"One of the newest additions to the pastry case at Bub & Grandma's Glassell Park bakery-diner, this cinnamon roll tastes like falling backwards into a swimming pool of cotton balls. This baby issofffft. The light and supple dough is less gooey and more fluffy, with big swirls of fragrant cinnamon paste and frosting that’s just as airy as the bread (it holds in whipped peaks instead of dripping all over the place).
