Men's restroom is frigging disgusting. This should be reported to the Portland Health Department. I ordered some food but threw it away once I went into the restroom. Come on...if the restrooms are that disgusting and filthy you can be assured that sanitation and cleanliness is not prevelent in their back of house kitchen area. The floors and tables were dirty too. I'm not from Portland, however, I do work in the food and beverage industry. This place would have been closed down by now and should be. Gross...

This has to be one of the worst Burger Kings in the area. Was really eager to try the BBQ Brisket Whopper. Almost no one in the drive thru, yet had to wait almost 25 minutes. The response when I asked why it’s taking so long was nothing short of rude and unnecessary. I finally got my order and lo and behold… it’s a regular Whopper. Not even a full sized. A Jr. the fries to go with it were absolutely stale. Disgusting. i also wanted to try the Frozen Cotton Candy Cloud. I got an entire cup of foam, and 3 sips of a drink, that wasn’t even frozen….. This culminated to the final straw, when I was refused a refund because the food had already been opened…. Unbelievable. Stay far away from this one…

They serve the same food as other Burger King's and it was hot and fresh I have no complaints there. It is a problem of location and lack of upkeep. It is in a rougher part of town and from the code to use the drink machine to the plywood covering the urinal it shows.

Ordered food for my grandson and I using doordash.. not only did this store give the wrong order to my doordasher to give it to me but then also they had zero accountability for their mistake! When I called the store to discuss this issue with them not only did the manager speak over me the entire time interrupting while I was trying to tell her what happened but then also said she's not going to take the hit even though it was their mistake! Horrible customer service with zero accountability!

Ordered jr whopper with NO pickles. I sware they took one off the warmer and pulled out the pickle slices. The tomato slice was mangled, the bun on the meat side of the burger was brown, soggy wet with meat seepings. The lettuce was wilted. Top bun was smashed. Wish I had taken a picture.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Horrible food and facilities that will make you sick. There is no way this dilapidated BK from the early 90s is operating within code. I filled my cup in the newer soda machines that let you select from many sodas and drinks. I got Diet Coke and it was so fowl I nearly spat it out and I wish I had. It made me sick to my stomach instantly. Took my kid to the restroom and it wreaked of a nauseating combo of weed, body odor, urine, vomit and feces. We ran out and then promptly threw away our meal fearing what it would do to our bodies. This place should be renovated or demolished. Lots of vagrants lurking and one of them was lounging in the seating area beating her dog into submission. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a pickup on the BK app. When my husband went inside for the pickup, the woman behind the counter chewed someone out in Spanish for leaving the door unlocked. She then chewed out my husband because they weren't open. He stated he ordered a pickup and wanted to use the restroom. She gave him his order and had him leave. We will never choose this location again.

I went into the Burger King at 10pm on Wednesday on the 15th of January. I come here all the time. I have always been a fan of this location, until I met the met the shift lead Aliyah... Probably the most unprofessional leader I have met in my life. She had an altercation in front of the costumers and us with her coworker. Then confronted us for an opinion on the altercation, which made me honestly so repulsed I wanted a refund on my food I couldn't eat. Making my husband so uncomfortable when she asked him first that I had to intervene. I will not be returning and hope for instant termination before I do. That was disgraceful, disgusting, and disturbing. Please have better shift leads that aren't abusing the other staff in front of anyone or period.

It was absolutely fine. Burger was well made hella condiments and toppings. Fries are AMAZING will come here again when I'm craving fast food fries. I came out for the cloud drink and it was in stock and delicious! Service was quick. Parking lot was deserted and no panhandlers. Very much unlike other reviews

This is a rock bottom location: vagrants come up to your car, sewage, rocks and trash in the drive-thru (no way to exit once you're in the lane), and much longer than average wait time. The young female employee tending the window was very nice. That said, the Ch'King breaded chicken sandwich is much better than McDonalds and also Popeye's acclaimed version. It wasn't as crunchy as I'd like, but the signature sauce isn't overpowering and overall just tastes better. Moreover, the pickles make it, just wish they would add more. Unfortunately, the sandwich doesn't resemble the reddish ultra crisp images in the Burger King ads. if you have a craving I suggest another location.

I got 10/10 BK here, around 9pm. I know it's like the lottery when getting BK, you never know the quality, but someone around 9pm knows what their doing. Food was HOT, frys CRISPY, and mellow yellow PEACHY!

It's Burger King ... you get what you pay for, your way! The booths are quite worn down but overall the restaurant was clean and orderly. There were a couple of guys using the bathroom as a shower but I have come to expect that here in Portland. Ultimately we came here to try the impossible whopper ... it's $6.49 for the sandwich which is expensive for BK. It tasted okay but was not filling .. just not my cup of tea. We came, we tried, and we will continue looking ...

I ordered at the drive through nothing out of the ordinary pulled up to the window to pay and worker ROSA was saying rude things - I asked are you talking to me and ROSA says yes, I asked her to repeat it she did in a low voice but I got the gist of her verbal abuse, I asked her again to repeat herself and ROSA started screaming at me to Fuck Off out of control. I yelled for a manager the manager came over I was telling her about ROSA abuse/foul language and ROSA was in the back round out of control verbally assaulting me screaming as the manager tried to shut ROSA up to no avail. I drove around to the Burger King parking lot to contact Burger King's corporate and finally found a link to leave a complaint. Threw out the food because someone so out of control, unhinged, and abusive I couldn't take a chance that ROSA didn't mess with my food order. After I left a message for corporate I drove around and ROSA was still working. At my job and every job I've ever had I would have been fired on the spot; Burger King must have different standards. I should have known not to eat at this location in the first place and went against my better judgment because of previous interactions with other employees and how filthy it is on the outside. "ROSA was the worst experience I've ever had in my whole life". I've worked customer service for 40 years and have never run into such an unpleasant situation. Hahaha I was craving a Whopper for the first time in years and decided to hit up this location around 6:30 PM tonight. Joke's on me! I placed an order in the mobile app, then arrived at the location to find the drive-thru moving verrry slowly. The line was about eight cars long, but it took me about 20 minutes to work from the order box to the pickup window. Meanwhile, the drive-thru area was harshly lit, unappealing, and pretty seedy looking. It's impossible to leave once you're in line. Upon arriving at the pickup window, I was asked for payment and quoted the incorrect price, even though I'd already paid in the app. After about five more minutes of waiting at the pickup window, I was told they were out of the other sandwich I'd ordered, so I asked for another Whopper as replacement. Upon receiving them, one was cold and the other dry. Both terrible. Oh well! But never again. I'm deleting the BK app... The people there didn't seem bad, but clearly have no business working in fast food. And the derelict location doesn't help. Both the McDonald's and Wendy's in the area are pretty solid and quite nice. But really, go literally anywhere else than the Weidler BK.

I want to love this burger King location so much but I can't. Somehow these geniuses manage to take 20 to 30 minutes if you're the only person in the drive thru. Yes, don't let your eyes decieve you, you read it right. If I wanted to wait a half hour for a burger, I'd just go to a local brewery. Rouge in SE gets food put faster, during happy hour too. It's a shame. This recent encounter sparked the review. I went to order breakfast on the BK app (legendary btw) for this location, eggnormous burrito, and paid for it. Breakfast here stops at 10:30, so I made sure to order ahead of time. My wife went to go pick it up and drop it for me at work only to be told that they stopped serving breakfast. Now keep in mind, this was at 10:20, ten minutes to go. Plus, the order was placed 45 minutes ago ans prepaid. These fools tell my wife it's not happening and to order from the lunch menu. How in the world are you not making breakfast at 10:20???? Let me guess, they had to quickly switch it up early for the demand? The lunch rush of the one beater in line behnd my wife? It's a shame. No refund offered either, just a shady attitude. It's pitiful that BK has come to this, that one of the only locations to survive the Portland purge has reduced itself to such a low standard. It's shameful. Steer clear of this location, they don't serve you well at all here. Last trip was today, for the same item. Made sure to be there plenty early. This time the made it, just without sausage. Only double bacon. To boot it was Luke warm too. Shameful.

As I have sat here waiting 20 minutes for our meal, as many people who have come in the door, have left without ordering. Since we have ordered, I went to the bathroom, poured 2 drinks, thought about writing this review, wrote this review, reviewed this review. (The food just arrived). Why did we eat here? The line was short when we arrived and my son has a coupon and a craving. Mistake! We should have gone accross the street to the equally disgusting McDonald's. But what can you expect? This is Portland. Nothing to see here! My kid just said the wait was worth the taste and worth the $8.00 we spent with a coupon. We just should have eaten at another BK out of Pdx.

"Phil" claims he is a manager ... when I called ..actually as a curtesy to let them know that their sprite was out of syrup and that they should check on that. Instead of listening to what I was saying he instantly went in the defense stating that they were currently out of sprite. And that they had substituted it.. when I asked what with, because it was nasty.. he states "carbonated water". Being completely astounded by this kids ignorance I tell him "you do realize that is just sprite without any syrup" and that was a bad idea he responds "why do you have to be a fu(@&)ng Bi/@$". At that Point I say "Thank you for THAT PHIL" and hung up. I do not have time your adolescences So.. No PHIL. Why do you have to be such a moron ... I have the patience of ice melting and just as cold. You'll be hearing from corporate.

We ordered the 2 for $6 Impossible Whoppers and large french fries to share. Lunch for two under $10. The Whoppers were great, tasted like a meat Whopper with pickle, lettuce, and special sauce. Fries were hot, crispy, salty. Service was fast. A little chilly in the restaurant (was a chilly day) and dining room tables need to be wiped down a bit more frequently. Other than that, pleasant fast food experience! Still navigating our plant-based diet decisions. Whether it's better to eat minimally processed and ethically harvested meat or processed and additived plant products. Constantly dealing with the trade-offs. Anyways, trying it all these days!

Ordered delivery and all the food was room temperature. The fries were flabby. I took a bite of the chicken sandwich, chewed it for awhile and could not identify what I was eating as food, let alone chicken. It could have been wet paper. This was a cheat meal after being on keto for 11 days, what a waste of money and calories.

I ended up getting my money back and leaving. The employees scramble to complete every tiny task at hand. It's insane how badly ran this place is.

I hate this place, first of all, I ordered a kids size meal, and they only gave me water with a dumb burger that is not what I ordered, I told the person at the service desk and they said sorry, if the water is already been drinkin out of then we cannot refund you. what the fuck, the water is free with the meal! So I have a few great things to share about Burger King! 1. My friend and I went to Burger King a while ago and both got a cheese burger. She got food poisoning the next day. 2. I saw someone pull a clamp of hair out of their milkshake. 3. There was a strange liquid in my burger once, water maybe. Other than these small and unimportant things, I love Burger King!!!!

This particular Location is exceptionally off. I love my burger king junk food but, wow this location needs to remember people are eating the food they prepare. Unfortunately this location is the closest to me so, I've tried them several time. I haven't written a review of them hoping it would get better, um not so far. Oil dripping or oozing out from breakfast wraps, greasy bfast sandwiches, and over filling tacos with so much sauce it soaked through and breaks/dissolves the crunchy shell. Not warm hash browns and FF. The burgers so far have been as I'd expect, but I do order them dry (without ketchup, mayo). The drive-thru staff is friendly and attentive. I understand that there will be off days but the off days seem to be more of a norm, very sad

Worst Burger King in the area. I showed up at 7:30 am with one person in line before me. I pulled forward to pay and there were two cars ahead of me and were waiting for food after 30 minutes the car in front finally got their food the person in front of me was handed food right away then when I pulled forward I waited 3 minutes and the person at the window was no where to be see at this point I was late to work and didn't have any options but to leave without getting me food. For a company serving food to people on their way to work there is no understandable reason to have us wait for 33 minute for three cars. Waste of time and money. If you headed to work with 30 minutes to spare go to McDonald's across the street they can get a line out on the street all of their food in 5-10 minutes easy.

Well first problem is that I got home to see a sausage croissan'wich when I ordered ham. I started to eat cold hash browns with consistency of raw potato. Then eating my sandwich the egg was cold. I stopped eating my food and called the restaurant. I spoke with a woman that proceeded to hang up on me after I non confrontationally said "The sandwich was the wrong meat, my hash brown tasted like raw potato and the egg was cold. You may want to tell whoever is cooking to keep an eye on that, it tastes gross" then hang up. So I called back and the phone was answered more quickly than the first only to be hearing their operations as a sort of call waiting as I'm repeatedly saying hello until I hung up and decided to find a way to be heard by this company. The worst part is that I drove out of my way have Burger King. As I sat to eat I was even thinking how I enjoy BK over McDonald's, until I tasted my food today. And if the woman that answered the phone was Natalie that served me at the window, then she doesn't care about her service quality when they aren't directly in front of her because during my drive through experience she was excellent. PROS -great value and decent prices -even greater value with coupons ($12.99 family bundle) -free refills -24/7 drive thru CONS -lackluster customer service -indifferent employees -interior eyesores (e.g. missing chairs) -need to inform an employee if you need to use the bathroom since these are locked after a certain hour This fast food joint is located next to the Lloyd Center, at the fast food-friendly intersection of NE Weidler St and 7th Avenue. Several fast food options lie along this intersection including: Muchas Gracias, Taco Bell, and Chipotle. McDonald's is a bit farther down on NE Weidler and NE Grand Ave. After the Rose Garden Centennial celebration, I stopped by here for a late dinner with my fiancee and her Dad . Luckily, we remembered to utilize our $12.99 Family Bundle coupon from the local newspaper - two whoppers, two cheeseburgers, four fries, and four drinks! Can you believe it? And there were only three of us! Burger King definitely wins out in the coupon category compared to the other fast food joints. While the drive-thru is open 24 hours a day/7 days a week, I believe the dine-in hours end at 10 pm. We were able to slip in around 9:40 pm with three other parties waiting ahead of us for their food near the register. We excitedly brought out the $12.99 coupon and ordered the Family Bundle. As usual and to satisfy his cravings, my fiancee's Dad asked for extra lettuce and onions. The exhausted and obviously indifferent employee, a teenager, dutifully entered our order despite her tired exterior. Her store manager, a middle-aged woman, showed the same exhausted and indifferent expression. Beyond the register and towards the back stood a singular food prep employee. While waiting for our order, I scanned the area for good seats close to the register. Since we arrived rather late to the establishment, the employees already finished most of their cleaning towards the back near the bathrooms. Finally, we spotted a "four-seater" table near the windows, but realized that one of the seats was "missing," as in "the entire seat no longer sat there either because it was: 1) ripped out due to its non-functioning, or 2) possibly vandalized and caused a distraction and the Burger King could not renovate in time due to lack of resources." But, that's only speculation. Like other fast food joints, this Burger King supplies a huge, bright red Coca-Cola soda machine with one external spout for the soda to come out of and a digital screen that allows you to customize your drink (even mixing it is possible) from the numerous sodas available. I myself am not a big fan of soda, but looking at this behemoth and its bells and whistles dazzled me more than once. Once the manager called out our order, we walked up and brought it to our table, anxious to bite into the juicy burgers. After taking the first few bites of his whopper, my Fiancee's Dad looked at his burger for a few seconds and scanned it from a few angles before standing up. He then proceeded to walk towards the register and asked the teenage employee if the minimal lettuce and onions on his whopper constituted "extra lettuce and onions." The teenage employee barely looked at him before confirming it was "extra lettuce and onions." Obviously confused, my Fiancee's Dad slowly walked back to our table, a hint of disappointment on his face. I suggested that he ask the store manager for extra lettuce and tomatoes. After finishing her short smoke break, the store manager strolled in. On cue, my Fiancee's Dad whipped out his whopper and asked subtly asked the manager passing by our table and ask what he received constituted "extra lettuce and tomatoes." She quickly responded with a "yes," barely looking at the burger, before heading back to the kitchen. Seemingly defeated and now indifferent, my Fiancee's Dad continued to munch on his malnourished whopper. Watching all this unfold before her, my Fiancee could no longer stand the injustice and proceeded to the register and demanded extra lettuce and onions. A few seconds later, she got her wish, and brought the extra treats back to our table where her Dad enjoyed them happily. Lesson learned - to get what you want at this place, you need to demand it directly from the employees, otherwise, they will continue to exhibit the lackluster customer service that unfortunately is the norm in fast food joints.

The menu didn't even have what I wanted. I get they take things off the menu seasonally but come the fuck on man. We need this. America needs this. I THEN ORDERED ANOTHER BURGER AND IT WAS JUST OK. It had coleslaw. It said it would include coleslaw but I didn't believe it so I knew it would not have coleslaw. But much to my dismay I ate it and what was there? Coleslaw. absolutely pathetic. I do not believe this restruant should be allowed to run any further. This was for Whataburger but I couldn't find their listing. burger king is ok.

I have eaten at this location specific for many years. Always happy with the food. The last three times I have been in, the food was TERRIBLE. I got a whopper and every time it was cold. The last time it was 12:05 lunch time. I had to wait in line 20 minutes to order then I get an ice cold hamburger, again. I am done.

Something told me to hit up the drive thru. This is the second day this week I've made a trip to Burger King. I'm a McDonald's guy and they're right across the road. I should've kept it simple and rolled with McD. However, two cheeseburgers + small fry + small drink for $3.49 is hard to walk away from. Knowing what I know now. I will never eat at this location inside or drive thru like I did earlier in the week. Filthy tables. Filthy condiments section. Paper towels and trash lingering around. This place is a mess. Customer service was decent.

Well, Burger King on Weidler screwed the pooch royally, again!!! I was in 2 weeks ago...see my review: I've had people be rude to me, but nothing tops this joint. I was in Tues 10/3/17 @ 2:15 pm. The place wasn't busy except for a few cars in the drive up. There was NO ONE at the counter except me.  I stood at the counter for 4 minutes with only the girl at the window  acknowledging my presence - wow, she smiled at me!! After 4 minutes, I loudly spoke up, "I'm trying to place an order, will someone come and help me?" The only thing that happened is that the workers started chattering away in Spanish. After 2 more minutes of being totally stinking ignored while the workers yattered on and on, I lost my temper, shouted, "I wanted to place a ******* order! **** you all!!" and I left. When I tried to call the store to complain to the manager, all I got was a recorded message saying that the cell phone I was calling wasn't accepting calls!! I called 4 times to make sure I was dialing the right number, which I was. Some lousy stinking customer service!! I finally called BK HQ and filed a complaint. I am still waiting to hear back from them. They did say that the number listed on their website for the BK I went to was the correct number. Some contact number, sheesh! When/if (more likely IF) I do hear from someone at BK, I'll update my review, either positively or negatively, whichever they deserve. I likely will never eat at Burger King again. Total Stinking Rudeness! Extremely Disappointed. Disgusted, even.   Oh, and the doors to the joint are broken and have been broken for at least a month!!! Good maintenance - NOT!!!   EDIT, 10/6/17, 5:30 PM PDT: I just received a call from the new manager at this BK shop. I believe her name is Christa (I hope I didn't mishear her name & mangle the spelling). We had a nice chat where she apologized for the crew's errors, we talked about how the incident can be used as a learning experience for her employees, and she invited me back so she could, "wow me". I plan on giving her the opportunity. To be honest, I *wasn't* expecting to hear back from BK, so Christa's call was a very pleasant surprise. I really do like the BK Whopper, so if all goes well the next time I go in, I won't have to forgo one of my favorite flavors. I really like the positive message Christa has - "using the incident as a learning experience"... Instead of just yelling at or firing someone, she will give further training and demand improvements. No one has to lose their job - just get better at it. That works for me! I provisionally change my star rating to 2 stars, with more uprating possible. *NOTE: I shouldn't have upgraded my star rating from 1 star to 2 stars; it's obvious that no lessons about customer service, courtesy, and respect were made or paid attention to. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Went in today, October 18, 2017, and guess what? There were 3 people already in line, no one serving at the counter, and the manager was in the dining area ratchet-jawing with someone who later ID'ed himself as "Paul", the manager's supervisor. I asked the 3 guys in front of me how long they had been waiting, and was told, "a long time." I had to break up the manager's little chat-fest to get the her (Christa, I think her name was) to go to the counter and help the Long-waiting customers!!! Long & short of it (because I'm still so pissed at the rudeness & disrespect shown to paying customers, I don't want to have to again relate the whole story) ... when I called Paul on the phone (not the one listed on their website - that takes you to a cell phone which isn't accepting calls) to complain of the rudeness and lack of service, TWICE in a row, he told me that if I wasn't happy, then to not come back at all!!! Fine! I'll NEVER get food at Burger King again! Not now, not later, .... NEVER AGAIN! Don't give me a gift certificate, I'll burn the damn thing! I did call BKHQ and filed a complaint - which the phone person said will go to the District Manager ... whoopee! Paul-the-Rude will probably get nothing more than a "shame on you!" and maybe a slap on the wrist. Not enough correction for piss-poor service, rudeness and disrespect! The only thing which MIGHT get me back into a BK is a published apology (on my FB page, for instance) from everyone in the BK chain-of-command including Paul & Christa, a nice donation of money or food from Paul & BK to, say, a Woman's Domestic Abuse Shelter, or perhaps an anti-obesity program for youth, or maybe Portland Rescue Mission (they can decide who and what & how much, I am not trying to extort anything from anyone for my personal gain), and retraining for BOTH Christa & Paul, emphasizing etiquette, respect for others including customers, and perhaps anger management! What's-their-name burger joint around the corner on Grand will get my business from now on!

For the second time in a row the new tasty chicken sandwiches have been served cold Luke warm just like the fries. And tonight the frozen Coke machine was down again. I love Burger King fries the best and I love frozen cokes but I want my food to be hot so I'll drive the extra five minutes and go to Popeyes I like their chicken sandwich better anyway and I can get red beans and rice and a sweet tea. It's too bad because I've been eating at this Burger King ever since they built it, but I'm done. The sandwiches to nice tasted kind of bitter we think maybe the oil was really old. I wrote to Burger King about the lukewarm sandwiches a few weeks ago and never heard back.

1 hr in the drive through............ enough said. Didn't get our food. Very understaffed and could use some help. The staff who were working were very overwhelmed. Ownership could hire some help. They were doing the best they could with what they had.

Hair in my sandwich. Coke was flat. Fries were raw and cold. And I waited 25 minutes for this mess. I will visit again when they tear it down and build a different restaurant.

I've had several bad experiences here. It's super run down. The lights on the drive thru board dont light up, so it's impossible to tell if they're open or not. Their corporate website says 12am every night, but I've gone there several times before 12am and they're closed. No clue what their actual hours are. One time I sat at the drive thru box for several mins until I finally backed out and assumed they were closed. Turns out they were open, just not paying attention to the drive thru. The Impossible Whopper is delicious, but their French fries are inconsistent. You'll be lucky if they don't mess up your order.

General manager gave me a fake 10 dollar bill, and lied and said she didn't. She said I was trying to scam her, after she gave me the fake 10 dollar bill she hurried and closed the window. I asked for a real 10 dollar bill and she said "that's not what I gave you."

Bad customer service air conditioner not working.. place is very run down. I'm the only customer in here do not know how come they are even still allowed to be open.. had to ask three times to use the bathroom and it's not like there busy since I'm the only one here lol. Bathroom run down one sink didn't work.. very dumpy place

I would leave zero stars if I could.... someone prepared my burger and there was skin flakes all in it. When I called to complain the man on the phone told me "that was normal" "this happens a lot" and "that's what you ordered" I can not believe that that is completely disgusting I do not want someone's skin in my food

The owner operator is obviously the problem here. A staff of 2 or 3 can't handle the rush. These guys are clearly not receiving the training or motivation to be successful. Food is cold or wrong or super late. Get your act together or sell the franchise.

Guy in front of me asked for his cup, the girl working the drive thru said it wasn't her section and he would have to wait for the cashier who was in the back. Employees are exchanging verbal barbs as I write this. Restaurant is a mess in the dining area. Finally, they are out of coke? No more. Get yourselves together.

Manager was the cashier during my visit, and was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting; smelled putrid, floors sticky as if they haven't been cleaned in weeks and no paper towel. Food was slow, despite being one of two orders inside at the time. Won't be coming here again. Just go to nearly any other location and you'll be happy.

Worst service ever. Spent more than 35 minutes in the lobby, most of which before ever getting service. Most of the crew disappeared from the back. I get that it's just Burger King but this is ridiculous.
