"Busty’s is a ‘70s-themed neighborhood bar from some of the people behind The White Horse and Frazier’s. Much like those two other spots, it’s a casual affair with cheap and potent drinks that serve as catnip to anyone in a five-mile radius with boots and a flannel shirt. You’ll find a few people here taking their billiards game a little too seriously, but most are just here to catch up, eat a cheeseburger, and drink blue hawaiians under a full-sized vintage car suspended upside down from the ceiling." - nicolai mccrary, matthew jacobs
"This casual neighborhood dive bar in Windsor Park has a ‘70s theme with low prices to match. The menu boasts prices that are mostly single digits, including costs for items like smash burgers, biscuits, and its diner-favorite picadillo burritos. Don’t forget your coins for the jukebox, where diners are invited to pick out their favorite tunes. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas." - Erin Russell
"The Windsor Park neighborhood bar added a dedicated brunch menu to its lineup in late October. This means its same Americana meets Texas-Mexico border approaches leading to dishes like waffles with ribs, egg plates with beans and tortillas, and a breakfast burrito. There are also morning drinks like beermosas and bloody marias. Brunch hours are from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. There are indoor and outdoor dine-in areas." - Nadia Chaudhury
"The Windsor Park neighborhood bar is new and yet it feels like a true-and-true easy bar with fun cocktails and beers since April. This makes sense given the pedigree of the team involved. Drinks includes the bright neon green Melon Baller with gin, Midori, and green tea; the smooth-drinking Little Red Corvette with Aperol, blood orange vodka, and sparkling wine; and the sippable Smoking Jacket with American and Scottish whiskeys and chile liqueur. The actually-good food menu doesn’t hurt too. There are indoor and outdoor dine-in areas." - Nadia Chaudhury
"The spring has been a good season for new dive bars with great restaurants attached to ‘em in Austin. The new timeless-feeling Windsor Park bar seems like it’s been in the city for forever, but truthfully, it opened in April. On deck’s an easygoing food and drinks menu. The former takes its cues from Texas-Mexico border truck stop dining establishments. That means smash burgers, potato taquitos drenched in salsas, picadillo burritos, and biscuits (head chef James Durham also runs pop-up Jimjam’s Biscuits) with some edible glitter thrown in there. There are indoor and outdoor dine-in areas." - Nadia Chaudhury
