I absolutely love this restaurant! The service is great! Our waitress, Laura was extremely helpful, very professional, kind and attentive. She doesn’t miss a beat! Her service is impeccable! Everything done in a timely fashion. She is definitely a great asset to this restaurant. She’s is among a wonderful staff. Everyone is kind and they make you feel comfortable. The food is superb! The portion size literally feeds everyone at the table. It was my birthday celebration and my dessert was amazing. Absolutely loved every minute of this experience. We will be back!

They changed the menu. The individual lunch menu is very limited. There are no appetizer options. Everything is family style with family pricing. It makes ordering for 2 very difficult. (They had zero hot sauce, slightly understandable, but still disappointing) We both ordered Shrimp Alfredo. One had watery sauce the other had very thick sauce. Will need at least 4-5 people to come eat here. Also, I will not eat this type of parmesan cheese.

Brought my sister-in-law for her birthday and it was a great experience! Laura was an amazing server, cocktails were good and the food just kept coming. 10/10 experience, will come back again and soon.

Amazing experience. We came here for our anniversary and had a great dinner. We showed up to our reservation about 15 minutes early, and were seated immediately. Our waitress Laura was, friendly, kind and knowledgeable about the menu. 10/10 recommend this place for any celebrations or casual dinners.

Prettyyy dang good. Me and my boyfriend got some lunch entrees and they tasted very good and were still decently large plates of food. We got the Lasagna and the Chicken Parm. We also got dessert, we got the Italian cream cake and it was HUGE.

Alright, here's the frank review: This Italian joint is all about getting a lot of food and drink without emptying your wallet. The taste is ok, especially when you factor in the cheap wine that's part of the deal. They've got beer on tap, which is a plus, but don't be surprised if they're running low on some options if you show up later in the evening.

Great food, peaceful vibe, and attentive service I had a great dinner at Buca di Beppo in Peoria. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, with vintage-style wall decor that made the wait for food more enjoyable. I appreciated how courteous and professional my server Meryl Joy was—quick to refill water and helpful with questions about the menu. I ordered the baked rigatoni and a coffee. The rigatoni was delicious and a great value for the portion size. I especially liked the light touch of cheese—just enough to taste, but not overwhelming. As for the coffee, it was smooth, bold, and served at the perfect temperature—hot enough to enjoy, but not so hot that it burned my mouth. That attention to detail really stood out. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying experience.

Came here for a graduation early dinner. Food was very tasty! We got 2 appetizers and 2 main dishes, it fed 4 adults! Sangria was very strong, whew! Our service was a little slow. It would have been nice to anticipate guests needing new plates and flatware between the appetizers and the main dishes and the dessert. I also had to ask for more than the single napkin we were originally sat with. All in all I would recommend this place. P.s. portions are meant to be shared! Spent $180

It was our first time coming and Stephenie was so attentive and super sweet; she constantly checked on us and kept my drink refilled! Super sweet. Made our experience all the better. The experience was fantastic. I came for a two year anniversary date and it was such a cute, intimate, romantic place. I had a blast with my partner and look forward to another visit! Keep in mind the portions are to be shared!! They're huge but definitely worth the price range. You'll be taking leftovers with you for sure!!! Couldn't even fit dessert!! Went to buca for my nieces birthday dinner. We had a reservation and shown our table quickly. We noticed that it was pretty hot on our area. After mentioning it a couple times a what I imagine was a manager said the people on the roof left the door to get on the roof open. Wouldn't this be something noticeable and able to be corrected quickly? It didn't cool down the entire time we were there. We ordered our food which was pretty good. We got the spaghetti and meat sauce, chicken parm, chicken Marsala, prosciutto stuffed chicken, lasagna, Brussels sprouts and a couple of salads. Everything tasted good but it's not enjoyable eating hot food when you're soo hot. We will be back again but hopefully we won't have this problem!

Not for a couple. It is for family. There is nothing for just 2 people. Just garlic bread was at least for 3 people and it was $15

It was our first time at Buca Di Beppo at the Peoria Arizona location. Great time with friends. Our Sever was Mason he is only 19 years old, but such a pleasant, knowledgeable, and polite young man. Word of caution their entrées is enough for two people. We were four people we split two entrées and one large antipasto, salad, bread, and a bottle of wine. We will be back to enjoy more of that delicious food!

It's been a year since my last visit but I've been having a craving. Got my family a pre-thanksgiving meal, ordered the shrimp fra diavolo pasta and the appetizer trio which includes fried mozzarella, spicy shrimp and calamari. Did an online order for pick up, ladies helping with the to-go were friendly and very busy with people coming to pick up their thanksgiving meals. I was there before my pick up time so I did have to wait (I wasn't sure how traffic was gonna be on Bell so I gave myself plenty of time). They made an effort to keep me updated so I didn't think they would forget about me, lol. But sadly, I was disappointed by the shrimp Fra Diavolo, it was barely even spicy. The appetizer trio was disappointing as well. The fried calamari was sooo dry!!! The spicy shrimps were overcooked and rubbery. The only thing good was the fried mozzarella with marinara sauce. This all came to almost $80. Was definitely not worth that at all. Not sure I'll be back to visit again.

We had such a great dinner experience. The food was great and our server was so helpful. Stephenie may have been our server, but she definitely 'ATE and left no crumbs', if you know what I mean. The vibe was there and the vibe was also Stephenie. Definitely recommend eating here!

We loved Bre so much! She was amazing and accommodated us so well. We overstayed, but Bre made it feel like we were at home and we had a blast because of her. We had a very large party/family reunion in the room just left when walking up the stairs on the second floor. We will be requesting us as our server every time!

Our group used Buca di Beppo for catering an appreciation lunch. One of the great things about Buca di Beppo is that there is an option to have catering orders delivered. Food was delivered around the desired time. Parts of our catering order were done well. Others not so much. Baked ziti was the big hit. With the extra sauce, the dish was well sauced. Big on flavor. It was a comforting entree. Fettuccine alftedo was classic. Fettuccine needed all the extra sauce. It arrived looking almost dry. Spaghetti with marinara was as basic as it gets. Nothing special about it flavor wise. Even with the extra sauce, there was only enough for the top half of the tray. Noodles in the spaghetti were overcooked. Bread throughout the bread tray was stale.

Dear Constantina, As I stated in my review, I did contact senior administration at the very address you provided and I heard nothing back. I didn't decided to do my Yelp review until after waiting 3 days for a response. So thank you for your suggestion but I have already done this and no results.

You know... sometimes bigger ain't better. I had family in town and they were craving Italian. This stop was near their hotel so we stopped in. The decor is very old school, with burgundy red booths. It's gives a very old timey feel so we had high hopes. Our server Laura was a doll, she was professional, polite and explained the menu to us. My review is strictly about the food. Her service was great. We ordered a ton of food and it LOOKED good... my cousins order pepperoni pizza, the appetizer sampler, a chicken dish and I got ravioli with meat sauce.. a TON of food. I'll admit we didn't listen to Laura when she said the smalls fed 3-5 people. We ordered more food to go but ended up canceling it. The ravioli with meat sauce tasted like chef boyardee. Bland! So very bland. The pizza had a good flavor but was floppy, greasy and not appetizing. The sampler with spicy shrimp, mozzarella moons and calamari was bland as well. But the spicy shrimp were so hot! But not in a good way. You got hit with a burst of heat but no actual flavor. My cousins chicken dish.... Looked like raw chicken cutlets, it was literally just white pieces of chicken. Nothing had flavor. We had to order sides or marinara and Alfredo to jazz things up and it was still a bust! We barely wanted to bring the food home, but I hate being wasteful. Huge portions, no flavor.

Buca di Beppo is a place that I have frequented many times. Their family-style Italian dining is always a treat! I have enjoyed most every dish they offer as well as their pizzas at some point in time (mostly before I found out that I cannot eat gluten anymore). Our most recent visit was on Thanksgiving Day, as we unexpectedly ended up with the day free... and wanted to treat my dad to a turkey dinner. The Thanksgiving meal was good, but not great. It was $100 and you received turkey, vegetable, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and pumpkin pie. Not a bad deal The turkey was tasty and I definitely overate it! Green beans were perfectly cooked. Mashed potatoes were decent. I was unable to eat the stuffing because it had gluten in it... but I heard that it was good. And this was the first time I ever enjoyed cranberries! The service on this particular visit was just average. I know they were super busy, but our server first forgot our silverware/napkins... and so we had to wait a bit before we could enjoy our hot food. And then he brought out check out before bringing us dessert. We looked at him... he looked at us... and we looked at him some more before asking him about dessert. He said, "oh, did you want the pumpkin pie?" It was weird... and I'm not quite sure why he would think we wanted to pass on dessert. Overall, I would advise ordering Italian dishes from Buca... as that is their specialty and they do it well. Overall rating: ****FOUR STARS**** Gluten-free rating: ***THREE STARS***

We are grateful to the managers and the staff for stepping away from their families and friends so our family could congregate at their restaurant family home on a major holiday. We had 4 states in the country converging on AZ and it was nice to have somewhere that could accomodate a large party. Our server gets 5 stars ( His name is Jarrett and he was very engaging and thorough during our visit). The manager on duty also gets 5 stars as she brought out trinkets for the little ones and checked in 2 x's during our visit. The food came out fast, very hot and in abundance. We ordered 1 app, 1 salad, regular/garlic cheese bread and 4 different mains for our group. It was too much food for a party of 10 with kids. Next time - 1 app, 4 entrees (all small) and bread). The salad was very limp and wet. Will not repeat it. The grandkids loved the massive ice cream sundae. The staff seem to want to help but leadership needs to "guide" them a bit more in getting them to see the experience from the guest's vantage point. The reasons for such a low review: 1: A glass was leftover from the previous table and no one on the staff picked it up and it sat on the back corner ledge the whole time. 2: The plate with stuffed shells was extremely hot and it did not get called out in the moment (one of our guests was burned by it). 3: The app hit with no plates (they fixed fairly quickly). 4: The Men's bathroom needed some serious attention in all areas and the non-locking handicap accessible stall is an insult to anyone who needs to use it. The management "fixed" the broken stall by removing the locking mechanism and now it just swings wide open (even when someone is sitting on the commode or using the baby changing table. Our family had an infant with us and had to use the stall without it locking. Very disappointing for a company that should do better than that.

We celebrated a birthday at the kitchen table. Our server, BRIE, was warm, welcoming, and helpful planning our entre sizes for our group. We had a wonderful evening. The food was excellent from antipasto salad to terimasu.

For my birthday I wanted to do an Italian footbal Sunday. We ordered 3 meals, baked rigatoni - chicken limone - penne alla vodka, and a anti-pasta salad. The salad was not crisp and everyone commented on the salad being wilted. The rigatoni was dry, and the limone was tasteless. The penne alla vodka was a fan favorite and reheated nicely. We also had the intalian crème cake - this was delicious!! This experience was a pick-up order, and I do think this may have had to do with the quality of the food. Based on this experience I would not do another to go order from this chain. However, I would consider a dine-in meal. As for the service, I was able to do same day order, and the food was ready on time. Pick up order: no feedback on the ambiance. The pick up area was clean, as expected.

Bucca di Beppo is a reasonably priced Italian restaurant chain that serves large platters for sharing at dinner time. The restaurant is highly decorated for all kinds of Italian photos and artifacts that are fun to look at. The Peoria location is also a two story restaurant with steps and an elevator. I was here with an eleven person group and we shared a bunch of appetizers and dinner platters.The food really was better than what I expected it to be but most of the food was served cooled off by the time it made it to us. The downside of dining here is that for dinner a couple would have to share maybe two generous platters for dinner and have lots of leftovers to bring home. 3 stars is a positive rating on Yelp and translates to A-OK.

We had a very nice time yesterday there and we had a party of 10 and it was a nice cozy room service was good tons of food. Food was good Andrea the waitress was very nice.

I would like to preface this with saying I originally did reach out directly to corporate but heard nothing back after 4 days, so I am taking to Yelp. Recently visited this Buca with a group of girlfriends who rarely have the time to get together and we were excited to finally have a night out. We did have to adjust our reservation size from 7 to 5 and we were sat at a small table upstairs which definitely should not have sat more than 4 people max given the large plates but they put a chair on the end and we made it work. Right away we could tell our server was incredibly overwhelmed. The party next to us was very large and needy so we were understanding as he also seemed new (given he did not know what a soda water was). We ordered drinks right away, one friend ordered a glass of wine which she actually did not receive until the very end of the evening, after our dinner was finished. The server was apologetic through and through but insisted they did not have any wine glasses and although we insisted it was fine served in any other glass he say that he was not allowed to. When the wine finally came later in the evening my friend said she was ok and no longer wanted it. I stepped in and said, "At this point should you not just give her the wine and comp it, she has waited the entire meal?" He hesitantly said he would see. He returned explaining that the manager said if we wanted the wine taken off my friend would need to return it. We kind of giggled at how ridiculous that was and passed it back. I mean after personally working years in restaurants that is kind of customer service 101. The next main issue, we all got our food except two friends (same girl who ordered the wine, she was really not lucky this evening) since it is family style they were sharing a chicken dish. The server apologized again and said it was coming it just took a little longer to make, cool. Waiting, waiting, waiting, eventually he came back and told us the food runner actually dropped the dish and they were having to make a brand new one hence the wait. I mean in this case, do we not also maybe compensate a little? The other friends got their dish as we were finished? Over all super sweet server but wow that meal lacked in many ways as far as the customer service experience is concerned.

Update: useless corporate response identical to what the fake profile leaves on other reviews is very telling about the absolute lack of care the company has regarding quality control. Save your money!! A couple years back I really enjoyed this place. While not inexpensive, leftovers were plenty and I felt quality was high. Went to the one in Scottdale a year or so ago and was disappointed with the taste, quality and price. Decided to try again. I gotta say, Arby's has a better command of fried mozzarella. Pretty surprising. First attempt fried mozzarella greasy and barely warm. Broccoli also room temperature on half the plate, like they mixed old with new. Redo the mozzarella was lightly burned, breading flavorless. Broccoli was good. This is not $20 worth of mozzarella. If the quality was higher, maybe. The amount was comparable to what you get anywhere else, with less flavor and at twice the price. Member of server team hanging out in bar and kept getting into booth behind me sitting and slamming into the back of it, then got up and seemed to work and brought me first round of sad mozzarella. Almost asked to move because I already have a spine injury. Wish it had been better. If you give a customer sub par food due to poor prep or just trying to recycle stuff that's been sitting and they send it back, do something to make up for the extra time, especially if you are not an inexpensive place. Also kinda funny the requested to go iced tea was child sized and far shorter than the average salt shaker. Hard pass. Olive Garden far better value and taste. Things have clearly changed. Down to a one. Tried to give two stars but said I was going to duck into restroom and then come back to get my leftovers. When I came back stuff being moved around including my food in attempt to clean table for next set up. When I looked confused and surprised because I couldn't get to the table and thought maybe stuff got tossed bartender snapped "it's right there." Glad I gave 25% tip on cruddy food to then get the clear message business not appreciated. My visit was prolonged by serving cold greasy leftover food, so perhaps better attention to quality would not necessitate this poor treatment of customers. Just junky.

I got a gift card to Buca di Beppo from work and burned it on dinner for myself. I went to their website and went with the individual portion of the Spicy Chicken Rigatoni. Super easy to order and set up delivery ahead of time. Order arrived on time and correctly with no issues. Much to surprise, they also tossed in two fairly good sized chunks of bread. This was plenty of food for one person! I really enjoyed this! I know everyone always says that it's difficult to screw up pasta and yeah, maybe that's the case but it was a great meal. Chicken pieces were good sized and the sauce was, indeed, spicy and flavorful. Even though it was delivered, the meal was hot and the bread was warm. I can't comment on the cleanliness of the restaurant, the wait staff or service since I opted for delivery - but I'd definitely order this dish again. Relatively inexpensive given the sheer volume of food that was delivered.

Pasta was good, sauce was pretty mids. Garlic bread was Ass. Laura the server was fantastic and deserves stock options. All hail Laura Be good world, peace

Buca has been a family favorite for a lot of years, but the last few visits have been underwhelming. Food has always taken it's sweet time coming out, which is fine when food is great and there is good service. The pasta quality over the years has become very generic, even the shrimp has changed from years back to either lower quality or just a more efficient way to cook it that leaves something to be desired. The Alfredo was drenched is sauce. And while a bit nostalgic, the place could use a refresher inside with decorations and chairs. Much of this is part of corporate, and thus hard to judge this specific location solely on that. The service was a let down last time as well. Server didn't check is as much and we asked for the temperature to be brought up in the section as our table and the others in our area where all freezing, nothing happened. Lots of room for improvement.

Servings sizes are quite large. The lasagna is actual lasagna layered with pasta and meat sauce and not a dish with pasta and sauce just on the top like I've seen sometimes at restaurants before. The cocktails are tasty and refreshing and our service was friendly and attentive. Casual, family type atmosphere.

Dinner was good but not great. My wife got spaghetti and meatballs but the meatballs were cold so we asked them to warm it up. I ordered the lasgna and it was good, I wish it had more cheese and would have been hotter. But my server Paul was amazing an attentive to our every need, so shout out to Paul!

Back to Buca for Valentine's Day! Great food, great service from Meryl & Bre, and best of all, best company with my love.

Andaba sercas del lugar el dia de hoy con mi familia. Como a mi esposa ya le habia hablado del lugar que estaba muy rico me dijo que queria pasar a este famoso lugar. Hoy nos toco muy mal servicio, nos dijeron que teniamos que esperar 10 minutos afuera, que porque no tenian meseros, les pregunte que si podiamos esperar adentro porque tenian muchas mesas disponibles y aparte porque traia a mis niños 1 y 3 años, me dijeron que no, que tenia que esperar afuera y estaba haciendo mucho calos, el 40% del restaurante staba disponible! Pues hoy ni el desayuno me super y los 10 minutos se hicieron 20 de espera y otros 20 minutos para esperar la conida!! Bueno, yo creo que ahora se tiene que llamar para saber cuantos meseros tienen y si te van a poder atender para que vallas! Personalmente trabaje en restaurante por mas de 10 años. El servicio al cliente lo es todo, a los empleados se les olbida que el negocio es un negocio de gente no de comida!

Bucca always has excellent food so this time we tried the chicken parm with white sauce & also red sauce on side. Added mozzarella bread & penne pasta side proved to be an excellent choice. And Laura our server helped make our dining experience a wonderful one. We will be back soon.

What a great experience we had for multiple Mothers on Mother's Day 2024! Stephanie our server was AMAZING, FRIENDLY, FUN and EFFICIENT, excellent service!!! The food was awesome and we will be back for more, we just hope it's not on Stephanie's day off because we'll be requesting her FOR SURE!!!! Thank you Buca Di Beppo and thank you Stephanie!!!

Consistently great authentic Italian food. Ordered here many times and never been disappointed. The chicken carbonara is the best here.

Ordered via delivery app, 8:30pm, with order being confirmed by a staff member, just to wait until 10:04 pm for the order to be cancelled. With zero explanation as to why the order was cancelled. Could see that the two delivery drivers that had gone to pick up food, had arrived and were waiting at the business before they even closed at 9:30...Very poor customer service. Don't offer delivery service if you're not going to honor them.

I took my partner here to celebrate his birthday because their family used to have a tradition of eating here. We made a reservation and walked in to a completely empty place. That should have been my first clue. We were sat at a table near the bar with a disgusting old, ripped tablecloth. There are "candles"/lights on the walls that looked like they haven't been cleaned in years, some work and some don't. There are photos on the wall giving it that "old italian restaurant feel" however it's also giving sexist and misogynistic feel... lots of half dressed women with breasts as the main subject. Let's cut to it... $100 later for Chicken Parm, Fettucine Alfredo, an Old Fashioned and bread that all tasted like hospital food that had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. We had two bites and asked for the check. Worst birthday dinner ever.

I recently celebrated a birthday with a party of 11 people at Buca di Beppo, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in a while. Despite making reservations for 6:30 pm, we had to wait about 15 minutes for our table to be ready upon arrival. The service issues began when someone in our party ordered a Pepsi that turned out to be flat. Despite bringing it to the waitress's attention, the replacement sodas were also flat. We ended up requesting water instead but were still charged for the sodas on the bill and had to ask for it to be removed. As the meal progressed. The initial food items arrived with no plates and only napkins with knives on the table. How do we eat? Despite flagging down multiple staff members, it took a while to receive the necessary plates and utensils. Even then, we were short two plates, and the waitress seemed oblivious to our need for them. Throughout the meal, our waitress rarely checked in, and we had to flag her down whenever we needed something, including drink refills. We were surprised to learn that bread and butter were only available by request, and when we asked for bread, the waitress forgot to bring butter. When it came time for dessert, we had to remind the waitress about the birthday cake we had brought. She seemed unaware and asked what kind of cake it was, despite us giving it to her earlier. The service further declined as dirty plates piled up, and attempts to flag down the staff for assistance were often ignored. To top it all off, we were witness to an unprofessional altercation between two bussers near our table, adding to the overall unpleasant atmosphere. Despite noticing other birthday parties receiving special treatment, our celebration lacked the same attention and care. This visit was disappointing, with numerous lapses in attention and professionalism that significantly impacted our experience.

I love this place came with 10 of us here and it was just before the heavy dinner rush at 4:30. The ambience was nice and warm and family. That's all I needed! Nick, our server was incredible! Made some great recommendations! And everybody was real helpful withthe setting up food on the table. We have ordered a lot of food so we could take home and they allowed us to use the big table next to us to serve ourselves as well. It was wonderful! Can't say enough I will definitely be coming back without a doubt I love this place!

Restaurant is very clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. Our server was Rudy and he was the best server. He was so attentive and helpful with explaining the menu. He went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted. The food was delicious and warm full of flavor. The cannolis here are amazing and a personal favorite. Side note the bathrooms are so cute and have a unique aesthetic. Rudy really made our experience amazing shoutout to him.

Ordinary chain restaurant food...served 'family style". No mater how you serve ordinary food it's still ordinary. The service and ambience were fine. But I say go find a ma and pa Italian place where you can eat better and for less.

If you want spaghetti with an exorbitant amount of noodles and a few spoonfuls of flavorless tomato sauce on top, order from here. Something about paying $40 for mostly plain spaghetti noodles from an "Italian" place really irks me. I wasn't expecting anything to write home about but for the price of food, can we at least try???

Andrea and Art were our servers at today's lunch event for Happy Acres. These servers were absolutely wonderful and attentive to the guests who were present during this event. They took care of each table with a great attitude while providing excellent service. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Comida bien, platos abundantes Servicio bueno El problema fue que ordenamos wine (party de 4), y cuando ordenamos la 2nda botella nos dicen que no había más y tuvimos que ordenar una botella $15 dólares mas. Llame al manager y no quiso darnos descuento, me pareció mal de su parte. Otro problema es que nos dieron vasos en vez de copas para el wine, la mesera nos dijo que no tenían 4 copas. Por último a las 9:57pm apagaron el air conditioner, esto fue el colmo. Food? Excellent. Wait times? Good. Hospitality? Above and Beyond. Jarrett is the kindest most informational server I've had. Before we even got our appetisers he already checked in and made sure we were taken care of. Our table collectively decided he was getting a huge tip then and there. He's hilarious and actually cares about providing quality service.

We came to have double date... we had such an amazing time the service from Laura and Robert was impeccable. They were engaging and fun!!!! Some of the best service. Ask to sit in their section next time you come! Can't wait to come back!

Best place to come for family style dining! Nowhere else in the valley compares. We were celebrating a birthday with about 15 people in our party. We made a reservation with no problem and got sat right away. We had the pleasure of being taken care of by Jarret. He was very nice, friendly, and attentive. He kept our cups full and our bellies fuller! He's got an amazing attitude and is very personable. Thank you!

Went with a party of 15 for a birthday dinner. We were attended by Jarrett. The food was very good and the sizes were amazing. Jarrett did a terrific job attending us! He made sure to make the birthday girl, Amaya, feel special. We were 15 and not one of us had our drinks less than half way at all times. If we needed something Jarrett was always around to make sure we got what we wanted. 10/10 in service and in taste! Highly recommend.
