There is only one bathroom for males and females to use. The “Man’s” bathroom is only used for employees…!!!!! I pissed myself because I had to let a lady in to the bathroom we ALL share. This is not right…!!!!!!

I've been to this place since I was a child. I've never had issues and the food is bomb. They work as fast as they can and are also bilingual.

today I got good service. They let me use the bathroom. I was able to sit down and enjoy my double whopper and my soda. thank you very much!

Cool place with 2 soda machines, wasn't too crowded. Cashier messed up my order, putting mozzarella sticks when I asked for Jalapeño Cheese Bites, but it's no big deal.

This Burger King has its ups and downs. They food is good but the service is a bit too slow for me. They are almost always understaffed, which causes long waits. Also, some workers are nicer than others. You have to roll the dice and see which you get. The most repulsive thing is that drunk men and women come in here to sleep and get out of the weather. Almost every time I walk in there and walk by that hangout area, it smells really bad.

I would give it one star, I am a person who never goes to burger king, this time I went for an order and the cashier today, Saturday, May 18, 2024, was served by a young man and I asked him for a 12 dollar hamburger and he He offered an additional fee and quickly printed the ticket, I told him that I only wanted the 12 dollar one and logically I could pay for the 15 dollar one, the point is that he never told me that he was going to charge me more and I repeat again, I do not consume this type of meals. Then he told me that if I canceled it he would be missing from his box later, so I accepted and then he took away the burger ingredients from me!! I complained to him and he rudely told me "ma'am, take it", I stayed silent because I don't like to argue with anyone, please the cashier today, Saturday, May 18, 2024, I hope he will be punished or at least get his attention because the lack of respect he committed with me, if you have cameras listen to what he told me, the purchase was at approximately 3:25pm. I will never come back, because if I already accept that you charge me more for the additional fee, the least he should have done is PUT THOSE INGREDIENTS ON ME, NOT REMOVE THEM, I feel like he did it to bother me.

They close at 11PM and it was 10:30 PM when I got my order and they told me it was take out only and I couldn't eat my food in the dining area. I've worked in fast food before if someone orders their food a half hour before closing they should be able to eat there! It seems like they are making up their own rules here! I didn't see any signs saying the dining area closes at 10:30. I also ordered a vanilla shake with my order and right after I placed my order and paid for it the girl said she couldn't make it. I said fine refund my order I'll go somewhere else that has them you didn't tell me ahead of time you don't have that. Well through some magic she was then able to make it hmmm...

Ordered delivery 7 hamburgers customized Charge extra but they didn't make it the way I wanted. Very disappointed. All these fast foods do as they please without any supervision or proper training.

Today i walk in with my family and my small pup to have a quick bite. Only to be rudely dismissed to eat outside because i came in with a pup. The audacity they had to interrupt me as i going to pay for my meal. Not to mention other fast food areas allow pets without no discrimination. This is unacceptable other places greet not just the customers but their pets as well with a friendly gesture. Not to mention the know it all attitude from the cashier when asking for our orders. No friendly customer service, not even the person cleaning up said anything as anyone entered the store.

I don't know why this Burger King only has 1.5 stars but the customer satisfaction is ok the only thing that's off is that sometimes they give you the wrong order. I orders a plain cheese burger but they gave me a cheese burger with every topping. When your ordering plain make sure to to say it loud and more than once. Although the confusion of my orders the food is actually really good!

THEY SUCK! Just got back from getting breakfast for my wife and I and I spoke CLEARLY, I don't have an accent, the guy read it back in an accent and still gave me the wrong thing!!! This in not the first time! They fuck up the order 9 out of 10 times. I usually check the order but forgot to do so today!!! You want $15 an hour, do your job right first then we'll talk!!

THE WORSTT EVER ! They don't know what they're doing or what they give to people , I do not eat meat , and I spoke to 2 workers one that was a guy and a lady that did not care at all to even deal with me , she said "this is just another guy trying to just get a free burger & they do this all the time" excuse me ?? I can't believe the unprofessional management they got going on in this fast food restaurant, this is horrible considering I do not eat meat at all and I wanted to order an impossible whopper and they won't confirm whether it was a whopper or an impossible whopper , i didn't get to eat my order and I'm highly upset with how it was taken care of , they just simply don't care , and I expect an answer back before I take it to social media .

Today I asked to remove the lettuce and add cheese and didn't do neither of , horrible service

Stopped in the local Burger King and ordered the "Whopper melt" combo. I expected a Whopper, but it's nothing more than a double cheeseburger! False advertising. When did they shrink the Whopper!???

The absolute worst Burger King known to civilization. Decided to see what the fuss was about the impossible whopper. $7.50 for the sandwich alone, add slice of cheese. Tasted like someone cut out a piece of grandma's leather purse, and put it between a bun with 2 slices of Kraft Singles. You can make better veggie burgers at home.

Possibly one of the worst BK's I've ever been to in my life. The place is filthy, the staff is rude, you alwaysss have to check your order and if that isn't enough, I don't know what else to tell you but stay away!

I have been coming here for many years and the experiences were just amazing!! Very clean and workers always maintaining COVID-19 protocols! Hamburgers are always DELICIOUS!!!

This Burger King is so slow and whenever I go there to buy food I try to use my Burger King card and they say "our internet isn't working " do you have cash and I always get pissed off like god damn you earn so much money and can't afford WiFi like wtf bro and the Burger King by 37th street you can make your own soda but this Burger King have a small selection of beverages and I think they need to fix the place and make it new fashion and not old fashion

This place was horrible when it came to the food. My boyfriend ordered a number 1 whopper and the first one was cold, he went back for another one and the veggies were bad. Then he asked for onion rings and got fries because the person taking the order wasn't listening. My food was lukewarm and NOT HOT. My fries were cold. They didn't ask me what drink I wanted, just gave me coke.

Excruciating slow service oh my goodness. It's a Burger King not that difficult period in different help walking around looking lost. No one even asked if you'd like to place your order. They're too busy looking for answers on the ceiling

The food is ok but only the burgers thay might look bad but at the end you eill like the food

If you go to this Burger King, be very patient, also do yourself a favor and check your order before you leave. If you order something , and don't have "exact change," you may be sighed at. Seems to be young highs chooo kids barely running the place... I would avoid.

I just bought Burger King and when I got home they messed up my order. I bought 2 fries and they just give me one, mind you that this is not the first time that they messed up my order. Their service is also extremely slow. One time I waited 30 minutes for an order just to be told that they hadn't make it yet. There is also this old lady who is rude and aggressively gave me the bag and left without asking if I wanted sauce or anything. No doubt that there are nice workers but from my experience it's not so good.

Avoid. If you're lucky to have someone who speaks English to take your order--consider yourself lucky.
