Burger King

Walked in and they said the lobby was closed. If the lobby is closed, they should lock it. Went through the drive through and forgot to ask for a water. When we went back through the drive through, they told us to get a water cup we had to make a purchase. We had just made a purchase, but they insisted we’d have to make another purchase to get a water cup. So my friend got an ice cream cone so I could get some water. I don’t know when that became Burger King policy, as I once worked for Burger King and there wasn’t any rule like this. The cashier was very rude and I think she just didn’t want to serve us.

Usually I don't review fast food but this is an exception. This BK location has been stepping up their game. The young man at the drive through made sure to get my name, and used it a couple of times. I love my name. He said "welcome to Burger King, where you have it your way", another time they said "where you rule." Wouldn't hurt to get a line and be consistant with it, but hey it was a cool touch I don't get at other locations. I have had some pleasingly hot food here lately, no bogus lukewarm heat lamp stuff ya know?! Also, I don't need those cookies but I'm an entraprenuer. You ask for that $1.20 upsale and I'm already digging the place? Yea, you got it King. I'll reccomend this particular location to my people because who doesn't want to be treated like a king? Tell your staff they rule!

Customer service is horrible. Went to pick up an order from this restaurant for a customer doing delivery and the guy behind the counter told me that I needed to confirm the pickup. I haven't had a single burger king ask me to do this they just make sure I confirm what's on the ticket and then let me go about my day. The employee Ian argues with me over this being policy of this is policy then all locations should do it not just this one.

If I could give this place a Zero star I would. They get my order wrong but mostly they take forever to get my food out. I order one plain burger just to be handed to me after 20mins later with everything on it the burger. Will not be returning.

I didn't catch her name, but whoever worked the drive-thru this morning April 23rd was amazing. I just know that she had tattoos and blonde hair.. she was full of positive energy and she made me feel like I could conquer the world. The interaction was very pleasant and she definitely deserves a huge raise.. if more people were like her, myself included, the world would be better off. The food was great too but it's the little things that makes a difference

I stopped there for lunch today through the drive-thru and the lady taking my order. I could tell by her great attitude and positive demeanor that she had to be the manager. I did not catch her name, but it was probably the best drive-thru order experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant.

This location sucks! They never get your order right they make you park for like five minutes and when you tell them about it, they’re rude They need better customer service. They need better food and being honest I need to shut down like this location is the absolute worst I’ve ever been to.

Ate at their outside dining area. / 2nd review: arrived early Sunday on my e-scooter and they let me bring it in with me. I'm elderly and it's winter, and they recognized that. I just left the McD up the road who refused service and they we closed to all but car owners. Good breakfast too!

Everyone here always has a smile on their face. Great costumer service. My food is always hot. Anytime I order a kids meal I get a crown. I always get my food fast. We come here all the time anytime of day

Very slow ! The order is never right. Even when there's no one else in the drive-thru they park you as a matter of fact they park everyone so that it looks like they have good drive-thru times when in fact they don't. It's the illusion of speed they pull everybody through in park them. It's a shame because I enjoy Burger King. I figured since they can't make the sandwich right I could probably still stop by and grab cheese sticks however no one can manage to get marinara in the bag even if you remind them That'll be better off just picking up something from QT right down the road.

Went through the drive thru after having problems at McDonald's and I was not disappointed. First time using the mobile and it gave me no problems. The customer service was great and so was the food. I don't usually choose BK but after tonight I'd have no problem returning!

Try to avoid during lunch hours if possible. The wait is way to long. I'm assuming maybe being short staffed. It was difficult to order as well as the menu screen is not working. Basically know what you want before heading over there. Food was okay warm didn't seem fresh. Next time will probably try another location. Only really came cause the location was closer and I need to get back home asap.

Food was gross. Tasted super old with no flavor at all. Was stuck in line for one hour. Not worth the wait.

Went to get door for my daughter before an appt today. The lady at the window ward rude and pretty much threw our food and drink at us. This isn't the first time this store is so rude... it should be shut down.

I usually don't do or say much about fast food places. This is a standard Burger King and I stop here frequently as the location is convenient. Usually service is fast but when it is bad it is real bad. That said, it is not too often that I am upset by the service here. As I type this I am waiting in line for my fast food, and I have been waiting for my fast food for approximately 10 minutes

honestly those who have commented on here clearly never worked in fast food or customer service. the people here are super sweet and if you're pulled up it's just to appease the drive times. most large companies only care about the times and not the customers. this is a pretty decent burger king in the area

7.3.18 We eat out all the time - in the past year or so we have eaten at this BK at least once a week. Today we decide we have had it - it will be our last time there. Reason: Staff looks and acts very unprofessional (clothes sloppy, dirty, to small) which in itself reflects back on the business - who wants to see a males bare stomach hanging over their pants and a tight top to small to cover it? Its hard to eat food when you see (long hair with no hairnets/caps) observing them fingering their hair and face as they are working with customer food. If you feel the need to scratch a pimple or run your fingers thru your hair constantly food service is not for you - at least while you are preparing my food!!!! You would have thought management would be all over this - or are they doing it themselves?? In the past several months it appears staff also has family/friends hanging out there while they were on duty - we have seen it multiple times. You don't usually see this especially when its children - today the staff person walked out leaving a booth dirty and food all over the floor where her child had thrown it. As we walked out the door we noticed how dirty the glass doors were coming into the place - totally gross - there appeared to be a smashed cheeseburger on the sidewalk in front of door - possibly it had been smeared all over the glass door??

I was very disappointed tonight. Took my kids swimming and they were hungry around 9:30pm there was 3 people in line enclosing us and we were there for 30 minutes before we ordered. They were telling people to hold on between every order. I won't be back to this location any time soon.

In the maze of one way streets and right of ways comes the intersection of SE14th street and Court. Kudos for this fine establishment to buck tradition and open on Labor Day. What can you say about a place that most people are familiar? Well, did you know they accept VISA and Mastercard? Did you know they have a new wrap that is literally $ 1.39 and you could conceivably enjoy a tasty lunch for under $2.00. Sounds like the King is going to help us middle class americans fight the gas prices..!!! Eat at Burger King.. Spend more on Gas!

It's fast food. In my opinion, there are worse choices. This is of course not a place I will search out, but if I need something on the run, I'll occasionally stop by. Service is normally quick and the food passes.

It is Burger King, nothing special about this location, no issues either. Wished they opened later for very late night cravings. I have eaten at this specific location multiple times. One thing this location is known for more than being a Burger King is it's location , the parking lot assists drivers make a turn-around possible due to it being the only possible way to travel the other direction on these two one-way roads.
