Bronze Cafe is your go-to spot in northwest Las Vegas for wholesome sandwiches, vibrant salads, and indulgent smoothies, all served in a cozy, art-filled atmosphere with lots of vegan and gluten-free options.
"With a menu divided by options for vegan and non-vegans, Bronze Cafe offers all kinds of piled-high sandwiches and loaded salads — plus smoothies and coffee drinks for sipping. The negocio salad starts with kale dressed in lemon juice and spicy vinegar, then topped with savory bacon-style soy crumbles, brown basmati rice, pico de gallo, red cabbage, avocado, and crunchy pumpkin seeds, for a bowl of vegetables that’s almost certain to have leftovers." - Janna Karel
"Bronze Cafe offers an even amount of meaty and vegetarian sandwiches on its northwest Las Vegas menu. The Complicated Order features oven-roasted bacon strips, a housemade bacon jam, oven-roasted turkey, avocado, cucumber, mixed greens, tomato, basil aioli, and housemade lemon vinaigrette on toasted ciabatta. But for the vegetarian version, ask for The Vegucated Order with vegan bacon strips, a housemade coconut bacon jam, oven-roasted Tofurky slices, avocado, cucumber, mixed greens, tomato, vegan basil aioli, and housemade lemon vinaigrette on toasted ciabatta." - Janna Karel
"For salads and sandwiches that are both comforting and healthy, visit this Summerlin cafe. There are tons here for every dietary preference, like the LGBTQ, a take on a BLT, but with bacon jam and cucumber all on a ciabatta. The RSTLNE is the vegan version." - Janna Karel
"When downtown’s Bronze Cafe shuttered last month, the owners announced they would be up and running by Dec. 3 at a new location near Summerlin and providing a daily menu to Smooth Eats at the John E. Carson Building. Just a few weeks later, the new outpost will not be ready to open until next year. Downtown, Bronze Cafe now plans to be supplying the “sammiches, salads, and sweets” beginning Dec. 15. Diners who want to eat the Bronze Cafe creations at its new home close to the corner of Buffalo Drive and Smoke Ranch Road, will now have to wait “until after construction of our front of house coffee bar and juice bar and dining room,” expected to be in early 2019." - Bradley Martin
"A year after shuttering its original downtown location, Bronze Cafe has closed out its location inside The Market on Fremont East. Bronze Cafe will make a move eight miles to the northwest and take over the vacated home of Scratch Made bakery, close to the corner of Buffalo Drive and Smoke Ranch Road." - Bradley Martin
