I’ve been to more than 40 omakase sushi restaurants, would say this is one of the worst. Totally don’t recommend. Firstly, the service really sucks. We ordered two sake in total and they never pour for us. Not even once. Also, they never top up our ginger. Attitude was bad as well. Secondly, the food tasted really average. My hokkigai even have an unpleasant taste. There’s no highlight at all on the menu. This omakase menu cost $400-500 Singapore dollar per pax. With this pricing, you can get something better.

Food was delicious. Each appraiser served was like a piece of art. And our sushi to follow was delicious. I would've liked to see scallop, which Hokkaido is famous for, but the abalone was a nice surprise Our sushi chef was a bit shy and you had to ask a lot of questions to get him to engage, even when he wasn't actively making anything. But if you get the head chef, he engaged freely with the customers. Pricing was a bit high, despite it being an omakase. This was really my only qualm.

Very fresh and good omakase. Price is about $400/person. The team are friendly and supportive. Not allowing kids under 14 unless you book private rooms or full 8 desks but no kids menu

A very nice experience after a hard day of skiing. We were impressed by the level of attention, care and detail throughout the meal. A worthwhile stop for your trip in Niseko

Wonderful food by a wonderful Chef. People who do not know the nuances of sushi would not be able to fully enjoy the experience here as the Chef is crazy talented. The way he does his sushi flips are amazing, transitioning from various methods for different fishes with amazing finesse, watching him is simply a visual symphony. The dishes were all perfectly prepared, with my personal favourite being the steamed abalone served with its own liver sauce cooked to creamy perfection, almost like a French style sauce. He seems like a shy Chef but when you start to open him up by asking him questions and showing interest in the meal, the night is transformed to one filled with laughter and good times! Shari is not very strong as it is more on the sweeter side and not sharp. But it’s texture pairs well with fishes that he chose which are lovely. Overall, a definite must try if your in Hokkaido and looking for some really solid Omakase.

Excellent high end omakase here. I’ve been to similar omakases in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Honolulu which all have very well regarded ones and this one matched up for sure. With current usd exchange rates it is comparable in price to the ones I’ve been too. Once the exchange rate changes though that will change too. Highlights beyond the delicious sushi were the uni rice and abalone dish.

Fabulous! Just what you expect from Michelin starred sushi place. All fresh and yummy. Octopus was the best I have ever had so far- amazing softness, like heaven in my mouth:)

I wrote one review but somehow it never showed up. Anyways, it is bad, if you ever been to any proper sushi Omakase in Japan or in your home country, please don’t come. On our day they told us the head chef is on day off, but the chef on that day looks like so inexperienced and I was shocked to see he 1) forgot ingredients multiple times, 2) don’t keep the table clean, 3) drop something off the table and then put it back to the plate for guest… The meal is also so rushed and everything seems in such a hurry. Feels like a fast food restaurant? Also there is no service, no one poured any drinks for any guests. We literally got much better sushi in a nearby yakitori place the next day. Niseko restaurants can be expensive but usually good. This one is a total rip off.
