My review is supposed to be three stars or under but their service earns (very deservingly) the fourth star.
Ok, the reason it could've been a three-star review : The main dish my husband ordered unfortunately had a little mishap (won't mention the detail because it was not a huge deal) . Additionally, his chicken was a bit sour, but fortunately my husband happens to like sourness. However, from the description of the meal it didn't sound like it was going to be sour so it was a little disappointing. I ordered a lobster ravioli with black truffle. The taste and smell were fresh but in my opinion the dough was a bit chewy. Were they going for al-dente? I usually prefer al-dente but this one seemed a bit underdone.
Now, the reason this place deserves an extra star: they just down-right know how to serve their customers! We must've gotten ten apologies from four different people. Of course they didn't charge us for the 'mishap dish' but they also offered us desserts on the house. Three of them! It was a very nice touch. But the food aside, I really appreciated their lady waitress' genuine smile and apology. Team Bunker, she's a keeper! And thanks for escorting us out, manager. Good job on that!
