"Founded by Alberto Gomez and Adriana Lopez, Tostado Coffee Roasters started as a hobby after visiting coffee farms in Mexico and now roasts Chiapas- and Oaxaca-grown beans. They sell their coffee in Portland supermarkets, online, at farmer’s markets, and through pop-ups. Dos Hermanos Bakery brews their coffee. Tostado doesn't have a brick-and-mortar yet, focusing on roasting quality coffee."
"The highly anticipated Buckman Public House, the restaurant and bar tucked inside the former Washington High School building, appears to have closed before it hit its first anniversary. The massive restaurant, which sat 300, appears to have quietly dissolved its internet presence; the website is down, the Facebook has disappeared, and Yelp has reported the restaurant as closed. Worth noting: The Yelp page for Buckman was claimed, which means the ownership team was connected to the account.
