Not ready to be done for the day after exploring Waco, I crossed the bridge to Brotherwell. This is a brewery and they sometimes have a food truck. No food truck today, which was just as well, as I was well stuffed with tacos from earlier.
A bit industrial and bare but they have a few tables inside and a few tables outside. I was inside and chose one of their beers, sitting at a table near a power outlet. No air conditioning other than a few high speed fans so a hot/humid day might be a challenge. Another beer and two hours later, I was ready to call it a day.
Tripel, Radler, Wheat, Hazy IPA, American IPA, Porter, Irish Red and a Hazy Pale. The "Wacotown" was my choice and it was pretty tasty. Prices are reasonable at between $5.50 and $7.00 for a pint. They'll pull a pitcher if you prefer. I believe you can bring your own food if you want.
