Snoqualmie’s Barbecue Restaurant Buckshot Honey Adds New Location in Cashmere | Eater Seattle

"I saw Buckshot Honey’s new Cashmere location debut on October 18 at 400 Aplets Way in the former Country Boys space; built around two giant rotisserie smokers, the rustic venue features salvaged wood walls and outdoor seating and truly seems tailor-made for barbecue. The menu preserves all the greatest hits from the original — look for Dave’s Way, a ½-pound smoked brisket on rye with roasted onions, pickled peppers, black pepper mayo, and provolone cheese whiz — and the burnt-ends chili served with cornbread. With the expansion Storm has also added a fryer and new cooks to continue growing the Buckshot Honey canon." - Jenise Silva

Super good!! We got the pulled pork sandwiches and a half pound of fatty brisket. The brisket was incredibly flavorful, perfectly tender and the fat really did melt in your mouth! The pulled pork sandwiches were very good as well! The workers were super friendly as well! Definitely worth trying!

There’s only a couple bad reviews but ignore them!! This place is amazing!! I miss Country Boys so much (the prior Barbecue spot prior to Buckshot Honey) and the Ribbon Fries were to die for. I found out that they still have them in the menu so I was beyond stoked and they taste exactly the same, plus they now come with a super yummy black pepper ranch (probably too spicy for my wife and kid but I loved it!!) I was greeted right away and treated super kindly. They even came out several times to check on my son and I (we were in town for a baseball tournament) and the service was top notch and the food was equally as good!! The $45 (I think that was the price) small platter was enough for me, my son and a full meal left over and if you know barbecue, you know that it a very fair price! The source locally which is an even bigger plus because you’re not getting mass produced meat. It came with 1lb of meat (we did half pork and half brisket). The brisket was smoked perfectly and the pork has such great flavor that it didn’t even need bbq sauce. I will say though, the bbq sauce did make for an even better combo. It was so good! You get 3 sides which again, for $45 is really a solid price! The Mac and cheese was one of the better ones I’ve had and I’ve had LOTS of barbecue, lol. I’m not a small city boy. 😜 The Ribbon Fries are a MUST! The corn bread was solid too and came with 2 very large pieces! I can’t say enough about the overall experience! Perfect 5 Stars!!

It's a fun twist on BBQ! My s/o and I got a daily special called a hot chicken sando with one side and daves way that came with 2 sides. We paid 47 for both our meals with no drinks......the price is a bit high, but honestly, the quality of the meat was right on! The meat and sides were juicy, not dry. The chef was extremely nice. The atmosphere was very homey, and was clean as well!

My son really wanted BBQ for his birthday dinner and this place did not disappoint! Everything was delicious and it was super fun to talk with the owner about all the weird animals we have all eaten...especially when visiting the southeast US states. He even gave us some complimentary corn bread which was OUTSTANDING! Highly recommend!

We ordered the ribs (only on Sat) and the Uncle Phil. Both were delicious. Spiral fries come with the ribs and were enough for two and we had left overs. We’ve had barbecue all across the country and Buckshot Honey in Cashmere stands out above the many. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Bring your wallet cost of our lunch $44.00 with 2 cans of soda. It was tasty and the diner was very clean. Come give it a try.

Legit TX Style BBQ with WA Apple wood twist. The brisket was perfectly seasoned, had nice smoke, and was firm but moist. Apple wood has just a tiny bit of sweetness to aroma. Everything was delicious. My wife heartily approved her brisket Bennie with homemade hollandaise. This is not an easily won accolade. The people who run the place are a super friendly. I had a great chat with Proprietor and Chef, Dave. He’s clearly passionate about BBQ and loves what he’s doing. Cashmere is a great little EWA town and this place really makes it worth a drive if you’re anywhere near the area. I’m looking at you Leavenworth.

This is one of our favorite places to eat in Cashmere. The quality is reliably top-notch. We recently had them cater our wedding and it was perfect. Everyone loved the food and the service was great, too. Looking for another excuse to throw a big party so we can do it again.

Yelp
We had the Little Si Board and it was delicious! Creamy Mac N Cheese, tasty coleslaw, delicious pulled pork, brisket that melts in your mouth and cornbread with butter. The BBQ sauce is amazing! The Murphy Sauce is twangy and spicy. They are excellent mixed together! Will definitely come back! Great atmosphere and awesome service!

Yelp
Reviews are for the benefit of the business as well as to inform future customers. You can see from the responses of the owner how rude he is and how undeserving of your money. Instead of apologizing for his sub par food he wants to insult honest reviews.

Yelp
Had a great meal on my first visit. Brisket was perfect. Plates were large and easily could split a sandwich. Mac n cheese was creamy and pasta was cooked perfectly. Service was friendly and genuine, Cindy was great! Will be back! Thanks!
