Exceptional food and service! We came during Mother's Day weekend and even though they were packed, we got our orders really fast. Lots of choices and even better that it's actually good quality. They even have tortilla to make your own tacos!! Will definitely be back!

We went for lunch on Wednesday and we think this is the best time for avoiding the crowds! We like the variety of the choices, meats are good quality, service is great! And we love the grilled had the slots for steamed eggs, onions, cheese and corn! The sauce bar you have to create your own sauce and they have a plenty of choices for your desired flavor!

Amazing AYCE! We heard that Bros revamped their menu and had to try it. Bros has been our go-to these days because the meat and sushi quality are leagues above other ayce bbq and sushi in Carrollton. And now they included more options including kimchi fried rice, japchae, and so many delicious cuts and flavoring of meat. Also do yourself a favor and try the Green Tea Shot. It's so good that it's dangerous! We ended the meal with some mini melts, yum! Edit: Came back for memorial weekend and it was super busy. Service and food was still consistent and delicious! Would give more than 5 stars if I could. The staffs are so friendly and welcoming!

They just opened 7 months ago, and I got an add for them on Facebook. They were excellent! Our hostess, Sochi was wonderful and very attentive. And all the staff would walk by and check on the table. We did KBBQ and everything was so tasty! I also loved their soju cocktails! I come to Dallas for work every month and will add them to my Friday routine! I would definitely recommend this restaurant! They are all you can eat for KBBQ, shabu-shabu (hot pot), and sushi. You and do one, two, or all three, but come with an appetite. We went for dinner, and I felt like with the variety we ate, I got my money's worth, and we did two rounds of meat (eight different meats, plus unlimited sides, which I got tteokbokki).

Bros Korean BBQ has it all. Besides an extensive menu for Korean barbecue they also offer Shabu Shabu and Sushi. Prices start off at $40 if you’re opting for only Korean barbecue or the Sushi. You can add Shabu Shabu for another $10 or $15 if you want all three. Everyone at the table has to do the same thing. In other words you can’t have one person get the AYCE sushi and another person get the K-BBQ. The cuts are pretty high quality considering this is an AYCE restaurant. Most of the sushi menu has a lot, but the a lot of the rolls are similar. The AYCE sushi is a little pricy considering there don’t have sashimi on the menu. If you opt for the sushi you’re eating a lot of rice. The tables are spaced out nicely and the staff were all really nice and attentive. The K-BBQ alone is worth it, but if you really looking to do it big $55 will get you anything and everything that you want. In that sense, this place sets itself apart from the other K-BBQ places by offering much more variety if you’re willing to dish out a little more.

Google
The food is pretty good. Not stellar, not sub par. I got the sushi and kbbq. The service staff are nice and respectful, but it takes a little while to get your reorders and things you ask for. You also have to double check your order from the sushi bar bc I didn’t get what I ordered a couple of times. I wasn’t in a rush so it didn’t bother me too much, but if I had come with my kids or more people than just myself it would’ve been a little more upsetting. The atmosphere is nice, the air isn’t greasy and the vent hoods they have help a lot with that I think. The restaurant also was about half full so it might be different with more tables.

Google
The best AYCE, I already want to go back! I would highly recommend the sushi, brisket, and LA galbi. The atmosphere, playlist, and overall vibe was really enjoyable. Servers and staff were all very kind and fast. Chill place to come with friends and to eat delicious food. Will definitely be returning!

Google
It was my wife and I’s first time eating Shabu. The experience was amazing. Thank you for Carla, our hostess and server who made it so easy to understand how you’re supposed to eat Shabu so many choices from seafood to tofu sushi, we’re definitely coming back. Thank you Carla again for an amazing time, next time we’re trying the Barbecue, best all you can eat Shabu in Carrollton.

Yelp
We have been to this part of Carrollton several times now, and, unfortunately, we have not been able to try out any other restaurants. There have been times when my wife and I plan on going somewhere else, drive to the area, then we decide we just want to go to Bros instead. I've had most of their shabu broths, and they've all been good. The area for hot pot items is small at first glance but extensive and has fresh ingredients. There are a lot of sauce options as well. The sushi is always fresh and top notch. The Korean bbq is some of the best I've had since moving to the area over 3 years ago. I noticed that a lot of Korean bbq places have good pork but the beef is mediocre-to-poor quality. Bros definitely has high quality beef and pork. The staff is friendly. Even during high traffic times, the wait is never bad. The vents keep the facility smoke free. I have never had a less than stellar experience eating here.

Yelp
ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI I thought the sushi tasted pretty good and the Pieces were fresh. The carpaccio were thick sashimi pieces. It had an okay amount of rice. Did not like the room temp miso soup. I'd try the kbbq and hotpot next time. Service was good, checked on table.

Yelp
Want sushi? Hotpot? Or Korean BBQ? Well this place offers it all! For a set price you can enjoy one or for a bit more two or all three! We opted for sushi and kbbq. The sushi was definitely more memorable and were presented well, each item that is ordered is made fresh and were very tasty. This place is large enough for a party or a cute date night but it can be a bit noisy during busy hours. The service is great, they remove plates as needed and are prompt on taking orders when you want more. Parking can be difficult during busy hours as they are located in a plaza that houses multiple restaurants as well as the local H-mart. However, the charm of having a restaurant in a plaza is being able to checkout other shops and cafes while you wait for a table if they're busy.

Yelp
5 stars for service! It's hard to find good service now a days but man everyone there was super attentive last night! Grilled was always changed and we didn't wait long to order our next order! Will definitely be coming back! As for the food we did good and didn't over order like we normally would. We loved all the "sashimi" items we ordered all those twice

Yelp
This experience is based only for the kbbq! We came on MLK day, forgetting that it was a holiday. It would have been nice if we were made aware of the different pricing but can also be our fault. After a 10 minute wait, we were seated at a large table with both shabu and bbq spaces. It was pretty packed and the space felt a bit cramped. Nothing crazy & it was not a big deal at all. Service was very quick ! It seems that everyone chips in to help all the tables from busing, serving, running food. It was never hard to get anybody to serve our table. I believe there is a maximum plate count on orders so choose wisely during your rounds. Something that stuck out to us was that their portion sizes per plate of bbq meat were pretty small (in a good way!). The portions did not intimidate us at all and felt healthier than what other restaurants may give you. We ate happily, picking multiple items off the menu. The lunch bbq menu is pretty limited so we opted for dinner. This is one of the few places that thinly slices their pork belly. very nice touch. Would I come back here? Definitely! Is it the best kbbq in the area? No, but the competition is fierce. The kbbq sauce and meat options here are a bit lacking--I wish there was more salt in the sesame oil--and that takes a little away from the experience. I like the restaurant's appeal to both shabu, sushi, and kbbq so I will be back to try everything another time.

Yelp
Everything was just...meh. Very overwhelmed with the quality of meats. We went because there was a variety (bbq, sushi and hotpot) how could you go wrong? However, I was disappointed to learn everyone at the table had to agree for all of the options. Due to that, we only chose to do Korean bbq as that was the only thing we all could agree on. The food was so mediocre. All meats were either still frozen or so thin they fell apart on the grill. The only picture I took was of the "garlic pork belly" which was just frozen pork belly covered with garlic powder. Like...what!? For $39/pp!? Hahaha I will NEVER be back. Not with the delicious options around.

Yelp
4.4 Stars! Came on a Weekday lunch and there were still a considerable amount of people. We opted for Shushi and Shabu-Shabu ($25 + $10 = $35 pp). They have some items that are only available for dinner, so we werent able to try those. Shabu broths were flavorful. Meats were a bit on the thin side, and Ive honestly had better meats. Sushi was great! They were generous and fresh! Definitely try their ahi tower! Service was also very good. I will be sure to try their kbbq when I return to Texas. However, we felt that all 3 (Sushi, Shabu, and kbbq) wouldve been too overwhelming.

Yelp
A new KBBQ joint trying to do it all. No more deciding between what to eat because you can get KBBQ, hot pot, AND sushi at the same spot????? Tbh I've never been a big fan of combining different options like this because in the past I've found it hard to manage between them. But at Bros we all actually had a good time. We did KBBQ and hot pot (sushi just felt like too much but I saw some folks ordering it). Surprisingly to everyone we were with, we enjoyed the hot pot even more than the KBBQ. The meat was good quality and had solid flavor so much so that we didn't even really need our sauce. I liked that you just ordered everything together compared to different ordering methods like a conveyer belt. I'm a simple guy, don't make me think so hard just give me never ending rounds of protein Overall we had a really good meal and the service was quick and really helpful. I felt like the servers checked on us at the right pace so we could keep the food rolling. I will say that I think specialized KBBQ or hot pot restaurants are better for what they serve, but if you want both then Bros is one of the best I've had. Random tidbits: the Kbbq grill has the pull down vent which is meant to help with the grill smell on you but it made the meat a little hard to keep an eye on because of the huge shadow (see photo). It also made seeing diagonally across the table harder. I like the corn cheese and egg on the side of the grill but it makes the cooking surface smaller. If we only did KBBQ then I think we'd be waiting a bit for the food with 3 guys at the table. The hot pot bar isn't huge but has the basics. I really like the sweet potato noodle personally. But I just gotta point out that they have tortillas here too, flour and corn I've never seen that and was kind of surprised at first lol. But hey more options is better at an AYCE joint. Make some crazy KBBQ tacos or something I guess. Bros gets my approval if you are looking to go all out with Kbbq and hotpot. But you do pay the price for convenience $$$

Yelp
I brought my uncle here a few weeks ago. My friend and I wanted sushi initially, he wanted shabu. We arrived right when then opened. They were not ready when we walked in. Still setting up. We stood for a good minute until the Hostess came. The inside was nice and I had heard it was really good here. However our lunch experience was meh.... There was no way all of us were gonna get all three options (sushi, bbq and shabu). But we all wanted different items. The sushi portion was a little bit of falsa advertising. Everything we wanted to order on the sushi part was not available for lunch ayce. So we just opted to do the Korean bbq. My uncle added shabu to his. Service was just ok for being the only table for a minute. Taste wise on the Korean bbq was decent, not the greatest but good. The banchan served was ok. Overall it wasn't terrible, but with service I probably won't be back. There are much better options of Korean bbq in the area.

Yelp
Hands down the best hot pot and bbq. High quality meats, lots of sauces, and fresh toppings! Out beats any in the area! I've tried them all and keep coming back to K Bros. Gabriel is great server and will constantly check on you and ensure you receive top notch service! 10/10

Yelp
Came here and was told they had a great AYCE. I was not disappointed. Well, maybe I was slightly? But we'll get to that. So the restaurant offers up to 3 AYCE options with either the korean bbq, the sushi, and the hotpot. You can mix and match 2 or pick just 1 or all 3. Great options . We opted for the kbbq and sushi. The staff was very friendly and super attentive. On the wall, I noticed a 2 hour limit sign. I didn't think anything of it because I couldn't possibly eat for 2 hours...or could I? Sadly, I tapped out after a few rounds of kbbq and sushi. The offerings were simple but classics. The sushi size was super tiny compared to a nearby AYCE experience just across the street. While that may be true, the better sushi AYCE doesn't offer the kbbq option. The staff did a great job at Bros of constantly changing the grill grates. The meat options at Bros are a very hearty selection. Overall, Bros hits all the spots even if it's not a 10 out of 10. The fact that you can get both Kbbq and Sushi all you can eat for 2 hours makes it totally worth it. We did end up leaving right at about the 2 hour mark. The timing is partially tied to the wait for the next round of food.

Yelp
If you dine with a bunch of indecisive friends who some want KBBQ, shabu or sushi or all of the above then this is the place for you. I was craving sushi and suggested another AYCE sushi elsewhere but a friend of ours doesn't like sushi. He loves KBBQ and I didn't want KBBQ so this is why we ended up here. The prices for weekend lunch was the same as dinner price. $39.99 per person and additional $10 for sushi or shabu. Everyone at the table had to order the same type of AYCE so we got KBBQ and sushi. The KBBQ meat is low quality, it wasn't very good for me. The banchan was also lacking. The sushi was ok for AYCE. They're good fillers. The salmon sashimi with yuzu was not bad though. I do like how the sushi pieces were small so I don't feel overwhelming and I can eat more. My kids like their sushi rolls. Terrible miso soup, so salty and weird. Will I come back? Probably not. Wasn't enjoyable enough but if you want selection and variety, I guess this is not a bad option.

Yelp
Visited with a few friends and decided to try this instead of Gen for Korean bbq. We went overboard with the sushi so couldn't try as much of the meats. Still had 8-10 kinds of the meats though. The nigiri were solid. The baked rolls were extremely filling but they mostly tasted alike. Would not recommend because you'll unnecessarily sacrifice precious stomach real estate. The Hawaiian steak was atrocious. I do not say this lightly. The pineapple glaze was extremely rancid. Favorite meats: - Marinated short ribs - Spicy brisket It was a decent experience, but if I'm in the mood for KBBQ, I'd go to Gen.
google avatar

Mary C.

Yelp
You can do bbq and shabu shabu. We just did Bbq . This place can easily become our favorite K-Bbq place. Very few places serve beef tongue . They serve it here, and the quality is pretty good. We also ordered the beef meats that are unmarrinated, the short ribs, brisket, finger. We liked most of the meat except for the Sirloin. The sirloin was tough. We also ordered the pork bowl. We liked the egg and the corn they put around the bbq plate. It was really good. Cajun shrimp was also a favorite. Even though it was pretty busy when we went, the service was pretty good. Ambiance is good.

Anna C.

Yelp
The food was delicious especially the sushi, although it was on the pricier side ($45-50) for all you can eat, it's worth it if that is within your budget. I'll definitely go again for special occasions.
google avatar

Sarah P.

Yelp
The food was amazing, and our server was friendly and attentive. The staff who assisted with our table were also great. However, we didn't receive an explanation of how the all-you-can-eat system works. I mistakenly thought the steamed egg was miso soup, so I took a spoonful of the broth and egg--but that's on me! Regardless, it was still a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it! There's definitely competition in the Korean BBQ scene, but Bros stands out as awesome!
google avatar

Saemyi L.

Yelp
Great AYCE sushi! Love that hamachi and eel are included. The nigiris are smaller in size than what you'd normally expect. And they have a limit per round. It's odd to have a set number per group instead of per person. They kinda let it go the 1st round, but then enforced the policy on the 2nd round and then for the 3rd round, they said the other chef is back so we can order however many. So weird, don't really appreciate the inconsistency. Definitely recommend this place if you like nigiris!
google avatar

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place but LITERALLY LEFT WITH A BAD TASTE. First of all, the server served all the raw meat on top of my toddlers food plate. Got her meal and hands all CONTAMINATED with RAW MEAT. When I told the host about it. They just said they would see who the server was and nothing happened. I was super excited to try this place out since it was the only Shabu and Hotpot place I haven't tried. I heard many great reviews & wanted to try this place myself. Overall it was underwhelming! The amount of garlic powder on the meat was OVERKILL. The hotpot & sushi was mid. $90 for 2 adults and my kids were free. Expensive and not coming back.

Matt K.

Yelp
I've tried many BBQ place and I must say this place is the best when it comes to "Quality meet". My favorite meat is Beef tongue and other BBQ place always have them good just for the first round order but Bros always have them fresh and tender. Kalbi is my so favorite they just perfect marinated. Sushi&sahimi are great and fresh. The one thing that I think they can improve is their sushi rice as they are not very flavorful. Service are super good the servers always attentive. They change the grill every 10-15 mins. Highly recommended!

Yelp
We finally tried Bros after wanting to for so long. We came during lunch and did the Korean bbq and shabu. It was pretty busy for just opening but their customer service was top notch. They checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed often and ordering more meats was easy due to that. Every employee greeted us with a smile. The shabu ingredients were plentiful and the bros broth was delicious. I loved their sauce bar as well! I think we may have found our new favorite AYCE kbbq spot!
google avatar

Andrew H.

Yelp
This kbbq and hotpot AND sushi place is so good for very cheap compared to other places because you get to combo with each other. And its all you can eat. The waiter and waitresses were all super polite and nice and kept checking up on us to see if we needed any help, amazing service. The restaurant itself was laid out pretty nicely and however I did not like the lighting as much. I don't know if you can move the fan over the bbq, but it made it really hard to see how well the meat was cooked and also got in the way a lot because it is right over the grill. Otherwise an amazing price and quality of good spot!
google avatar

Jonathan K.

Yelp
Super good quality AYCE with plenty of options!! I've only done the AYCE sushi dinner but it's nice that you get the option of doing shabu or kbbq along with the sushi. All of the pieces of sushi that we got were pretty good and fresh. You have a limit on the number of sushi pieces you can order per round which is a common thing for AYCE places but because service was a little slow we were waiting on our rounds for a while. Overall seems like a good place for friends or a date.
google avatar

Bianca D.

Yelp
It's my 3rd time here and always have a great experience! I've only ever done just the Kbbq but with the corn cheese, steamed eggs and AYCE meat, that's plenty. Service is great and they're very attentive to the grill and to our orders. Amazing vibes. Will be a regular here!
google avatar

Phi H.

Yelp
My new favorite all you can eat Korean BBQ restaurant! Definitely a great option besides nearby Yoon and Gen. Better, you can have AYCE sushi and hotpot here too! Customer service was excellent! Never had to wait for servers for refills, new orders, hot plates were consistently changed out in the grill. The staff was stellar. Sides dishes were decent but the meats were the stars! So many choices to choose from. Some of our favorites were marinated sirloin, brisket, rib fingers, and LA galbi. Don't forget to head to the sauce bar for dipping sauces!
google avatar

Yelp
We went here to try their promotion that if you are not careful they don't honor it. We told the server at the beginning and he knew that they was adding the Shabu for free but when we got the bill we was charged regular price. Went through a whole ordeal of calling a number and texting back and forth for 20.00 refund plus We also tip on the regular price. If you are running a special HONOR YOUR PROMOTION! Not impressed with the quality of the Shabu. Manna is still our go to Korean bbq.

Yelp
We came here for lunch on a weekday. I guess we came kind of close to the end of lunch time because we had a bit of a wait, which surprised us. They eventually opened up a second dining area since many others joined and were waiting too. The concept of adding on to the type of cuisine for a set fee (for example kbbq + sushi or hot pot + kbbq) is a cool concept. We did kbbq and opted to add on sushi. Quality of kbbq was okay. Sushi was good. Keep in mind for kbbq they are full plates vs some other kbbq places that give you a small plate of meat. We quickly realized that we might've over ordered even though we were ordering comparable number of places to other kbbq places bc their plates are actually quite full. Wish they had dessert of some sort to finish off the meal. It felt kind of incomplete without something sweet.
google avatar

Shenell E.

Yelp
Tried out their Hotpot & Sushi AYCE and personally was not a huge fan. I feel like they bit off too much for one restaurant and the experience reflexes this. The sushi was good but the pieces were pretty small and the hot pot was good but it took a long time to get assistance/orders back. I felt like we were constantly waving down a server for something. I feel like they would do better either offering less options / dining styles (sushi/kbbq/hotpot) or to significantly increase their full staff. Not bad but I personally wouldn't bother going again.
google avatar

Chad J.

Yelp
Visited on a Saturday for lunch, paid the higher dinner rate on the weekend for lunch but you get all the additional diner selections. We had a party of 4 doing the Shabu Shabu and Sushi combo AYCE. My problem was not with the food but the service was borderline horrible. It was only about 25% full so not busy at all. After our first order it was like everyone stopped coming to our table. Getting 2nd and 3rd orders was time consuming and difficult. I had to actually almost walk into the kitchen to ask for more water. If the staff can't keep customers happy at 25% capacity I am not sure in would risk visiting on a busy weekend night.

Yelp
We came on New Year's and paid dinner price for sushi + kbbq, which is ~$50 per person, so with that price, we expected pretty good food. They first give you tons of sides, like kimchi, potato salad, salad, choice of soup, etc. These sides are pretty good, especially the kimchi jjigae stew that has a lot of flavor and body, really delicious for AYCE! The sushi menu comes with its own sides like takoyaki, seaweed salad, agedashi tofu, karaage, etc. I really liked the takoyaki especially for an AYCE place, and again all of these sides were pretty good! Unfortunately the food really is mid, it is just okay. Not bad but not good either. The Korean bbq meat cuts were not good, the beef belly namely did not have that strip of fat it is supposed to have, it tastes more like brisket and is much tougher . The bone in Galbi was alright, but the marinade is not as good as literally any other kbbq place we have been to. The boneless Galbi was tender but not seasoned at all, making it bland. On the bright side, the pork belly was fine and the sirloin for beef was really good, it actually had marbling for flavor and had salt and pepper so it wasn't bland. This was the only meat cut I liked for the Korean bbq. For the sushi, again most of it was just okay. I thought the nigiri was really average other than the fatty salmon which my friends really liked. The baked rolls were also average, but the scallops on the scallop baked rolls were good. The unagi was the best thing for the sushi, but it tended to have soft bones left inside. Again everything we ordered from sushi was just okay. Service is good, they are fast considering all the options they have and food they have to bring out, and everyone is really friendly. For $50 a person, you can find pretty nice AYCE at other kbbq places, hotpot places, or even sushi places. They just don't have it all combined, and while this offers the option of all 3, the food is really average and the combinations don't necessarily go together either. I would rather eat just one option and have it be really good. The sides are pretty good here, like stews, salads, and other appetizers, but I find the main dishes to be lacking. Maybe a good experience once just to try, but I don't plan on coming back. On the plus side, the interior is very spacious and clean!

Yelp
Bros is a typical KKBQ place. We went for the KKBQ. They had a great selection of meats and bon chon. The restaurant itself is really big, clean, and modern. Very inviting space. The service was excellent.

Yelp
Love the ayce dinner sushi! Good selection and the fish is very fresh and tastes great. The pieces are small which is great to try all the different types. I'm not sure about how the bbq and shabu is but I hear mixed things. My favorite sushi is the salmon belly, yellow tail, and scallop but the other types of fish are good too! Service is great and it's clean and spacious inside!

Yelp
we came here on a raining night and it was still surprisingly busy. the restaurant is huge. we waited for about 40 mins and was seated in the front dining area. we went with the EVERYTHING! kbbq, shabu and sushi! i didn't care for the shabu but my friend and cousin wanted it and we had to all order the same so we got it all. the kbbq was good. shabu was just okay to me. they have a veggie buffet in the back. i thought the sushi was decent but the kbbq was probably the best. the waiters were super friendly and fun but it was so busy that they kept forgetting to get the things we asked for. overall, we still had a good time but i could see ppl knocking down some stars for the wait. of note: it was freezing inside and they only have pepsi

Molly C.

Yelp
Always a great time at Bros but this time Lisa made it the best! She was attentive and made sure we were doing good all the time. Lisa is the sweetest and hope we get her all the time! The meat is good and the sides as well and this is a great place for a group outing!

Great service, great food, great selection.. a tad bit pricey so I recommend going during lunch time. Go at least once, if you can eat a lot, 100% worth future visits.

Yelp
I was informed by a friend that this one the best AYCE hot pot in Dallas so I had pretty high expectations coming in. Unfortunately, I would have to disagree. We came in on a Friday night and luckily there was no wait. Since I don't have a huge appetite, I was hoping to get just the hot pot but since my husband wanted both shabu and sushi, they made me also get shabu and sushi. It makes sense because otherwise they would not be able to prevent us from sharing the sushi, but at the same time it's really sucky because they essentially made me pay an extra $20 for food I didn't want. The way the price structure works is that you can either choose AYCE sushi or KBBQ (which is $40pp for dinner), and then you can add on shabu for an extra $10. However, the shabu alone is $30pp. So I ended up paying $50 instead of $30 for dinner, which is a pretty huge difference imo. Maybe this could have been justified if the food was amazing, but it was mediocre. I got the Bro special broth which was only mildly spicy. We were allowed to order 5 meat courses per round and we decided to try the beef belly, ribeye, short rib (beef), and pork belly. My favorites were the short rib and pork belly while my husband preferred the ribeye. There's then a self-serve line for the veggies, noodles, and seafood and a sauce bar. The veggies were honestly pretty limited (only napa, bok choy, and spinach) and the tofu options were all weird textures. There was a pretty extensive seafood selection (shrimp, crawfish, crab, mussels, squid, octopus, and more) but all the seafood required peeling and they didn't have any tools to crack open the crab. The sauce bar was also just ok. I feel like it was more suited for korean bbq rather than hot pot. The sushi was OK, nothing special. I think just given how many amazing options there are in the immediate area for hot pot, KBBQ, and sushi, this place just doesn't make the cut for me.

Yelp
Bro, this ain't it. The place was very nice and modern, clean. Tables were pretty large to hold all the food that made it to my section. Restroom was very limited for how big the store was. I went on a Wednesday after lunch hours so I expected things to be a breeze. We got seated right away and the servers were all nice when there was a smaller crowd. Half way in, calling them over was a lot harder for more meat and getting the check since it was about 3/4 full in the bbq section. Water refills and dumplings were forgotten or took a while to get to us. The banchan options were limited. I liked the airy fried dumplings. Salad was bitter, but it could just be the season in the Fall. Most of the meat options available for lunch were thin. No complaints with the sliced pork belly or brisket. The spicy pork belly was decent, but the garlic pork belly was sad for us to see; it was just dusted all the way around with garlic powder. We stuck with the thicker regular pork belly for most of the meal. The teriyaki chicken utilized chicken leg which is an odd choice for us but it tasted fine and soft. Food cooked VERY slow, we were 3 not hungry people and finally gave in at the 90 min mark and decided to get ice cream and chocolates after since the grill took so long to cook everything. Lee DaeGam from what I remember was better, but I do not have an interest in going back to this restaurant group.

Yelp
It's a 3 in 1 spot ! Korean Bbq , Sushi & Hot Pot. I've only done AYCE sushi , twice. Sushi was great ! I don't usually do rolls , and would prefer more sashimi options! But overall the food is good and the quality of the fish was good. Service was a bit slow the first time I went , 2nd time they kept bringing us wrong orders! But give it a try !

Yelp
Came here for All you can eat sushi and it didn't disappoint! I think the dinner service starts around 3 to 4 pm-- and they have a few more different options than just lunch-- but for $40 instead of the reduced lunch price. We didn't eat one bad roll of sushi. Everything was very well presented and high quality. They also had some great appetizers like the seaweed salad. I would actually recommend a place like this over Hai Di Lao-- just because of the all you can eat. The waiters were really easy to call and responsive. Definitely recommend if you are hungry and looking for a place to chow down.

Yelp
My friend recommended this place when I was in town and it did not disappoint. We came on a Friday night for dinner around 7:00 and the wait was around 45 minutes. We chose kbbq and sushi option as the broth for hot pot was not really to our liking. The meats for the bbq was flavorful and the sushi was fresh! Our waiter checked on us occasionally and refilled anything we needed. We'll definitely be back!!

Yelp
The concept is awesome. Choice of KBBQ, Shabu (hotpot), & sushi; which you can combo! We did KBBQ only, the kimchi soup is wayyy better than other options with the most depth in flavor, almost like a beef stew. The radish paper delicious to use to wrap meats. Definitely a top spot if you like AYCE KBBQ style. Not sure if I like GEN or Bros more! The service was just okay, which is the reason for the 4 stars but definitely depends on your server. There's a sauce bar next to the hotpot bar.

Yelp
My fourth time at Bros and Chris was our server. He was by far the most attentive and helpful service we've had. Chris did a fantastic job tending to all of his tables during the chaos of a Saturday night and made sure we had everything we needed. My friend had question about the Shabu and Chris was very informative on the various options and recommended the Bros Special spicy base, it was delicious!! Thanks Chris! We'll be back!

Yelp
My fiancé and I came during the soft opening and the prices are quite do-able. We decided to do all 3, KBBQ, Sushi, and hotpot AYCE for $60/person. The food was pretty good. The only thing I would want them to work on is the sushi menu. It doesn't tell you what's in the rolls so we only ordered nigiri. The service was a bit slow but understandable because they just opened. Everyone there were quite nice and helpful. It's a great AYCE place to try everything.

Yelp
Was craving for Korean food so my sister took me here for my birthday. Had BBQ ($25) & sushi ($15) combo for lunch for a total $40 each person. They let you order up to 20 sushi and can go three rounds of ordering. Ordered just a few sushi first round and a few BBQ dishes from the lunch menu. Did not realize that each portion ordered was huge, especially the sushi. Couldn't finish even half so we got charged additional $15. However, we ask if we can take leftovers since we're being charged $15 anyway. They gave us a small box. I made a comment to the server about warning the customers about the portions but he said they are not big according to him. Food is good but way too much for a regular person like me. Anyway, if you can't eat much, this is not the place for you.

Yelp
I was worried about the quality and service going by other reviews but when I went it was more than good enough! The servers were so attentive (but I guess we did go on a weekday) and the food came out so fast! We did shabu and the quality of the meats were pretty good and portion sizes were good, so we didn't have to order early in advance so we'd have a consistent stream of meat. The shabu bar is a bit lacking compared to other places, but they had all the basics and classics. The decor is super clean and fresh, and the tables and cookware are all great. My only complaint might be that the seats are kinda far apart (like you and the person you sit across from), but that could be because they need room for all the hardware for shabu and kbbq. We opted to just sit next to each other and there was plenty of space for both of our plates. Will definitely come back to try a 2 combo!

Yelp
ok so i've been hearing a lot of hype abt this place - and i wanted to see if it was that great... spoiler alert - its not. so it was $39 for the dinner menu, and an additional $15 for kbbq and sushi together. ngl i was hyped bc a friend of mine told me this place was really good. we ended up ordering our food and whatnot, and we were first presented with the banchan. I've never had a worse banchan. all of it either dry or flavorless, or watery. it was so sad bc even the potatoes were hard to eat. so this kind of set the tone for the meal. for the sushi i would say the best was the nigiri and sashimi options. they had some fatty fish which was nice, but everything was so bad. the soy sauce tasted funny and would leak on to the plate. it was just a hot mess. we also ended up getting some of their rolls but the way they flavour the sushi was really bad. i wanted to stop eating, which is hard bc i can eat grocery store sushi - but this was just so bad. for the kbbq the only thing good was the beef tongue and the rib fingers. everything else was either super dry or so tough to chew. it was like i was having a battle with meat. the meat was worse then gen, seapot, anything. even manna has better than this place. the sauces that they gave us was also unappetizing with the food. they sprinkle like a little bit of salt in the sesame oil and it was just meh. the marinated short ribs were super sweet and nutty in the flavor profile which is kinda nasty for a meat dish. also the ventilation has to be their for giggles bc that thing was doing nothing. we would see ppl eating shabu shabu and the smoke from their pot would barely touch the vent system - thts how u know its not working. also i have to note that they barely have any servers so it was hard to get attention. which is not the servers fault, i understand. i recommend bros to stick to just one thing, bc this 3 for 1 is not working. if ur looking for ayce sushi, i recommend japan house. if ur looking for kbbq, i recommend saemaul. if ur looking for hotpot, i recommend hadilao.

Yelp
Have you ever craved hot pot, sushi, AND kbbq at the same time? Then fear not - you have the option of all 3 AYCE at Bros. As someone who only eats kbbq with friends for special occasions, I was a little wary of trying this place, but turned out to be a pleasant experience. We just did the kbbq and I thought that the quality of the meat was good, banchan was appropriate in number and variety, and felt that the cheesy corn, grilled onions, and fried egg circle around the meat grill was a great touch. Staff were attentive and helpful - they accommodated the birthday cake for our friend well. I will say that as a kbbq place, be prepared to inhale smoke for the duration of your meal. There were vents at each table but the smoke smell was still quite strong. The middle sitting area probably has the best air quality as it is next to the sushi bar. I would say their kbbq seems to be their strong suit - would not come here primarily for hot pot or sushi.

Yelp
We had a great time and enjoyed the variety. It was nice to be able to do hot pot and Korean bbq. The marinated short ribs were my favorite.
