"Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises’s M Burger is a Midwest sort of answer to In-N-Out Burger. It’s got three locations. For March they’ve got a Minty Leprechaun Shake with vanilla ice cream and crushed mint chocolates." - Ashok Selvam

I remember when i first when to Burger King. I wanted to try something new and was craving for a good burger. One of my favorite things to order at burger king would be a simple amazing whopper and fries. the fries taste amazing and warm. Not too much salt like other places would put. The chicken sandwiches are really good as well. The service was great, they were very cheerful people. Doing their job well and i like to go their often. So I, of course, recommend everyone to go their.

I didn't enjoy my food@all. The service is Swift but the quality of the food is horrible. I got a special made order Whopper off the broiler with extra onions and pickles, & fries no salt. The fries we're fresh but not my sandwich. The bun was hard dry and nasty. When I the sandwich back to complain the mgr working the line took the sandwich maker to take my burger put it on another bun and gave it back too me.....Smh! It's a sad day in customer & food service. The other mgr was sitting in the lobby area making sure no one stole pop without paying for it....and tried to get security in the man that did. I don't plan to patronize this location Again.

It is fast food or relatively fast food, used to love Burger King though recently their food kind of makes me feel a bit off after eating it. Maybe it is because I am getting older or maybe they have made changes in the way they create their menu items, always used to love seeing the meat paddies go threw the flame broiler, but now they come out of trays it seems at this location at least. In any case I wanted to try the Impossible Whopper, mainly to see if it actually tasted like normal beef Whopper or not. My verdict is, if you don't know you are eating a plant based product you may not notice, because the flavor is extremely similiar but not exact, as it the texture pretty close but not exact. Would I get it again most likey not, like other burgers from Burger King, felt a little off after eating it not in really a bad way and then again not in a good way either.

This is by far the worst burger king I've ever experienced. I ordered the bacon cheese burger off the broiler and they gave me my sandwich with the buns cold as ice, no bacon and the meat did not come off the broiler because it was dry. I asked them to remake the sandwich as I has originally asked and the manager was very rude snatching the bag from me and insisted that the meat had just come from the broiler as if I can't tell the difference. I watched as they cook attempted to remake my sandwich and saw that she used her bare hands to pull my patties out of the holder. I was to outdone at that point and requested a refund. Just nasty. I will never go there again

High prices just because of the downtown location. Food was ok, but they don't accept any of the major Burger King coupons that you get in the mail or find in magazines. Management also chooses to not participate in the big promotions at times as well such as the 2 for 5 deals. Why call yourself a Burger King if you don't act like one? The owner clearly opened it up to be a cash grab and nothing else, they don't care about the customer experience even though BK's slogan is "Have it your way". Fair service, OK food, inflated prices to make money off the downtown chumps. There are many other better establishments to eat at and I will take my business elsewhere. Update 05/01/19: Wow it's been 5 years since I was last here. I was hankering for a whopper all week so I stopped by despite my unresolved with the owner. Looks like they at least honor the 2 for 6 now and have a value menu (I guess refusing to cater to the common folk turned out to be bad for business...who would've thought?) Well anyways I ordered 2 whoppers which was supposed to be just one meal, but they messed up the order and put two separate meals. Prices could still use some work since 2 whopper meals ended up being $20! My order arrived within minutes and the food itself was good although the cheese wasn't melted. Overall other than the messed up order things were ok.

Staff is terrible. Went this morning and had a manager taking my order. Ahead of me was a clearly disabled man. He was dressed nice, not homeless just clearly disabled. Apparently because he was slow this manager had no patience and instead of helping the poor man she kept saying rudely “what do you need? Over and over. I helped him order and then we he asked for ranch she got heated. The food quality here sucks but the service sucks worse.

I work in the building where there is a Burger King. Yesterday, I order the 2 croissants for $4.00. The wait was horrible due to only 2 people behind the counter. I heard them say the cook was working on a huge order of croissants. They did the best they could. When I got back to my office and opened the food, the croissants were terrible. The ham was cold and the sandwiches were smashed. I threw half of mine away and my co-worker didn't eat hers at all. I didn't go back down the 15 floors to tell them at the time. But, today I went down there and told the manager and she was extremely rude. She said she would have to see the sandwiches to tell what was wrong with them. She said I should have saved them and brought them down today. Which makes no sense, cause of course the ham would be cold today. I could not believe how rude she was. I don't ever write reviews, but I am mad and think everyone should know.

They burnt my crispy chicken sandwiches! I ordered an impossible whopper and 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and they burnt the 2 crispy sandwiches and the lady at the cashier telling me she cannot refund my money, "you need to choose something of the same price " ....ummmm excuse me??? What the heck does that mean? Then I showed her the sandwich and she says that's how it comes....umm hell no... I buy the 2 for 6 all the time and those were over fried. Need to call corporate.
