This manager’s behavior is absolutely unacceptable. The way he speaks to customers is rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of properly explaining new regulations or policies, he talks back with attitude and acts as if customers are an inconvenience. If there are changes, it’s his responsibility to clearly communicate them ,not snap at people or make them feel stupid for asking a simple question.
I’ve always been able to purchase a toy separately for $1.15, and when I asked about it, he rudely responded, “No, that was before,” with zero explanation. No clarification, no courtesy, just attitude. That’s not how you treat paying customers.
Customer service means communication and respect. If he can’t handle basic questions without being nasty and defensive, he shouldn’t be in a management position.
