The 18 Best Restaurants in Park City, Utah | Eater

"The pub at the Montage Deer Valley hotel isn’t just any burger joint. The resort’s five-star standard takes this concept up a huge notch with seven spins on the all-American sandwich. Try the Ute, a bison patty with Point Reyes blue cheese, balsamic glazed onions, lettuce, and tomato, or the Catch, featuring seasonal fish, remoulade, avocado mousse, and lime coleslaw. For a pairing, take your pick from a list boasting more than 200 whiskeys, or opt for a spiked old-fashioned root beer float. Burgers & Bourbon’s giant fireplace, dark wood paneling, and separate bar area make it a homey place to linger, and it’s super kid- and vegetarian-friendly, too." - Katie Shapiro

The 22 Best Restaurants In Park City, Utah - Park City - The Infatuation

"If a stay at the high-end Montage Deer Valley will cause irreparable damage to your bank account, you can get a taste of the luxe resort by dining at its most casual restaurant. After clipping out, discuss tomorrow’s snow conditions over a whiskey flight or rye cocktail, some wagyu-topped nachos, and a trio of their fries (rosemary sea salt, truffle parmesan, and sweet potato). There are a bunch of burgers to choose from, but the B&B prime beef patty with savory High West whiskey bacon tomato jam is the one to get. Afterward, step outside to roast some s’mores and take a seat around a fire pit, where you can watch some of the more recent additions to Park City's wildlife population—snowcats on grooming duty." - jene shaw

"The World's Best Après-Ski The menu had me at "fry-trio": individual baskets of truffle parmesan, sweet potato and rosemary sea salt french fries, served with garlic aoili, paprika ranch and their classic b&b fry sauce. It drew me in further with its mac-n-cheese appetizer, Burger and Bourbon's delectable blend of bourbon caramelized onions, Gold Creek Farms aged cheddar, and thickly cut chunks of bacon. Add a locally distilled flight of Utah bourbon and a massive burger with fresh farm raised beef, and you've got yourself the world's best après-ski meal. The Montage Deer Valley resort, a ski-in ski-out luxury property in this pristine mountain town, offers a multitude of restaurants onsite, each with a different feel and its own unique specialties. Skiing always makes me crave a hearty meal that warms me to my bones, and Burgers and Bourbon was the perfect spot. My only regret: not saving enough room for one of their signature desserts, like the roasted s'mores ice cream shake spiked with a shot of Baileys."

Beautiful drive to The Montage at night. Restaurant had a laid-back vibe, great bourbon selection, creative burger options, and an "1876 Experience" that makes for a special gift anytime of year! Service was fast and super-friendly/helpful since this was our first visit. Will be back with friends on our next visit!

Angela (at the Bar & outdoor patio) MADE OUR EXPERIENCE AMAZING. Angela is friendly, attentive, and focused on providing a memorable experience for Guests. Our family went for a hike in the Wasatch Forrest, and stopped in to Burgers & Bourbon for an early dinner on our way back to Park City. The outdoor patio is super cute & casual, with picnic tables & a fire pit. The burgers are OUTSTANDING and (of course) the bourbon selection is plentiful. Be sure to try the tater tots! So delish. Reservations may be preferred - we called 30 minutes prior to verify availability & confirm our casual hiking attire was acceptable for an impromptu dinner. Thank you to Angela for being amazing and creating a fun memory for our family. We appreciate YOU!

Great burger, the meat was tender and the taste combination of all the ingredients was very well put together. Loved the warm, homey atmosphere. Kid friendly as well.

Had a late dinner around 8:30PM, place was empty but we still had a good time. The old fashion and the burger were really good, so overall the experience was good.

Google
Great apps, tasty burgers. Limited menu but nice atmosphere and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the wagyu beef nachos! My daughter did not enjoy her chicken fingers, but it is a burger place. The other 12 of us had great meals. The hotel is a really cool place to visit. It is beautiful at night with the trees lit up. We did not stay at the hotel but would definitely consider it when we return to Deer Valley.

Google
Great vibe at this hotel restaurant from the moment you walk in. They focus on burgers but have a special vegan menu as well that listed a few good looking dishes that not on the normal menu. Be sure to request it. We went for burgers. The grilled veggies and fries trio on the side were really nice but unfortunately their vegan burger with black bean patty itself was very bland. It needs quite a lot of work. The desserts made up for it though. That mint ice cream brownie sandwich was one to remember.

Absolutely delicious brunch in a gorgeous atmosphere with top notch service! You absolutely cannot pass up the wagyu nachos.

Google
You can’t go wrong with dining anywhere in the Montage, but this was easily our favorite option. Their nachos are ridiculous (several light eaters from our party shared them as their one entree and still couldn’t finish them). Best chili I’ve ever had. We tried several different burgers and all of them were great. Fries in all forms were perfect (I preferred the sweet potato fries myself). Salads weren’t bad either. All of it was well complemented by a selection of delicious brews and a large, varied bar.

Yelp
My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary with dinner at B&B. The staff was so attentive and took care of our every wish. Our server, Catya, was personable and you can tell she genuinely cares about cares about who she is taking care of. From the Wagyu beef nachos to our perfectly cooked burgers, we had to end up leaving with one of their shakes too. The setting could not have been more perfect with the deep evergreens and golden aspens outside the windows. Best dinner we've had out in a very long time. Thank you!

Yelp
This is Shake Shake with sky high prices. We were a table of 8 and seated with menus. Then waitress comes over and says our party was too large and gave us a smaller menu. Fewer items to order. WTF. Regardless, service slow and food meh.

Yelp
We met some friends for dinner here on Sunday night. As we only ski weekdays we had not realized that spring break was in full force so the restaurant was picked with families and it showed. Walking to our table the first thing I noticed was that the carpet was filthy. It had a layer of food on it that showed the cleanliness just not in the cards for this establishment. We asked to be moved to another table, as there was an open table with a long bench for seating. However we could be be accommodated as a teenager at the table next door had decided to appropriate the bench for a nap and the hostess was not going to deal with an entitled young brat and his parents. Service was mediocre at best so not much else to say. I am guessing that they were understaffed but at the prices they charge it is not my problem as the guest. The men folk had the B&B burger with truffle fries. The burger was good, cooked to order and the fries were spot on. Our wives split a "Yama" which is listed as "seared big eye tuna / sesame crust / spicy aïoli / avocado mousse / slaw." The fish was mealy and the avocado mousse was really guacamole. The upshot of eating the fish is that both of our wives had an upset stomach in the middle of the night. As we live in Old Town I learned a good lesson. There are great burgers to be had on Main Street at a better price with good service and clean floors. We will stick with our go-to's The Spur and No Name.

Yelp
I really enjoyed the burger here after a long day of skiing in Park City. This place is pretty pricey, but honestly the burger was extremely worth it. The burger had this tasty, unique taste that really is hard to explain. You could tell it was aged well and seasoned exceptionally. Paired with an old fashion, it did not disappoint. I also chose to add the truffle fries and would highly recommend it! One thing to know -- it's valet only! Would recommend coming back!!

Yelp
The food was impressive for mountain food, but the service was average. We will be back for the club sandwich since it was HUGE and delicious. The fries were also extremely crunchy... maybe the best fries we've had in a long time. We were unimpressed by the service, but it was status quo. We had dirty plates hanging out on our table for a long time, and many bartenders/employees were just standing around on a slow Sunday morning. We also had to ask for more hot water when our see-through tea kettle was empty for a while and it took a while to get to us (perhaps it was being freshly boiled?). $120 for lunch with no alcohol. The ambiance was bright and had very great mountain chic decor, but we couldn't help but notice that it was actually cold in the restaurant. I kept my ski layers on and still felt kind of chilly.

Yelp
Ambiance the night we went was nice, little eerie because it was so empty and if your talking you have to do so quietly or the many workers on shift will hear you. We were one of two people here and they seated us right by their computer, menus, water refills etc., so lots of workers came and with grabbed something from right next to us or came to check on us a few too many times. We were looking to have an intimate conversation and it got interrupted frequently because 6 different people walked near our table or just stood next to it at times. Also right when checking in for our reservation (which requires a credit card to book, and a $50 late cancellation fee), the song FUN by SpongeBob was playing. Probably an accident but the details matter. Service was prompt but also just a little creepy standing near our table and not coming directly to us to ask if we needed anything. It was kinda like a shy shuffle towards you and then if you look at them they shyly ask if you need something. Menu is small. That's fine! The Parmesan truffle fries were delicious, esp for a garlic lover like me. Ceasar salad to start was also good, no anchovies for us and still flavorful. I was very satisfied with these two. The burger definitely disappointed. I got the b&b burger. I couldn't eat more than 3-4 bites. The patties were flavorless and overdone. They left a bitter aftertaste in your mouth almost gave the impression that they'd been cooked hours before. Said it was American cheese but it wasn't completely melted. Light if any sauce on the burger. You can only get this burger well done which makes no sense. Overall not terrible, but I would never choose to go here ever again under any circumstance. My husband liked the burger and finished the whole thing. So maybe it's just me? Ambiance really is a quaint and cozy feeling. Just during the summer when no one is staying at the hotel it feels a little creepy and isolated. The little details can really make a difference. With all the amazing places to eat in deer valley and park city, i would never choose this again.

Yelp
Lauren, our waitress was absolutely amazing. So sweet and helpful and gave us a free birthday dessert. The food was really good! And we loved spending the evening at the lounge and listening to live music :)

Yelp
First time visitor. The ambiance is rustic elegance. Dark wood, fireplace and views of the slopes set the tone. We started with the whipped feta which was delicious. Served with warm pita, dripped with honey and sprinkled with nuts, I thought I went to appetizer heaven. For dinner we split a bison burger. It was cooked to perfection. Flawless. Service was excellent. The only reason for the 4 star was the cost/value. Prices were high as expected as Montage. It's an exclusive place but the $1,976 burger.... Yes a 2k burger is ridiculous. Bougie gone wild!!

Yelp
Our entire trip was made better by Tori and Naomi, who were the best restaurant staff I have ever had! They made every single attempt possible to make our time wonderful and to help us enjoy our food and company. They were the best!!

Yelp
Came by on a Friday night, after a day of traveling and getting checked in. Had a burger, a trio of fries, and a couple drinks in a party of three. Service was friendly and food was delicious

Diya L.

Yelp
Good burger but the lux burger (foi gras, truffle cheese, bourbon onion) is not worth the price tag. The foi gras and bourbon onions are a nice touch but the "truffle cheese" appears to be cheddar with a small sprinkle of truffle salt on it. Same with the truffle fries- it appears to just be truffle salt. I've ordered truffle fries elsewhere where they actually had truffle oil on top. I've also had truffle fried rice where they had giant shavings of truffle on top. Given the high price tag of this place I expected a bit more luxury, but in the end I'll return for their classic burger but probably won't splurge on the Lux one again. Regular fries are good, sweet potato fries were over cooked.

Yelp
Umm, people, its located in the montage. $15 for a burger? a kick ass burger with great service at the bar (thanks Victor!)? Of course its $15! You are lucky its not $20 or $25. great drinks, cool ambience. I do understand giving preference (within reason) to the guests staying at the montage. Had the nachos for lunch, and they are consistent with what has been said in other reviews (incredible). Unless you are a glutton, dont try to take down the full order yourself (I made it a 1/3 of the way through). Great selection of bourbons to boot!

Yelp
Had an excellent corporate party dinner at this great restaurant. From the limited menu provided for our large work group (see photo), I started with the Crispy Crab Cake, and OH was that the right choice. I'd have been just fine having a few of them for my dinner. Yet, I continued with the original game plan and as an entree I had the beef tenderloin. The meat was cooked to medium rare perfection, and was a wonderful cut. My only complaint was that the accompanying side portions were SO small--they were all wonderful, but just not enough to accompany the full steak. For dessert I had the chocolate tart, which really wasn't what I was expecting--it was rich and very chocolatey, but a bit more silky/creamy than I prefer so it wasn't my favorite. But truly it's just a personal preference thing. For the chocolate tart lover, I'm sure it would have been amazing.

Yelp
Food was tasty. Nothing super special but the service was where they seemed to really shine. Our waiter was also the bartender, Chad. I felt like he went above and beyond to help us. I had to make some modifications to my order and after he put it in, he personally went to the kitchen to make sure that the order was correct. My drink was not particularly tasty. He offered me something else and tweaked it three times until I liked it! All the while, he was kind, approachable and professional. If people like him are working again, I will for sure return. And yes, the food was decent. The fries were overly salty, the lettuce on the burger was wilted but the staff were all wonderful, with Chad being absolutely exceptional. It was a quiet afternoon, the restaurant was hardly filled so maybe they did not have time to get on their A game for the rush? I'm a fan of being merciful. You never know what someone else is going through. I look forward to next time. I hope this helps you. Cheers!

Yelp
Was quoted forty five minute wait. Staff was undermanned which I appreciate. However, went back after forty minutes and was given a run around for an additional twenty minutes with no update on timing. Hospitality was awful. Had hungry kids. Will never eat here again.

Rachelle S.

Yelp
The food was absolutely incredible. We got two burgers and three shakes, & they all were more than satisfactory. The service was incredibly quick and the staff were very kind. The atmosphere was comfy, yet fancy. This review was written by my daughter & I approve of this message.
google avatar

Wendy L.

Yelp
Should be called Fried and Shakes. The fries and shakes were very good. Several of the nicer bourbons were not available, and the beef burgers were average. The tuna burger was very bland.
google avatar

Janice S.

Yelp
This place is fantastic. Great food. Maybe 4 1/2 stars for the food. Great service too. They even offer gluten free buns if you ask. I especially liked the French fry trio and the chicken wings. The burgers are enormous. We ate here twice during our stay. It was seriously that good.

Yelp
3.5 stars to be exact. There were definitely things I loved, and things I didn't. This place is in the Montage, and when I went to sit on my chair there were crumbs of food all over it. Gross, I swept them off myself. The waiter suggested we start with the wagyu beef nachos, and from the description, we couldn't pass them up. The beef was absolutely delicious. Soft and tender, great flavor, and this was a big portion of nachos, however, the chips were SO stale, like disgustingly. Even though the toppings were beyond great, chips are everything, and the nachos were inedible. We informed our waiter who took them off our bill. Very nice of him. My husband and I split two burgers. The double bacon cheeseburger, and the blue cheese burger. The double bacon was amazing!! The buns they use are perfect, soft but holds everything together. Meat was cooked and seasoned well. We loved it. The blue bacon burger was good, but blue cheese was a tad over powering, and we got a few chewy fat pieces in the meat, like hard chewy. Not good. My daughter had the patty melt, and it was actually one of my favorite bites, the caramelized onion, and the toasty rye bread, delicious!! Now the fries. Holy crap, truffle fries were amazing, and the sweet potato fries were excellent too! Get the fry trio, for sure! We did like the food, but overall, for the price, I've had a handful of burgers in the salt lake area that were better.

Yelp
Love this spot! Five star service and decor, fantastic reasonably-priced food, and extensive whiskey selection. The staff's observance of covid safety (ample spacing, cleaning/sanitizing) was also perhaps the best of any of the many restaurants we've dined at this week. My wife and I were seated window-side looking out on the slopes and our server went over and above to find interesting bourbons I hadn't yet tried. Being a whiskey collector it was nice to see favorites such as Eagle Rare 17, and Elijah Craig 18 which are becoming impossible to find anywhere. Thanks again for a great experience. We look forward to coming back soon!

Yelp
Located in the Montage Hotel, this section of the canyon provides a stunning setting; sitting out on the patio on a warm sunny afternoon in Empire Canyon at Deer Valley is amazing. For patio dining this spot ranks a ten. Relaxed and comfortable, the atmosphere prepares you for your burger experience. These are truly gourmet burgers prepared to perfection. I enjoyed a straightforward mushroom and Swiss burger; however, the available options for toppings and ingredients were plentiful. Prices range from $14 for their classic burger to $32 for a foie gras with truffle, Bourbon caramelized onions and arugula. We were there on Father's Day and since this is Utah, rather than bourbon, they gave all of the dads a free milkshake. I ordered the chocolate shake and it was amazing - rich, creamy and chocolaty. The straw as thick and it went down fast. Beyond their bourbon drinks, I believe milkshakes are one of their signature items. After indulging on your burger and shake or burger and bourbon, take a hike around the grounds - it's a terrific alpine setting with mountain bikers and hikers taking advantage of the terrain. Another suggestion for a post burger activity is to continue your drive up the canyon to the top of Guardsman's pass. There you'll take in a spectacular view of the Heber Valley. Don't miss it. Salute!

Yelp
We made reservations a week in advance online. My mom called to confirm, and they could not find them - but this was a 15 minute deal. So then she made another reservation. We arrived on time, but our table was not ready. We were lead outside to the complementary s'mores - which were great - although out of hot chocolate. We had a 5 and 6 year old with us. After waiting 20 minutes for our table, we inquired and it seems we had been forgotten - as another party of our size had been seated. They seated us. We then waited and waited for waitstaff to approach our table. When she finally did - she said we should put in our order as the kitchen was very backed up. She then advised us that here a medium burger had a bloody center. We like a pink center - so we ordered medium well. Our food came 1 hr 15 minutes after arrival. And the burgers were extremely well done - no pink to be seen. Cheese not melted on cheeseburgers. The waitress informed us that she was the only waitstaff for the entire restaurant. They were extremely under staffed despite not hotel restaurant being full. The restaurant also has really bad acoustics. Cannot hear anyone. And they added 18% gratuity. The property is beautiful, but the service abysmal and the food inadequate for the price. We'd have gotten better service and at least the food we expected at McDonalds.

Yelp
We had a phenomenal experience at Burgers and Bourbon! We were there for a special occasion, and special it was! We went in with the mission of ordering too much food and taking anything we couldn't finish home: We started with the friend pickles and mac n cheese. The mac was mind blowing... do not pass up this appetizer! Such cheese! Such spice! For our entrees, my boyfriend got the smokehouse burger (mostly for the bourbon sauce!), and I got the foie gras burger. I'll be honest, I am not really a foie gras connoisseur, and I have seen other reviews that docked points for the foie gras, but I quite enjoyed it. We also got the trio fries. Delicious, but we definitely didn't need the whole trio with everything else... next time, we will probably stick to the winner of the three, the rosemary sea salt. Of course, we also enjoyed some bourbons. I don't know a ton about bourbon, but the Woodford was great, and the Bookers was so great, we had a second round! The best part of the experience was our server, Sebastian. He was on point, and so accommodating. I try not to do the "Iiiii was a server for many years, and in myyyy day," which sometimes I catch myself saying to myself if I receive subpar/poor service, but Sebastian was truly a professional. I eat out multiple times a week, and he was not just the best server I have had in recent history, but one of the best I have had EVER. I'll say it again, it made the experience! We will definitely be back! I had my eye on the tuna burger, and will pull the trigger on it next time... and, obviously, we will be requesting a certain server! Thanks again, B&B!

Yelp
Visited for the Wagyu nachos after a full day of skiing in Park City which did not disappoint! Burgers and fries were decent, too. Nice to get away from the main downtown area and wander around the Montage until our Uber came to pick us up!

Yelp
AM I IN HEAVEN ?????? Located inside the spectacular Montage Deer Valley Resort, this little nook inside this gargantuan building is remarkable. Incredible mountain views out of immense windows add to the heavenly ethereal feeling. The area is squeeky clean, and the staff is so interesting because they are from different countries. First class all the way. The menu is brief, but certainly is complete. Interesting alcohol choices, including flights, assorted burgers and sandwiches, chili, chicken tortilla soup, hot dogs, appetizers, and a couple entrees. Did I mention the 30 oz ribeye for 2? Something like $135 ? Sold There are several beers, both draft and bottled. There is even one made from a local brewery just for the Montage. SWEET. A children's menu was even offered. We had the wing appetizer, nice with just a little bite. Nummy. We both had the turkey burger and were delighted. The added avocado was an easy extra that just completed the burger. Good Choice !! Loved it, and so did my digestive system. The salty rosemary fries were addicting, and were extremly flavorful. We rolled out of there 2 happy campers. T R U L Y F I T F O R A N G E L S

Yelp
It's a guarded 4 stars. The service was wonderful and smooth. The location perfect. The handling of the food mishaps well done. The final food we ate was very good. It lifts it to four stars. We ordered the cheeseburger, BBQ burger and lux burger. The burgers were ordered red in the middle. Two came cooked to hockey puck status. The other one with some pink. The replacements were cooked properly. The meat is good, but doesn't jump out with taste and texture the speaks of the quality of the meat. Getting the grind and mix correct in a burger is a lot of work. It still needs some work. In the end, the cheeseburger is the best. Nothing covers up the taste of the meat. The cheese compliments it. The BBQ sauce overwhelms. The foie gras isn't foie gras. It is probably a high percentage foie gras pate, but it is not cooked from raw foie gras. The soup was very good, but we didn't expect all the mustard on the grilled cheese. Who does that without at least indicating it on the menu? They have a tendendency to do a little too much sweetening on the drinks. If you want a traditional Sazerac, let them know what you want. Otherwise, you will have trouble detecting even hints of absinthe and it will be very sweet. Their second try came out good. We even had another one once they started making it old school. We had the spiked smore shake. Apparently if you want the one they make by default, it's $9 for the additional alcohol. However, we weren't in the mood for the Bulleit. The server suggested maybe Baileys would be something we would like. Somehow I expected $9 for the Baileys. After all, a bottle of Baileys is cheaper than a bottle of Bulleit -- yet the Baileys was $13 for 1.5 ounces. That's nearly the price for half a bottle to get 1.5 oz. Really? So lots of weird mishaps that won't have me running back, but perfect service. Probably deserves 3 stars, but I'm feeling generous.

Brayton W.

Yelp
Usually this place is really good and Ive given them a ton of business but the burger I just received was completely RAW with a light sear on the outside. I'm all for rare and even blue rare steaks, but ground beef should not be served raw... The manager CJ was very rude and should be ashamed, couldn't accommodate us whatsoever. I'm really disappointed especially since it's a $23 burger. The milkshake was good but it's pretty hard to screw up ice cream and milk. Im absolutely shocked that this establishment would hire such a horrible manager. He should be working at McDonald's.

Yelp
Usually a decent place for dinner. Today for lunch while skiing not so much. Snooty inattentive bar tender. Stupid rules such as no a la carte menu service for an outside snack and drink. No waitstaff for outside dining. Can't get a bar room table unless you walk a mile back to the hostess stand and ask to be anointed or something. Bathroom 3 miles away....or so it seems. If you want to waste half your $180 lift ticket skiing day by having a snack this is a great place. Food is good though.

Michelle B.

Yelp
Only giving a two star review because our serve Wendy was great but our nachos were not. We have been coming to the Montage for years now for the wagyu nachos and have seen them decline over the past 6 months. The nachos had no flavor at all, to the point where I thought I maybe had covid and was losing my taste. There were hardly any toppings on the nachos at all and little crumbles of wagyu. Normally there a chunks of wagyu where you could see it is cooked to medium rare. When we got half way through the nachos it was all little crumb of chips as if they emptied the entire bag of chips onto the plate including all of the little crumbs. You had to use a spoon to finish the rest of the nachos. For spending $31 on nachos that used to be amazing, you are better off going to cafe rio. It is really unfortunate but we will not be returning to burgers and bourbon. Mind you when we showed up to Burgers and Bourbon they said they would have to see if they had availability and acted as if they were sooo busy. We walked in with the host and there were only two tables occupied and the entire bar was emptied along with the rest of the burgers and bourbon area, this is not the first time this has happened either.

Yelp
Great burgers and beautiful atmosphere at the Montage Hotel. Good way to get away from all the people on Main Street Park City for a nice dinner in the current COVID environment. The hotel also provides valet parking so everything is super easy.

Yelp
If you're looking for gourmet burgers- and I'm talking gourmet burgers - then this is your place. Burgers and Bourbon is a place that serves burgers that come in all kind of varieties, including bison and veggie. But when I say they serve burgers, I mean that is all they serve, unless you plan to load up on their appetizers and kids menu. The setting of this restaurant is also very classy and their service is on point, so no complaints there! I am torn between giving this place four or five stars (lets just call it 4.5 for now) because their burgers are really good, but they are also terribly expensive, with the cheapest one coming in at $15, their sides of fries are also sparse for what you are paying or so I feel. Do expect a delicious burger (probably the best one in Park City) but don't expect a small check.

Yelp
We tried the Park City Sour and Cider House drinks. Both really good but our fav was the Sour. Then shared the Wagyu Nachos, Smokehouse Burger, and trio of fries. We did the half order of nachos based on our servers recommendation and we were glad we did because it was a lot of food for a half order. The nachos had very tender strips of beef with amazing flavor. The guacamole, cheese, sour cream, beans, and peppers all blended together for perfection. We've had the burger before and it was just as good as we remembered. And the fries were good too with the truffle fries being our fav. Super fast service for a Friday night. As a bonus we got to see a mama moose and her baby walk by outside. So cool!

Yelp
When you go here.....you MUST order the wagyu nachos!! The best nachos in Utah! We always enjoy our experience at this restaurant.

Yelp
Meh. Underwhelming. "The best burger in Park City" is pretty disappointing. The fries were 5/5 but the burgers were disappointing. The buns were sub par and even the menu seemed basic.

Yelp
By far the best burger in all of Utah. The milkshakes are great and the fries are even better. Mix that with some top-tier choices for drinks and you have a perfect burger night out

Yelp
Hotel is beautiful and valet parking is free. Not much of a view from the restaurant, but it's the most economical of the dining options at the Montage. The burgers were a bit underseasoned and rather unremarkable. All the beers on tap are 4% alcohol, and the drinks were seriously watered down. Definitely stick to the bottled beer or wine as a beverage to go with the meal. The fries were delicious, especially the truffle parmesan fries. We had a large party, and despite the nearly empty restaurant with only one other table occupied, it took about 20 minutes to put a table together. Overall, makes a decent excursion if you want to check out the Montage, but it's more for the experience than the actual food.

Yelp
Very decent burger place with a good variety and very high quality. It is a small place, so tough to get reservations during busy season, but overall a great option in the mountain.

Yelp
I have already written about Daly's at the Montage and Burgers and Bourbon runs a lot in the same train of thought. The first nice thing about the menu is that it is not a repeat in any way of Daly's. The caesar salad was good and the bison burger was pretty much as good as a burger gets. The real hit for the table were the kobe hot dogs -- maybe it was the fact that hot dogs have not been on the menu for a while or perhaps they just are that good! Finally -- I still can't quite figure out the Utah liquor laws but the only thing that mattered here was they did have a nice selection on draught.

Yelp
Stayed at the hotel and ate here a couple times. Service is wonderful. Classic Burger was disappointing, and definitely needed more seasoning or just salt in the party. Bourbon list is great, and cocktails were on point (shout out to the younger bartender with glasses with mixology/speak-easy experience! So sorry I forgot your name, but you MADE our experience there with your cocktails and conversation! Outstanding compared to the rest of the staff).

Yelp
This is a great place to grab a burger on top of a massive mountain in Deer Valley. The Montage hotel is absolutely stunning and the service at this restarting was extremely on point. Conner took excellent care of my mother, brother and I. Truffle fries were amazing as well as the SmokeHouse burger is so good! We would absolutely come back any night for our ski-cation. Such great comfort food and an unbelievable atmosphere.

Yelp
The burgers were amazing and so was the service! We were actually considering going there again until we got hit with the bill. $7 dollars for a macchiato (literally a shot of espresso with foam) is just absurd! I don't mind paying for good food and have eaten in some of the priciest restaurants around the world but this type of price gauging is unacceptable! To bad they were able to dampen our experience over coffee.

Yelp
My family and I had dinner at this restaurant located in the Montage Hotel. Ordinarily, I avoid hotel food but I decided to give B&B a shot. Unfortunately, I should have gone with my instinct as this place was horribly mediocre. Other than being located in a lovely hotel, there was nothing noteworthy about this experience. Our waiter was conspicuously absent for most of our meal. But he jumped out of the floor boards like Jacob Marley when it was time to bestow the check and collect payment for the for the rotten slop that he didn't even deign to serve. For some bizarre reason this chap seemed to believe that it was the job of the bus staff to deliver food and take orders for drink refills. He would be well advised to look up what the term "server" actually means as he clearly was unaware of his duties. On to the food that was offered, obviously based on the name of this place we ordered burgers and based on the recommendation of the valet, we ordered the Waygu nachos for $23.00. B&B had the nerve to serve this mess with processed orange nacho cheese similar to what one would get at a 7-11 for $1.99. This highly recommended "treat" was nothing less than a one way ticket on the heartburn express. One would get better nachos at any Appleby's for $6.99. My advice would be to avoid this like the plague. I ordered the smoke house burger which was a combination of BBQ sauce, cheese and bacon. The condiments were tasty. However, they were insufficient to overcome the incredible blandness of the burger. This patty tasted like something from a value pack of pre-made burgers from Costco. Certainly not worth the $18.00 that was charged for this mediocre burger. To give an example of how poor the quality of this place is, I would offer the example of the ice cream that came with my five year old's kiddie meal. This establishment had the gall to serve up a dollop of vanilla ice cream which was inedible (even at a five year old boy's ice cream standards) due to freezer burn. Imagine a restaurant in a fancy hotel with standards so low that this kind of garbage gets served? The only highlight of this experience were the hardworking bus staff. They were efficient and performed their tasks in an exemplary manner. If it was not for them, this would have been a one star review. The cost of this gastronomic atrocity was $120.00+ the cost of some pepto bismol tablets from a gas station on my way home. B&B lived up to all the stereotypes of a hotel meal, mediocre and over priced. I was particularly surprised with the M.I.A. waiter. Even in a mediocre hotel restaurant the waitstaff is usually exemplary. I was just about to send out bloodhounds out after our waiter! My advice? Have a drink at the bar, look at the pretty hotel, hop in your car and go elsewhere!

Yelp
It started out bad... With a 30 minute wait only to be seated in an empty dining area. When we asked the hostess why there was a wait she said "we wanted to give you the best experience possible"... Whatever that means. We sat in the empty dining area for another 10 minutes before our server came over and she explained that they were short-staffed (indeed). She was nice and tried to turn the experience around for us. We ordered the pickle chips, two burgers and two cocktails (Old Fashioned). Our drinks took another 10-15 minutes to arrive (an earlier arrival could have softened our mood). The burgers arrived and they were tiny, and the "side of slaw" was in a quarter-sized ramekin. The food was pretty disappointing considering the price ($14 for a burger - fries are $5 extra! $14 for a weak cocktail). We are staying at the hotel for another few days, and options are very limited, but I think we will avoiding Burgers and Bourbon.

Yelp
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GO TO THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU ARE NOT STAYING AT THE MONTAGE! What a disgrace...my family and our friends are staying at a neighboring Deer Valley lodge. We showed up with 5 kids at 545 to a half-empty restaurant and were advised by the arrogant staff that unreserved tables were held for Montage guests just in case they wandered in (no reservations accepted here) and we would have to wait 1 1/2 hours for a table. I don't think we have ever encountered such a policy. I cannot ever imagine returning to this establishment. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Yelp
Burgers and Bourbon gets 5 stars because of location and service. Set in the Montage Deer Valley it's an absolutely stunning snow lodge meets luxury. My favorite time to go is right at the end of summer . . . mountain is still green, it's nice enough to sit on the back patio and take in the quiet and fresh air. Other than really good burgers, the chili is surprisingly good. The salmon isnt a huge portion. The trio of fries and sauces is my fav. The shakes are divine. Park City is already a little slice of heaven and Deer Valley is bonus.

Yelp
Atmosphere was just about as blah you could get, food was just ok and somewhat over priced but to be expected. But the service took the cake, had an empty glass that was never refilled and the waitress never checked in on us.
