Burger King

Came to have lunch in order to make time while getting serviced across the street. The space is comfortable and clean and the staff if friendly and chatty. The food was good. I tried the Bacon Melt combo and it was delicious. The onion rings and French fries were on point and the food was warm and tasty.

Yari everytime I see her at the widow is always so nice and has wonderful customer service ethics and that doesn't go unchecked! 😊👍 She should be appreciated and recognized for her hard work much thanks! 🙏👌🫶✌️

BECAREFUL!!! The girl on the drive thru on 12.23.25 at around 6:30pm splits transactions randomly with out being asked to do so to swiping people's cards multiple times $$. She tried to do it to me and I noticed something was off because I come here often. I asked her name she said she's the manager, Sarah however she had no name tag. I wouldn't be surprised if she gave me a fake name. The employee on the front heard her and said nothing but smirked like shes aware of what she does or they do.

Ever since I tried the triple whopper I've been hooked on this place using the eat 1 time a day rule! This burger king has been here forever and they honestly know better than to start any problems around here lest they end up like that other John young branch. We don't expect perfection from you, we know that you're a fast food chain restaurant, just keep your noses clean especially in this area and you can count on us to handle the rest. Thank you for being home of the real whopper I see yall! 🏆⭐🏆

Went in today 9/8/25, bought a regular Whapper #1 on the menu. It was amazing! The fries were hot and crispy, and really enjoyed the meal here today. The burger at the end got a little messy with all the lettuce and mayo going everywhere. But even better because was tastier like that lol.

Wth are u feeding us?! I won't be going back... bun was soaking wet, it was SOAKED ... the fries are obviously cooked in burnt oil that hasn't been changed... today is nov 3rd 2025 ..

Props to the one gentleman working the entire store. No store should be this unstaffed, leaving one person to do the work of an entire crew. Customer service alone is challenging and so is taking and making the orders and being responsible for the cleanliness of the store. It is an absolute shame that he is working so hard doing the work of many. Great work and I hope he is recognized for this effort.

I’m a regular customer at this Burger King (6003 S Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL) — I come here at least 3 times a week before doing DoorDash. I always order the same thing: the 2-for-$5 with a cheeseburger and chicken fries. I always ask for NO bacon because I’m Muslim and don’t eat pork. Today, I trusted that my order was right because the receipt taped to my bag clearly said “NO BACON.” I took a bite and realized there was bacon on the burger. I immediately turned around and came back — calm and respectful — asking for a refund. I hadn’t even touched the chicken fries. The manager, Yesenia, told me I needed a different receipt (a “payment receipt”) even though the only one I was given was the order receipt on the bag. How am I supposed to know there’s a difference? I’m not a fast food worker — that’s the responsibility of your employees. She refused to refund me, kept my food and my money, and then made it worse by calling me out of my name, disrespecting my religion and culture, and refusing to give me the district manager’s contact info. This entire situation was caused by her employee’s mistake, but instead of fixing it, I was blamed, disrespected, and humiliated. Completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and I won’t be coming back. I hope Burger King corporate takes this seriously.

This was my first visit to this location and I just wanted a little something for dinner on my way home. I ordered in the app and got their $7 meal. You get to customize what you want with it a lot of ways. I went simple and got a whopper Junior with mustard and extra pickles. It's rare that they get extra pickles right at any Burger King but this one really piled them on. I also got a medium french fry And a medium Sprite with easy ice. This was a fairly well balanced meal for me and perfectly filling. I picked it up in the drive-through and there was a short wait as there were three customers in front of me. I felt it was a reasonable amount of time and they did a good job fulfilling the orders. If I'm in the area again and feel like Burger King I would stop back at this location.

Very fast service and through at the window as they caught my request for a shake rather then soda. Solid and quick as I did have several replacement items that they got all correct. Good service on a Friday at rush hr.

Horrible customer service obnoxious staff a half an hour only allowed to see if it's able to eat. Bathrooms were still see the tables were not wiped down.

This Burger King location has made a big turn around in my eyes in the past few months. I've gotten my order right every single time, the food most of the time is fresh and warm as well. When I come in I'm greeted and since I'm a regular they already know me by name That really goes a long way. The wait time is much better and of course it could be better. But the improvement is definitely there when I personally go. The store is usually clean when I go. I'm so happy to be able to go to a fast food place and not have any issues. Thank you! I definitely recommend going. I'll also recommend using the app to order since is much easier and you won't have to wait much. They have one of the best offers you can get and you get rewarded with free items based on how frequent you go to Burger King with their rewards system.

Someone really have to address this burger location. I dislike this location but it's the only one close to my job. I place a mobile Oder for pick up, when I arrived they are cones blocking the drive thru and the doors are closed. The sign states open at 7 am...it's now 7:20. I called the store number and now one answered. If I wait any longer I'm going to be late for work. They have piss poor management. They deserve 0 stars.

This is a horrible service never have coffee or anything ever available it was at 10 am I ordered coffee an everyday this week ever since the coffee deal they never are carrying I say you need district to take a look at this store ASAP they are rude an no manners it looks like they just do whatever they want an close lobby at 8 pm everyday mmmmmmmmmmmm that's a problem

DO NOT EAT HERE! Look at my pic before you eat here. The Drive through is littered with wrappers and empty cups. Look at my chicken nuggets. The service was ok the staff was not rude but I got no receipt. I think my bag of food was dropped on the floor I couldn't see anything more than right inside the window but look at my pic? One star is way too high.

I should have read the previous review but I thought its burger king. First walking in place looked fine. Clean like the floor was just mopped. I ordered the buffalo chicken tender meal. I go to get my drink and find they are out of coke, sprite, and anything not diet. Who runs out of soft drinks? The manager must not have a clue. So I get my chicken tenders and they are cold. What ever I am in a hurry not going to send back and end up having spit seasoning instead. On a good note. The fries were good.

On Monday morning they were closed because the whole staff called in, today I go in and my whole breakfast was cold. There really is something wrong with that location it needs a total staff change. Also there is a homeless person that sleeps behind the place where you place your order, Makes it really uncomfortable.

Very slow service. Was not told 3 different things were unavailable until after waiting five minutes for the order to be ready. Very incompetent staff and apparently completely under stocked
