Buc-ee’s Sues Missouri Dog Park Barc-ee’s | Eater Houston
"Headquartered in Lake Jackson, Texas, this beloved convenience-store chain is known for its buck‑toothed beaver mascot and famously clean restrooms, and it has aggressively registered trademarks across a wide range of goods and services—from coffee and stylized cups to pet supplies (leashes, collars, tags, toys), EV chargers, rest‑stop amenities like dog and child play areas, and many typical convenience-store items such as bags, clothing, and keychains. Operating in ten states, the company says it has invested heavily in innovation and brand protection and has repeatedly sued alleged infringers; recent enforcement actions cited in the filing include lawsuits against Super Fuels (Jan. 2025), Missouri‑based Duckees (2024), and a 2018 case that resulted in a jury finding of unlawful infringement. In March 2025 it brought a new suit in the Western District of Missouri alleging trademark infringement and willful, bad‑faith use of confusingly similar marks and logos, and it has requested a jury trial." - Courtney E. Bucees allows customers to park at the gas pumps without buying gas. I was boxed in and couldn't get out .I went in the store and they said they needed to look at the video camera when just looking out the door would have proved my situation. Don't even bother sending an email to customer service, they don't respond. Bucees just wants you to shut up and give them your money. Will never go back.

I’m a paying customer who is very disappointed that I can go to one store get my favorite breakfast taco without cheese. I go to Texas City and I asked if I could get a taco without cheese the girl looked at me and said we don’t customize tacos. Fine then. I guess they think everyone loves cheese. Well they don’t and people have allergies to cheese. So I guess I will have to find somewhere else to get my tacos.

I tried to use a gift card and it did not work. The cashier kept telling me that she fixed the transaction but it did not show on the receipt. The manager said the same thing. I checked my credit card statement and of course it was never fixed. They refused to help resolve the matter

It's unfortunate that you cannot get a sandwich without the sauce or sauce on side. Or a different sauce without the burn.Today all restaurants believe in everything on menu to be served with spice. Yet they forget the older generations stop in and would like to have it without sauce do to spice burning the throat and stomach. There are a lot of people you lost as customers. Doesnt matter what age. Won't be driving over anytime soon.

There's something wrong when a business refuses to sell a sandwich with no sauce. Many are allergic to certain ingredients. I've spent many dollars in that place! I won't be making that mistake again, but they should see everyone in Facebook bashing them over it. They will lose money.

Praise bucees for banning trucks off their property and letting their entitled driver's know the world doesn't revolve around them. Truckers have no respect for safety and other people's property so why should Bucee's accommodate them? Bucees can use other forms of transport to deliver their goods if it ever came down to it. Zero respect out of me to truckers

The Daytona Location tried to charge me for putting water in my own glass. Are you so desperate for money you have to charge for fountain water in my own cup? This is seriously my last visit to your company. I was on the fence of stopping in the first place because every location we visit gets worse than the last visit. Now, without hyperbolic intent, I have had enough.
