Burger King

Very friendly cashier who combined my order to save me some money (I had ordered a sandwich, drink and fries separately, not knowing that a package meal covers them). Interior sparking clean. In season there is al fresco seating. The drive-through is busy, though its passage is narrow. The food is good for this type of fast-food.

This is a newer Burger King with a drive-through. I used the mobile app to order. It seems to be more convenient. It is up-to-date and clean. The service is sometimes lacking as is the food. Tonight I had a small issue when the cashier told me there was no order that I placed on the app for pick up. The person preparing the food had the order being prepared. The food was really good. I had a bacon cheeseburger melt which was delicious. I always prefer Burger King over the other fast food burger chains. This specific Burger King needs to improve on their service and sometimes the quality of their food. I would still pick them over McDonald’s or Wendy’s.

Food is typical Burger King. Service typical of most fast food locations not friendly or fast but gets you your food. As for location not sure they clean as every table was dirty.. prices are ridiculous. Offers on app are good but could not believe it is over$4 for a soda. Will skip this location and suggest Wendy's across the street or McDonald's up the block for a better value. I'll be visiting those vs. this location going forward.

I placed an order for a chicken sandwich and regrettably, the majority of the sandwich, approximately 75%, consisted of batter that disintegrated upon consumption. Furthermore, the chicken itself was exceptionally tough and challenging to bite through, rendering the sandwich virtually inedible. This unfortunate experience, coupled with the high cost of $14 for the entire meal, has left me deeply dissatisfied and unlikely to return to this establishment in the future. I believe it is imperative for the relevant food safety authorities to investigate this establishment, as serving food that is essentially inedible due to its composition primarily of cartilage is unacceptable and potentially hazardous.

I ordered my food at 11:40 pm when Burger King clearly closes at midnight and I was denied my food. Veronica is an awful worker, couldn’t even help us out and my 20$ is gone. Don’t ever go to Burger King in New Milford. Terrible people, terrible service and accommodation.

The Burger King in New Milford, Connecticut is one of the worst locations I have ever ate at in the state of Connecticut even in the state of New York it is the worst Burger King ever the last three times I have went there to eat. I have gotten home and took a bite of my burger, and it is so rare that I couldn't even eat it.. yesterday I got a double whopper, and I came home and it was the I took three bites of it until I realize it was so rare and I got so sick right away that I'm still sick up until today. I had to call out of work and I'm probably gonna have to call out of work again tomorrow because I basically got food poisoning.. i'm not the one to complain the people there are nice I get it but they cannot cook for anything and I will never eat there again my kids have gotten sick as well a couple times and for now on we go to McDonald's here in town if we ever want fast food again, never again going to Burger King..

No review on food as BK remains same as 20 years ago with no improvement in menu or food quality. Service is great. People are friendly and respectful. She Keep saying sorry for delaying order. Clean place for family or friends hang outs.

Pulled up to the speaker, sat for five minutes. Our order was two large sodas, one medium soda, and one order of chicken fries. We had to repeat the order multiple times at the speaker. They said it came out to $14. Pulled up to the window, had to repeat the order multiple times again. She said "I'll make it a meal", we said no. She made it a meal anyway (charged us for it). Then handed us two sodas and a meal (charged for three). Ended up saying we paid $19 on the receipt. Disaster of an experience, should not have taken as long as it did, especially since there was no one else there. Will not be going back, go to McDonald's.

A nice break from the McDonald's that are more prevalent in the area, this Burger King is pretty clean and service pretty fast. If you're doing the drive in, be cautious coming and going because the shared parking lot is a bit of a maze. Due to the influx of antique fans on Sundays, they are very busy all morning for coffee, and much of the lunch hours as people depart for home.

It's been a long time since I've been out and seeking out a great lunch or dinner. Breakfast is also great these days. Most restaurant owners really want to please the dining public, especially lately. I stopped in to urgent King in New Milford yesterday Friday April 8, 2022. Now I know, Burger King may not excite everyone, but I love their tasty flame broiled burgers. The lettuce was iceberg, which I love on any sandwich, and it was nice and crisp! The tomato slice was bright red and tender. It tasted like an heirloom tomato, excellent! I also had a large order of deep fried onion rings with their delicious horse radish sauce. Everything was prepared perfectly. The establishment was spotlessly clean, as for what I could see. The staff lady that waited on me was very neat, and very polite and friendly. She had an excellent command of the English language as she pointed out several very popular menu items to assist me in deciding what to have. The seating area was spotless, and the temperature within the dining room seemed perfectly comfortable! Bathrooms were very clean and paper goods were provided as well as soap. Overall, my decision to stop here for a lunch meal was a great one! The Staff are to be commended for the overall great job they did serving me and the public maintaining the high standards that Burger King demands. I award this location 5 Golden spatulas out of a possible 5. I will return in a day or so for another great meal!

So, on 10/10/20 in the afternoon hours, we drove thru to pick up an order. Used the app beforehand. Having gotten burned by fast food joints screwing up orders in the past, we checked the bag *before* driving off & sure enough, they'd forgotten to pack an order or fries. Told the girl at the window & with attitude, she told us "they put everything we ordered in the bag". (it was good to have the app to show the full order as proof) Drove BACK around, complained about it to a different woman at the 1st window & by the time we got the pick up window, same girl was ready with the fries- quiet this time, knowing she was in the wrong. But despite that, we got burned yet again because when I got home, the cheeseburger I ordered had no cheese. Someone needs to remind the staff to quality check before handing out the product to customers! (& lose the attitude if there's a problem)

The Burger King in New Milford has no inside dining. I seldom eat at fast food joints but when I do I prefer Burger King, but not to take home or eat in my car. Don't understand why the dining area is always closed. Masked mandates have been relaxed, I'm fully vaccinated, and I refuse to be regulated to the drive thru. So long Burger King, it was nice while it lasted.

Came here for lunch today I have 3 kids and remind you they are very picky eaters when deciding how they wanted their meals the women waiting to start our order very snooty Said they finally ready so I waited for my food my wife and kids got theirs but after five minutes still no food for me so being very upset I asked for a refund the same women who was snooty had a smug look on her face when I asked for my refund I gotta say I'll never be back here and it's sad they always have great service

Worst Burger King I've ever been too. Staff especially the woman manager are ridiculously rude. The manger is nasty. In the drive thru, she's always impatient and rude to the customers. She's always yelling at customers and employees. Other staff are also very rude. The food is always bad. Sometimes it's cold, other times it's dry, or it's burnt. They usually get the order wrong then give you an attitude. The inside is filthy and dirty, even though the location is new. I've gotten sick from here once and stopped coming here altogether. Awful!! Horrible Management!
