Went through drive thru this evening. Service was good but the meat on my burger was not hot Therefore, I did not enjoy it.

I ordered online. Waited forever. The cashier left and went to the floor and swept. When I was finally recognized and handed my order everything was cold. The pickle fries were refried and cold, I couldn't eat them. I ordered the cheesy tots again cold and gross.

I had a spicy king sandwich and my husband had a whopper. The meat was juicy and my daughter nuggets were crispy. The food was amazing and fresh. The kids meal had a play dough toy and some fun stickers. They also gave us a Capri sun

The drive thru was packed with cars but moved quickly. The first voice on the microphone was pleasant and welcoming but then a loud pushy lady took over the order. She wasn't very nice nor did I want to continue to order because of her attitude thru the microphone. When we pulled up we seen the man who first started taking our order he was very nice at the window and he got our order rather quickly. However the fries were very soggy and greasy which they couldn't be eaten. The BK Swiss chicken sandwich didn't look anything like the picture and the bun was cut by something. The whopper Jr's were actually in descent shape but the whole experience ruined my appetite. The line grew longer as we waited for our food. The woman with the pushy voice kept coming to the window she eerily resembled Yolonda Salazar so it was creepy. I took a few pictures which was helpful because I didn't know that burger King sold bags of ice that is new. But I didn't really think this location is living up to the expectations of Burger King having it your way. There are other restaurants near this one that are better options. The service would have been alright if the young man kept talking because he was doing it in a civilized manner. Once the woman starting shouting at us it made the whole experience turn uncomfortable. We wanted to order shakes and cookies but after hearing her yelling we went to Jack n the Box. It isn't worth being hollered at we already paid $23 for our food so at least treat us with some respect. I wouldn't have her on the window or the microphone when you have other options like the person who waited on us. He needs to train the people to do their job without a bad attitude and without shouting. The man who waited on us might not have been the manager but he sure need to be. That woman should be cleaning the parking lot or something.

This has always been my favorite place since a child! The employees there are always kind and friendly. When they see my kids there they always offer me crowns and I love it! I even love that I am able to get one for myself!

Back in September i ordered a big mac with NO MAYO!!! Repeat, NO mayo. Instead some rinky dink worker put extra. How they took no mayo as extra mayo shocks me. Absolutely insane never again will I order from this place again. I did not order a mayo burger if i wanted one i would’ve said so.

I recommend going through drive thru. It cold inside. Food and service was great. But it's so empty inside. I dont know maybe because it wasn't a rush hour. But it was cold.

I worked here before and to see how customers have to deal with such slow dumb people is crazy you think 10 years working there you could get a order right no one wants to keep driving back and forth for you to get a order right basic at that literally plain burger you can't even get right

This place is the worst some is the employees are rude as ever one time we came here though the drive though and was paying for our food and one of the lady's made us pull back some so when she told us to come back up I ask her why because I noticed that she would only do it with black people and not People of her descent. She told us that they tell us to do that because they are scared we might rob them which is total bullshit and they're bacon is always burnt the managers are cool I love them but the employees are ass.

I'm in line as I write this review so you know it's bad. So I have my father in law and my boyfriend and we tell them to give us a moment because we were getting food for my sister in laws and ourselves and we were asked not once but three times if we're ready to order not a single second nor minute went by for us to figure out what we want and then we were told twice with an attitude to pull up to the window as we try and figure out our money before getting to the window so they don't wait for us to pull it out and waste their time. Then we removed 4 items but asked if it was possible. Mind you we were respectful and said yes ma'am/ sir no ma'am/sir nothing disrespectful came out our mouths we just didn't have enough money so we asked them to remove the 4 items, we asked for a bit of time to find out what we want and we're being treated with rudeness. Waited almost 8 minutes for the food. Other than that I have no complaints. I know I sound naggy but I myself work in customer service and if you can't handle the pressure or people who need time to see what they want you shouldn't be in customer service jobs at all. It's not for everyone.

Very unprofessional and rude employees. I ask for barbecue sauce and the young Hispanic guy ask did I pay first. Which my money was in my hand and they lady didn't take it yet. I didn't ask to receive free food but just sauce in my bag.

Stop this morning on my way in to work. This location is conveniently located right off the fender which is probably the only positive about this establishment. I ordered scrambled egg on my crescent however was informed they no longer offer scrambled egg. I could only get folded. Really?!? Then I asked for equal or sweet & low however received sugar. She also failed to give me an orange juice until I asked for it. I should have know by the lack of vehicles in the parking lot that I should have not patronized this specific establishment. Lesson learned, never again!

My experience with this chain, is tepid, at best. As a longtime resident of the neighborhood, it's hard to describe a place that should be good at what they do, especially considering they are right by interstate 10, and them being a fast food place. The restaurant has gone over a recent remodeling, with some nice decor, for a fast food chain, but slap sticking the interior, doesn't solve their two biggest problems: lack of food and the customer experience. The food itself is decent for a fast food chain (especially the main items: burgers, chicken sandwiches, and my personal favorite, onion rings). Avoid the fish, though, it's too small and the buns are way too greasy for my taste. One thing, I especially I don't like, is the food availability. Several times when I attempt to order fish, or other value items, they will tell you they don't have any. How bad can it get on this? Once upon a time, Burger King used to be called 'Home of the Whopper'. However, a few years back, on TWO separate occasions, I was told they were out of WHOPPERS!!! OUT OF WHOPPERS??? I could hardly believe it. Also, their prices, also, have gone up more than I should expect but I can't blame this particular chain for that, as this seems to company-wide more than anything else. However, the biggest problem is the customer experience. On multiple occasions, I would place a simple order on their drive-thru window like their 2 for $5 deal and onion rings. Randomly not a very difficult order. However, when you get to the register, and pay for your food, they will tell you to drive out of the register and park nearby, and wait for a employee to go outside and give you your food. First off, if I wanted to go through that, I would go to Sonic. But I didn't go to Sonic, I went to Burger King. Second, the wait itself can take up to 10 minutes. Especially in the Houston heat without a air conditioner, this ain't going to fly. One time, this happened, they forgot about me completely, and I had to go inside with my receipt to get the order. I have seen this happen to other people as well so I can't say what the exact problem is, and I won't guess here, but suffice it to say, that experience goes against the mantra of what fast food, is, and that should be getting your food FAST. Who would I Recommend it to: For starving people not wanting to travel more than 1/2 mile (of which I admit to more times than I should, which is why I still go there!) Who would I Not Recommend it to: For the average individual or people driving on the interstate looking for a quick bite

I only rated a 1 star because I had to, otherwise I wouldn't have rated anything. This place is so rude and the manager Mary can't even speak English very well. They let people cut in the drive thru and have no consideration for the people who order the right way and wait their turn. The only thing the manager kept saying is that the person just wanted to order a shake. That does not make up for having to wait for some one that cut in front of us.

I had a really bad morning today on my way to drop of my son at school I treated him with some Burger King while i was ordering his French toast and my pancakes a manager by the name Felicia got my order wrong and I let her know what she messed up on she had a bad attitude and didn't fix my order correctly I felt discriminated as he was ignoring me cause she has different race I will never bring my child or myself close to this bk again.

Unfortunately, this is my local Burger King and we NEVER go anymore bc this location plain sucks! 95% of the time, they get SOMETHING on my order wrong. & I am not even exagerrating. They greet you with a "what do you want?" their intercom sucks.... Everyone who lives in Denver Harbor knows that this bk sucks. They never have that Oreo desert thing and never have cherry icees. If someone asked my opinion on the worst fast food place ever it'd be this location listed as number 1! lol okay. Good day (:
