Burger King

Not gonna lie, I'm biased. I hate Burger King. However, this location was probably the cleanest and most aesthetic Burger King I've ever been in. When we first got to the door, we thought it was boarded up and closed, but quickly realized that it was just a door bar to open it. The food tastes the same as every other Burger King, but my brother said the jalapeno poppers were fire. There was also a cosy little seating nook where I imagine top executives handle big meetings at. It has one of those drink dispensers with like 100 different flavors to choose from or something, but I don't like those cause there's always a line when I'm only there to get a Sprite. Overall it wasn't too bad. I also liked what their trash can said.

I'm done. I gave them 3 chances. All 3 times I've been here have been awful. This last one took the cake though. I ordered a "Digital Exclusive" meal, go to pick it up in the drive through, they came to the speaker, greeted me, then NEVER CAME BACK. Waited at the speaker for almost 10 minutes. Went inside, they "have no record" of my order. I showed them I paid for it, "we don't have it in our system" absolutely never again. They made me purchase another meal. Never again.

Rude staff and bad neighbor. Missing items in the to-go orders. Making noise late at night multiple times even after getting warned by officers. They do all the cleaning after midnight when everyone is asleep, and using high pressure jets which sounds like a chainsaw next your pillow. This bk is the worse restaurant in every single ways. You could choose not to eat at it, but even without having their terrible food and attitude, they will still find a way to make your suffer. Just stay away from it before they ruin your day.

Do not waist your time and money at this establishment. I can go onto this BK busy or slow and these workers move to the point of not working. Looks like they are mad and dont want to be there. I go there 2 hours after open and the doors are still locked. And what looked like a manager, she was actually walking around behind the counter trying to work with a blanket wrapped around her. This BK is the worst one in town. The employees always look like they dont want to work, to the point of ignoring you so they dont have to work. and they are always out of food they shouldn't be out of. I would not go to this sorry establishment.

I don’t remember her name but the girl who has blonde hair, she’s on the shorter side, and has a bun in her hair she is SOOO amazing and sooooo SO sweet. I was having a bad day today but her customer service was so good and she was just an overall sweet and amazing person. please give her a raise or something because having an employee like that is very rare these days. the order came out fast and was hot. im also impressed with every other teammate on the clock today, they seem to work very well together. they all deserve a raise!!!!

Ordered a large order thru an app- almost all Halloween themed except for the ice cream and a few things . They forgot the halfsies and toys in the kids meals and used regular nuggets, subbed all three of the Halloween whoppers for regular whoppers, forgot the ice cream , forgot all sauces despite confirming they were in the bag, etc. Who wants mozarella sticks and nuggets with no sauce ? And who wants to drive all the way back there to correct it. With what you pay for fast food, it’s not wrong to expect it to be at least somewhat right.

The food here is typically good/high quality and tastes great, but good luck getting an order if they are even slightly busy. I went today and was told they had shut their system down for 15-30 minutes because they had ‘too many orders’, if thats the case disable your delivery orders so people who are actually there can order food.

Friendly staff!! Awesome food! I had my first "Impossible Burger!" Fresh food! It's cooked fast while you wait! Priced right as well... Got 2 Whopper meals for only $10! It's all wonderful ❤️! The store is clean and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others!

Staff seems uninterested in actually taking care of customers. No one is at the counter when you show up. Takes forever to get your food once someone bothers to take your order.

I definitely feel like the employee was on substances. Had me repeat my order to their face multiple times and then asked for a tip ?

I arrived at this location 8:30 on a Saturday morning. There was one other car in the drive up and no cars in the parking lot. That should've been a clue. I was told to please take a look at the window and they'd be right with me. Nope. Never happened. When I pulled away, the drive up was empty and so was the restaurant. This place sucks. No wonder there was no customers

Burger King in Urbana is the " Dumps" when it comes to " Customer Service "! No greetings, snapping back when a person can't hear! Rude customer service! Very skimpy on Fries! Over all? Lousy place to go if you ask me! Would not recommend this place for a burger! They suck,Major!

Same experience as a previous review...drive through employee said "Hey I'll be right with you" and I replied "Okay no worries". I don't mind waiting a few minutes while another customer is being helped. Cut to 20 minutes later and I'm leaving because no one is replying and I've been waiting patiently...like hello?!

Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes just to tell me I had to now order of the app what a joke why are even open

Employee's are rude. I went through the drive thru at 11:30am and ordered a Whopper. She took my card and handed me my Whopper without saying a word. Arrived home 10 minutes later. Whopper was cold. Everything on it was cold. I can't explain it. I have never ate anything like it before. I actually ate 2 bites and threw it away. I will never ordered from there again. Not even a cup of coffee. Zero stars!

Worst customer service I have ever had, the boy at the window couldn't even acknowledge me no hello or do you need anything else and no thank you just slammed the window shut and walked away. I won't waste any more money on this establishment, it will be very soon that a better place is opening can't wait for Culver's.

Best fast food hamburgers! I don't frequent this location to much but service has always been good.

It was just as if any Thursday night, a crisp wind in the air and a bright moon illuminating the sky. A group of friends having a jolly, cherished old time decided to leave a popular campus bar and venture to Burger King for $1 10 nuggets believing that would be a spectacular value play. Our group then went through the necessary due diligence and noticed on google that Burger King was open 24 hours a day. Unfortunately, we were mistaken and the creeping dread arrived as we pulled into the parking lot. As we arrived, the shutters were clenched and the lights vanquished, we pulled into an otherwise abandoned drive thru lane and were awaited by nothing by cold, longing silence. Thus we were incredibly disappointed and were not able to get our Burger King that fateful night.

Well I don't think you can really give any fast food 5 Stars compared to other restaurants, so this 5 Stars is fast food specific. We have been on a road trip and have been stopping at a lot of fast food places. This Burger King seems pretty new, it's very clean, the staff were friendly and all working hard, the food was good. It was well worth driving off the freeway for just an extra few mins rather than stopping at one right off an exit. It also has its own parking lot, unlike other options close by aimed at walking students.they maintain great food, upkeep and good attitude!
