Ca n'Ignasi

A family-run restaurant with set menus. We arrived with high expectations, expecting a focus on seafood, but were a bit disappointed as that wasn’t the case. We arrived around 8:30 PM and were the only table, which made it feel like the restaurant was closing. Overall, the experience was decent, but not worth the one-hour drive each way for us.

We were warmly greeted by the chef and his son. We took a seat outside. Due to the language barrier between us and the chef, his English speaking son took care of us during the evening. We chose the full tasting menu (8 courses, just below 50€ p.p.) and did not quite know what to expect. The further we progressed with the dishes, the more we started to understand what the chef was trying to share with us. It was like eating at a close family member's or friend's place for a special occasion (and that friend/family member is really good at cooking!). Thank you for the warm experience 🙂

The food here is absolutely divine. We found this place on accident, and loved it so much we went back a 2nd time right before our flight. Everything we had was perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The best pulpo I’ve ever had - it took them 4 years to source the perfect one! Lovely owner/chef and ambiance!

An extraordinary experience, really superb food - one of the very best I’ve had - and the warmest, friendliest service imaginable. I can’t fault this restaurant and the wonderful, sweet family that run it, highly recommended for something special (our wedding anniversary).

Very cosy and beautiful Restaurant with super delucious slow food and an exceptional Service. The price to value ratio ist also outstanding, i.e. when comparing to some "noble-alike" restaurants focusing in tourists. We enjoyed the Dinner very much. They are offering a full/semi or reduced Menu with some choices eg. meat vs fish. Vegetarian menue ist mit explicitely offer, but You can ask for adaptation to your diet.

The whole meal is great value for money and the quality of the food is absolute 5 stars. A lot of small details are there, e.g. the shrimp in the bullabessa is slightly fried and it is fresh enough to even eat the shrimp tail. I really like this restaurant, highly recommend them
