Amazing! Locally owned, excellent food, exemplary service. High quality, equally high value. I highly recommend the Hey Zeus, Olive Branch, and the Forager Pizzas. The grilled crust is really hard to beat. Great flavor combinations. The creamy basil salad dressing is excellent. Great bar! Service we excellent, Dalton did a great job. A regular stop for us.

Went there for Devour Indy and I was surprised in a great way. The pizzas are really good, but a heads up: they are very thin. So if you don’t like thin crust, it might not be for you. But the flavors.. wow! The Tuscan Chicken was amazing.

The atmosphere is phenomenal, service is fast and friendly, cocktails were up to par, pizza and pasta are both picturesque and mouth watering. It's definitely a great neighborhood spot that deserves more attention. I live out of town and can't wait to come back!

Recently, I was fortunate to be able to help paint this cool place! The pizza here is phenomenal, extremely flavorful. I would highly recommend that everyone try Byrne's Grilled Pizza!

Ordered three pizzas and breadsticks. I’ve had good pizza from them but this was not it. The Parthenon was so thin and floppy, I just couldn’t enjoy it. I get the idea of a thin crust but if you are going to do thin, it has to be crispy and chewy. The pepperoni pizza wasnt quite as bad but still missed the mark. The breadsticks, awful. Those need a complete rework. They’re way too dense and dull tasting. For an upper end pizza place that has some cool ingredient combinations, it needs better crust at breadsticks.

Came down to Indy from Michigan a few months ago and went here twice in the span of 3 days. The food, service, drinks were all amazing i cant wait to come back next year.

This place was pretty good.. they made our entire pizza wrong so they took 50% off of the pizza ..it was still a good pizza. The breadsticks are good.. we thought they would be better w a little butter or garlic butter brushed on them as they were just a little bit dry..the beer cheese is ok. The salads are good and the bruschetta is good also it's not too crispy but a little more tender on the inside and crispy on the outside the balsamic vinegar is a perfect touch! They also make their "adult beverages" pretty strong

Had not heard on Byrne’s until yesterday, so we checked it out for lunch and loved it! We were a party of 6, so we split up and tried the bread sticks, 10” pizzas, and strombolis. They were all delicious. I had the Hey Zeus 10” pizza, which the 10” is perfect size for one person. The bread sticks are really large, one bread stick was more than enough for me, and they had multiple dipping sauces you can try (just get a sample of each sauce and try them all!). Service was really fast, and our waiter was enjoyable to converse with. I will definitely be back!

Byrnes had great service and even better food! I had a great time and the pizza was fantastic!

Ahhh! I hate when this happens. You find a place that you truly enjoy, so you sort of "wear it out" and then, because you're visiting so often, something negative is bound to happen. I had two really great, back-to-back visits, where we were served by the same young woman. Then on my third visit, our server just did not live up to the standard set by those that came before her. I came in with my daughter after church service on a Saturday afternoon and asked about the Devour Menu. Lauren advised me that "she does not do the Devour Menu for lunch, just dinner." Okay, no problem. I didn't realize that it was only for dinner, but I sort of had my tastebuds all in-line for a chicken-bacon-ranch sort of deal. So, when she returned, I wanted to ask a question regarding the pizza that was on the Devour Menu, but she cut me off, spoke to me in a very slow and condescending manner, and stated "noooo, the Devour Menu is an entirely different entity. What's on that menu is not on our regular menu." That, I understood. And my eyes work, so I could see that it wasn't on the menu. I simply had a question regarding the ingredients and how I could get as close to that as possible via the Build Your Own Pie option. The way that she spoke to me was completely unnecessary. I ordered a pie with an alfredo sauce base and topped it with chicken, bacon and spinach. My daughter had the pepperoni pie, and we split an order of cheese bread. We also each ordered the mocktails that we'd had on our previous visit: the Lava Flow for her and the Carmen San Diego for me. The mocktails and cheese bread were good. My daughter finished her pepperoni pie and only had one slice of my pizza before packing it up to-go. The very thin, crispy crust doesn't travel well, in my opinion, so the leftovers weren't that great. Needless to say, I won't be back for a while. The rude service completely ruined it for me. I basically lost my appetite at that point. She stopped by a couple times to check in on us and I'm sure that she noticed that I wasn't eating. Bad service can really kill the vibe and ruin an entire dining experience...at least for me. P.S. She spoke like she owned the place, and if she does, she's setting a terrible example. One must realize what their strengths are, and customer service isn't hers.

Byrne's exceeded our expectations! Patio dining - check! Incredible cocktail menu - check! The best Philly Cheesesteak, somehow? - check! And of course, delicious pizza - check! Since we moved to the neighborhood recently, Byrne's has been on my list to try. My husband really wanted sandwiches, specifically cheesesteak, for dinner but I pushed him to give Byrne's a try since we could sit outside with the dog, and enjoy the nice weather. Wouldn't you know it, they have a Steak Sando on the menu, and no joke, I was super jealous of his choice. So we split the Hey Zeus pizza, and the steak sandwich, and were super satisfied with both. The sandwich has so much gooey cheese, and onions cooked perfectly - and it was overflowing with grilled steak. The pizza - all pizza likes and dislikes are overly controversial now-days - was crispy thin, with toppings to the edge, and it didn't collapse under the weight of the sausage, and pepperoni, and onions, and banana peppers on top. It was perfect to the last bite! We can't wait to go back. The patio is good for people watching, and is lovely for dogs!

I lived by this place and always said I was going to try it. Well...I was able to try it at an event where they had the food truck. It was a limited menu at the event but since I loved it so much I made sure I visited the restaurant. Service was awesome. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Since the air was blowing (I was cold) we did decide to eat outside. I love the ultra thin pizza. Being that it is so thin you can taste the toppings. This is my new favorite pizza spot for sure.

Have been here many times & supported the Food Truck before the Brick & mortar location on Illinois Street. Great thin crust pizza grilled over open fire. Also the other offering are really good too: salads, sandwiches, pastas, etc. Very good local beer selection and always an interesting rotation of mixed drinks, wines and spirits on specialty rotation. Need a good tequila though! Service is friendly, quick and efficient and the Dining room is small, intimate and friendly. Definitely a neighborhood feel and most times you will recognize friends from the neighborhood, Butler, and Meridian Kessler or Broad Ripple! Highly recommend!

Just came in on a Friday night after searching on yelp for a dine in pizza place. I should've known by the fact it was empty that it wasn't good. But we went in, were greeted with "you can sit wherever you want" and then before I could even sit down I was asked if we wanted anything but water to drink. I said I don't know yet. She left without a word. Then a server came over and few minutes later and asked the same question "do you want anything else to drink but water"? TF? I wanted pizza and beer after a long week of work. The draft beers weren't listed on the paper menus that were covered in sauces of various colors. I also told her I didn't know yet and got the same weird vibe of walking away without a word. We walked out. No thank you. Enjoy your empty restaurant.

Came here since we were in the area and it was a very nice place near the bike path. We ordered the Caprese salad, a mushroom pizza and the California pizza. We sat on the patio and watched the traffic go by as our food was prepared. The salad came out first and the tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella combo were a nice treat on a warm day. Both pizzas that were ordered were delicious but the mushroom one was our favorite. The pizza was a very thin crust pizza, which I enjoyed, but I would order them extra crispy next time because it came out a little soggy. Overall a great, neighborhood restaurant with friendly staff and plenty of local beers on tap!

I love this place. Pablo is gone but Audrey is doing a great job! Try the steak sando.

Pretty sure I've reviewed Byrne's before but we were in a crunch, heading to a Butler game and taking a gamble we could stop here since we had our kids! Unaware my kids were thrilled being all in Butler hoodies, apparently, this is the stop for Butler fans that I was unaware! Perfect for families and it was also 1/2 price wine nights on Tuesdays! There were 2 strong female servers handling the full bar and full restaurant! They did a great job, and we were able to get our leftovers and had a great game, even if Butler lost.

I wanted pizza for lunch decided I wanted Byrne's Grilled Pizza since I haven't been there since Oct. 2022 for an Yelp Elite event. I made it up there at 2pm on Friday Aug 30th. It was a blazing hot Friday afternoon, I parked in back parking lot where there are free parking spots in the back as well as free street parking. When, I went there for lunch it was a slow lunch from 2pm-3pm, I love the Rhinos theme in the restaurant, the restaurant gave me the feeling of small yet intimate vibes. Byrne's Grilled Pizza place does have bar seating, offers daily specials on food as well as drinks. You can dine-in, carryout or order delivery. For, my lunch I had two thin slices of cheese pizzza, coke with no ice, and then I ordered an alcoholic drink called Bourbon Renewal it was so delicious and so was the pizza. My Server was Courtney Y so nice, professional, and she was handling the front from taking orders, cleaning off tables, and placing in orders. I'm glad I went there when it was a slow lunch time, always love their pizza.

We ordered the Zeus! SO GOOD. Would definitely recommend to stop in for their lunch specials as well

Yep, believe the positive reviews of this place! A friend invited me to come and I'm so happy she did. I'm a sucker for small neighborhood hidden gems and this is one. Located on Illinois next to the cute clothing store and jewelry store it looks very warm and inviting. While I went today (December) outdoor seating wasn't appealing they do have the seating for when the weather is pleasant. When I walked in you are immediately setting into the bar area. But the hostess came up quickly and sat me. I did have reservations and our table had a note that said reserved so they were definitely ready for me which is a nice feeling. Our server came over right away and took drink orders and was very nice and welcoming. Obviously the name says their focus is pizza. They have really great pizzas on the menu and what I loved is they have thin crust snd not just one but several options for thin. I chose to build my own based on the many many toppings they have including Rib Eye steak! Wow! Although I didn't get that how neat that that is an option. They offer cauliflower crust snd gluten free as well. This place is definitely a hidden gem and I'll be back!

I tried Byrne's 10" Speciality Pizza tonight, compliments of Byrne's, and it was very enjoyable with a thin, slightly charred, wood grilled crust. The ingredients shouted fresh with a Pesto base, Spinach, Artichoke Hearts, Tomatoes, Bell Peppers and Ricotta. I'll definitely order this pizza again. While I was waiting, the Main Squeeze Cocktail caught my attention with Limoncello, Lemon and Ginger so I had to try. It was very refreshing and ice cold. The Cheese Bread was a perfect appetizer to have while enjoying my cocktail. On my next visit, I'll try the Bruschetta with all my favorite ingredients. Salads, Pastas, Stromboli's, Pizza's and locally sourced meats are all enticing. If you're in the area, don't overlook the Daily $10 Pizza and Stromboli lunch specials Tues. - Friday from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. The restaurant is warm and cozy with attentive, and friendly servers. Hopefully, we'll have a few more warm October days to enjoy the festive patio.

Second visit and second great experience. We brought our daughter and granddaughter; both consider themselves as foodies even the seven year old granddaughter. Tried all new pizzas that again were amazing. Discovered their MY AUNTI PASTO salad. This is with a doubt the best antipasto salad I have ever eaten. This creation is loaded with hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, salami, onions, olives and loads of feta. And Adam and Pablo, although busy, took time to acknowledge our second visit and express their appreciation. Well boys, you gained a new fan who is a teacher and do they talk food in their down time. Oh yes, we enjoyed several of Pablo's creations from the Rhino Bar.

A first timer to Byrne's, I went with two long-time patrons - who gave me the run-down of the pizza, apps, and salad. As a table we merged on ordering the breadsticks and two thousand eleven salad. Now I'm a fan of a sprinkling of salt on my breadsticks, so plain dough breadsticks are ok - the marina dipping sauce made the breadsticks. The two thousand eleven salad - we ordered a large and there was plenty for three to share - is their version of Greek salad. The ingredients were fresh and the house vinaigrette all tossed so well together. I opted for the Big Momma, adding black olives, 10 in. The crust is perfectly crisp - appearing burnt but not tasting so. I devoured it! The restaurant is nestled in the middle of a old neighborhood block of shops - so it's narrow but plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Entrances are the front and back - pro note: there's parking behind the restaurant! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I think Byrne's is on my rotating list of pizza places now!

Byrne is a comfort, food location. The service provided by Courtney was very positive. She was friendly and attentive. The menu variety for Indy Devour 2025 was average. The portion sizes were generous and satisfying, I had the Zeus and there were lots of toppings from edge to edge, The presentation was pleasant and appealing. Love the stone wear plates, were very homestyle. The restaurant is definitely a great place for young families and settled retirees in all in between.

We have dined here twice now with both of our young children. It's a small space so it's best to dine on a week night or early on a weekend if you do not have a reservation. There's a bar at the front of the restaurant where above average cocktails are crafted. A pleasant sunrise for a pizza joint. The vibe is casual and fun and cozy. If you have kids, not that there are lots of high chairs but not much room for diaper bags and puffy coats. It is a tight space. The pizza is good. My favorite so far is the Hot Chick - a buffalo sandwich turned pizza. I order mine on cauliflower crust to accommodate a gluten allergy. Our two visits so far have taken about an hour from sit down to paying our bill. Note we arrived at just before 5pm each time. It's not fast food pizza. Plan to stay a while. I think that is part of the ambiance of getting a fresh grilled pizza. My one complaint is the pizza toppings are kind of sparse and leaves you wanting more. I can eat a whole small sized pizza by myself. Service has always been prompt and friendly.

This place has a "pizza" my heart! We started with their lemon cocktails, amazing! It was just what I needed on an after work Wednesday! Next we ordered their cheese bread appetizer. It was delicious! You've got to try their fresh in-house made tomato sauce! Honestly could have drunk it, it's that good! We asked for two extra sides of the marinara just to continue dipping our pizza in! We decided on their ricotta pizza with hot honey drizzle, soooooooo good. We added bacon and it's definitely a combo we'll order again! The grilled crust is thin, crispy and perfectly holds their delicious toppings! Not a crumb was left!

I visited for the first time for a Saturday afternoon lunch, which was a wise choice, as they were not crowded and there was no wait. We were sat right away and had great service. Rather than having one server, they worked on a team basis and anyone who was free, would check on our table. This meant, we always had what we needed, which was great! We ordered the torte spread to begin with, individual pizzas and the bread pudding for dessert. The torte spread was absolutely to die for! I would return and just get this! The bread was warm and crisp, but not too crisp, which happens at most places. The balance of flavors and the presentation of colors was perfect! The pizzas tasted good, however, I was not a fan of the wafer thin crust. There's thin crust and then there was Byrne's crust. While the ingredients tasted good, I did not like the crust. The bread pudding was allegedly brought over from the menu of the previous restaurant tenants. I liked that it came with strawberries, but did not like the chocolate chips on the top. It was too much chocolate and added an unnecessary texture. They have outside seating, bar seating and inside table seating. There is parking behind the restaurant, in the Chase Bank parking lot, and across the street at Safeway. The decorations out front are beautiful and worth a photo.

Came in here Thursday night at 5:30 pm, there was a parking spot open out front but they also have parking spaces out in the back The server asked if I was with Yelp and I said yes, saw a friend and sat with her Service was great! I ordered the bbq chicken pizza no jalapeños but with bacon instead The pizza they serve is thin crust, flavor was great and delicious, a the bacon made it just a tad salty but it was still great, due to the fact it was a thin pizza the outer crust was a little burnt, no worries I put the really burnt crust uneaten on my plate It was a great djnner, I got pizza and hard cider

This review is for a carryout experience. We drive past this location every day and finally had the chance to grab carryout and give their pizza a try. Their sidewalk seating in the Illinois Street corridor next to Kincaid's is pretty charming and gives off all of the neighborhood feels. We ordered the confession and another pizza whose name I'm forgetting. The ordering and pickup experience was fairly smooth. We're excited to see that they're adding a location closer to our home in the Old Northside. The pizza was a-okay. The crust was fairly thin and the toppings didn't pop with flavor. We'll give it another go when they open up the next location. Note that the small pizzas are almost like personal sized pizzas.

We have driven by this place a few times but never stopped. But this past weekend, we decided to give it a try and we are glad we did. The place is nice ... smaller size but they have seating outside and a bar area inside and of course the dining room area. The wait staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We placed our order and it came out relatively quick. All their pizzas are thin crust btw - it did not stop it from being delicious!! No complaints with both salad and pizza - nothing was left by the time we were done with it. My partner said she wouldn't mind coming back for the pizza and has already told her son about the place! That is always a good sign - when we make plans to come back. Come check them out if you are ever in the area!

Decided to try out this local neighborhood pizza spot that I've passed a gazillion times while out shopping last weekend. And boy was I in for a treat!!! The fact that's it's local, a small business, good tasting pizza and great customer service is a MUST I return! They currently have brunch on the weekends or Sunday for now. Not sure how long it'll be offered, but I want to make plans to give it a try one weekend.

These pizzas are super delish! Such a tight thin crust and cooked to perfection! It is a cozy little place, but friendly and quick!

Just look for yourself .. I am so tierd of driving an hour and getting service like this ! Do better !!! We worked for that $50 !! Sad

We haven't been back to Byrne's since they opened back in 2015. So many pizza places in town and they didn't make an impression. I saw on Open Table they were LQBTQ+ owned and operated. Also saw a story about them on Facebook. So far they are the only restaurant in Indiana on Open Table with LGBTQ+ as part of their additional info. Made reservations for brunch. Pablo was very warm and welcoming. We started with breadsticks and red sauce. He also brought out a sample of their beer cheese. The cheese was awesome, better then then red sauce. I'm always apprehensive about beer cheese. I don't like the smell or taste of beer. We ordered a breakfast pizza with bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs. We weren't sure how the toppings would pair with tomato sauce. It was a wonderful combo. The thin crust is perfect. They weren't busy for brunch but Pablo did say for dinner reservations are suggested. Not a lot of inside seating but outside they have 6 or 8 tables. They use local items like meat from Kincaids Meat Market just down the street. That doesn't really mean that much to me, but other people look for this kind of thing. Will be back to do a regular pizza or a philly steak pizza with that great cheese.

Stopped in at Byrne's Grilled Pizza at lunch today. I was greeted immediately as I walked in. Both gentlemen (owners!) were very attentive and answered any questions that I had. I ordered the small Torte Spread and a Rainy Day cocktail. Nice crispy light bread for the Torte Spread and I would absolutely order this again! Talking to the owners I found out that they are closed on Mondays but the past Monday they had thrown a special event and that possibly they would be open to somebody renting the restaurant on a Monday for an event. l tried the Don Draper cocktail. It was boozy but good. Definitely going to go back and try something different next time. I sent pics to my son and a friend of mine and they are both going to come by and try something . Y'all come by and give this place a try it was so worth it.

This was my first time being to Byrne's, and it was great! The pizza was delicious and filling, and the service was excellent. I must say that I have very little experience with grilled pizza, but this was tasty. I also appreciated the art on the walls, the place had a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. However, the icing on the cake was the discount. As a Butler student, I got a good chunk taken off my bill, which was extremely helpful. If you're looking for a good pizza, I highly recommend Byrne's!

This is my new preferred pizza place in the MK food scene! The Byrne's pizza truck can also be found at local festivals like Sausage Fest--they really are a staple in the neighborhood and give back! It's a cozy pizza shop with a nice patio (dog-friendly, heated) and a cocktail menu. If you haven't tried grilled pizza--give it a go! I was skeptical, but am officially a fan. The Torte appetizer was also solid--goat cheese, balsamic, and sundried tomatos are a winning combo. Tip: Head to Graeters for dessert or Chalet for drinks afterwards!

BGP is the best!! Great atmosphere and very great food! The staff is friendly and the Rhino Bar is a vibe. Shoutout to Christina and Penny!

If you like tortilla thin crust, this is the place for you. Good quality ingredients. Found the pizza a bit too salty for my palate, but still enjoyed our visit.

Stopped here on a Friday before heading to a show on Butlers campus. Had a reservation which was nice that you can easily make online. We started off with their cocktail that they won for devour week. It was delicious and had a fun show! Loved the bruschetta with pesto on the bread. We also had one of their salads and a large pizza. It was plenty for two people! We will be back!

We ordered Derek's favorite (pepperoni, banana peppers, red onion, and feta) to-go. I was excited to try the pizzas here based on the reviews, but the pizza was a bit salty and lacked sauce. I'll definitely try some other things. Maybe it was an off night!

3.5 stars! We came for lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant is very cozy inside with the plants, decor. The service was okay. I ordered the Zeus 10" which was tasty- the toppings slide off a lot due to the thin crust.

The area of 56th and Illinois Streets is a place of nostalgia for me. As a youngster, we shopped at Safeway, ate at Banura's after soccer games, and went to Baskin-Robbins whenever we could weasel an ice cream sundae out of our folks. Some places are gone, and some remain. Byrnes Grilled Pizza, while not a new establishment, has recently appeared on my radar, and it's got a down-home appeal fitting for Butler-Tarkington. I've never heard a bad word about Byrnes, but when it comes to pizza, I rarely branch out from the places where I've eaten for years. And, "grilled pizza," is that really a thing? Eventually, Byrnes was kind enough to host a Yelp Elite event, and I couldn't resist any longer. I was intrigued as soon as I entered the small eatery. It's quaint to say the least. It smells fantastic, and the staff were the kind of people who encourage regular customers. They're were especially enthusiastic. For transparency purposes, Byrnes provided me with a complimentary small pizza, but not in exchange for a positive review. I did, however, purchase additional items at my own expense to avoid feeling parasitic. I started with a small cheese bread. It was quite enjoyable, but if I were abroad, I wouldn't have written home about it. I then had a small Hot Mama, which featured sausage from Kincaid's, the neighborhood meat market. It's definitely a choice for meat lovers. My fiancée had a small pepperoni, and fortunately for me, she didn't have much appetite. Since I ate half of that, too, I'd say it was on the higher side of average. Byrnes Grilled Pizza is definitely on the lighter side and the crusts are wafer thin. The grilled concept is interesting, but I found the crust to be overdone, and very crispy - as in burnt to a crisp. While it's not my favorite local pizza joint, I wouldn't hesitate to make many return visits.

The pizza was delicious and reasonably priced. The pesto appetizer was amazing. Service was so good I felt bad because I was talking so much I think I ignored them a few times. Loved my pizza but I don't remember which one it was. The bread pudding was okay. I didn't care for the chocolate chips, but I loved the strawberries and white cream sauce.

I'm all about thin crust pizza and was so excited to try the pizza at Byrnes. I got the Bryne's special. In my opinion, one of the joys of thin crust pizza is for the crispy bottom. The bottom of this crust was not crispy at all. It was too thin and reminded me more of a flimsy flatbread rather than a pizza crust. Toppings were okay but I thought the artichoke hearts and the burrata weighed down the pizza crust which made it difficult to eat. Considering that I finished my pizza in about 5 bites and did not feel full afterwards, I thought $13 for a small pizza was a little much to pay for. I'd consider coming back to try some of their other menu items but was unfortunately not super impressed with their pizza.

BYRNES pizza was too die for , came here because of yelp but I promise I will be returning . The aesthetics of this place was amazing. Everything was great the picture booth outside with the amazing flowers bouquet was treat great for taking pictures. I love how cute the resturant, The customer service was outstanding everyone treats you like family when walking in , with my yelp meal I just got a basic pepperoni pizza . For the family I build create you own pizza with pepperoni sausage peppers mushroom it was a hit as soon as a walked in the door, My sons loved the cheese bread me and my husband did also you can tell the cheese bread was topped with some garlic cheese spread or something like that which made the cheese bread, irresistible. Loved everything about Byrnes can't wait to visit again next time to try something else on their amazing menu .

This was our second or third time having Byrne's. And twice I have had the meatball sandwich! It's very tasty and very filling! I paired it with a small Auntie Pasto Salad (without onion and with balsamic dressing), and could only finish half the sandwich. It also comes with a bag of lays-basic but a nice side. The salad is delicious! Very fresh ingredients and a tasty balsamic dressing; plenty of toppings too!

Byrnes is awesome! The service was simply incredible. The servers were really kind and helpful. I love the quaint location as well. I can't remember the exact pizza that I ordered, but I had bacon, sausage, pepperoni, and onion on my pizza. It was well seasoned and very delicious. The thin crust helped was very lite, crisp, and airy. I ate the whole pizza and did not feel guilty. I will definitely return and I recommend Byrnes Pizza to any and everyone.

A consistently good and unique pizza! Ordered 2 breadsticks, a 2011 salad and a Guilty Shepherd pizza through Grubhub for takeout. It was ready ahead of time, and everything was flavorful and fresh! I truly love this crust...thin, yet soft in the middle and crispy on the edges. Sounds unusual but it is absolutely amazing! Try it :) My salad was also very fresh and the shaved Parmesan with the homemade balsamic vinaigrette was FIRE. Breadsticks were fresh and HUGE...red sauce was distinctively homemade, light and just the right touch. One of my continued favorite places to eat!!

Ok so this was my first time ever hearing about this place (shoutout to Yelp elite week) & I absolutely LOVED it. Upon arriving I did see it's nestled in a smaller strip of stores so the parking lot behind it is shared. With me having gone on a week night - there were plenty of spots available. If you go on a weekend, plan ahead to find additional parking. There's both an entrance in the front and back - myself and daughter came in the back and were sort of overlooked. I made sure to stand at the front counter but it was quite busy inside and they seemed understaffed. I had to then speak up and say we needed to be seated & we were told to just go ahead and find anything available outdoors or inside. Thankfully there was a clean two top available (because we weren't "ushered" there) we sat down and about 10 minutes later we're greeted by our server and given the menu. I ordered a beer & bruschetta appetizer. We then ordered a 10" PBS (pepperoni, sausage and smoking goose bacon) omg! The bruschetta was perfect to me although my daughter wasn't a fan of the balsamic reduction that is drizzled on top. Our pizza though, not one complaint. The ingredients married nicely. Service was a bit slow (about an hour to get our small pizza) but the location, ambiance, flavor, and overall friendliness of staff made it worth the wait! This was such a fun spot! We walked in for lunch and were seated right away. The staff was super friendly. The pizza was so good!! The crust is super thin and crispy, and the pizzas are almost more like flatbreads. I love all the unique flavor combinations on the menu, and I would definitely go back again

I loved this place. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. The bartender was quick to help me pick the best options on the menu. I started with the house salad. Mixed greens with tomatoes, red onion, mushrooms and a very slight amount of Byrnes cheese blend. They suggested the vinaigrette. It was wonderful! Really fresh and a great light dressing. They also suggested the California pizza. Thin crust, crispy with spinach, Roma tomatoes, fresh avocado and bits of bacon and a slight amount of cheese. Their seasoning sprinkle is perfect. They don't over top the crust so all flavors are evident. The space is cool and even the restrooms are decorated. Adam, a server stopped to chat and was very engaging. We talked about the family business. Such a nice lunch. Go check it out!

Quick update to add that Adams pizza is amazing! Also the bruschetta appetizer is delicious. You can get it with garlic olive oil and it's bangin. I ate inside at the bar but they do also have a patio with a handful of tables for as the weather gets nicer. I saw the team working endlessly to drive out carry out orders. I love that tons of people are supporting this place! The owner is a big bourbon fan so if you like to try new bourbons go grab a pizza and a drink at "The Rhino Bar."

Indianapolis, IN What a nice surprise with good food. Snappy servers, Good menu with flavorful Italian items. Good libation menu. I felt the the pricing was a little high at first, but we were happy in the end. We're sure we'll go back!

ATTENTION BUTLER RESIDENTS. Byrne's Grilled Pizza is an excellent restaurant to go to when you are in a pizza mood. The menu has so many options with clever names. I got the Barbie Chick which had bbq sauce, chicken, onions, jalepeño, and cheddar. I love going to small businesses when going out to eat and Byrne's Grilled Pizza is the perfect place to go too. There is parking outside the store which was very easy to navigate. I had waiters welcoming me in when I walked in the door and the service was fast. The atmosphere was incredible with music playing in the background and a bar in the front. FOR BUTLER STUDENTS, I showed them my Butler ID and got a discount on my pizza! Another part of the dinner which was fascinating was the fact you could pay with your receipt. The waiter handed us our bills, and you can scan the QR code, but your card information in and then leave. Very time efficient after finishing your meal. Overall, this is a perfect place to go to with your friends or family to grab a pizza. I would highly recommend and I will be back soon!

Service is amazing! waitress stayed on top of everything & was super sweet! .. pizza is delicious! We had a large half Adams fave and half cheese & had a couple of mules too ...a perfect summer lunch outing.. 10/10!
