Their Steak Bomb might be one of the best hot sandwiches I’ve ever had — and it looks exactly as good as it tastes. The bread is perfectly soft on the inside with just the right chew on the outside, wrapped tightly so every bite stays together. The filling is incredible: thin-sliced steak that’s tender and juicy, mixed with sautéed onions, mushrooms, and peppers that melt together into this rich, savory blend. You get pockets of gooey melted cheese throughout, so each bite hits you with that creamy, beefy, slightly smoky flavor combo. The seasoning is spot on — nothing bland, nothing overpowering — just a perfect balance that tastes like it came out of a real kitchen, not a fast-food line. The house-made chips on the side are another win: crispy, golden, lightly seasoned, and still warm. They taste fresh, not factory-made. This is the kind of sandwich that looks heavy, but you start eating and before you know it half is gone because it’s that good. Palm Beach has no shortage of fancy food, but Buccan Sandwich Shop delivers something simple, honest, and absolutely delicious. Easily a top-tier steak bomb and one of the best sandwiches in the area.

We had been wanting to try this place for the longest time based on high recommendations from many of our friends. So happy that we decided to go and it was absolutely delicious! My husband had the Italian cold and I had the steak bomb sandwich box which was absolutely delicious! The bread was the perfect amount of crunch and soft, and the steak was cooked to perfection. The homemade chips are delicious and chocolate chip cookie did not disappoint and the ginger lemonade was yummy! Highly recommend and already looking forward to returning very soon.

The sandwiches were absolutely incredible every bite had a unique flavor, and I haven’t had such a delicious sandwich in a long time. The bread was excellent, the ingredients were high quality, the cheese and overall taste were just amazing. I definitely recommend grabbing one before heading to the beach. they’re really, really good. My only suggestion would be to add a bit more filling inside.

Best sandwiches we’ve ever had. The Steak Bomb and Beef Carpaccio live up to the hype. Delivery was less than 30 minutes. Can’t wait to have dinner at the restaurant.

We have jumped on board with this place as of now. The flavors are exceptional and the bread is in a league of its own. I agree with others that it is a bit pricey but we will be back to try some others. We got the Italian and the BLT with greyure which just made the sandwich 🥪 so good.

The value of the box was more than I could have imagined! Everything was packaged nicely. They thought about every detail. The sandwiches had a clean cut and stayed warm till I got to my destination. The chips were homemade and crispy. The ginger lemonade was very delicious and the pickles I could tell were pickled in house and not too acidic. The cookie was perfectly baked and a light crisp on the edges with a soft center. And the Italian sandwich my man got was 10/10 and I loved the hints of red wine vinegar throughout. We will be coming back:)

Fantastic experience at Buccan Sandwich Shop! Service was excellent and prompt from the moment I arrived. The sandwiches were incredibly fresh and made to order with high-quality meats and cheeses—you can really taste the difference. I especially loved the lunch box option—great value and presentation. Definitely one of the best sandwich spots in West Palm!

Best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The Beef Carpaccio is the ultimate sandwich, a little pricey but worth every bite. Can’t get enough of this place. Buffalo chicken, Turkey club is amazing too and prosciutto is amazing. God tier, top tier sandwiches. Even the sides/snacks they sell are great. Hopefully this place stays!

For me, a good sandwich is life. If I had to choose 3 meals for my last day on earth, a sandwich would easily make the cut. And to say I've had my fare share of sandwiches across this country is an understatement. The convenience of eating on the go, or grabbing one on the way to the airport and that anticipation of unwrapping it on the plane....life. The beef carpaccio is masterful, period. The delicious pile of beef almost melts in your mouth, while the crispy onions provide a wonderful contrast in texture. I'm not sure if the bread is baked in house, but it is as good as it gets...soft chewy goodness. there is absolutely that could have been done to make this sandwich any better, it's perfection. A good part of me was so ready to label Buccan Sandwich shop as purely social media hype, but it couldn't be further from the truth. These sandwiches are freaking spectacular. Seldom do I find a sandwich shop where the level of quality is high that I use "that" word. Well, the Buccan team are sandwich ARTISANS.

I have nothing negative to report. But, also not sure what makes these subs or sandwiches anything special. We had a Super Bowl party and brought in a dozen+ sandwiches. The bread was fresh. The assembly was nicely done, not sloppy. The meats and cheeses were tasty and garnished with fresh lettuce, tomato, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich(es) that I tasted. Certainly far superior to the mediocrity from Subway. Elevated from Publix. But I cannot rave about the best sub/sandwich I ever had. My best recommendation was the sandwiches were fresh and I'd return again.

One of the best spots in west palm beach! Every time I'm in town I have to stop here. The classic beef carpaccio is amazing. The buffalo chicken is a close second. Order at the window. Make sure to try on a weekday so it's less busy! The only downfall is there's no seating.

RAN OUT OF BAGUETTES ? Recently this shop was blowing up on social media for their creative sandwiches. Free parking was directly behind the building which is shared by a few other businesses and valet parking is offered for tips only. The walk up window was busy, but as I approached, the server gave a red alert verbal notice that the sandwich shop just ran out of baguettes for their legendary sandwiches which was about fifteen minutes prior to closing - my expectation for that perfect sandwich was shattered. The wife gave me the sole responsibility today to grab a specialty sandwich and coffee, so just the espresso will have to do. They seem to share a small portion of the interior space with the Grato Italian themed restaurant. I will have to take this drive again to try their sandwiches that were sadly missed today.

So the line outside at prime times can be long. Learning that lesson previously, this time we placed an order online for pick-up, which I'd highly recommend. Our order was ready right on time. Got a text to let us know and we just walked up and were given our food from the side door. The sandwiches were delicious. The meatball pesto mozzarella was a standout favorite, but the buffalo chicken and prosciutto were also quite good. Looking forward to coming back and trying some of the others.

Always a great place. You must order ahead online. I ordered at 11am on the dot. I had my order ready and pushed send and there were already 26 orders ahead of me by 1101. I was shocked! It was estimated 30 mins for my sandwich, I received it in about 25. It was worth the wait. My food was packaged perfectly, correct and kept temperature. I got the steak bomb. It has a nice sweet pepper flavor. It's not a hot pepper like it sounds. Worth getting.

One of the BEST sandwiches I've ever had!!! I first tried a sandwich from here at the Palm Beach Food & Wine Fest- and ordered the same one from here a week later. (There's no seating inside and all the reviews mention the LONG line, so I ordered it through their delivery service!) The beef carpaccio sandwich is 10/10- it comes with the beef carpaccio, arugula, Parmesan, crispy & balsamic onions, mayo, and lemon vinaigrette. The sandwich is packed with *fresh* beef, the flavors blend together and all complement each other perfectly, and the onions give it the perfect crunch. The bread is also very fresh, with an appropriate ratio of bread to meat. Honestly, the perfect sandwich. Love this place and can't wait to go back!

There's no better sandwich in Palm Beach then Buccan Sandwich shop! I'm telling you right now 12/10. I'm not someone who eats bread a lot because my stomach doesn't agree with most but I'll tell you their Prosciutto slaps in more ways then one . The taste of their fresh ingredients it so effortlessly delicious and you don't feel any guilt eating it ! The soft baguette they use is so well made and I love the combo of pesto and mozzarella , it's perfect and it truly leaves you wanting more ! Highly highly recommend and I can't wait to come back! Also you can walk up to the window and order or order ahead ! I hear it gets busy pretty quick but I went book on a Saturday and I just have been lucky because I was able to walks right up after only seeing 5 people order before me !

If you love sandwiches, Buccan is a must-try! I just checked out the viral Buccan Sandwich Shop in West Palm Beach, and it totally lived up to the hype! The Beef Carpaccio was hands down the best sandwich: arugula, parmesan, crispy onions, mayo, and lemon vinaigrette all came together in the most delicious way. The Buffalo Chicken was a close second, packed with protein and crispy onions, and I'd definitely reorder it for a filling bite. The prime beef in the Buccan Steak Bomb was tasty, but I didn't quite taste the cherry bomb or tomatoes like the menu promised. Still, it was delicious! Exciting news: Buccan is opening a location in Coral Gables in 2025, so you won't have to travel all the way to West Palm for a taste! The absolute best! I always get the box lunch with a steak bomb and Arnold Palmer. Their pre-order take out process is very efficient. I ordered on my way there and got my food within 2 minutes of getting there. Their chips are crispy without breaking your teeth. The cookie is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The Arnold Palmer has the perfect amount of sweetness. My new fave.

This place is awesome - just be aware it is only a walk up window , no seating. The hostess was quck and took about 12 minutes for our food to be ready. Highly recommend the tuna INCREDIBLY fresh as well as the Italian - the giordinera had a nice kick to it. I know they have another location as well closer to the beach but great to grab some sandwiches and head to the beach with them.

Beef carpaccio sandwich is to die for! Tuna sandwich was also delicious. I highly doubt any of their sandwiches would be bad. I'm excited to come back and try more despite it being an hour away.

This place is a nice stop if youre in the area looking for a quick good lunch, but it wont go more than that. I might have conflicted feelings because we drove from miami to buccan sandwich shop. Personally if you're doing that let me tell you its not worth the 1.5 hour car ride. The beef carpaccio was stringy and slimy- something that should be expected but completely caught me of guard as no one mentions that in the reviews. The taste was hard to pin point and often felt like a sushi burrito. The smoke bomb was good but once again the quality felt odd kind of like a publix Philly cheesesteak and no, not boars head. The staff was helpful and did give suggestions as they had already sold out most of the items around 1:30pm. We also got the Italian and although spicy it was delicious and really turned this whole experience around for me. The ginger lemonade was the star of the show and probably what made that drive a bit more worthy. Will be back and trying different sandwiches if im ever in the area!

So there's ample parking and cute little walk up window to order your food. I ordered there sandwiches but wants to get the all because they all sounded so good and the lady was so nice. I ordered 3 sandwiches and it took about 20 minutes to receive them. They called my name and I was ready to devour them all but I drove home to be able to fully enjoy them all. Let's just say, it was worth the 1 hour drive and the Italian is my favorite. The way the flavors meld together to creamy each one of their unique sandwiches is top tier. I also got the turkey club which was delish and the steak bomb which had some of the freshest beef I have ever tasted. I love a good Publix sub but these are already prepared with the right toppings to maximize the flavors of each sandwich.

The sandwiches were great! The tuna sandwich was perfect! The people that took our order were nice. There wasn't much of an ambiance, i think my 2 drawbacks with this place is that there's no place to sit down and eat AND the sandwiches are pretty small for the price they're charging, but that's just my opinion. That being said, the sandwiches were well worth it! I had the meatball sub as well which was great but the tuna salad was superior. If you're at west palm and like subs like I do, check this place out!

A must try! We ordered online because I've seen that the line can get crazy, took about 20 mins after ordering. We got the tuna and the beef carpaccio. I can't say enough good things about both sandwiches!! The beef carpaccio was our favorite and possibly one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. We will absolutely be back!!

We were disappointed that there was no where to sit, but other than that our food was delicious! I got an Italian sandwich (cold but you have the option to heat it up) and it had a delicious sauce that had a little bit of spice. The bread was super soft and fresh. Wednesdays they serve burgers so one of my coworkers got that and loved the remoulade that came on it. The other two in our party got chicken sandwiches. They didn't love the fried chicken sandwich, mainly because it was to go and was soggy. They said the same of the fries. I'd probably recommend to stay with the deli sandwiches as opposed to the hot kitchen items. I'd return for my Italian sandwich though!

It's great to have a Buccan sandwich shop on "this side" of the intracoastal. Today's offerings included tuna, meatball, and the Cubano 2.0. Each is a very different experience, but all equally delicious. I think my favorite is the meatball sandwich. The pesto is a perfect compliment to the meatballs and cheese. But really you can't go wrong with any of the options on the menu. Try the house chips too! It is a bit pricey so be prepared to fork out more than you typically would for a sandwich, but they're undeniably tasty.

All I can say is wow! The food is delicious. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and it definitely was not lacking. It was flavorful and as you can see in the photo, plentiful. I was shocked to see how much food I got. I will definitely be back to try different sandwiches.

I came at 1:00 on a Thursday. There is not much parking on the dead end street where it is located but I found a spot. The sandwich shop is a window on the side of the restaurant Grato. They were doing great business for a sleepy summer day. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes for my burrata sandwich. There was a bench outside where you could sit and wait but most people were just standing. Many people had ordered ahead which was a smart move. My sandwich was ready in 10 minutes and was extraordinarily good. Everything was incredibly fresh including the bread which was made that day. Well done Buccan!

Came here with some friends and each ordered Buccan's awesome lunch deal (full sandwich, chips, beverage, half pickle and a chocolate chip cookie) for $25-ish. I went with their prosciutto sandwich and it was incredibly filling, fresh and flavorful. My boo got the steak bomb and our friends got the turkey club & Italian and everyone loved what they ordered. In fact, I still dream about this place and can't wait to go back. There's no seating, as they're a small takeout window, but we walked down the street to Civil Society Brewing and had a couple of beers while we ate our sandwiches. 10/10 would do again. As for parking, street parking on the same street, and I believe a lot as well.

I had heard nothing but great things about this place and I finally tried it. OFF THE CHARTS!! I got the beef carpaccio sandwich and a pickle. I knew it was going to be good, but I wasn't expecting it to be this good. I will definitely be coming back!

Sandwiches are fabulous. Tried turkey BLT & the steak sandwich, homemade chips & an Arnold Palmer. The chips were fresh, salty & crunchy. Drink was really tasty. It's a window on the side of a restaurant- we took our food, went to the park & really enjoyed the food & the view.

This little sandwich door can be found on Palm Beach island at Buccan and at an outpost location on Dixie at Grato. On a hot Saturday afternoon, we ordered a Turkey club, Italian, chips, mint lemonade and an Arnold Palmer. We had a picnic overlooking the intracoastal on the Lake Trail. 10/10 for ambiance! The young lady working the counter was very sweet and greeted us pleasantly. The wait time was longer than one would expect for a sandwich shop, so we would recommend ordering ahead of time. Price point was what you would expect for Palm Beach, $14-$17 per sandwich. We would visit again to test out a few other flavors!

One of my favorite spots to go to. I prefer the other location to this one for the ambiance (near the water), but this spot still produces great sandwiches. Parking is a nightmare, but it is worth it if you can snag a spot. I've tried the Buffalo sandwich and the cold Italian. The Italian is the best I've had. The bread is so fresh and delicious. The buffalo was very good as well, but I prefer the Italian personally. Service is good, but I definitely recommend ordering ahead online or you'll be waiting awhile since they're very popular and very busy.

its average, nothing special. the buffalo chicken sandwich doesnt even have tomatoes on it :/ , the bread is very very hard , hard to chew , hard to bite off. honestly pubsub is better. asked for the blue cheese dressing on the side & didnt get that. service was nice & quick, sometimes theres a line.

Everything about my sub was delicious! My only complaint is I wish there was a place to sit down to eat it, but the food is top notch!

Go to Civil Society Brewery, enjoy a beer and order a sandwich from Buccan from their website. Walk down the street to pick it up when it's ready and marvel at all the people waiting outside who didn't order online. My wife and I share a sandwich and are working our way down the menu. Get the homemade potato chips too. Every sandwich we've had there is awesome. The steak sandwich is amazing. The Italian ordered hot is off the chain good. The bread is made fresh every day. Love this place. The special today was a Nashville hot shrimp po' boy. I've po' boys in New Orleans and this was the best I've ever had.

these sandwiches were so fire I got the burrata caprese and added prosciutto, my boyfriend got the Italian both were so good I recommend getting it toasted. It is about a $20 sandwich so keep that in mind which is why I put 4 stars. I want to try the cheesesteak and the carpaccio one asap.

Worth the hype, and a must try when in WPB!! Everything on the menu is spectacular and should be tried but this custom order specifically is what I live for. I have put others on and have ordered it continuously. I definitely recommend their cookie for a sweet treat. Place an order for pick up to skip the line, the staff at the window are always so sweet and efficient.

A gem of a sandwich shop! Our sandwiches were so good!! Super easy to order at their window and our sandwiches were ready in about 10 minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We took our sandwiches to go, but they didn't make it far as we ate them too quickly. My fiancé had the croque monsieur and I had the prosciutto sandwich. His croque monsieur was fresh and delicious. The cheese was perfectly melted and the sandwich overall was the perfect size. My prosciutto sandwich was so fresh! The balsamic vinaigrette definitely tied everything together. So so yummy! Would definitely come back to repeat our order or venture out and try something new. I'm sure you can't go wrong with any option.

These have to be some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The chips here are also amazing. I will say some of the sandwiches can be a little salty so if you're watching your sodium levels don't get the Italian. The service is always pretty good the only downside is that it's takeout kinky for the sandwiches. Also definitely order the cookie. It's definitely on the pricey side for lunch and a sandwich but they use great ingredients so it's worth it.

Great place for takeout Visited 2 times and really enjoyed it each time. There's a park near by where we ended up both times. They have both vegetarian and no vegetarian options. I recommend getting the box. It includes homemade lemonade and homemade potato chips.

Absolutely epic sandwiches. Get the turkey club. It will change your life. Order ahead if you don't want to wait. We grabbed and went to civil society to eat and grab a beer. Not a bad afternoon.

I don't know I'm just not feeling it. I think this spot has come down a bit since it first opened. For me, the chips are the best part of this experience as for the sandwiches, it's a lot of sodium all around. Also at those price points e.g. I would expect fresh off the bone turkey in the turkey club vs. boars head or whatever they use. Soup of the day was a French onion without cheese and it was completely underwhelming and a sodium bomb.

I had always wanted to try the OG location of the sandwich shop and when I found out they opened a new location next to Buccan I was waiting for a day off to try it. I decided to order a lunch box since you get a drink, chips, pickle and a cookie included. I was debating on which sandwich to try but I ended up with the Cuban. The turkey club and the meatball are definitely next for sure. As I drove home, I started sampling some of the chips. Very crispy and lightly salted. I got home and enjoyed half my sandwich. It was delicious, the bread wasn't pressed as it's traditionally made but I didn't mind. The pork and ham were good quality and had a nice sweetness. I was definitely happy with the taste and would order it again. The woman helping me at the window was friendly and helpful. Definitely would stop by and bring food for an outdoor afternoon.

We ordered three sandwiches prior to our departure and were not let down. We got the steak bomb, beef carpaccio and the prosciutto and all of them were impressive and superior to what you would think of as a sandwich. The carpaccio was unfreaking believable and is actually hard to explain how the meat melts on your tongue with every bite. If the simplicity of a sandwich can be elevated to this level I can't imagine what the restaurant quality must reach. You can tell that they take pride in everything they create and it reflects in every bite.
