Burger King

Visited today for the first time and I will definitely be back! Audra the GM just recently took over and had that crew working together as a team. Service was fast and the food was fresh. Juan took our order and was very respectful and helpful. My only gripe would be the temperature in the building, it wasn’t very cool. Hats off to the workers and the great job they did today.

It's Burger King. Im not expecting 5 stars. But their customer service is wonderful. This is my 4 year old's favorite restaurant. We've never been served old food and we've never encountered a poor employee. A few weeks ago we went through and there were only two team members working. The drive thru was slammed. There was a wait. The sweet older ladies handling everything still managed to do so with a smile and without coming across as panicked. I wish I had gotten their names. The people here are so sweet and deserve recognition for it.

The GM Audra is amazing with her staff! I've never seen a happier crew and I've never experienced such a positive work place. The food is always fresh, always good, and never stale, cold, or hard. Any mistake made is always corrected. 10/10 would come back!

Been here a few times in the past few years. In the beginning had problems with some milkshakes no biggie but recently past few months this place has been FIRE. Great job to the crew here i been at least 5 times in the past months and each time the food is FRESH and good

Went here for Breckfast; it was really yummy!! It took an easy amount of time (to wait and eat)!! It's a great time!! But one thing: the floor was kinda disgusting, but the tables were clean, and the crowns where folded nicely and with care.

There is a lady with orange, red hair. She is extremely great at the Customer Service. And very kind customers. I don’t usually give ratings to fast food, restaurants, but that employee definitely deserves some praise.

Too long of a wait for fast food especially when store isn't busy... New manager Maria still holds to that long wait standard an unprofessionally scolds employees in front of customers and argues with customers about the preparation of product... Maria, you really just need to grab a broom and mop and shut your mouth because your store looks like trash. Or if you're going to order somebody to do it, think about the way I just did. Try to put yourself into someone else's shoes for a change. Talk to people how you want to be talked to and not argue with your customers.

The food was fresh, it came out quick, and Cierra was very kind with lovely customer service, would come again

Good underrated burgers but.... When I called in to place in order for carry out or pick up, they said I must go inside to order. Therefore, I went to McDonalds after because they don't make you go inside to order . Oh and also, the person on the other end of the phone sounded very depressed or really not enjoying their job. So Burger King, please hire people who want to work (Gen z, am I right) Thank you for your time.

Has to be the worse experience ever! I went to burger king for dinner, I thought it would be great for me and the kids, but instead of the happy dine in experience, I was greeted with a employee who striped but booty naked, made it clap, and left... Disappointed

I had a chicken sandwich and almost passed away. There is no reason for it to disintegrate in my mouth. Please do this town a favor and close forever, nobody in that kitchen should be allowed to touch any kitchen utensil ever again. This is single handedly the worst food that has ever entered my mouth. I'd rather eat mystery jam from a crackhead in an alleyway.

This was the crustiest chicken sandwich I've ever had. I don't think I've ever been able to taste something so disgusting. they only gave me lettuce and chicken and it was COLD it was as dry as the Sahara desert. I don't think I've ever gagged while eating something that much in my life. I need therapy.

This place is continually going down rapidly. 20 minutes in drive thru, 1 car ahead of me she had a small bag of whatever she got Told the lady at the window I didnt have time to wait, she just shrugged me off. I held out hope this place would get better because BK is my fav "fast food" but alas. Who are the Owners? They need to stop in and check out their investment.

Service was slow and food was not very good gave me diarrhea, the restaurant inside was dirty and nasty and the crew were very rude will not ever stop at this Burger King again they need to close it down

Waited 50 minutes for a single whopper junior.. Two workers were there. Workers get paid 7.25 an hour as a conservative estimate. That's 10 dollars of lost revenue in roughly an hour. Perhaps I will never go to Another Burger King and I'd be doing them a business favor in cutting costs. I deeply care about the well being of workers and the business, so the moral thing to do is to keep them profitable and provide better working conditions for the employees by avoiding them in the future.

This place has gone downhill. We had to wait for our meal for 10 minutes. Then, the lady dropped our tray. So, we had to wait another 10 minutes. The soda fountain was out of ice. And after taking our order, they told us that they were out of onion rings.

Omg this place has turn into trash no longer will I come to this establishment!! Rude employees. Yelling at each other! Food not cooked all th way. Just utter rudeness!! Act like have better things to do then wait on you!

Brought my mom who is vegan in for her try the new impossible burger and they gave her a regular meet patty on it and ever employee inside the restaurant smiled and laughed thought it was funny when I brought it back up to the counter and said they gave her a meet patty never once did anyone apologize to her. This restaurant is the worst

Just went through the drive thru and ordered cheese burgers off the value menu, i asked that be be made dry, even said no mayo no mustard no ketchup, dry...i got the bun and the meat, oh and pickle! No cheese even though i ordered cheese, and was CHARGED for cheese.. It's not that hard people. Nuggets were great though.

Dirty. Sandwich was covered in old black suit from the broiler. Someone thought that was ok to serve. Just didn't care.

Icky biffe. I tried the chicken nuggets and they looked and tasted like frogs. I had my friend who is vegan try the impossible burger and they gave her a regular burger. She threw up and died. I recommend it

It was Wednesday night, decided to try Burger King for dinner. What a mistake that was. It began with the ordering experience, the cashier clearly made me feel like she didn't want to be there snapped at me when I began to order. She said, "I'm not even clocked in". So I hesitated a moment then she took my order gave me my receipt and cups. Over to the soda station, they were out of most of the soda choices. While waiting heard numbers called but not mine. Finally I asked my son to find out what's going on with our order. I heard one of the workers state that the person that paid for the food should ask the question about the order she told him they have people steal orders. Making him feel like he was a thief, even though he had my receipt and was with me when I ordered. Now all the crew behind the counter arguing about whose fault it was we were missed. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a fast food restaurant. I currently manage a local restaurant here in Oroville, and if that was my crew, they would be out the door. My food was awful gave it to my dogs. Will never be back.

This people got an atitude.They don't fill up drinks all the way up and want charge me for sauce after I got a meal. The guy Islam started laughing when's asked to fill up my drink.

I LOVE this Burger King. Its so delicious when you dip the salty fries in the soft serve, and the burgers are perfect. Come here please! DOnt waste your money on other fast food resturants!!!

I ordered some chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. The chicken nuggets were drier than the Sahara Desert, the fries were so greasy, I felt like I was just eating only grease from the frier. The only good thing about the whole experience was the drink, I won't be coming there again.

That was the worst visit ever to Burger King. The food was cold, the whoppers no tomato on it and the one that asked for no onion had onion on it. The girl who helped us was nice, but they had a girl working there with no uniform on and no hair net on. .

Honestly I just got nauseous again from trying to think of how to describe my experience with the impossible whopper. I'm pretty sure the tiny beads that came up in my vomit were actually laxatives and I'm beginning to wonder if the veggie burger patty contained poison ivy leaves never in my life has my stomach felt the way that it feels after consuming half of a impossible burger. I would rather eat a goose turd it would probably be a healthier option. I don't think I will ever even look at another Burger King without throwing up a little bit in my mouth. Speaking of throwing up I did a whole bunch of that earlier. I hugged the goddamn toilet for well over 30 minutes straight and I have a stomach of steel. Did one of the employees drop some visine in my burger? My stomach is still bubbling and it has been 6 and a half hours. I can't wait to wake up around midnight and wake up with the lava shits. If I get the fucking lava shits. The toxic lava shit that comes out of ass will be highly flammable and I am currently fantasizing on collecting it via bucket and coming back to burger with a blow torch which I will then use to burn down the building. Although I doubt I would be able to get off the toilet long enough to get back over there to give y'all a taste of you're on medicine. OK now there's bad food and then there is garbage. We ate here yesterday for breakfast. I was so excited to get my croissant. I ordered a double croissant and hashbrowns and a drink. I opened the sandwich to find the entire top covered in burnt soot. OK, since you clearly are blind you may not see this. NO ONE WOULD SERVER THAT UNLESS YOU ARE DRUNK. OK next the hashbrowns very nasty oily almost like the fryer had not been cleaned in a month. Finally the soda, i wanted bubbles and foam and crisp enjoyment. I got nasty, flat and dog pee. Come on people wake up or your going to go out of business.

the drink machine was empty the entire time and the cashier continue to hand cups out instead of asking what they wanted to drink and no one ever went to refill the drink station.
