"Get a taste of Ayiti by trying mori ak banann bouyi, a traditional dish featuring salted cod and incredibly tender boiled plantains. Brothers Kafe Kreyol clearly respects the classics, offering other dishes like kibi, a fritter made of Bulgar wheat, ground beef (or flaky fish), punchy seasonings, and aromatics. If available, order the diri kole ak pwa chouse, a fluffy rice made with herbs, spices, scotch bonnet, and lima beans. You can’t leave without trying their ji korosòl, a refreshing beverage made with soursop juice." - Ashia Aubourg

Went here today to pick up a plate to take home for my man and got a side of rice & beans for myself and it was so good. Glad to have discovered a new Haitian spot.

Kafe Kreyol might be the worst restaurants I've ever been to. Customer service is horrible. Foods is lack luster. Depends on what you order they barely provide you with any meats. Always asking for tips. You can call and make an order and when you get there you still have to wait a long time until you get your food. Most of the staff are rude. The owner himself is not professional at all. I had so many bad experiences at that place. I wouldn't advice anyone to go and eat there.

Google
I got the fried beef today with white rice and bean sauce. The food was amazing. This was hands down the best fried beef I’ve had in a long time. Good enough to make me have to leave a review.

There’s this girl at the cash register her attitude is really they are unprofessional I’m pretty sure these people only care about the money multiple times I come here to get I have plenty restaurants near me but I choose to drive all da way here to come get this because there food is good they don’t pay attention and take you’re time to take orders and be respectful cause customers won’t like the attitude unprofessional people I have bought multiple times here and they always mess up how I ask for one meal you give me 2 and make me pay for then say you can’t refund me there should be a way and again I order something and you give me something different pay attention please thank you

I was craving some Haitian food and I had to travel far and wide for this. My craving was more than satisfied! The legume was very authentic, very delicious. Will definitely be coming back my next visit 😋

Google
I ordered the Tassot Cabrit (fried goat) and it was delicious! Came with two fried plantains, a pile of rice with beans, and chopped veggies. The pickled slaw added a nice strong and refreshing kick to the dish. I definately will be back.

This is on the main st on Everett. Their specialty is Haitian cuisine. You can get almost anything you would eat in Haiti there. Sometimes it's very busy because they have a lot of customers. Last Saturday, i had the Haitian Diri ak Lalo. Tasty.

Yelp
I only ordered take out !!! So I can't speak for the service of the restaurant but the take out service was pleasant, quick and friendly. I got the fried goat and rice and beans which was soooo good i love the sauce the goat comes with. I asked for extra and got some at no charge. I also got their spaghetti it's very good and a lil spicy which I like. I love the portions of the rice and and spaghetti it's enough o feed 3 people. I gave it 4 starts becuase for those portions they give a very small portion of the fried goat. But still very delicious! I think the price is ok but for amount I deff expected more goat. Overall it was a good vibe in there and it was busy with more people coming in.

Yelp
They received a 5 star because I do not speak creole and most times I go there it's hard for them To understand me. I like this neighborhood restaurant it's always fresh. I bet goat and white rice spicy sauce it's amazing

Yelp
This is the worst Haitian restaurant In Boston their legumes is nasty only thing good there is there Goat and their customers service is trash. Go to Island cuisine or Sunrise.

Yelp
Wasn't friendly towards me. The food was good though, minus the chicken bones in my spaghetti meal. Street parking on busy Main street. Spots to eat inside if desired.

Yelp
Came here from Dallas looking for some great Haitian food so my friend took me here. We ordered legume, tasso (goat), rice and beans and sous pra that goes with the white rice. The tasso was absolutely delicious! It was so tender, seasoned deliciously, absolutely amazing! The server forgot to give me the sauce and the rice and beans were DRY. I couldn't eat the rice and beans honestly it was so dry I thought it was undercooked. The white rice and sous pra was delicious so my friend and I ate that instead. Overall with service wasn't good; the server forgot about us and forgot essential sides and we wouldn't ask her to get it because she was MIA the whole time we ate. I would probably order food to go but wouldn't go eat in the restaurant again.

Yelp
I love them, always have, always will! Compared to every other Haitian restaurant that I've tried, they stay consistent! My best kept secret

Blaise I.

Yelp
Bad costumer service, food is always late, unprepared. they be asking for tips ect....

Nina C.

Yelp
I will never order from this place ever AGAIN!! I ordered a large of the fried goat and got all bones! The plate couldn't even feed one person! Beware of this place they are trying to play people.

Jemima E.

Yelp
The food here is bombbbb My friend and I ordered a plate of rice and legumes to go even though they had plenty of seating if we wanted to dine in. The meals come with salad, plantains, and sauce. When you order white rice, you also get a side of sauce pwa (bean sauce) to go along with it. We crusheddd that plate of food lol I had food from there two more times after that and every time, the food was flavorful and plentiful. Foreign establishments usually have shitty service but it was okay here. I guess it helps that we knew the cashier personally haha. I'm biased, sue me lol but honestly, out of all the Haitian restaurants I went to in MA, this one was definitely the best.

Yelp
If you're looking for a really good Haitian restaurant in the Boston/North shore area, look no further. This is one of the best Haitian restaurants in the area. The foods are authentic and they do not overcharged people unlike Laperle. They need to promote this place cause not a lot of people know about it.

Sara B.

Yelp
The food always taste so good and clean. I love this place! When I order I always order thought the uber eat app. Food is always on time. They gave you enough meat.

Allie I.

Yelp
This spot is legit! The food is amazing and they are doing a great job as far as taking all the right safety precautions during COVID. Love me some rice and bean sauce with the red snapper in sauce. Yum!

Yelp
This Caribbean restaurant is tucked away but once you find it you will be very glad you did. This restaurant is for those who like the taste if being on a Caribbean island without actually being there. There are plenty to choose from on the menu and depending on your taste buds you may end but asking for seconds. I personally had the rice mixed with beans and the "greo" which is fried pork. The sauce combined with the pork and rice was amazing. I ate the food so fast I had trouble swallowing it all at once. They have personally made a fan of me and I cannot wait to come back for the other items on the menu.

Yelp
this food was so good! OMG the bomb!! I got the cabrit which was good really spicy and my friend got the griot OMG the griot is BOMB I wanted to trade plates I was eating all his food. Portions are huge! do yourself a favor and go here

Yelp
Really authentic Place, great people so flavorful with lots of energy, i am not even from Haiti but git be honesty , what a great food..

Kim-Thao N.

Yelp
I been here twice and both times I had the legume with beef. I usually get the small and it is only about $9. In my opinion, the small is perfect amount of food (bigger than expected). The legume has a kick of spice at the end which is very nice. The plantains that comes with the meal is exactly how I like it, crunchy and not too salty. I would come back and try other dishes!

Rebecca J.

Yelp
I'm sorry but this is by far one of the worst places I've eaten. I ordered a pate kode with chicken. Not sure what chef cooked that chicken but no comment. The dough clearly was not made from scratch and was some sort of a frozen empanada dough (not Haitian pate dough)...I also ordered a taso kabrit and banan..the taso itself was bearable but the plantain was clearly reheated and was probably cooked the day before or something. I usually get my pate from La Perle but they closed so I decided to try this place. Big mistake. Please consider the other Haitian restaurants in the area.

Alex M.

Yelp
The food here is horrible, I was so dissapointed. It didn't even taste like Haitian food

Becca V.

Yelp
My family and I dined here recently. The experience was not pleasant. First off, The tablecloths were actual cloth ( No plastic covering ) and were filthy. The waitress tried to cover it up with another cloth rather than replace it. There was 10 of us dining, the waitress messed up every one of our orders. The experience was painfully awful. Do yourself a favor and head on somewhere else

Keri M.

Yelp
I don't even know where to begin. I only came here to celebrate a baby christening and I was disgusted. I'm not even from the area and I was so turned off. First of all, there were a lot of bugs and flies, flying around our food and drinks and that was a red flag. Next, the restroom was atrocious as there were spider webs on the wall. They have a fridge right next to the bathroom which blatantly show the vegetables and salad inside. There was only one waitress and she was terrible, forgetting all of our orders and carrying out our food with her hands and not on a tray. The food was so nasty, I had the lambi and the black rice. The lambi tasted hard as a rock and the rice was salty as ever. As a proud Haitian, I hate to give these types of reviews but truth be told, I was NOT happy with the service. I will personally never visit this place again but I do hope that the restaurant owner does a better job at running his establishment... SMH. Thank God I live in NY!

Daphne I.

Yelp
This place is awesome. The fried fish and lalo are my absolute favorite. If you're looking for a real authentic Haitian restaurant, look no further. Plus you can't be the friendly service.

Annie D.

Yelp
First of all WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE? Customerss are giving you business so the least the person answering the phone can do is actually not be soumoun and greet back a customer. Like I was literally interrupting her by calling to place an order! RUDE EMPLOYEES!

Harry C.

Yelp
Great place for take out or dinning, food is awesome, tasty and well prepared. Staff is superb and welcoming.

Yelp
I ordered banan peze with griot (fried plantain with fried pork). As I'm checking out, I decided to take a piece of banan (plantain) and taste it. That banan tasted like it's been sitting out for centuries and they tried to refry it to make it seem freshly hot. They tried to play me talking about it was freshly made when it wasn't. Apparently they think pre-frying plantain HOURS in advance and refrying it as customers order is fresh! It's not!! They wouldn't give me a refund because I "tasted a piece of plantain. Others restaurants do not give refunds if you eat off the food." Not to mention I complained about plantain the second I tasted it, and yet the server/cashier still charged me because she already had my card in her hand. The owner gave me a side of rice in substitute and later, she told me to never order plantain from their restaurant. I was fuming from the poor service I received as a regular customer to orders patties there. Just absolutely sad! I'm done with that place and their poor service!

Jean D.

Yelp
This place has the worst customer service they can't even get an order right on the first try. They tend to mess up often
