Soho's Best £10 Meals - London - The Infatuation

"Your order: Pig bun, lamb bun, custard bun - £8.40 If you’re familiar with MTV in the mid-noughties, then you’ll remember Run’s House - the reality show that followed Rev Run and his family. We think about it a little too often when we think of Bun House. Anyway, this Cantonese-style café is perfect for a quick bite, and its doughy buns are priced at £2.80 each. The BBQ pork and cumin lamb are our favourites and a gooey coconut custard bun for pudding is essential." - jake missing

Bun House Review - London - The Infatuation

"Formerly of Old Compton Street, Bun House are now serving their tasty steamed buns filled with chicken, pork, fish, or vegetables in Chinatown. At just £2.50 each they’re a pretty good grab-and-go option for when you’re in the area, but if you’re looking for something more substantial you should stop in for 15 minutes and order a couple of buns, plus a side of wok fried cheung fun." - Oliver Feldman

Google
Defenitely the best buns ever. It tastes super good, it is fresh and homemade. I love the branding, the interior and decoration. If I live in London, I will probably go there every day and spend all my budget on that place 🫣

Google
Bun House was my very first experience with Chinese food — and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. Every bite was a pleasant surprise: full of flavor, perfectly balanced, and wonderfully presented. The buns were soft and delicious, the sides tasty and satisfying, and the atmosphere casual yet full of character. I left genuinely impressed and already looking forward to trying more. If all Chinese restaurants are this good, I’ve clearly been missing out!

Google
Through our short trip in London we decided to try two of those famous buns. I went for the custard bun and my mum ordered the beef bun. It was a new experience for us, since we've never tried those before. Inside there is not much of a possibility to sit, so we needed to wait 10-15min in line, but that was totally ok. The staff was very nice and even asked for allergies, which for me as an Austrian is not really common. I can really recommend the custard bun, but just be aware due to the liquid texture inside it could get a bit messy. :) But totally worth it, I loved it!! It was a lovely experience for us!

Google
Best bun in London , We had an amazing experience with our waiter Alex who helped our big group feel welcome and well taken care of. He was friendly, patient, and incredibly efficient, even with all our different requests and dietary needs. The service was smooth, and he made great recommendations that we all loved. It really made our visit extra special — thank you!

Google
Bun spot in Chinatown particularly known for their salted egg yolk bun. For £11 you can get any 3 buns so we opted for their most popular chicken, pork and of course custard. The pork was good but quite standard in flavour - probably could find a similar taste in any other bakery / bun place in the area. The chicken bun was my favourite as it had a coconut chicken curry filling which was great and quite unique, reminding me of some Indonesia curry flavours not easy to come by. Their famous custard bun was not too sweet and quite subtle in flavour. For some this would be good but I can’t imagine this being all too satisfying as a dessert. The price is somewhat high too. Each bun is around £3.80 which is quite steep and you don’t save much for getting 3. All in all, if you want buns there are likely better places where you can get more value. Will have to try some of their other offerings such as their savoury snacks and kaya toast but for now don’t think it would be high priority to return.

Google
Bao are a bit lost on me if I'm honest - I've never really understood the appeal. The other dishes here were full of excitement though. Both the crispy tofu and "hot and sour wontons (veg)" were excellent - great textures and big, bold flavours. Staff were nice and the decor is cute.

Google
The buns are delicious with generous amount of filling. Unfortunately, the other parts of our meal (king pao chicken, crispy tofu, green beans and salt and pepper squid) were bland and small portions. The menu does not have pictures or good descriptions.

Geo Kich

Google
Stopped into the Bun House for some take away. Got one chicken, beef and pork. Wanted wontons but that was a 15 minute wait, so we just go the bun. They were amazing. Flavorful and would definitely stop there again.
google avatar

Jeffrey L.

Yelp
Take away. get the custard bao and shrimp hot/sour dumplings. Veg and Beef bao were ok... would just get the custard next time

Yelp
What a great find in Chinatown while we were in London. We were just walking around and decided to grab a snack. Having done ZERO research on this area we were taken by the length of the line of people waiting at Bun House. Must be good we figured so we joined the queue. After a short wait it was our turn to order and we settled on a Bun of course and some wontons too. They were both VERY flavorful and hit the mark for us. They do have dine-in space available if you're looking to sit down but the takeaway line moves much quicker.

Yelp
This was the cheapest meal we had in London, but it ended up being one of our favorites! We tried several types of buns, including the custard, pork, and chicken. All were delicious, but the custard was my favorite. We got lucky and didn't have to wait to enter or grab a table; however, seating is very limited, so be prepared to possibly have to wait for a table or take your food to go.
google avatar

Anisya N.

Yelp
Lovely little shop in Chinatown! I'd recommend getting take out because it's so easy to just pick up the buns and eat elsewhere. Service is super fast when you do. Got the pig and chicken pin. The pork was so tender and flavorful, while the chicken was a chicken curry had a strong lemongrass flavor which I loved. The buns are super fluffy and filled well. Such a gem!
google avatar

Marcus G.

Yelp
Omg! I stumbled upon this place by accident and what a great accident it was! We got the salt and pepper squid, which was made to order so perfectly crispy and flavorful. The hot and sour wontons..i inhaled them...we literally hit this spot up 3x while visiting..
google avatar

Spencer Y.

Yelp
Best chicken buns I've had. Really unique with a creamy coconut chicken filling. Buns are steamed fresh and super light and fluffy. Pork is solid as well, but the custard was bit too liquidy for my liking. The shrimp dumpling was fantastic but very small for the price. Other than that, would definitely return for chicken buns any day.,

Tim H.

Yelp
Amazing food and you have to try the Kaya French Toast. We saw it on Insta and we're not disappointed. Life changing

Yelp
4.5stars but rounding up since it did hold us over until an even later dinner Menu and shop was rather small and it was pretty busy, so thankfully we were able to be seated quickly and food came out not long after ordering either Fast casual type of place-- menu offers mostly steamed bakery buns that are popular at Dimsum restaurants, along with couple other items but that's about it, personally I'd consider this more of a café (possible it is a type of Hong Kong style Café offering just a handful of items) Super cute-- the baos are stamped with the Chinese characters of which type they are haha Pig Bao -- heh essentially this is Char-Siu Bao aka BBQ Pork bun, hearty and tasty, pretty standard but it really hit the spot for SO Lamb Bao -- we both enjoy Lamb so this was a nice change of protein Custard Bao -- SO really likes these types of sweet baos and he definitely enjoyed it too, beware it can get pretty messy Hot & Sour Wontons -- tangy, the chili sauce + oil was a nice kick but was a bit too salty / sour for my liking, Kaya Toast -- aka Hong Kong Style Peanut Butter toasty haha sweet, oily and buttery goodness, SO thoroughly enjoyed this snack Would recommend to check out if you're wanting Bakery items and bakeries in the area are closed for the day, they also offer take-out which is nice for small bites and on-the-go

Ally B.

Yelp
Buns, kung pao chicken, and French toast were all tasty and service was very quick. I wish there was more spice in the savory dishes, however.
google avatar

Sarah S.

Yelp
We just got the buns to go. There is limited seating inside. The packaging was so delightful. Tasty pork buns beautifully executed.
google avatar

Sarah M.

Yelp
Pretty tasty! Service is quick, and the space and tables are very small. Fills up quick but it's a great place to get a variety of small dishes.
google avatar

Candace L.

Yelp
Pork bun was my favorite! Didn't care much for my other selections (chicken and veggie). Luckily there wasn't a long wait when we arrived, and I'm thankful to have had the opportunity to try these. If you luck out and there's no line or a short line, the pork are totally worth a visit.

Yelp
I came to Bun House based on a recommendation from an Instagram video! I wanted to grab a filling dinner before my train ride back to Edinburgh. I opted for the the three bun deal with a chicken bun, veggie bun, and custard bun. I also got a cucumber salad and a milk tea. It all came out quite quickly! All the buns were very soft and delicious. The chicken one was yummy as well as the veggie (I didn't like the mushrooms but that's just a personal preference). The custard bun is really runny in the middle so beware when taking a bite! The cucumber salad was nice and tangy. The milk tea wasn't too sweet! Overall I was very pleased with my dinner experience. I had a few questions whilst ordering and my waiter was really helpful. Everyone was very nice and the restroom was clean! Definitely a solid place to try out.
google avatar

Barbi B.

Yelp
Picked up takeaway here, ordering was easy and it took about 15 minutes to get our food. Took it home, everything was fresh and delicious. My favorites were the pork buns, lamb buns, salt & pepper squid, and the French toast was crazy good. I would definitely come back for more, and often, if I lived in the area. There is a small area to sit and eat there if you wanna do that. I was warned when I read other reviews that the custard buns squirt when you bite into them but I still wasn't prepared. I didn't even bite into mine yet and it exploded, making a mess all over my clothes. I wish I was joking! Just fair warning, approach with caution and keep them contained. They are definitely worth ordering as a dessert.
google avatar

Millie K.

Yelp
We were traveling to London and heard this place has excellent buns! They were sold out the first night we were there, but we went early the next day to try all their buns. Sweet and Savory were both very good! We especially enjoyed the BBQ and the egg custard buns. Their service were quick and the packaging is clever!
google avatar

Ethan B.

Yelp
This place was pretty solid! There was a line when we got there but it went by quick because the buns are actively being made, so it only took about 10 minutes to get in and get out. The inside was small and didn't have any seating either, so we decided to get the buns to-go too. We ordered the beef, chicken (curry), pork, and were [mistakenly] given the custard buns! Although we got the wrong buns, they very quickly (almost immediately) replaced them and gave us the right buns. The ranking of the buns would be: 1) Pork 2) Custard (this was a happy mistake!) 3) Chicken 4) Beef Keep in mind that the custard buns are dessert style and kind of runny. The pork and custard buns were the real stars of the show, while the chicken and beef were just alright. The breading was super soft too! They even held well for the next day and are easy to reheat for breakfast or a small lunch. Plus the packaging was cute :)
google avatar

Vanessa L.

Yelp
Came here on Thursday June 29th. There wasn't a line and the buns are right at the counter where you can order and pay. We each got the custard and bbq pork to try. You can also eat in but we decided to take it to go so we can try other food in Chinatown. Both were good. I really like the salted egg from the custard. Be careful as it can get messy since it's runny. Definitely a great snack to start.
google avatar

Kerri F.

Yelp
It was warm and steamy as you walk through the doors of this charming little place. Buns are incredible, fluffy, and so delicate. We tried the vegetable, pig, and the custard. All equally as tasty and wonderful.
google avatar

Glen W.

Yelp
Showed up and there was a long line but it moved fast. The staff were friendly and the restaurant had a very local feel, meaning not like a chain. I had the pork, chicken, and lamb Bao. My favorite was the chicken but I'm partial to curry flavors. They were all really good and met expectations. I don't understand some of the low reviews which in my opinion were nitpicking because this place was really good and reasonably priced. To put the price in perspective, the 3 pack was 11£ and at my local grocery store a pack of 4 frozen buns are $9 so for the experience and quality, it's worth the small price difference.
google avatar

Callan K.

Yelp
Located in heart of busy Chinatown, there is no shortage of buns, noodles, dumplings, rice, etc. Since I was having a bun craving I opted for the Bun House. If you see people standing out front that is the line. With little space in the entry way, you wait in front for your table or for a take away order. I ordered a classic pork bun - £3.8 and Hoisin Sesame Cheung Fun (rice noodles) - £8. The noodle took a bit of time but the hostess made sure I was aware and I'm glad I tried them. The bun was pillowy and chewy with a flavorful filling - eat them fresh and warm. The noodles had a nice peanut sauce on them without which they would have been very bland. The heavy dose of sesame seeds on top gave the noodles a bit of texture which added to their shelf life. All in all decent dishes without being too heavy.
google avatar

Minh P.

Yelp
Pretty good buns, very fast takeaway, but pricier than it should be in my opinion. If Yelp allowed, I would give 3.5 stars. We tried the pork, veggie, and salted egg yolk buns. Each costs £3.80 but if you want to save 60 pence, 3 buns will set you back £11. The pork was pretty good. No artificial red dye, but not gonna lie, I think I missed that classic flavor. The veggie one was fine, but not dazzling. Great option for non-meat-eaters, but I wouldn't recommend going out of your way for this. The salted egg yolk one was probably my favorite. Good mix of being sweet (not too sweet) and savory. Warning: the filling is liquidy and WILL spill if you're not careful. Overall pretty solid, but I think I would hit up a bakery next time if I specifically wanted pork buns.
google avatar

MyMy C.

Yelp
BEST BUNS EVER! I love buns and order them often. Only thing that would make the buns a bit better is if they were more steaming hot. We had chicken, pork and custard (loved the salty sweet element). We also liked the hoisin cheung fun, Kaya French toast (coated in the fried ice cream egg white batter). We don't care so much for the salt and pepper squid; felt it was too much batter and a bit oily.
google avatar

Jasmine T.

Yelp
One of the best dishes we had in Chinatown London!! Hidden inside and surrounded by other great restaurants, but you have to stop by if you're in the area. We had the pork bao and xiu mai. The bao was so perfectly cooked and fluffy, and the filling was well seasoned and salted. The xiu mai was also very delicious and each bite had huge pieces of fresh shrimp in it! We ordered through the take out line, but service was great and the line moved quick. They packed everything up in cute boxes and included chopsticks. There was a long line out the door, but don't let that intimidate you. For us it was just the take out line and it went by fast and there wasn't a line for indoor dining when we went.
google avatar

Jordan H.

Yelp
I got my food to go, and wow, was I impressed by their system. I went on a Saturday night, so it was very busy (although I passed by on a Wednesday afternoon and there was no line). They had a to-go line and dine-in line (where you would dine-in is beyond me though since it is so small). That helped streamline already, but then one of the employees stood at the door the whole time to usher in the next person in the to-go line as the previous person left. It was actually empty inside since they only let one person/group in at a time, which was a nice reprieve. The buns are freshly steamed, which is nice. I got one pork and one beef, and they both tasted delicious. I like a good steamed bun and would definitely go back here.
google avatar

Kara J.

Yelp
11£ for 4 buns is a great filling meal and an especially satisfying stop pre or post alcohol. The bun to meat ratio is definitely more bun and less meat and is more of an interpretation than authentic version of Chinese buns. But with that being said I actually enjoyed them still and actually preferred the curry flavored chicken buns to the more traditional pork. Interior was cozy and service was great.
google avatar

Briana N.

Yelp
So freaking good! I think the highlight of the restaurant is definitely the egg custard bun because you get the sweet custard with the savory egg flavor. And you get the beautiful runny inside when you break it apart. But if can definitely get a bit messy so be careful! That being said, the meat buns are not to be slept on! They have their own play on savory and sweet. And are so tender and juicy. This place is definitely worth a try, but be ready to wait in a line.
google avatar

Sandy T.

Yelp
Came here for their famous buns. This place is really overrated. The dim sum was expensive. The shu mai that we got was not fresh you can see the wrapping drying on the sides. The rice noodle was good just small portions. The custard bun whilst it had the most leaking filling Ive ever had but custard itself was not that flavorful. Ive definitely have had better.

Patty W.

Yelp
We purchased the 3 bun pricing deal (pig, lamb and custard). All were very tasty. Great location and staff were friendly.
google avatar

Mara S.

Yelp
I have been back to Chinatown five times just to get another taste of their lamb belly bao bun- it's insanely delicious, service (take out) has always been super fast and courteous, and there's outside seating right nearby we always manage to snag. Please give it a try, especially if you're a fan of lamb- it's killer, every time. (Their chicken curry bao bun is also lethal, but I'm preferential to lamb meat!)
google avatar

Stephanie N.

Yelp
This place is highly rated- they have take away and dine in. A small, popular bun chain that is located in Chinatown. I almost couldn't decide what to order it all looked so good. Ended up ordering the vegan bun and didn't regret it. Perfect place for a quick snack, they have buns ready to go, hot and fresh! The decor is super nice as well, there are two tigers dueling outside on a mural.
google avatar

Amy P.

Yelp
GET THESE BUNS. GET THEM. Holy shit the chicken buns. I am still thinking about them. They're one of the best things I've ever had. Wow. The lamb was ok, but the chicken was a dream. We also ordered some chicken and watermelon. I have no idea what that is supposed to be but it was on the menu and sounded fun. It's essentially fried chicken with a side of watermelon. The buns were way better. The fried chicken didn't have a lot of flavor so I wouldn't get it again. BUT THE BUNS. GET THEM.
google avatar

Lola D.

Yelp
Visited bun house on our trip to London from the US 4 months ago, and we STILL talk about their buns TO THIS DAY. Best and most authentic bao we've ever had!! Been chasing something similar ever since, but no luck. We had a great experience here. Waited 15 min in the line and was seated up stairs. We ordered so many different entrees and sides. Everything was delicious. Our favorite was the beef buns.. tasted just like a White Castle burger but BETTER. loved this place!
google avatar

Bailey B.

Yelp
I loved the interior of the restaurant and the fun tile. The beef bun was actually our favorite, in contrast to other reviews who loved the chicken. The vegetable bun was also fun. It felt like a savory marshmallow.
google avatar

Serena P.

Yelp
Tasty buns, small portions, but overall would do again. Found this place via internet listicle and would recommend sticking to the buns.
google avatar

Meagan Y.

Yelp
My favorite of the savory buns was definitely the pig bun, which was delightfully tender and fatty. The veggie bun was a close second, with the vegetable textures meshing very well together. The beef bun was ok, still had flavor, but was a bit dry and not as juicy as the others. The hoisin sesame cheung fun was an unexpected highlight, full of flavors and cooked just right, even though both my friend and i are allergic to peanuts. I had a mild allergic reaction and my friend's throat was about to close up.... it wasn't our best moment tbh, but both of us collectively decided it was worth it! We weren't big fans of the pickled cucumbers and chiles though. We thought they were too sour for us. The absolute highlight were the custard buns, which were the perfect consistency of liquid-y gold I like! I would highly recommend these, the pig and veggie buns, and cheung fun if you ever get an opportunity to go!

C-ufc D.

Yelp
I ate this food while watching I'm a celebrity get me out of here and it brought bad luck to Nigel faraj who should've won so I threw this food at my nan which decapitated her leaving her head rolling on the kitchen table Would not recommend or eat again
google avatar

Hayden F.

Yelp
Amazing! Was a little weary to try the egg custard buns but DANG, so glad I did. The Kaya French toast was amazing as well.

sage

Yelp
food was smashing! zidane was such a kind server, i always have trouble picking out something to eat and he was patient and answered all of my questions, made the overall experience lovely. i would definitely come here if you need to eat something warm! its the perfect place to go with friends, my husband loved it and hes pretty picky. the vibe was nice, you can just tell how delicious this place is just based on how busy they are!
google avatar

N P.

Yelp
This place was recommended to us. So grateful we made it on our last night in London. The veggie bun and har gaw are delicious! Definitely stop here if you're in China town. There is a line but it's worth it. Staff was able to accommodate our party so we got to experience the restaurant
google avatar

Nicole L.

Yelp
These buns are so delicious and fluffy! I highly recommend the custard bun. The queue for this place is almost always extremely long, so come on a weekday early afternoon. The only minor problem people may have is that if you can't read Chinese, you can't really tell which bun is which just by looking.
google avatar

Andrew M.

Yelp
In my honest opinion, it is a bit overrated and bunch of self proclaimed reviewers who reviewed here. The bun house is not very amazing but yet it was just okay. More like 3.5 star than a 4 star. They make good bun the texture and taste was good. The custard bun is melting so it was cooked nicely but all of the fillings are pretty moderate except for the chicken it was quite good. Just okay hk milk tea. Just okay milk spare ribs. The xo mussels are pretty fishy so they werent that nicely cleaned wouldnt recommend that. But overall it was a pretty moderate place. Cheers!
google avatar

Kemi A.

Yelp
I've been coming here the past few years when visit London, and I've never been disappointed. Get here early to wait in the queue and order your buns's desires. They are fluffy, moist, and one of the best buns I've had in London. I've also gone by there for lunch, they have a limited menu of non-bun items before 5pm, but it's still good. I believe it is card only, so keep that in mind.
google avatar

Ashley Y.

Yelp
My fiancé and I came here 3 times during our 5 days in London. It's that good. Prices are pretty reasonable. If you're hungry and want something quick, this is the place. Come and get your hot buns! Lol! We didn't get a photo of the actually buns. We tried - lamb, pig, beef, and custard bun. All of them were very yummy! The bun was a little thick for me and you have to eat it hot! If not, it's not as flavorful. It'll end up being cold and dry.. we tried to save a bun and didn't have a microwave, bad idea. So eat it while it's fresh (or if you have a microwave). Our fave was the custard bun. And it's cool that they will stamp the name of the bun once you order it so you know which bun is what. But.. it's in Chinese so good luck.
google avatar

Karen N.

Yelp
The waiting area was a bit confusing and the wait was a bit long but it was well worth the wait. The waitress was so sweet and attentive. The Pig bun and shumai were my favorite. Had to even get seconds of each. The restaurant itself is a bit small but they made it work with how compact it is inside.

Yelp
In 1992, I arrived at Bun House with a very angry Rebecca. She insisted that I pay for the Pork and Chicken buns myself. I asked about the seating arrangement. A larger chair was brought for Rebecca to sit in. One of the things I learned about Chinatown (that's what this neighborhood of London, England is called) is that... when a person is too big, too small or weighs more than the average person... a different type of chair is needed. I asked Rebecca which bun she preferred. She said... she didn't know why... but she felt like a child again. It's probably because she didn't remember going to this area before she left London and England in the last century. She remarked about the road and the lack of a sidewalk. I told her... there's a better sidewalk up the street. Rebecca didn't have a handbag or bring her passport... and she was asked about her occupation while we were waiting for the buns to be brought to our smaller yet cozy table arrangement. There were enough tourists from other nations that I was pleased to see enjoying the atmosphere. It was a blustery day... and the road outside was a little dirty... it was a dry day... and there wasn't any mist or fog in the air when Rebecca and I entered. I asked about the policy for To Go containers. I was told... mostly there was a container. I was asking because I noticed that Rebecca looked uncomfortable. A few of the other patrons didn't like her larger size. I asked her... did she feel comfortable inside the restaurant area. She said she did. She complained that I hadn't brought my scarf with me. I told her that there wasn't any reason to wear a scarf and that my jacket was keeping me warm. I noticed there was a woman's boutique a few feet from the entrance from the front door. I asked the server about the woman's boutique. I didn't understand the answer. Maybe... because I didn't understand the slang words that the server was using. I asked about a woman's sweater and where I could buy an extra large one. The server said... he thought there was a different shop a few blocks away... but still in Chinatown. I asked was there a special sign or a name on that shop. I was told about the Super Sale sign. After I paid for the buns... Rebecca complained that she didn't notice any of the people eating anything but Chinese foods. I told her.... that the restaurant is only Chinese foods. She replied... something about that when she lived in London, England before she's never been to a restaurant that served only Chinese foods. I told her that the bouncer at the nightclub I went to always went to this Chinese restaurant when he was in this neighborhood. I don't remember his first name. I think he asked me (the bouncer at the nightclub) why I didn't ask the concierge at the hotel I was staying in for directions before. I still don't know that much British slang. Maybe he was asking me something else. I recommend the Chicken or the vegetable bun. I took one of each To Go. I wrapped them in a napkin.

Yelp
bun house had a cute chic interior and fluffy buns for days! with each bun priced at £3.30 (or £11 for 4) it's easy to get carried away! a notable mention goes out to their chicken bun. a fantastic flavour profile of curry chicken, lemongrass and coconut milk. we also tried out their sample menu where we got their confit iberico lardo & chive claypot egg noodles, fried milk ribs and the hoisin sesame cheung fun! they were all very well done, but not sure if i would get the fried milk ribs again..

Yelp
LOVE Bun House!!! Absolutely love the mushroom veg buns and the custard buns! A great quick and affordable option for getting great food on the go. You can easily carry for takeaway but could also eat in. The custard bun is really fantastic and always a very nice treat.

Yelp
We went there for some nice buns. well the place itself is really nice and was perfect for a small dinner. Then the food is good but really pricy for the size and what it is. There is a lot of better and cheap buns place in Soho for sure. I ordered the lamb one and a custard one and we share some lotus root chips. It was good and tasty but pretty small for the price we paid. I'm not sure I will go again, too pricy for me for street food...

Yelp
Had no idea what I was getting into when I stopped by. Was looking for a late night bun snack on my way back to my hotel. Found this tiny little place in SoHo. The line was out the door but it didn't take me long to get to the front. There is almost no seating and the menu is very limited. Late at night they were sold out of a number of different offerings. Got a pork bun and a custard bun. Pork bun was okay. Good flavor but nothing special. The custard bun though was pretty amazing. The custard was runny but the flavor was amazing. Strong and rich but not overpowering. You can tell that it is related to the traditional Chinese egg custard buns but the flavor is so much stronger. LIke you took the egg custard and concentrated it down. It was so tasty that I had to go back for seconds... and thirds. If you're in the area walk by and try it out. One warning the egg custard can make a mess if you aren't careful when you bite in!
