It was Wednesday night, decided to try Burger King for dinner. What a mistake that was. It began with the ordering experience, the cashier clearly made me feel like she didn't want to be there snapped at me when I began to order. She said, "I'm not even clocked in". So I hesitated a moment then she took my order gave me my receipt and cups. Over to the soda station, they were out of most of the soda choices. While waiting heard numbers called but not mine. Finally I asked my son to find out what's going on with our order. I heard one of the workers state that the person that paid for the food should ask the question about the order she told him they have people steal orders. Making him feel like he was a thief, even though he had my receipt and was with me when I ordered. Now all the crew behind the counter arguing about whose fault it was we were missed. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a fast food restaurant. I currently manage a local restaurant here in Oroville, and if that was my crew, they would be out the door. My food was awful gave it to my dogs. Will never be back.
