAN: Soft and chewy and yummy. We initially went here for special occasions but we now just go because we feel like it. It's too good to we couldn't resist going more often and now it's just one of our favorite restaurants. I didn't take pics but our door looked just like it does on their menu and smells amazing.

Iniyai T.

Yelp
Although a little expensive, the food is very innovative and also tastes amazing. The ambience is good, would definitely come back.

Yelp
Best Indian restaurant I've tried in the Peninsula so far, and I'm so glad it's within walking distance of my work. My 3 coworkers and I all ordered different things, tried each other's food, and liked it all. And I appreciate that their service was fast enough (even though it's a legit sit down restaurant) that we were able to order, enjoy our food, and still have time to walk there and back during our lunch break! If you like thali plates, would def recommend both the chole bhature (I would describe as a spiced chickpea curry) and poori aloo (a potato-based curry) lunch specials. They both come with 2 airy poori pockets, some pickled pearl onions, pickled peppers, a yogurt sauce that I think is raita, a couple other chutneys/dips, and golab jamun (syrup-soaked dough balls). Both the chickpea and potato curries were amazing, and the poori were perfect for dipping into all the sauciness. Don't sleep on the marinated peppers but beware that the fire hits strong after you've already eaten it. The yogurt sauce offers a nice cooling balance. The only thing we didn't really care for was the golab jamun because they're just too sweet. The butter chicken and curry chicken lunch specials were also good. Both can with a small bowl of the entree, rice, 2 pieces of naan, a side salad, and a crispy..cone-shaped cracker (??). Definitely a good portion lunch portion. Prices are kinda up there for lunch--our plates were $17.95-$19.95, but I think the quality is worth it!

Anurag G.

Yelp
Awesome food, service and Ambiance. Really warm staff We tried avocado bhel, pyaz kachori in appetizers. Both dishes were very well done. For the main course we ordered paneer Tikka, fig walnut kofta. Both dishes were excellent. Highly recommend this place

Rose ..

Yelp
Food and chai are always delicious and service is attentive and polite, and lunch servings are big! This is my go to for tasty Indian food in RWC!

Jordan S.

Yelp
This is my favorite restaurant in Redwood City, of any ethnicity, at any price point. The place is relaxed, but the decor is elegant. And my family just loves the food. The yellow fish curry is subtle and wonderful, the green bean chopped salad (name?) is unique, as is the Manchurian cauliflower, and the biryanis are rich and decadent. The service is prompt and swift. And the price is reasonable for the quality of the food. In the debate over who has got the best Indian food on Broadway avenue, the competition is stiff and there are lots of good options. But IMHO, this place prevails.

Saiyyamee S.

Yelp
Ambiance is okay and the menu doesn't have a lot of vegetarian options! Service was great.

Sumedha D.

Yelp
We went to celebrate a friend's bday. The best thing there were the railway cutlet and pesto paneer tikka. Their Lahsooni chicken tikka was also delicious. We went in a large group and they accommodated us really well. People were divided on the walnut and fig Kofta and Gosht Roganjosh. Walnut and fig kofta could have been a little less spicy. I couldn't taste the flavor of either walnut or fig. However overall experience was great! The bathrooms were clean and even though the place is not too big we didn't feel crowded even though we were a big group.

Pree K.

Yelp
Amazing gem of a place!!! Immaculate vibes. Everything from the music to the decor to the demeanor of the very professional staff was so calming. The food was just exceptional. Everything smelled so fragrant, and the taste was great. Plus, what a unique menu! Absolutely lovely. Food specifics: Edamame goat cheese tikki: excellent texture. Hot and crispy exterior with soft tasty insides, though couldn't really glean the separate flavors of goat cheese/edamame. Still, a really excellent tikki. Chutneys were great too. Tandoori shrimp: smelled phenomenal, was juicy, and grilled perfectly. Very tasty! Naan: warm, thick, soft - loved it! Meen Moilee: super flavorful!! Great fish texture, and the gravy was so tasty. Loved this. Roomali roti: soooo good! Had a great charcoal-grilled type taste and the texture was perfect Moong dal halwa: star of the show, though it was hard to pick one. Again, smelled so good, and tasted perfect! Texture was really cool, and they added chopped pistachios on it!

Afrin K.

Yelp
Recently came out to try their Indian food in downtown Redwood City. The decor and space was small but cozy. The food menu is vast with vegetarian, fish and meat options. Ordered their lamb rack which was delicious, avocado chaat appetizer, butter chicken and garlic naan. The prices were expensive but the food quality was delicious. Of note; they do not stamp parking vouchers for the garage.

Swati S.

Yelp
1. Exquisite Food - The food here is nothing short of outstanding, offering a unique blend of flavors that leave you craving more. 2. Mind-Blowing Jackfruit Biryani - One of the standout dishes is the Jackfruit Biryani. It's a game-changer with its incredible balance of spices and the tender jackfruit that mimics the texture of traditional meat, making it a must-try for vegetarians and meat-lovers alike. 3. Incredible Service - The owner and staff go above and beyond to ensure a warm and welcoming experience. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests creates an inviting atmosphere that makes every visit feel special. 4. Unique Ghewar on the Menu - The Ghewar here is an absolute gem. This traditional Rajasthani dessert is a rare find and the perfect sweet ending to any meal. Crispy, soaked in syrup, and delicately flavored--it's a unique treat that you won't want to miss. 5. Amazing Bhel - The Bhel is top-notch! It's perfectly balanced, with the right crunch, spice, and tang. It's an explosion of flavors that hits all the right notes and makes for an irresistible snack. Overall, it's a place where quality food and warm hospitality meet to create a memorable dining experience.

K P.

Yelp
The food here is absolutely excellent! Every dish was packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience!

Nick T.

Yelp
My favorite indian restaurant in the bay area. The food is excellent. My favorites are the Saag and Paneer Makhni (off menu). Both are the best I've ever had. They also have a really good chocolate cake. The staff is exceptional. Special shot out to Jess, who is my favorite waiter in the area.

Kevin N.

Yelp
While I do eat a lot of Indian cuisine, I do not know exactly what it is supposed to taste like. This place is very tasty and I couldn't even finish all the food in my photo. The lamb and the lentils were superb. The butter chicken...was interesting, it was not the taste I usually have. I understand it is made with a tomato base, but the taste was just sweetened tomato with the spices overpowered. Terms of meat tenderness, I thought the lamb was adequate and the chicken was a bit dry/tough. Service is good. I came right he before lunch time closing kind you, but the waiter was attentive and they came to check on me. Ambiance is nice, the place is spacious, quiet, and nice decorated!

Yelp
Another wedding anniversary, another celebration at Broadway Masala! We had our wedding party dinner here so it's special to us. And in 2023, it remains special. We usually bring a guest with us and this time it was my father. Hiccup1- I had made and confirmed my reservation with Yelp but they couldn't find it. Happily there was an empty table for us. To start we had the avocado bhel and jackfruit tacos. The bhel is presented as a cone-tower and the 3 tacos are a good finger size. Just as good as last time! Followed with zafrani chicken tikka, kali makhani dal, mushroom biryani, and walnut/fig kofta. Everything was very good especially the dal and its use of black rather than yellow lentils. My father did observe that the biryani was oily and felt it indicated use of a liquid oil rather than a saturated oil. Service is more than keeping water glasses full. It's also observing when the party is ready to order and clearing dishes. The host had to step in to take the order. In clearing they left a serving dish on the table even though we had stacked them. They do wipe the table between dinner and dessert but still managed to leave some rice on the table. I do think restaurants should go back to preparing the doggie bags for you, but to save on plastic waste we bring our own containers. They didn't ask if we wanted dessert but we asked for the menu anyway. Since my father likes caramel we ordered the orange caramel. It's flan encased in a cage of orange infused crystallized caramel with little dabs alongside (pictured). For drinks I had the forbidden martini and the beautiful. The former is described as gin, grapefruit, basil. No mention of vermouth that I recall. No basil notes nor of gin though I felt a little of the alcohol. I suggest exploring using ruby grapefruit and vodka and doing a riff on a greyhound or developing the gin and basil flavors in another way. The beautiful is nicely balanced and pairs well with the orange caramel. We are already looking forward to coming back before another year passes!

Anu P.

Yelp
Loved this place! I have been wanting to try them for a long time and was finally able to try them during our short visit to the Bay Area. Loved all things we ordered specifically their Thali. The food tasted good and the portion size was decent. It came with soft naan, rice, daal makhani, saag, paneer, papad and a small salad. We also tried their holi special menu - masala drink, thandai drink and vada paav. Their service deserves a special mention. Enjoyed our meal. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu in future visits to the Bay Area

Alexandria D.

Yelp
We ordered the avocado bhel, fig and walnut kofta, salmon tikka, and aloo chaat. Plus, two sides of rice and garlic naan. We shared this for a group of 4 and was enough to leave us stuffed. Food was delicious and service was great!

Simran K.

Yelp
Child bature were really good! The food and the service were really good ! Clean space and the ambiance was good ! Highly recommend!!!

Alark J.

Yelp
The food was spectacular and the service was very attentive. The appetizers were delectable and very authentic. The main course was perfect with soft naans and mouth water curries such as Malai Kofta, Paneer Tikka Masala, and Butter Chicken.

N. S.

Yelp
Great service , waiters very polite. flavorful food, mango lassie too thick for my liking but not bad , lamb biryani great , very authentic chicken and lamb dishes very tender. Relaxing dim lights not too loud restaurant I liked the cauliflower appetizer but felt for the price it could have been a larger portion, hopefully they'll fix that. Still tasty enough that I would come back

Sinchana G.

Yelp
Pleasant experience, we got this recommendation from a friend. It was totally worth it. Innovative food, soothing ambiance, great service. It is a total package. The Avocado and Raisin Bhel: Must try, 5/5. The soft crunchy puffed rice snack mixed with avocado base. Prefect flavor bomb in mouth. Aloo tikki chat: 4/5 soft and crunchy. Nicely fried and seasoned sauce on top with sev. Mushroom Biryani: 5/5 Must try. It's an experience. Mango lassi: 4/5. It was great, loved the thickness and perfect sweetness in the drink. Highly recommend this place. Looking forward to visit again!

Steven T.

Yelp
Stopped by for lunch and this place doesn't disappoint. The staff is super friendly and very attentive. They offer a full bar with beers on tap. The food was served hot and cooked to perfection. They offer plenty of seating for groups/families or individuals with seating at the bar. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food that is served and you will definitely be full after eating here. If you're in the downtown area, stop by taste the goodness.

Tyler S.

Yelp
Food, service, ambiance were all 10/10. Best Indian food we've had out here. Love the curries, the tandoor chicken, and especially the fresh garlic naan. I could eat myself straight into a coma if left alone

Shruti M.

Yelp
Great ambience, service and high quality and taste of food. We ordered pesto paneer Tikka for starters. I did not like their spin on regular paneer Tikka but it was not bad. We also ordered dal makhani, bhindi, tandoori roti, garlic naan and rumali roti, all of which were great.

cheryl j.

Yelp
The food here is to die for and service excellence is always above and beyond. Been coming here for years from San Jose and it's always worth the drive. Their orange and beet salad is so delicious - right amount of sweetness and tang. The butter chicken is absolutely the best! Their veggies dishes are amazing. And of course the desserts are so delicious and a work of art. Ambiance is nice and intimate especially in the evenings. Located in the heart of RWC, it's perfect for special celebrations or dining with friends.

Anagha J.

Yelp
Food : 4/5 What we tried Appetizer - Avocado Bhel 5/5 the combination just works, Bhel had a nice taste with proper amount of chutney Main: Fig walnut kofta (4/5) kofta was amazing the gravy was alright. Dal makhani (5/5) really nice flavor of dal, well spiced balanced with right amount of creaminess Naan & whole wheat roti - well cooked Side of basmati rice Drink: Tropical cooler (non-alcoholic) - a nice blend of orange, mango and lychee juices Dessert: Chocolate rasmalai (5/5) great presentation and taste! Service: 4/5 very attentive staff and food comes out fairly quickly Ambiance : decent with candles on each table and neatly arranged napkins and cutlery.

Shanice C.

Yelp
Visited on a Saturday at around 1pm and were seated as soon as we walked in. Food is amazing and beautifully presented, with a great variety of dishes. The service is warm and attentive and the atmosphere is good, nice and clean.

Pablo G.

Yelp
Great selection of Indian food that departs from the standard lunch buffet. Spicy biryani, good kofta, and more. Made for excellent NYE party fare.

kiran s.

Yelp
The food is good. Great north Indian taste. Service is excellent and ambiance is nice! overall I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a nice place to try north Indian food.

Renée M.

Yelp
Went for a family bday dinner by request because it's just that good!! We like the fusion offerings & how there are new & creative offerings so we checked them again. Had a group of 10 people which included 3 kids. Thank goodness the toddlers were manageable & it was a cultural experience for the kids & parents in a creative way. If the baby or kids were fussy, the parents took them out for a few minutes & all was well. The kids were open to new offerings as long as the taste was mild. Of course they loved the Mango Lassi!! We ordered as apps: Paani Poori(our fav), Gobi Manchurian(Cauliflower that looked & tasted familiar like Orange Chicken), Avocado Raisin Bhel(toasted Basmati rice, avocado & potato tower that just was interesting & had good textures), Ghar Ki Daal(spiced lentils), Chloey Choley(spiced garbanzos with a kick), 4 orders of Butter Chicken, Tandoori Lobster, Mushroom Naan(stuffed mushrooms w/truffle oil--what a surprisingly savory & tasty combo!!), Mumbai Murg Biryani(lil spicy), Goat Cheese Naan(YUM FAV!!), Nalli Nahari(lamb shank), Applewood Bacon Naan(oh yeah!!), wine, cocktails(virgin & not--like the Indian Indulgence w/c was a Vodka/Lychee Juice & Chambord cocktail), Mango Lassi for the kids to try, reg Naan, Basmati Rice & Iced Tea. Everything was delicious & was fun exploring some creative takes like the Applewood Bacon Naan, Lobster Tandoori, Mushroom Naan & the Avocado Raisin Bhel. Service was friendly as usual & offerings were suggested, water was always poured & new utensils/plates were given for our main entrees. We even had a small vanilla cupcake bday treat at the end for the bday celebrant--candle & all! We'll be back & will get our fix, for sure!!

Maria G.

Yelp
The service here is amazing and you definitely feel like a maharani or maharaja as they serve you the food and check in multiple times that everything tastes great. The prices are reasonable for the quality of service and food. It is a formal dine in but causal enough to go with friends. The menu is mostly North Indian with a bit of California fusion as I saw several apps having kale, corn and avocado in ingredients. The chicken biryani is my go to and it was flavorful and not spicy at all. The butter chicken was a bit sweet and less spicy and definitely tasted American fusion as well. It wasn't very authentic and was a bit too sweet for my taste. The spice levels would be similar to amber India and menu items as well. The portions are definitely on bigger side and the sever was kind enough to pack it home for us. Would definitely come again and love to explore their other menu items.

Yelp
Fantastic experience! If ever you need to plan birthdays to company dinners, Raj and Lazaro will make you feel like family and take excellent care of you. Everything was wonderful. The meats were tender and succulent, and the breads were great at mopping up the currys and chutneys. I still can't get enough of those Gobi Manchurian! They're spicy but not too spicy. Man, those Gobi manchurian are addictive! Hopefully, I will be back soon because I still need to try their Avocado Bhel. Good food, great company, that is a recipe for a good time.

Yelp
Good food and good service. Location is great! Ambience is decent - not super high-end. Taking one star off as the server messed up our sizzling paneer dish - it wasn't sizzling at all while other tables had theirs nice and sizzling. The person who brought the food out told us that they stopped sizzling which wasn't true because we saw that sizzling at a couple of other tables and it looked good, so we order one for our table. When we asked our server, he told us to talk to the manager. Taking another star off because the kitchen or the room close to the kitchen ( I could see it from my seat) as very messy - trash all over the floor.

Yelp
Ok so the service was fantastic! They were attentive and so nice! It's a sit down place and makes it feel super high end. The food was very fantastic as well! Had the Butter Chicken with the garlic Naan

Yelp
We had reservations for lunch at 130 Pm and hour before closing. They seated us promptly and repeatedly were asked if we were ready to order, constantly checking their watches. I understand about the kitchen closing but then have a rule on when the last order will be taken and let the guests know. I have to add otherwise the staff were very friendly and courteous. We got a great table and it was pretty cosy. We ordered the following to share. Fig and Walnut Kofta - I have to say I am not a fan of over spiced kofta dishes with lots of cream. This was a unique combination and tasted absolutely brilliant with the naan bread. Apricot Tikki - for starters. This was served with the main course. But again another great dish. It was served with marmalade and not the usual chutneys. It was very light and delicious. Meen Malvani - I saw this on the menu and ordered it to go. This dish was a disappointment. Lacked flavor. We also ordered a mango lassi which was ok and an Aperol spritz. The spritz was a total letdown. The food was mildly spiced and all the stars are for the tikki and kofta. Another disappointment and I wish the restaurant would fix, is the menu. Their website had a different menu with different prices and the menu we got was almost 30% more expensive for the same dishes. While I would have still gone ahead, it felt misleading. I might go again with other people who I know will love this place - plenty of vegetarian options and they have happy hour till 630pm on weekdays.

Yelp
They have supported community events (thank you!) and we finally came to meet the restaurant, staff, and food in person. Short answer: wow! The food was excellent! Very good vegetarian. Sag tasted like ... real spinach, gobi Manchurian was crispy with a touch of spice and .. a taste of cauliflower. Dal rich and not overpowering. Butter chicken was perfect. I had the the veg biryani thali - flavorful and well prepared. Oh, and the portions are quite nice -don't over order or fill a togo container and enjoy the next day as we did. Last: the naan was perfect!
