Decided to randomly stop here and it was really the best decision ever! The service is welcoming and friendly, nice and clean establishment. They were pretty busy when we walked in but our total time wait time to order and receive our food felt like a 5 minute process. Food was AMAZINGLY FRESH & HOT! If they offer you the garlic mayo… you better take it! It’s next level on any sub you decide to have. Can’t wait to come back ;)

This is the closest i’ll ever get to being home (NYC). The inside is full of nice pictures of Hollywood stars & photos New York City. It’s awesome. The employees are ALL very attentive, automatically greeted at the door with a positive attitude. When I order here, I have to dine in cause it’s comforting & great environment. Enjoy looking at the photos on the walls. Highly recommend to visit if you have not.

I was worried about my favorite sandwich shop after I heard they were changing owners, but it is still as good as ever. Amazing food, fair prices, and now specialty cookies that me and my wife love! Make sure when you go to get a specialty cookies! My wife loves the strawberry and I love the chocolate mint!

I recently visited Broadway Subs in Homestead and was thoroughly impressed. The Mahi Mahi sandwich I ordered was exceptional—perfectly cooked with a delightful blend of flavors. This place was amazing!! Portions very large - no one finished their plate in my party. My son loves the "Reuben" and my fiancé got the "Rachel" and loved it. I got the California Veggie with vegan cheese. This was absolutely one of the best vegan vegetarian sub I have had. The staff was wonderful and knowledgeable and helped with spicy/not spicy. Highly recommend and a place for my favorites to return!

The service is way more popular than Food! No flattop, but how do they make the hot subs so hot! Mini cooker Flattop. That's how... They are extension, bigger. More room to serve. The ambiance is quiet, peaceful. They do have a bunch of cold subs. My all time favorite is the Philadelphia Beefsteak, Onions with Provolone Cheese Subs! On a white bread. Proper.

First timers, my husband was craving a hot pastrami sandwich. We arrived ten minutes after closing. Trea opened the door and asked the boss if we could still order. They welcomed us in and we took a pastrami and a Rachel to go. We were not disappointed by the delicious sandwiches and the wedding soup. The best part was how kind and welcoming they all were. Broadway subs never disappoints. I moved here about 2 years ago and this place is our go to every time we are craving a great filling sub. PLUS the owner strives to make everyone feel welcome as well as have a good time from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave. The building is filled with awesome memorabilia and being from Philly , it makes me feel like I'm home again in the city. (Btw, the Philly cheese steak I have had in the past is GREAT!) The fries are delicious , the tuna wrap I constantly order is always on point - the slaw is amazing - and this wrap was good for two meals ! My husband who is military brings his buddies here whenever it's his time to choose a place , and they all have the best things to say about their meals. If you are looking for a place to get a filling meal with an awesome atmosphere, this is your place!

Best subs in South Florida. I order here every day and have never been disappointed. They even go iut of their way to include free samples in your order every once in a while. Most importantly: Real ingredients.

A perfect deli spot. We were driving to the Florida Keys from Jacksonville and I googled a good deli in the area where we were stopping for gas. Broadway Subs had great reviews and they are well deserved. I wanted a good veggie sub and this one was on point. They have a large menu of cold subs, hot subs, grilled items like cheesesteak, etc. I was warmly greeted upon arrival and I noticed the owner knew most costumers there by name. That's awesome in todays' world to have a local shop like this. My veggie sub was delicious and huge. The owner also gave me a cookie and a small thing of pasta salad. Seriously how nice was that? My sandwich was less than $7.00. Unheard of. Check them out if you are looking for a good sandwich shop! I wished they were in my neighborhood.

So glad we stopped by after our visit to the Everglades National Park. Seriously amazing food. One of the best Philly cheesesteaks we've had! The Godfather Italian was also excellent. Service was incredibly friendly - from the warm hello when we entered, to the sweet cookie treats they gave at the end. Plenty of seating inside when we were there, and fun to see the NYC decor all around the walls. We left with full bellies and full hearts. Would absolutely come back!

Friendly, fast and convenient! The subs are okay and they give a lot of French fries, which are crispy! I ordered a burger one time and I wouldn't recommend that. It's not a part of their forte. The cookies aren't either, they're hard as a rock! But the staff is nice and the old guy is funny

We stopped in for a late lunch on our way to the keys. So glad we picked this place...love supporting local owned places. We were greeted immediately upon entering by at least 2 employees. We ordered at the counter and decided to split a beef au juis with horseradish 12 inch sub. We also selected 3 cookies...black and white, chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin. While we waited for the sandwiches at a nearby table, the waitress came out with samples of their sides... pasta salad and coleslaw. Both were very good. Our sandwich arrived and they had brought an extra plate. We easily split it and it was so amazing...especially the horseradish sauce. The owner? has quite a sense of humor and is very kind to boot. He offered me a free cookie despite us buying 3 (jokingly saying my husband always buys his ladies a cookie... ha ha) and then later he jokingly brought over a slip of paper he has written (but pretended was from a lady at the next table that said, "call me" followed by a heart sign. The lady commented, "now this is why we come here". Everything was great, the owner? was hilarious and the atmosphere was so fun. Food was exceptional...so much better than chain options. If we ever find ourselves in Homestead again, we will be sure to stop back in.

10/10 recommend. Will definitely be going back! I ordered it on Uber eats and it was packaged amazing. One of the best subs I have ever had and the pink sauce is also delicious. This place is a gem, you can tell the food is made with love.

Friendly and prompt service, great tasting steak subs and burgers, bread is always soft and fresh, large open and very clean sit down dining area. A great place for a quick bite anytime, but especially after fasting for 12 hours for a blood test at Quest Diagnostics next door...!

The owners and staff are phenomenal. The food is always good and at a very fair price. This is a South Florida hidden gem, an absolute hole in the wall. So glad I found them!!

We are not from Homstead and we were passing by very hungry and Thabks God we found Broadway Subs. This place is awesome! The service and the food was delish! I had a tuna salad since I wanted not to consume calories and the staff was very nice and asked questions on my preference to get my salad as desired. Great ambiance too, every clean and nice sitting area. Plus my daughters cheese burger was flavor full and juicys Thanks a lot!

I ordered from here on Uber eats so my review is solely based on how my food was received. To start, it's the first time I ever had a bag like the one they use. Pretty much they seal it so your delivery person can't get in it or mess with your food. That alone was a plus. I had a Philly sub which was good in flavor. I also ordered some Mozarella sticks which were so good! The breading was light and the mozarella sauce was nice and not too tart. I would totally order from there again.

A true NY Deli! Great food, friendly service and clean!!! They specialize in cheesesteaks, but have plenty of other options. Don't pass on the fries and their secret dipping sauce!!!

Love the mom and pops feel of this place, we got takeout which was ready pretty quickly. I don't know if he was the owner, but this man was really kind and gave us a complimentary cookie that was pretty good. Their acclaimed #1 philly cheesesteak was really good and the fries were seasoned and fried amazingly. They also have this homemade sauce for the fries which was so tasty! I'd definitely come back for a quick lunch but i'd get half the philly since it was too much food to get the 12 inch.

Staff = incredible, food = incredible (we got the Philly cheese and the Cubano). 10/10 highly recommend, two thumbs up. What a hidden gem!

This place is GREAT!! The friendliest people, delicious food, cool ambiance and really good prices! We just happened upon it while getting lunch on vacation, and feel so lucky we stopped! Greeted by the owner who is so fun and warm and kind- did not expect that from a sub shop! The energy here is great!! The food did not disappoint either! Fresh ingredients and literally any kind of sandwich you want, they have! Wish we were locals so we could come here on the regular!!

Best Philly cheese steak in homestead. If you like subs this is the spot ! Reasonably priced and super friendly family environment. We order delivery from here regularly and the staff ways remembers who we are .

This business has great food! The food is always fresh and perfectly prepared. The owner is very nice and a down to earth person. Very interactive with his customers. This sub shop has been around for a long time and that says a lot. The ambiance is nice and there are some booths and tables with chairs. So dinning in is great. Enjoy !!!!

Very friendly staff and positive energy upon entering! Felt ripped off after spending $30 for two Philly cheesesteaks. The insides of my subs did not look like the pictures from other reviewers. I had small specs of onions and green peppers in my subs. The subs tasted mediocre and not worth the price. Disappointed with their service fee for using a debit card. Felt nickeled and dimed. Not sure if I will go back.

This spot was actually recommended by a guy working at a Subway rest. which said and I quote, "if you want a real sandwich go to Broadways over on Cambell, their the real deal". And curious as I am, the next day I swung by, and they did not disappoint. Ordered the roast beef aus jus w/fries and it was pretty good, the size was just right, the horseradish was really tasty and I'm not a fan of it, as well as the gravy. I wasn't super hungry so I got the 6"sub, but my buddy ordered the 12"and he had to take almost half to go. Their service is equally good as their food. I'm really looking forward to trying the mahi-mahi sandwich next time I'm in town. I recommend stopping by if your in the area and hunting for good quick bite to eat.

Had a rare but great experience when I made an order for Broadway Subs using Uber Eats. This is not the first time I order from them, their subs and sides are always great. This one time I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak sub and a side of Mozzarella sticks. My order arrive within minutes but the only thing was the Mozzarella sticks were missing. I could not get help from Uber and was really in the mood for my cheese sticks, so I called Broadway Subs directly. Explained the situation and the person who answered put the owner on the phone. He asked where I live and said he would deliver them himself in just a few minutes. He did just that and also brought a couple large chocolate chips cookies for the trouble.

Wow! % LEGIT!! Just like back home in NYC, the way I remember it. Melt-in-your-mouth NY sandwich on rye. I can't believe it! This place has been here a mile and a half away from where we live since the same year we moved down 18 years ago and embarrassingly, this is the first time I set foot in this place. The worst thing I can say it that the name Broadway is so overused, I usually bypass places with that name, because I don't believe it. But there was no disappointment here at all!

The food was delicious!!! We were stopping by on our road-trip from chicago to the keys and everyone was so friendly! The owner was very nice and welcoming. The subs were amazing! We definitely will be back on our way home :)

First I want to say that this is my first time ordering here and it was fucking horrible , The guy in the front screaming almost took more than five minutes to charge me then he was running around screaming at his employees and messing up every order there I don't know if it was the owner he was extremely rude to his employees screaming and cursing at them it was a horrible experience , once I told him he should treat his employees better he started cursing at me and saying bunch of stuff which I walked off not to make it a big deal . I hope you don't treat every customer like that . A I'm glad that the lady working there stood up to you. the team did a really good job The sub was delicious

The sandwich was so good and I will order again and the French fries are so addictive and you should definitely have the pink sauce and maybe two

The cheesesteak was okay. I'd much prefer shaved ribeye. Some of the meat was a bit stringy. We also got a turkey sub but it didn't have much meat. The fries are delicious. The owner was super nice and welcoming.

Omg! I love their Spinach chicken wrap. Lunch rush hour is super fast and the staff is very friendly, which I love. The special sauce they provide with the fries on the side are to die for. Highly recommended.

Eaten here a number of times and I really should try some of the other menu options, but man, the black angus roast beef au jus is seriously one of the best sandwiches I've had in my life. Fantastic local spot, friendly staff, and I've never had a bad experience going back to 2007-2008 when I first moved to Homestead.

Seriously the only place to get subs in South Dade! Don't bother going anywhere else. Come and enjoy the atmosphere and friendliness ! John will always make sure you're taken of. When you come here you eat well and feel like family.

I think it's ok. The service has always been very good and the employees are all so nice but I haven't had a sub that really blows me away. I've had the tuna and it's loose with lots of mayonnaise. The cheesesteak is ok. Not loaded and overflowing.

So I ordered a sub and a mozzarella stick from this place. I called back because there's an item missing from my Uber delivery and they asked me if I would like to come pick them up. I respond no absolutely not. That's the reason I called Uber to have it delivered they proceeded to hang up on me then I called Back to ask for the owner and the owner replies to me I'm too busy. I said you're too busy for your customers. What is that for an owner to say that now I understand why his employees are so rude just like the owner. Beware I would never order from this place again.
