"Bull McCabe’s is a tiny little pub that looks like it got here on a boat from Galway. We’re guessing, though, that most pubs in Galway don’t have weekly shows by local reggae collectives. This place has live music six nights a week, and you and the 30 other people who can fit in here will feel like you’re getting a private show." - Dan Secatore

Small hole in the wall type of spot. The food is a gem I am thankful I experienced. Great live band.

Love coming here for the live music. $5 cover after 9pm if there’s a band. It’s never empty but never too full either. Drinks are reasonable but their food kinda sucks (not saying they should charge more all around to upgrade, just saying skip food)

Good spot for a Guinness and some pub food. Love music there frequently. Although we arrived before the band even arrived, and the bar tender still asked us to pay a cover charge when the band started playing. Wasn't psyched about that since we had already been there and eaten.

the beer list could use a primo beer addition and maybe a rotating local tap. they don't have enough space for more than 30 people which can be great sometimes but too tight at other times. there is a very local feel to it which can be inclusive to regulars. anyone looking for authentic local music should look no further.

Have always had great experiences going to Bull McCabe's for a bite to each and beer for a game. Most recently had the best experience hosting my boyfriend's 30th surprise party here...I cannot say enough how great the bartenders were and Brian's help planning the best party. Would recommend a million times

Neighborhood bar and grill. Lots of great bands perform nightly. Reggae, blues, funk, hip hop, R&b. And accoustic. Bar staff is friendly and engaging. Love this pub.

This place is highly under rated. If you're a regular person looking for a regular beer, this is the spot. They also have some good beers on tap and a pretty good menu. They even have vegan options.

Dynamite Irish pub with the works. The beer is reasonable with a good selection, and the sandwiches/burgers are great. However, the biggest draw is the live music throughout the week. Wednesdays is funk and it slaps.
