I recall visiting this place five years ago, and at that time, it had one of the best Whoppers I’d had in a long time. Everything was fresh and properly prepared, giving it that signature flame-grilled taste.
Unfortunately, that’s not the case anymore. I arrived at 11:50, and while there were no lines and the food was freshly made, it wasn’t properly prepared. As you can see in the photo, the beef looks like it was microwaved. It tasted nothing like a Whopper, and the fries were disappointing.
Additionally, they failed to follow my instructions—I specifically asked for no ketchup, and it was full of it. For that reason, I’m giving it 2 stars. The service and speed, however, were great.
