Bruma Wine Garden

Beautiful garden with an elegant interior design. They agreed to do a customized tasting for us. It consisted of 8 courses. The ceviche was a refreshing starter. The Broccoli hummus was smooth and well prepared. I liked the Croquettes and the crispness and smoothness inside. The famous chicken and waffle were good but overhyped due to the current trend. The Cesar Kale Salad was a needed vitamin load before the meat heavy dishes. The Noodle beef combo was rich in taste but very heavy. The pizza was delicious, but after the meat dish, the fatty bacon on it was overwhelming. The desserts were honestly just ok. Very standard American desserts. However, the beautiful and tranquil ambiance in the garden is very much worth it.

I remember when Bruma Wine Garden was an oasis in the trees, perhaps by a river bank. Now it's a modern upscale eatery with attached hotel, coffee shop, stores. We enjoyed the pizza, but, mxn$175 for a bottle of water seems high. They still have the unique broccoli guacamole that I remember from years ago.

They have wonderful cocktails. We didn't sample the food. The prices are a bit high. The drinks were wonderful though.

Delicious food, excellent service, and beautiful atmosphere. Great place to have a nice dinner or lunch in Valle de Guadalupe. We had the Ceviche, Roast Beef Sandwich, and the Birria Pizza. Some of our friends order some vegetarian options. Everything better than what we expected. Be mindful that the each portion is bigger than what it looks on the photos. Thank you BRUMA Team!

We are very disappointed about not opening the wine bottle in front of us !! They will show your wine which you picked, and bring back inside and bring it out which is opened bottle. Then why are we buying a whole bottle? This is very sketchy!! Everyone knows you open it in front of customers !! Make sure you request opening the bottle in front of you. However, the food was great .

If you are looking for a great mid day dining experience this is a must visit. We had tostadas and fried fish/chicken today but have had pizza in the past. We haven’t had a bad bite to eat in two visits. The service is excellent, the atmosphere is casual but happy. When we were there it was a mixture of families, couples, a birthday party and what looked like a girls trip - all were well attended to just like the two of us. I also had a mocktail made with pineapple and coco cream that was delicious. Accessibility: you park across the street and have to cross a dry creek bed to get to the restaurant. There is a staircase down and up for you with handrails. Probably 6-10 steps each. I didn’t look around for other access points.

so i experienced bruma wine garden when it was outdoors in back. being relocated up front, in an actual restaurant environment was not it for me. it felt like every other michelin restaurant, and unlike before it was different and one of a kind and unlike any other experience. food was still incredible, although the serrano ham being removed was very disappointing.

I took my wife for our anniversary. The place is gorgeous outdoors restaurant, chill place, food is fantastic! And dessert is simply the best I ever try. We try pizza, ceviche, guacamole and cheesecake. Don’t forget to take a picture behind the bar!

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE HOTEL ONLY This property sits a hotel, winery, and restaurant. We stayed at Casa Ocho in Room 7 at Bruma and absolutely loved it. We checked in around midnight and the staff made it ridiculously easy, they were super responsive on WhatsApp and had someone basically waiting for our arrival to guide us to where we needed to be. The moment we walked into the room, it felt like stepping into a desert-chic dream. Slippers and robes waiting for us was a small thing, but much appreciated after our 4 hour drive. The private hot tub was the real showstopper though. Sitting in warm water under a sky full of stars with zero bugs and zero noise is peak vacation energy. The shower in the morning was another highlight: sunlight pouring in, everything clean, and the products actually smelled good. I'm usually picky with hotel toiletries, but theirs were legit. My only gripes: the lighting at night in the room is a little too dim, and the shower knobs took a minute to decode. Once I figured out the perfect combo (and wrote it down like a mad scientist), it was fine. Room 7 also comes with its own private parking lot, which made everything even smoother. Beautiful place, super romantic, and a perfect little desert escape in the middle of Mexican wine country. Highly recommend staying here. Mornings turned into a little ritual for us, a quick drive to the bakery for coffees and warm pastries, with sheep, horses, and cows dotting the road like we were in some countryside commercial. The dogs and cats on the property were basically the welcoming committee. Finding them all became a game, and every single one got spoiled with pets. A couple tips if you stay here: - Don't walk to the Wine Garden or the bakery. Just drive. - From rooms 6 and 7, you can walk straight down through the vineyard to Fauna or the winery. It's an easy 5 minute walk, but know that coming back at night is pitch black. If that sounds annoying, drive- even though it's super close. - Try to have brunch at the Michelin rated Bruma Wine Garden (breakfast ends at 11am), fantastic menu and fresh juices

Best food and best service Michelin rated was the cherry on top. Had their eggs (chilaquiles) style and I thought it was amazing! Delicious and couldn't have asked for better service. They also offer so many wines and have a small bakery. It's an experience walking around and the ambiance reminds me of Tulum.

Went down to Valle (again) and had to make another stop at Bruma. Met the owner Lulu at a wine festival and she was amazing. Her wine is even better. Everyone at the winery from the guard that meets you at the entrance, to the rep checking you in and out tour guide... first class! The wine tour was great, the vibe was even better.

Get the salad, its amazing but that fideo is memorable!!! You can take your own wine too, and the cocktails didn't disappoint either

THE BIG: Picturesque winery in the Valle de Guadalupe. There are three complexes: wine garden, winery, and the hotel. Plenty of parking in the lots on site. THE BLACK AND WHITE: We definitely got lost trying to find the vinicola (winery). After figuring out that we had to get through the security gate, we finally made it up the hill and into the winery. The tasting room was beautiful and overlooked the valley along with a shallow wading pool with a 300 year old oak tree that is dead but so majestic. For wines, they were a medley of grapes in the tasting but all from the Valle De Guadalupe wine region. We had a chenin blanc, cabernet sauvignon and merlot. My favorite was their cabernet sauvignon. Pretty light-bodied for a cab but still packed a nice body. THE FINAL BAMBOO: A wine tasting was 550 MXN and it was a great first stop in our wine tour to try Valle De Guadalupe wines.

Went here for brunch and it was really good. The espresso and mocha were tasty, as were the other French toast, the quesarito, eggs, and the chicharron and egg dish. The service was also great. Definitely try the bakery items from their coffee shop too!

Beautiful location deep in the Valle. Lots of cars with USA license plates Part of a larger complex with restaurant, vineyard etc There is a hotel so the guests come and eat many of the offerings Pastries were probably the best we have had. Super buttery

We have been dying to try this restaurant whenever we've cruised down to Ensenada, but it's very far up the wine trail and a longer ride then the other wineries for us. I had heard great things about it, and made reservations and we got there. All four of us, were very impressed, the property was well kept with so many different events going on from a marketplace of stores, a gelato shop, another high end restaurant Fauna for dinner and probably a hotel on their property. A good friend of mine had a daughter that got married there and went back and stayed over for their anniversary. I would definitely plan on going back, it was great!

Before entering the winery you are greeted by security asking if you have a reservation. We were allowed inside as they have a wine garden. The back up location was right to the left. it was a very confusing winery as the fauna location is on the other side of the winery. With the rain the roads were rough and bumpy. We ended up with muddy shoes. Now as i've been here i know my bearings and would return to try other menu offerings. Their house chardonnay that's made at their winery was refreshing.

Great ambiance and variety of drinks, bakery, and restaurant. The service was very attentive and bilingual. Make sure to be clear between going to the vineyards versus the restaurant/resort.

I came to Valle de Guadalupe for my birthday and found this jem. This is the best place where they have the best Conchitas bread I've ever had. Drinks are also delicious. Prices are super affordable for being a high end location spot.. I am definitely returning here, I highly recommend you come and check out

Such a cute spot for brunch! Outdoor seating under a beautiful tree. I love the concept of sitting on one long table, I've never seen that before. The Wagyu appetizer was really good but had a bit too much sesame seeds. The guava French toast was the best French toast I've honestly ever had-fresh pieces of guava!! Service was just not as efficient for which I am removing one star. I had asked them to replace the roti with the omelet with sourdough fresh bread. They brought my omelette and then forgot to bring the sourdough which took forever to come so I had to wait for my omelette to get cold by the time the bread came. Also, omelette was a bit too oily for my liking.

**This review is specifically for Bruma Wine Garden and not the winery** Food: This has to be my favorite place to eat in Valle. All their dishes has such unique and strong flavors. I love their seafood pizza and their grilled veggies. The dough on the pizza is so soft and chewy, which makes me think of my favorite pizza place in Italy. The grilled veggies come with a creamy sauce and handmade flour-like tortillas which are so delicious! Their ceviche is also very tasty and it bursts with flavor. Another must-get item is their oysters, which are the freshest and most flavorful oysters I've had. This place is a must if you're in Valle. Service: Staff is friendly but sometimes slow. Ambiance: They only have outdoor seating so come with a jacket if you're there at night. However, the rustic and farm-to-table theme makes it a unique experience.

This was my favorite winery vibes wise that I visited in the valle. Our tasting server was incredible and funny when he showed us around. He made us feel very comfortable and we had a great experience. The wines were also solid as well. I think this place is so unique and that's why it really stands out. I will defiantly be including a tasting at Bruma for all my future trips to the valle.

we went to Bruma for a wedding. This winery is beautiful but the signage and lighting on the premises are terrible and our guests had difficult time to find their why around at night. The Food was pretty good, so it deserves 2 stars for that. The worst issue we faced was dealing with the manger who was very non responsive and did not care about returning the bride or the wedding planner's calls or resolving any problems. We were a group of about 40 people and She made the reservation process and check-in process an absolute nightmare!!! She also charged one of our guests about a $1000.00 too much and he still has not been able to get them to refund his money after 4 months !!!! I do not recommend any one to have their most important event of their life , such as their wedding there!

Horrible experience. México clearly uses the phrase Michelin Star loosely and doesn't really understand what that means. We traveled all the way from Napa CA just to be treated like vermin. From the moment we arrived everything was unorganized, caution tape everywhere and construction work happening. The staff was exceptionally disrespectful and unwelcoming, zero eye contact, zero customer service. My partner and I are both in the wine industry and had high hopes for a Mexican winery and wanted to show our support. We both frequent French Laundry, Single Thread, Meadowood and travel all around France, Spain, Italy, etc and expected Bruma to deliver a wonderful experience, instead we were barely greeted, poured a splash of Rose, and charged immediately upon entrance which should have been a red flag... they secure their money and rush you out. Our "guide" made sure to mention that they have a hard time keeping employees, which comes as no surprise. The wine maker and head Chef were giving someone else a tour and didn't even have the courtesy to wave at us... mind you we've met chefs like Charlie Palmer, Thomas Keller, Michael Chiarelo, yet the chef and wine maker at Bruma couldn't humble themselves enough to smile at us or wave after crossing paths multiple times... We have connections and ties with wineries worldwide.... and have never encountered such horrible hospitality or lack there of. We asked to speak with the manager on site Barbara and she was kind enough to pour us a few more wines and give us a complimentary bottle of wine after the traumatic experience, but given the fact that we traveled such a long distance, spent money on flights, hotels, it just didn't make up for the underwhelming experience. I had planned on buying cases of wines and referring our Napa Clientele as well as our friends and family to visit Bruma, we will no longer be doing that. I cannot express how offended and disrespected we all still feel. I would like to propose that Bruma create a proper training program and possibly fly in real professionals from other wine regions to teach them how to operate a winery in order to secure future business, otherwise I see this property failing in less than a decade. We left feeling like Bruma is a parody of what a winery should be. Best of luck. Do not come to this winery, restaurant or resort.

You need a reservation for this place. They close early and they don't pick up for reservations. We arrived and they wanted $750USD for 2 bottles of wine for 14 people. It's unbelievable how in Temecula no need for any reservations for winery's but in Mexico it's a must otherwise don't waste your time. Not worth the border wait time!

Absolutely amazing. The wine tour creatively designed and launch at the Wine Garden restaurant was a perfect way to start my week in the area. I also had the pleasure of visiting Fauna later in the week and it's safe to say Bruma does everything well!

BEWARE OF THIEVES! BRUMA STOLE $1,126.11 - the deposit for a reservation they could not meet. Apparently the glass door to one of the rooms we reserved at Casa 8 chattered. I get it. Stuff happens. They emailed us and suggested the villa versus Casa 8. We decided to cancel since we wanted to stay at Casa 8; for what the rate is, we want what we want. Since April 2023 I have made every effort to get a refund. I have email after email that they will refund the deposit. It is September 2023, and NOTHING. I am working with my credit card dispute department. I have all the documentation to support my claims. THIEVES! THIEVES! THIEVES! LADRONES! LADRONES! LADRONES!.

Good delicious here! We ate at the long table. Ambiance and vibe is nice. Portions were large and we felt stuffed after the pizza! The ceviche was very good

Visited Bruma Wine Garden. Bruma is definitely one of those places you want to see/experience when visiting the Valle and I'm glad we did. The ambience and rustic feel of the place is great. I love the outdoor Look and feel & the overall vibe of the place. We ordered drinks as we soaked the last rays of sunshine. The light lowering slowy through the rugged outdoors. We started off with the ceviche: a mixed of greens, parsley, citrus and perfect fish We felt adventurous and tried their menudo Mac and cheese. The menudo is fried in panko. I didn't find the need for this dish as the menudo taste, texture gets lots in the panko. Why bother? The Mac and cheese itself was just ok. The Bruma "pizza" which is not a pizza, but dough with toppings, was also a disappointment. The bread delicious in itself. We ordered the spinach and burrata, and the spinach simply dominated the dish... Sad. Next, was the short rib and shitake pasta. The presentation was bad. It didn't uplift the dish in any way. The short rib what's good but nothing out of the ordinary the shiitake pasta was an odd edition to the short rib and we ended up not eating it. What saved the day here was definitely the dessert !! we ordered their strawberry tart which was something similar to a cheesecake and also the donut w maple syrup & mascarpone on top it was delicious. All in all there are so many good restaurants in Valle that Bruma wine and garden is towards the bottom of my list.

5 stars every time. This is my favorite breakfast experience all around. The environment, the staff, the service, the coffee, the food...top notch. Do yourself a favor and get the French toast even if you're not a sweet breakfast person. Oh and that Serrano ham...don't let the simplicity of the dish fool you. I dream about this regularly.

Gorgeous, gorgeous winery inside and out. My glass of Nebbiolo was delicious. My friends enjoyed their glasses of the experimental house wines as well. The underground cellar was exquisite in terms of ambiance. Be sure to check out the tasting area behind the curtain. The tree definitely takes center show - figuratively and literally - in terms of the design. Would be keen on returning to try more of their wines and learn more about the history.

This place has a very nice environment, service and food is excellent. I had the beef rib. The meat was like butter. I would recommend you share this plate. My only qualm here is that, we sat outdoors, and the flies were a nuisance. They have to do something about it.

Really liked this restaurant/winery! It's located off the highway, on an off beaten dirt path, but the drive is so worth it! They have plenty of parking on the location. I would say though, the food and bev prices are what you would see at a nice restaurant in LA. We ordered a spinach and bruschetta pizza was was gooey and delicious, we also got their house wines, both red and white. They have a communal type of seating available, so everyone's sitting on a long table essentially, under an olive tree. It's absolutely stunning! They also have a mirror wall behind the bar where you can take selfies with the backdrop of an expansive winery. It was absolutely beautiful. The service was great, the servers all spoke English and Spanish. Lovely and helpful folks. Would definitely recommend adding this to your valle de Guadalupe itinerary!

First resturant for me in Mexico! and I loved it! Wine was ok, but food and atmosphere was great. Main course portion is huge and good for sharing. Friendly staff. Would like to try another place next time.

Before heading out to Valle, I was recommended to visit Bruma/Fauna. Needless to say it did not disappoint. I did make a reservation via email about three-four days prior. I just had to confirm my name and number. Upon arriving you are greeted by security, and asked if you have a reservation. Before heading to the winery itself, you see their preserved tree branches artwork. As soon as you head inside, you confirm your reservation and are asked for your choice of wine flights. They do vary in prices anywhere from $400-$600 pesos. Our tour guide was amazing. She is also a local language teacher on the side, and gave our tour in English. Everything in the winery itself has meaning, and the wine was 10/10. We unfortunately didn't stay to eat at Fauna, but next trip I'll make sure to come to Bruma again and try their restaurant.

Rating for Hotel first then Wine Garden later For first time visitor it is very confusing and spread out. The management does not want to put a lot of signs but they are way short at this point. Maybe send a pdf map when you reserve a room. Staff is very nice and helpful but of course outside of the lobby many are very limited in English. Be prepared and considerate. Once you learn your way around after half a day it is OK and you understand the layout. If you are are in Casa Montana, expect to walk a bit. To the lobby it is about .3 miles. To the wine garden it is .6 miles. Mostly flat but a good sun hat is important and it is all rough dirt roads or paths. Trip to a nearby restaurant cost us $120 US cash round trip by a car service arranged by the hotel. If you contact one in Ensenada yourself you can save 25% or so. They will come from there to here and wait while you taste or eat. Note I said cash is needed. USD are ok. Only one local restaurant is in walking distance (1.1 mile). We did not have a car. I would suggest to get a driver to get you to Ensenada, then rent a car for the local area as an option. However note most roads except the main highway are not paved and slow driving. Make sure your GPS knows where you need to go before you leave. That is have someone local or the hotel review your route. Many restaurants are miles off main road and not easy to find. Architecture works to fit into the natural grounds, very nicely done in a rustic theme. Casa Montana review Very nice buildings with common room staffed into the night. They make breakfast and snacks. Honor bar is well stocked. Shower and bathroom is nice but the hot water takes a few minutes to arrive and the shower drain is not well vented , so you hear loud gurgles sometimes from the drain. No smell but noises. Hot tub is in the shared area and next to a soaking pool. Hot tub is good temperature not too hot so you can soak. The pool is maybe 10 feet long with a nice seating setup. No swimming due to small size. The walkways are dirt and it is raked everyday so they look nice. Staff is very nice Wine Garden review. Good food at US prices. We ate here 3 times. We were told the same master chef as Fauna. Do try the octopus and shrimp pizza. Very good. Pita sourdough like crust and great flavor. Maybe 10 to 12 inch size. Other pizza good as well Guacamole plate is great. Every thing we had was great. Good service as well.

Extremely disappointing from the second we walked in the door. The two girls at the front desk were rude and non communicative. Our party of six entered at 1:40pm and I gave them my name. They looked us up and down and said your appointment is at 2:00pm and walked away. We were left looking at each other and didn't know what to do. Very awkward. We finally asked to pay and our designated driver was told he could wait outside unless he paid $300MXN for a tour. A tour? This was not even an option on the price list I was sent nor advertised at their front desk. Absolutely ridiculous! This is no where noted on the policy information I was sent either. Then to make it worse the tasting options that were presented to me when I made the reservation were not available. We are red wine drinkers and of the three tasting options we were given only one option included one red with two whites. That was three wines for $650MXN. I would have walked out right then but their cancelation policy states if you cancel your appointment after the allowed 48 hours prior to the event you are charged 35%. Once we paid we were sent upstairs to an extremely hot room to wait for 15 minutes. Once our tour guide, Carlos, arrived we were directed down stairs where he never introduced himself (we had to ask his name), never asked about our wine experience, never said a word about the winery or any history. He mentioned a few sentences about the first wine, poured it and then directed us to follow him down in to the cellar. As we took the short walk he spoke briefly about the art work in the hall, stopped for a minute or two so we could see at a stainless steel tank, explained the tree in the center and architecture of the building. All of that was maybe 10 minutes. He never attempted to ask anything about us, our tastes and never asked how we liked the wine. Once in the cellar we tasted the other two wines. These tastings we very weak pours compared to every other tasting we did this week. Definitely not the standard two ounce tasting our. For the price we paid they could have been a little more substantial. The tasting and "tour" was slotted to be approximately one hour. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Herded in and out like cattle. While the grounds are beautiful the service, the staff, the tastings and the wine are extremely overpriced and over Instagrammed. I suggest seeking out the smaller boutique wineries.

Great and sophisticated! Even the Kardashians would like this place. Good and wine were spectacular

The grounds are beautiful and expansive but the larger commercial wineries can feel so impersonal. We did a tasting tour with our group and our guide seemed like he hated his job. Give me someone who loves not just wine, but explaining the process, the history, and at least have them like other human beings. Wine was also on the pricier side for the Valle and was just OK. Maybe go here for the photo op but otherwise skip it.

The winery grounds are nice, pool area, and gym at casa 8 are decent. The rooms feel a little claustrophobic. Beware if you do not know any Spanish. Only a few people on the property that we came across speak English. Overall it's severely lacking in service and hospitality. There are much better places for the price you will pay.

Beautiful location on the east side of the Valle. The Wine Garden is surrpunded by shade trees that funnel good vibes to you from every direction. The food and drinks are pricey, we're talking Bidenomics restaurant prices, but you can't compare the scenery and ambiance here to most places back home - It beats anything you can find in Temecula, hands-down. You are surrounded by vineyards, refined design elements and amazing weather (most days). It's worth experiencing at least once. The Valley had many options, but Bruma serves delicious food and great drinks. I received exceptional service on this trip and was very pleased. There is a lot to do in Valle and the options are growing all the time. I would come back to Bruma.

This winery and restaurant was gorgeous! We are in the outside garden and it was magical. What a fun gastronomical experience! I came with a group of 5 and we did the chefs brunch tasting menu. It was SO good! It was a 5 course meal and for $20 more each course comes with wine so for $80 pp (Sept 2021) it was a no brainer. Oysters, croque monseur, whitefish crudo, ceviche, breakfast pizza, steak, salad and desserts, oh my goodness. Everything was delicious, perfectly cooked, creatively seasoned. The wines were bright and perfect for brunch. This was a super long trek from Las Gaviotas but it was a fantastic culinary experience that we won't forget. I wish I stopped eating to take more photos of the food. I only got a pic of the first wine and the last dessert. Haha!

Hevaclio was a wonderful host and very descriptive of the wines and Brumas history. 100% recommendation to come back again and experience vinícola Bruma. Hevaclio did an amazing job in making us feel welcome and very appreciative of his support and discriptions of the fine wines. We can't wait to come back and bring some friends.

We have been wanting to come winetasting here for awhile, and finally had the chance -- reservations required, and you need to show up right on time; you get a little guided tour, then tasting. The setting and architecture of the winery itself is really stunning, and there is some very unique artwork inside, as well. Our tour guide, Heraelio, was very good, and we got to do our tasting in the cool barrel room, which was a welcome respite from the 95 degree heat outside. It was the most expensive of the 3 tastings we did in the Valle - $30 for 3 tastes (Premium), but it was worth it for the experience. We tried the '20 Ocho Blanco (a Carignan), the '20 Ocho Rose (100% Sangiovese), which were both very good, but our favorite was the Plan B - a blend of Granache, Mouvedre, Malbec, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. While you're out here, definitely try to get a reservation (in advance) for Fauna or Bruma Wine Gardens, too, and enjoy some of their wine with a wonderful meal.

This review is for the wine garden. After trying to find a way to make a reservation for the wine tasting I gave up and booked a reservation for the wine garden on open table. I am so thankful I did. The wine garden is a hidden gem and the food is outstanding. It was honestly my favorite place in the Valle. The tomatoes and celery were super flavorful and refreshing. We also ordered roasted veggies with this Smokey chili paste that our server recommended. I am now obsessed with ugh this paste. This place and our server Melannie (who was the sweetest). We didn't eat much before we had a reso at fauna (their main restaurant) but we should have stayed here. We sat in the shade under a tree and overlooked the vineyard. Can you talk about perfect? Fauna was meh (I'm vegan and my BF is not- he loved the ceviche). The views are better in the garden.

Bruma is a very unique place...the wine is amazing and sipping while browsing through the beautiful artwork was really special. The petrified tree adds such character to the atmosphere! I loved everything about it and will definitely return

Such a vibe. I'm so glad we stopped here on our way back to the states. It's a MUST!!! The food has all been amazing, the mimosas, delish! The fish pasta, chicken and waffles, scallop tostada... pristine! And let's not talk about the view... The restaurant sits under groups of trees that provide the perfect amount of shade and sun. You have options of sitting at high tops or low tables. We chose the high top since they're closer to the view on the land. The waitresses are all very kind and though I'm English speaking, some of the witnesses were able to communicate with me just fine. We didn't make a reservation, we just showed up around 12:30pm on a Monday and they were able to sit it. I highly recommend you stop here. The mirror on the container heading to the restrooms was a plus! So fun!

Came here after a friend recommended it. Loved the place! Unfortunately we didn't have a reservation for Bruma or Fauna but could eat at the "Wine Garden" which is another restaurant they have. Reservations weren't needed. Loved most of the staff! Everyone was really kind and accommodating. It looks beautiful so we'd definitely give it a try soon (wit and will update the review.

Visited Bruma Wine Garden 4.1.2023. We discovered Fauna and Bruma Wine Garden are 2 separate dining options on the same grounds. This helps for planning next time. We had appetizers, cheese plate, and wine tasting flight. The cheese plate came up short, fruit was bruised, and no deli meats or nuts. The Sangria "Tinta" was amazing. I'd stick to a per glass serving rather than a flight. Servings were small. For 4, no more than half the bottle was used. The white chardonnay caba 2 house Wine was lovely. The service was top notch. Sitting under the olive trees on a community table was beautiful. We took advantage of having a desert drink by the fire pit near the lounge sofás facing the vineyard. It wasn't busy, this contributed to a laid back non rushed experience. Diners around us all seemed to enjoy their entrees and salads.

We headed to Bruma for wine tasting. They have a beautiful winery. You have to head up past the tree and man-made lake and go back downstairs. When we got there, we went in and paid, and they told us it be about a 10 minute wait before they brought us in. I think it was around $16 for the tasting, but it includes a tour of the facilities and came with 3 tastings. We def waited more then 10 min, in which larger groups came by after us, so now it felt over crowded. For the tour, we felt a bit rushed going through the different sections due to us avoiding the large crowd that came in after us. The facilities and surroundings were aesthetically pleasing to the eye and everyone enjoyed their reds. I wish we didn't feel rushed on the tour. Afterwards, you exit into a bar area. We all ordered cocktails and everyone loved the drinks there. Will need to try their restaurant next time!

Yes yes yes, this place is wonderful. Well at least on my visit it was. Heads up RESERVATIONS is a requirement. The ambience and service was just perfect. I ended buying a few bottle of wine. The wine tour and presentation was outstanding which provided us with the information to fully enjoy a quality wine. Did not have the time to enjoy the food but I guess that will be for another adventure

Wow. What a beautiful vineyard and winery just a little drive south of San Diego. Immediately upon driving up, the staff were warm and welcoming, and eager to help us. To get to the restaurant, you must drive past some vineyards, and to get to the tasting room and hotels you must pass further. Regardless, it is a scenic drive through Bruma. Originally we wanted to do a wine tasting but got mixed up with the restaurant, although I can't complain because we ended up doing a tasting with food pairings. We tried three wines and their version of an espresso martini with tequila, as well as seven plates. Amongst the seven plates were: a spicy chimichurri salad (delicious, and possibly my favorite), ceviche chips, raw plate made of oysters and clam (I think?), a truffle roast and spaghetti plate, thick cut bacon and toast with sunny side up egg in a creamy garlic-y sauce (their version of a Croque Madame), a smoked pork pizza, and lastly, a strawberry shortcake. A bit pricey but worth every penny! To note: make a reservation beforehand because a wine tasting requires it and we didn't know, but luckily they were accommodating and invited us to dine with them.

Horrible service! Not recommended. Please do not waste your time here. We got here within the grace period and they would not accept us. Our deposit was not honored and they turned us away.

When it comes to unique beauty Bruma takes the cake! Wine was great. Amazing service to top it off!

We enjoyed an excellent tour with our host Carlos. He provided a great overview of the history of the facility, clearly had a passion for their work, and adjusted the tour around our questions and interests. Must do and would recommend pairing with lunch or dinner at Fauna (also excellent) if visiting Valle
