Really great crispy chicken. Freshly made, from order to getting the food it wasn’t too long. Staff member was friendly. Got the tendies and the 4 piece portion size would be great for 1 or even sharing if you got a few sides. Def recommend the hot honey.

One of the most disappointing Chicken sandwich in my life ! It’s said “ slaw “ it’s just tired salad , no sauces no nothing , basically 3 tenders and bread £10 , I had to ask for more sauce . On the other hand chicken wings some of the best … shame for the sandwich …. All that £16.50 , 3 wings and 3 tenders !

Visited this location and was really disappointed with the service. Despite the restaurant being open until 10 PM, we were told at 9:00 PM that certain sauces were unavailable because they were “closing soon.” Shortly after, the seating area was shut off, even though there were still customers eating and it was nowhere near closing time. Staff claimed it was due to cleaning, but trays and food wrappers were still all over the place. Charged us £2 for cheese sauce in fries and the gravy. The gravy was thick and disgusting made me want to puke. I have attached pictures. To make matters worse, at 9:05 PM, a staff member named Simmy came over and told us she was closing the toilet, giving us barely any notice. We had a friend who has some health issues and needed to use the toilet. Her attitude was rude and dismissive throughout the visit, and the overall service felt rushed and inconsiderate. Definitely not the experience you’d expect when the place advertises being open until 10 PM. Would not return.

The chicken tenders are really good - decent size, very tender and succulent and excellent crunchy batter. Skin on fries also good but very over-salted - and this is coming from someone who likes a lot of salt! The big disappointment was the gravy, TINY little pot of processed gravy (see pic) costs £2!! This is really poor value. They give free ketchup and mayo sachets and this is probably costing them far more than the gravy.

This place is the perfect hang out spot, and with an 20% off for students, it’s Especially Perfect for students! The service was super nice. Daniel, who served me when I went, was super friendly and had a great Sense of humor. the food smelled good from outside, but tasted even better. While the place was somewhat tiny, I can’t blame them for that. They have plenty of good deals for you to sink your teeth into. If you don’t know what to eat, you cannot go wrong with this place.

This was a nice surprise. We didn’t plan on eating here but glad we did. The chicken was delicious. I had the buffalo burger with extra tenders on the side and the chicken was so tasty. I’d definitely return for those tenders. It was a really light and crispy batter. The spicy chips were ok, I’d probably try something else next time.

Everything was pretty nice, chicken batter and chicken quite succulent. Atmosphere was a bit cold, and could be a bit cleaner. Service very friendly and helpful. Park in either Ealing Broadway car park or near Walpole Patk.

Really nice chicken joint. The wings were juicy and the batter was crispy and flavourful. The chicken burger was delicious. We loved the spicy fries and the cheesy fries. The staff in the restaurant was friendly. It’s a nice dinning experience overall. Too bad they ran out of coleslaw.
