Even though it took a while to get greeted, this place is a gem in the city. They have great vegan options, and the Brussels sprouts were tasty.

It's a cute spot and a great concept but leaves much to be desired. The coffee is good, but that's about it. Inattentive service-- we were practically the only table and the staff was just chatting for twenty minutes while our drinks were sitting on the tray at the end of the bar. When they arrived the ice was almost melted, and there was no ginger beer in the mule. We tried again another day, and the old fashioned I ordered was gross-- icky sweet, melted ice chips, and the taste of the muddled cherries completely overpowered the bourbon. I'm so happy we found this place! We were nearby and decided to find breakfast. When we walked in, we were greeted by 2 women and seated immediately. Our server was at the table to take our drink orders right away. The drinks were great - I had the Busboys Sangria. For brunch, I ordered the Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict. This was soooo good! I cleaned my plate and can't wait to go back.

Really enjoyed the food at this Busboys and Poets location. My friend and I had the shrimp and grits, the lamb burger and for dessert, chocolate cake. The food was made with fresh ingredients, seasoned well and tasted great. The wait staff were attentive and helpful. The restaurant was busy at the time we visited but we did not wait long to be seated or served. We ate indoors but there is Lots of outdoor seating as well.

This place was truly awesome. We felt comfortable during COVID and the waiter kindly reminded us to keep our masks on unless we were sitting at our table. The service was kind and friendly, the bathrooms were clean, and the food was really good. Especially the lamb sliders, truly amazing! My kids also loved their food. The coffee was unique and delicious as well. Definitely recommend in every level!
