Got a craving for seafood and decided to pop by this place to get some. We were not disappointed at all. I ordered the white fish dinner plate with truffle parm tots and my husband got the seared tuna powerbox. Everything was delicious! The clam chowder was to die for and I wished I got the bigger bowl rather than the cup. Staff were also very friendly and helpful, service was good and fast. Will definitely be back for more!

I absolutely love BB seafood! I use to go to the one on Randolph, but I no longer work in the city so today I took the Metra to the one that’s just a 5 minute walk from the OTC station and this location did not disappoint. I love their veggie blend, the juice that they put on it makes it a 10/10 & it’s honestly the reason I come here. I usually get the salmon with the veggie blend but today I tried the grains and I was not a fan, so Kim and Jose made it right. Kim is so pleasant, attentive and had great customer service. I can see why Jose won the “extra mile” award, he remade my meal which was totally unexpected but very much appreciated and him going the extra mile for me means I’ll keep going the extra miles on the Metra for my Brown Bag. Jose was very personable, kind and helpful. Thank you!

Also went in on July 3rd around 2 PM and was immediately greeted and attended to as everyone else in the restaurant was. Service and food was great! I tried ordering an item from their online menu and for some reason it wasn’t on their in store machine, but instead of getting frustrated and telling me that they could not make the item, the team member taking care of my order calmly said “Hey, let me just start cooking your order so you don’t have to wait longer and we’ll figure it out together.” And that we did! Will be back to this location. Kudos to the team.

Picked up a fantastic meal on the way to the train today. Service from management was exceptional and the meal is equally as delicious. Thank you! :)

This concept is simple and very good. You pick a base like greens or whole grain rice, you pick your fish, cod or salmon or shrimp, and a side. They make it fresh and it was excellent. Very friendly, clean and convenient. I had the salmon power bowl.

So I never eat salmon I literally think it's disgusting, but today I order a salmon protein bowl with mixed veggies and superglue garlic and herbs sauce !!! It was so good 5 stars for taste and service. Pricing was not my ideal it cane out to 18 dollars. Salmon was kind of small but tasty. Hope this helps ! Also staff is amazing

Fresh and tasty food and very friendly service. Appreciate the sustainability efforts. Nice change of pace from other fast casual options!

Absolutely love brown bag seafood and today's greens and grains shrimp bowl was the best I've had yet.
