Byrek & Baguette

I only got one dish but I thought it was solid, good taste and reasonable price. Nothing fancy but just a straight up tasty bacon breakfast sandwich. I asked for it to come in a baguette though instead of the bread and it was perfect. It’s big enough for two to share in my opinion. I would go back to try other items or honestly just to get what I got last time.

Reaaaallly loved this place. Great food with great prices. I got the honey ham baguette sandwich and it was perfect. Really a delicious blend of the ingredients. The bread was warm and delicious. The apricot spread on the sandwich was delightful. I was kind of caught off guard by how great this sandwich was. My boyfriend ordered the bacon scramble but asked for cheddar cheese instead of the regular and really enjoyed his meal. The potatoes that came with it also particularly impressed. He said the toast wasn't that great but everything else he really enjoyed. We also split a piece of their Nutella cheesecake which was delicious. It was very rich and chocolatey so prepare to be maybe a little overwhelmed by the depth of the chocolate :P The one true negative was the coffee. Apparently the amaretto didn't live up to my boyfriend's sweet tooth standards so depending on what you like it may be perfect for you if you don't need your coffee to be sweet. The coffee looked really cute. Staff were great and their bathroom was clean. Ambiance was great. Loved their aesthetic. I already want to go back for more.

Warm, tasty, and homely. Very welcoming space. Just got a Burek, if we were not looking to get a snack before dinner, I would have had much more, like a sandwich! Pastry was flavorful and the desserts in the cabinet looked really good.

2024/06/23: We had the All-Natural Turkey and Chicken Pesto sandwiches, both were delicious. The fries were good as well and tastes like crispy mash potato sticks.

Love the sandwiches! The bread can sometimes be pretty hard, but they aren’t very expensive. Great place for a lunch date. It’s definitely a small run shop. The service is fine. Has that family owned or mom and pop shop feel with college students there. There was one time that I was there where they had the door open because it was hot and there were a lot of flies buzzing around inside the seating area, but that was a once off and I’ve been here well over a dozen times. Really good spot, I definitely recommend checking it out. The turkey, pesto, and ham sandwich’s are my favorites.

I tried the beef-tomato-cheese Byrek. It was Byrek O Bama! Meat is tender, mildly spiced, and I loved the wholewheat phyllo dough. ONLY$7.

I really enjoy the food here, but the menu prices are not accurate. The menu says the salad is $14, but it's actually $14.49. Adding chicken is listed at $3.00, but it's actually $3.95. And taking your order to go costs $0.25. This is all fine, but the actual prices and fees should be posted.

I was impressive with this Cafe the moment I walked in. There’s beautiful decor, making me feel relaxed in the midst of Seattle. The food is incredible fresh and gives me a taste of Europe 😊 10/10 recommend.
