"Bühler And Co is a solid, neighbourhood cafe in Walthamstow. Specialist subjects include: cooking eggs very well and selecting the exact shade of cosy, baby pink wall paint to make you want to stay for an extra hour. This being Walthamstow, weekends are for prams parked haphazardly,  and the soundtrack is one of happy screeches and loud, laughter-filled family brunches. If that’s not your thing, weekdays are much more peaceful. Tap away at a laptop, treat yourself to a breakfast you didn’t have to make, and, if it's sunny, take your smoothie to the pleasant garden outside. The menu is pretty creative—apple crumble french toast, chipotle baked butter beans, and crispy, sriracha tofu-packed bagels—but the eggs are so perfectly cooked, we’d stick to scrambled eggs on sourdough with garlic mushrooms.
