I have been coming here for years but last nights hospitality was unmatched. I am BIG on getting good service! Me and my family were greeted by Stewart as soon as we got there and he seated us right away. Stewart was Great, we really enjoyed his energy, he made conversation, he was positive and helpful. We were then served by Alberto, whom was very attentive and had great service alongside the help he received from the food runners (all the guys were great & helpful) food was Great. And as we left Stewart wished us a Good night, Great guy def a people’s person, would love to see him as a server in the future!

Highly recommend! The food was amazing but the service was even better. We had Sandra and she had the best suggestions for what meats and sides go well together. She'll hook you up especially with the cheese corn dip! Sandra even went out of her way to suggest a bingsu spot for dessert that wasn't too far.

At first it was a bit bumpy and, maybe even not the most pleasant customer service upon entry and seating, as there were some requirements prior to seating. There seems to have been a bit of a stale and not friendly attitude. But money talks and that changed, it seemed. Prompt and pleasant service, plenty to choose from and very delicious iconic dishes. 🍜🥗🍺🍗 Definitely a place to bring a family and or many friends. They're streaming entertainment &/sports on many screens throughout the restaurant and they even have a cute private dining section it seemed like. Maybe some music on weekends? Definitely worth taking a picture in front of the, colorful Landmark Bull 🐂 in front as well 😆

I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I walked in feeling pretty nervous since I have zero cooking skills and barely any knowledge of flavor profiles. But once I shared that with our waitress, Sandra, she immediately stepped in and guided me through everything. Thanks to her, I was able to relax, enjoy the process, and even learn a lot along the way. She was incredible, and I’d definitely request her for any future visits. On top of that, the food was absolutely amazing!

The KBBQ really stands out in a saturated market. Super friendly service and the taste and quality of the meat is a step up, we got to try a premium dish as a freebie too. All the sides too. Love that they do smaller meat portions on request which is ideal for smaller groups. We had to wait a minute before being seated because of a shift change but not too long.

I had been here years prior, but coming back again with my sister and niece, it was pretty good. The server was friendly, always checking up on each table. Definitely would recommend for large groups or even a date. Depending on the day, there are times when the line is long to go in.

For my first time going to KBBQ, I wasn't sure what to expect, but the environment was great and the staff were very respectful and patient with us, making sure we had everythijg we needed. The food options were delicious, I just wish I could've tried the Sojuice!

I went solo(yes you can go alone) at noon time for Korean bbq. Ruby the waitress was very kind and even helped cook some of the meat. I thought it was a great experience if you are going alone!

10 years ago me and my bf had our first date here, and while attending a concert right down the street we passed by and we all thought we should go eat there again and it was the best decision we made. Everything about this place was better than I remembered, very clean and very very very delicious! Our server Sandra was the best! She was so incredibly helpful in her recommendations and getting us started on what we might want! And she was always coming to check in on us and asking if we needed more of the things we obviously enjoyed the best! I think it's safe to say that we have found our new favorite KBBQ and hope to come back soon!

I've been coming here for years. It's always super busy here & they sometimes seat multiple parties next to each other which makes things awkward. I've never sat right next to strangers in a restaurant before, it was so strange. The place is nice though. The quality of meat is great even though it's kind of expensive compared to other KBBQ spots. One time I went and the meat tasted off like it was going bad. I told the server and they didn't do anything about it which sucked but all other times the meat and the sides have been great. Here comes my biggest issue. Most recently, I called about 2 hours before closing to clarify what time they would be closing, what is the last time I could come in to be seated, and when was the last call for food and they told me the time for all of it was 12 am. When I got there about 1 hour later (that's how long my drive was), they had closed early and refused to serve me even though I kindly explained to them that this is exactly why I called earlier. I was so upset because I was so hungry and I wasted my time and gas to get there. I was so disappointed, and I don't think I'm ever going back because I already had my reservations about the place.

We've been here quite a few times before, it's our favorite place to go to in Koreatown. We love the ambiance with the kpop videos playing in TVs throughout the restaurant. We also appreciate how large the place is that it never feels too crowded. I also have to mention that they have easy, validated parking which also factors into our decision to go there. This most recent time (8/9) we were lucky enough to have Sandra as our server. She was an absolute delight. She talked us into getting some options that we might not have tried before without her insistence (cheese sauce, beef belly, some other red sauce she brought over) and she even helped us with cooking/flipping/cutting some of the meats which was helpful as we were distracted trying to wrangle our two year old. We love this place and will continue to be back.

I've been eating and Bulgogi hut for many years and today I was lucky enough to have Sandra as our server. She not only helped us quickly, but was funny, sweet and so attentive. Definitely a must try and if you meet Sandra, rest assured you'll be in great hands. PS: she recommended pork jowl which I've never had and it was incredible!

I love bulgogi hut!!! We came here as a large group of 7 and 2 kids and there was no wait!!! The food was sooooo delicious I seriously wish I could've kept eating. Everything was yum and I ate an entire serving of the shrimp by myself. We also ordered two beer towers which was fun for sharing. Cannot recommend enough!

We just had the best dinner at Bulgogi Hut. We got the deluxe and our fantastic waiter Sandra led us on our bbq journey. She gave us really great recommendations, I told her I wasn't big on pork but the ones she recommended was super good! The mushroom she recommended was a hit for the whole table and of course the meat was delicious. We will definitely be back and hopefully we'll see Sandra again! (´｀*)

Everything was delicious! The brisket especially was perfect every round.Toward the end, some of the other meat cuts were a bit fattier than expected, but overall the food was super tasty. The only downside was that some rlly loud flashing alarm started going off like 5-8 minutes after we sat down and kept ringing for almost the entire time we were there literally turned off a little before we finished our food.I was hyping this spot up to my hubby (it's my fave K-BBQ) and he loved the food but got a headache from the noise & flashing. Definitely a bit of a vibe kill for what could've been a perfect experience but still, the food itself was good.

Sandra was the absolute best host/waitress took care of us and helped with assorting the right choices of meat and what to pair it with. Such an incredible experience. Will come back and ask for her.

First time coming here on a Saturday night, no wait time which was great. The meat quality was good, price was reasonable and sides were good too.

Sandra is awesome! she had me and my girlfriend right! She made sure that we didnt burn our food lol but she gave us tips too on how we should Cook certain meats. The vibe of the restaurant is really good too. Favorite meat though is the galbi hands down.

Went here for my son's 16 birthday and it did not disappoint, the service was amazing, very friendly and patient. The ambiance was great, urban rustic. And the food was great. Lots of choices. Wait time is not as long as I thought it would be, worth the wait for sure. My only complaint might be maybe the rice paper wasn't great, too thick? Idk it was ok but everything else was very delicious. Highly recommended.

Came in with a group, we were serviced by Sandra she was such a cool chick she needs a raise. We were first serviced by some chick idk her name she seemed overwhelmed though but then Sandra came. She went above and beyond helping us cooking up the meat. We had some first timers so she gave us tips for the meat and flavor profiles and was just very knowledgeable overall. Bulgogi Hut never fails on the quality of their food. Not only does the food taste AMAZING! The service provided by Sandra today was great! She offered different types of meat to try and was very attentive throughout our time here!

My favorite place to have kbbq. Our server Sandra was so nice and helpful she really made our experience that much better. There's a choice of 2 menus, deluxe or premium. We usually go for Premium and our favorite meats to order are the marinated rib finger & the 21 day aged premium bone in short rib.

Updating my review with a MASSIVE shoutout to our server today. Sandra!!!! Oh my god Sandra not only recommended some amazing new dishes to us, she was so hands on during our experience and cooked it for us while juggling 4 other tables. My husband and I have been here probably 30+ times in the last year but haven't had her as our server... until today... which became the best experience we've really ever had here. I love Sandra and will be back again!!!!

Stopped by bul gogi hut with my family on a nice Sunday night and Sandra was our server. She was amazing with recommendations and we barely had to ask for anything because she always checked in our table. It's rare to have an amazing server that makes you feel like you are taken care of (like a fancy steak house). Thank so much Sandra!!!!! We will definitely return!!!

Had the best experience at bulgogi hut with my friends! We expected good quality food because we've been here before but we were met with a great experience too! Our server Sandra gave us the best recommendations on what meat choices to get. She was very attentive and asked us what refills we needed. 10/10 overall!!

I've been coming to this restaurant for a long time and usually enjoy eating here alone. Yesterday, however, I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience. When I arrived for my meal, the staff told me I had to pay upfront before dining -- something that has never happened to me on any of my previous visits. When I asked why, they said it was because "solo diners have run out on the check." That explanation didn't sit right with me. I've always paid for my meals here, and I've supported this place regularly. Singling me out to pay upfront felt discriminatory and unprofessional, especially since other customers weren't treated the same way. This experience left me feeling disrespected and profiled rather than valued as a returning customer. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that all guests -- solo diners or not -- are treated equally and with basic respect.

Sandra was effin amazing, she gave us amazing recommendations and was extremely attentive. She was funny and made the experience great. Food was amazing and great quality. The ambiance was great, super chill and welcoming, they had Halloween decor everywhere which made it fun. Thanks Sandra!!! I'd be back just for you!

I've been coming to Bulgogi Hut for years and always love it! Today our server Sandra went above and beyond not only for my table for but for every table around us as well! She cooked everything for us perfectly. Truly the best service we've had and she gave suggestions for new meat to try.

Sandra took good care of us, really kind and attentive:) food is always great here. Never have had any negative experience and such a happy place to eat at.

Food was standard KBBQ fare, and very delicious. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but if in doubt, don't hesitate to ask your server for a recommendation. Price was fair for what it was. The service was fairly decent and timely and friendly. Good atmosphere and vibes, was not too crowded at all, very spacious. If your stomach's craving kbbq but leaning towards the AYCE side of things, fairly solid spot for it.

I've been coming to Bulgogi Hut for well over 10 years now-loooong before the prices have climbed to where they are. Bit pricey, but nostalgia, service quality, & their undefeated spicy squid keeps me coming back! Our group chose the premium option for AYCE, which was $52 per person. We opted for this despite the sticker shock because I reaaalllyy wanted the spicy squid--nobody does it quite like Bulgogi Hut! I do miss when it was in little baby octopus form, now it's served in pre-cut strips, but the marinade is the same! Our server, Sandra, was incredibly attentive and exhibited stellar customer service skills! She also provided great recommendations for the meat-sequence order so we could get our money's worth. Also, she was really great about keeping an eye on our table (and from what I observed, all her other tables) and stepping in to cook/swap our grill/check in. Usually I'm the BBQ-er in charge, but after a long day it was nice to be relieved of cooking duties and just enjoy the food. Thank you Sandra! In terms of meat quality, it's pretty good & they've got a decent selection. Unless you're a meat connoisseur (which none of my group identifies as), you wouldn't really be able to tell how the premium meats differ from each other. If you're wanting to get your money's worth & just want a typical AYCE, the deluxe option would serve you fine. The deluxe already has the regulars- brisket, bulgogi, even steak. The only reason I get premium every time I come is the spicy squid, so unless you're craving that, I'd say opt for the deluxe! Overall, because of the price, I would have rated this experience as a 3. I feel that as a patron of many years not much has evolved with the quality of the food (as in it's always been good, but I don't see any significant change resulting in the drastic price increase over the years). However, I raised my rating to a 4 because of the excellent customer service we received from Sandra, which made it feel like a premium experience! For parking, there's the street, but if that's full, the lot next door is available as well. Overall, still a great KBBQ spot, though pricey. At least service is great!

Love bulgogi hut i go here whenever im willing to spend a lil more $$ on kbbq bc it is on the pricer side. the parking is just so convenient for being in this area, theres street parking and a lot which they validate for. They have a fair variety of meat but whats worth it is all the sides, sauces are always full, service is usually very good (sometimes its VERY busy and therefore slower) and the quality of meat. They always refill my water and change the grill fast. Just b aware it may be very busy on weekends with long wait times !

Bulgogi Hut never disappoints. The food is always fresh, the grill stays hot, and the energy in the room makes it one of the best all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ spots in LA. What made this visit stand out was the service. Sandra went above and beyond from the moment we sat down. She was fast, attentive, and made sure our grill was always stocked. She checked in often without being pushy, and every order came out quick and accurate. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we had a good time. If you go, ask for Sandra. Her attitude and effort make a busy restaurant feel personal. Between her service and the quality of the meat, Bulgogi Hut deserves five stars.

There are two sets to choose from. My 5 friends and I got the menu option closer to $40 which is the base/cheaper one. There weren't many items to choose from when ordering. Steamed egg was an additional $4 ea which is crazy! We weren't particularly blown away by anything on the menu, it was pretty standard meat quality. However, the steak which is limit 1 pp is pretty good. But we won't be coming back here nor would we recommend this place. The price is crazy given the limited options on the menu as far as meats and non-meat options go. Service was okay too, we had to keep re-requesting things with our server. But later that night + early morning a lot of us had pretty upset stomachs :/ didn't get any chicken btw so don't know what happened there. For $40 I would expect the menu and quality to be on par with other ayce kbbq spots around LA and southbay.

Pretty good ayce and priced pretty reasonably. Lots of choices of meats and decent service. I like they had TVs throughout so you can eat and watch the game. Parking lot is in the back off the side street.

Okay so I've been hear multiple times. This is my go to happy hour ayce spot. But like this was the first time I was blown away with service, and I have to give credit where credit is due. The food is always good, but I always order the same thing. Sandra, our server, was excellent and made the food and time amazing. . She made great recommendations, let me know when I needed to cook the meat longer, pretty much cooked the meat for us, and was very attentive with water and refilling sides without needing to ask (I ate a lot of kimchi). Some pointers Sandra gave us. Start with beef before heading to pork. Mix the beef brisket with the beef belly (honestly impeccable suggestion that made the beef more flavorful). Fry that pork jowl crispy like bacon. I always love this place on a night out, but like now I must ask for Sandra because I fear I learned so much, including that I'm not a pro of cooking kbbq.

This spot is a great deal for AYCE kbbq. But stick with the bulgogi, that was by far the most delicious meat option. Service was top notch as our waitress was very attentive. Fun vibe/spot to come with friends or family!

Bulgogi Hut is our usual go-to for AYCE KBBQ -- always great food and fun vibes -- but Sandra made this visit extra special! She was super attentive, friendly, and on top of everything from start to finish. Her service made our night feel truly exceptional. We'll definitely be back (and asking for Sandra's section)!

Service is pretty good here, wide range of food options plus decent cuts of meats. Ambience is a bit chaotic but definitely good when with a bunch of people.

Was craving brisket and came here because another ayce bbq place had a two hour wait. Sooo glad we did! We were seated quickly and got started on the $36 Deluxe menu. They had the best beef brisket and belly I've had in a while, even compared to the more expensive ayce places. Definitely get those, special steak (a seasoned tri-tip), and the pork jowl! Banchan was pretty standard, but they had rice paper and weren't stingy about it. Our server was Sandra and she provided the best service we've ever received. What a rock star! This place is huge and would be great for larger parties. Will definitely be back with more people!

I came here with a group of friends for a late weekend lunch and it wasn't too busy inside. We had to wait maybe 10 mins for our table. We got the deluxe AYCE option which is the cheaper between the two options (deluxe vs premium). They allow you to order 3 meat options per round. We got the beef bulgogi, steak, brisket, and beef belly. We also got the pork jowl, cheesy corn, pineapple, and the veggies. Our favorite meat options were the beef brisket, steak, and pork jowl. They tasted really good. The bulgogi was good but wasn't good enough to keep ordering round after round. The cheesy corn and pineapple were really good too. Overall the experience at this restaurant was okay. Nothing bad but also nothing amazing. It wasn't super busy, but the service was still a bit slow. Also for the price point of the meal, we were disappointed to see that they didn't offer kimchi fried rice and steamed egg or stew with the AYCE (it's additional cost for the deluxe). There are other establishments in the neighborhood that provide these sides at the same price point. However, they do have a validated parking lot.

Yum! The Bulgogi Hut was amazing, Sandra was an incredible server. She helped us cook our meats, she had great suggestions for pairings, and she was very quick with everything. This was my first time here and I definitely plan to come back. My favorite meat was the Deluxe Steak and the Brisket but I also really enjoyed the Shrimp and marinated chicken if you're looking for non red meat options.

the food here was so good and tasty! I haven't been to this location in years because I don't live in socal anymore & I wanted to bring my bf here to try. The meats were marinated very well and was so delicious. I wanted to shout out our server Arrah because was so attentive and super professional. love her! Arrah and the entire staff were so efficient in getting our orders to us/grill changed in SECONDS. amazing service and thank you (:

I loved coming here, food is good but pricey. Only worth it if you get the premium menu. The last couple time the New York steak was very fatty. Not the best, but previous times it was amazing

Ok let me start off by saying the food is ok. A little pricey. They call it all you can eat, but they are shady. I didn't notice but my wife noticed after them bringing a couple plates they slowed the grill down. Then we figured they do this so you won't eat fast and keep asking for meat. After it was slowed we noticed they kept changing the grill screen. Hello we are not stupid we noticed they were just doing this to us. My wife asked me I told her when they put a new screen it's cold so it will take longer to cook. Don't call it all you can eat when you don't want people to eat all they can eat. Will be ever go there NO. We love Korea bbq and will try other places but will not go there again.

Came here on a Thursday around 8:30 pm. There were open street meters within a block away that we were able to park at but apparently they have free parking for customers in the back as well. There was a small, few minute wait but a spacious waiting area with seats and tables and tarp protection from the wind and street. The host was friendly enough, she took my name and number down but just called out my name when our table was ready. Our server was also somewhat friendly, he seemed tired since it was the end of the night and there were still busy and loud groups of people so it didn't bother me too much. He checked on us a good amount of times. There were also many other employees delivering the food and replacing the grill when it got dirty. The price is pretty good for ayce Korean bbq. I don't think it's the most authentic (or best I've ever had) but it's definitely a good deal. The meat was flavorful enough and there were a decent amount of choices for the deluxe menu. We mostly stuck with beef options and got a few other sides like the pineapple (which I scraped the cinnamon off of), corn cheese, oyster mushrooms, etc. we had to ask for kimchi because they didn't provide it with the banchan (and it didn't seem to be on the menu). The kimchi was a little sweet and sort of bland but not bad. I liked the raw garlic, pickled onions, rice paper wrap, thinly sliced radish, and soybean paste to eat with the food. The bulgogi was fine but we really liked the deluxe steak (1 order per person), the beef brisket, and the beef belly. I think this is a good option if you're new to Korean bbq and want to get a feel because of their price and it's still very decent. It's definitely a popular spot so I'd recommend going during non busy hours like during the week.

We arrived with last call in an hour and 15 minutes. Our group of 6 got the deluxe which has your basic beef, chicken, and pork options for $39 per person. There is extra charge for spicy tofu and soy bean soup, steamed egg, and kimchi fried rice ($4 each) They gave us a kimchi fried rice on the house which was very yummy. Our server Sandra was the best! She was very attentive to our table and rapidly refilling our sides as we housed them down at record speed. This place has the servers cooking our food for us so we didn't have to do anything besides eat. Not sure if it was because it was a Monday & we came pretty late but I liked how we didn't have to scream over each other to have a conversation. Overall the service and vibes were really good, especially Sandra but I thought the meat was a little dry and had to drown it in sauce.
